141  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: July 10, 2014, 03:38:47 PM
do we really give up this loan?
nobody here has think of anyway to sue UKYO??
I wish I could sue this guy ,but the legal cost become a barrier ahead me... shit!!!!!!
Of coure we dont give anything up. We simply decide on some date when to start to take action.
For example something like this:
1 aug if Ukyo hasent at least started paying daily dividend to all shareholders by then.
1 sept lets say also that Ukyo also have to be working on the backlog of dividend to all shareholders by the
1 oct by then also started paying back at least some percentage of the loan to all shareholders.

If he dont live up to the minimum standards we set, then we all join together and start a single lawsuit against Ukyo, i cant really see that there should be any mayour cost involved in starting a civil and/or criminal case against Ukyo as it should be pretty simple and clear case(he borrowed money and hasent payed interest accouding to term and he hasent payed back the principal either to those that requested there shares bought back) and it should lead to that we get lien on all his assets of any substancial value and all his future incomes(except for some minimum needed for food and such) that Jon Montroll has for the rest of his life or until he has payed back the entire loan.

If Jon Montroll realy wanted to, im sure it wouldent have been impossible for himself, possibly with the help of his relatives to go get a loan for 800k/1.2 million usd(@ 400-600 usd /BTC) that the value of 2 000 btc has been around the last months and he could have had the entire loan paid of a long time ago.
142  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: July 10, 2014, 02:54:31 PM
Iam really surprised how much were people investing into loan that was pretty much fixed to fiat.
The Ukyo loan was not in any way fixed to fiat, its denominated in BTC and pays interest in BTC and by the time ukyo sold shares in it he was running an BTC stock exchange that generated him many BTCs a day, what Ukyo intended to and used the BTC for he dident say back then or now either for that sake.
143  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Graet.Loan - Paying 0.05% interest daily on: July 08, 2014, 10:28:53 PM
LOL @ thinking he's going to reply, reads this thread, ever going to pay it back.
Theres no reason why he shouldent show the lenders some respect and comunicate with them regularly about what he has done, now does and how the curret situation is, as he keeps logging in every week on bitcointalk.
144  Economy / Auctions / Re: Satoshi Poker - Entire business - 2 day auction on: June 25, 2014, 03:34:52 AM
like he said, he may be in Thai prison already, serving a 1 year sentence for visa violation...
Not when you posted 29 may as he posted an update on btcjam the 3 june.
BitcoinFlush,

Could we get a quick status update regarding the sale?
Thank you in advance!
BitcoinFluch, an update to how things have been going after the 3 june would be good if you could give thou.
145  Economy / Securities / Re: Scryptbox cryptostocks [SBOX IPO] on: June 21, 2014, 01:09:08 AM
I was hoping someone could help me out here, when I first bought shares for this ticker I could of sworn their page stated:

Round 1: 20,000 shares @ .002 btc
Round 2: 10,000 shares @ .0045 btc

But as soon as round one ended, they now have:

Round 2: 20,000 shares @ .0065 btc

Now can someone please tell me, did i read it wrong the first time or was this suddenly changed at the end of round 1?

Thanks
This is what they stated on CryptoStocks the 29 may, taken directly from there contract with the shareholders:

"Share Information
Total amount of shares: 50,000
Round 1—20,000 shares to acquire equipment (0.0020 BTC/Share)
Round 2—15,000 shares (0.0035 BTC/Share)

The remaining 15,000 shares will be held for future offers"

So your correct that they changed the price per share and amount of shares in round 2.
146  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Deposit not shown in his cryptostocks account! Allegedly hacked again? on: June 11, 2014, 02:35:21 PM
Deposits / withdrawals working again now apparently.

yes, it works again.
I already received my pending deposit that I sent last friday
so relieving.

the question is,
is it safe for us to continue using cryptostocks? is it trustable?

I think so... however im more worried about people like "CPW" ticker symbol... that just vanish with no word or announcements. Bastards are still taking orders but havnt paid a dividend since last month. Their domain has also expired and they can not be reached. How does one go about getting them removed? It sucks cause the IPO is still active so I cant sell my shares :/
Email kumala/Cryptostocks i think the emailadress is somewhere in there FAQ, the project should then be gray/blacklisted and finally delisted if they dont start following there contract with there shareholders again.

The IPO feature was introduced by kumala/Cryptostocks after CPW stock was started so its kumala that is resposible for that the orderbook was cleared after around 5 000 000 shares had been sold and that people had no way to sell there shares in that stock so he should be responsible for refunding you and everyone else that has invested in CPW stock if the project owner of CPW runs away as kumala changed the conditions to something no investors had agreed upon.

149  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Project Reviews on: June 05, 2014, 07:24:12 PM
Not for me, has anyone mailed support yet?

I sent some emails and tried to contact via skype since yesterday...
no luck, no respond at all
is this only a 1 person company? or do they have a team? at least a customer support that also works in weekend
As far as i understand Cryptostocks and Vircurex is run by one person only, Kumala.
150  Economy / Securities / Re: Crypto stocks listing, CPW on: May 30, 2014, 05:27:16 PM
If cryptostocks ever goes up for sale I would be interested. I doubt they even make that much off the site, the volume never took off and the entrance fee (1 BTC / 100 LTC / 1mill dev coin) isn't really that much when you consider most of the stocks were listed when all of those coins were worth considerably less than they are now.

As for CPW: Never touch mining operations, never profitable enough for the risk. Even if you got your electricity for free, it would take months to just break even on the mining gear, which by the point they broke even will be generating meagre returns compared to your initial investment. Thats also assuming they (person doing the mining for you) doesn't get a cut. Horrible ROI. Market is simply to saturated.

I would go with cloud mining if anything on pbmining
The majority of stocks have actually been listed on Cryptostocks pretty recently when the price of btc has been relatively high, there was a significant increase of new listings in october 2013 and it has been high since then. The stocks numbers was up to 51 before october 2013 and at number 71 dec 31 2013 and now CS is up at 139 or something like that projects. The early listings back in 2012 and early 2013 was paying higher(in BTC terms) listing fees to, i think it was 10 btc in the beginning and later 5 btc before it was lowered to 1 btc.
151  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: WattUP.eu on: May 27, 2014, 06:06:36 PM
If you want people to donate coins to you maby it would be a good ide to mention a bitcoinadress where people can send donations, either on your profile page, in your signature or in the one and only post you wrote sofar here on Bitcointalk.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: DigitalCoinFarm - Get shares to build your own cloud scrypt asic miner today on: May 27, 2014, 05:27:03 PM
I think it s a good idea
it costs 20 BTC (1000 DRK)  to setup a masternode and it earns 0.12 BTC a day. it is 0.6% a day or 200% yearly income
I havent really looked into how this darkcoin things works but it sounds that purely mathematically it would be profitable to buy into darkcoin in general if the price is expected to rise in the future.

If one buys enough to become a masternode it would then be profitable if the price of darcoins:
would go up
or stay the same
or even go down but the avg decrease would be less than the daily profit from beeing a masternode whether that will be 0.6% or lower in the future.

So the biggest factor would be to analyse where the price of darkcoins would go in the short and long perspective and secondarily if one buys enough darkcoins to possibly becomes a masternode then there would also be a slight bonus for that to.
153  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Graet.Loan - Paying 0.05% interest daily on: May 21, 2014, 11:27:41 AM
Dear graet.loan holders,
Firstly I would like to apologise for my lack of communication - I have found this to be a very trying time.

Despite the ongoing FUD campaign I have not "run off", do not have health issues and have not "cashed out all the BTC", I am still working toward the goal of having most of graet.loan paid off by mid 2014 including any owed interest.

graet.loan was started to consolidate loans from community members after Ozcoin was hacked, give an easy management platform and provide some liquidity for my Bitcoin businesses. This was working well until changes at BitFunder were announced 2 hours after I left for a family holiday (my wifes first holiday in 5 years) by the time I got home 5 days later my portfolio had lost over 500BTC value and I had a list of redeem requests.

Current situation:
Ozcoin Bitcoin Pool has gone from over 10% of the network to under 0.05% over the last few months due to various and ongoing attacks that have disrupted operation and scared off miners - we need to build it back to at least 5% of the network.
Invested in a startup before Bitfunder issues, currently finishing legals moving to beta after New Year.
CrownCloud continues to bring a growing profit every month, planning to expand operations after New Year.
violence will not get coins,
litigation forcing me into bankruptcy will result in a minimal return for unsecured investors,
being patient and allowing me to continue and grow my Bitcoin businesses while still aiming to return the bulk of great.loan by mid 2014 will give investors the best return.

Best Wishes
Graet

Graet can we have some updates to what happens here on this graet.loan, its around 5 months since you said anything in this thread now. When will you honor the redeemed requests, what progress have you been doing during the last 5 months and explain why you havent, if so only for a few single days to show your good intentions payed dividend after Bitfuner was closed down ?
154  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCQC] BitcoinQuebec Mining Farm on Cryptostocks.com on: May 18, 2014, 09:58:55 AM
Very bad, look at the buy orders...

Bad managment   Huh
They claim to not be able to mine, electricity cost supposedly higher that profits from mining but they failed to present any numbers supporting there claims so not that strange people sells of there shares in that stock.
155  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: May 18, 2014, 09:54:26 AM
Hi,

Where does one find, he's bitfunder public bitcoin address? I tried every link on the site, to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

I have modified the Settings -> Profile page to display the accounts registered bitcoin address.
This can not be changed.

If any user completed a claim and got stuck by the 20 character issue (which has been fixed) and still can not login, please comment here with the first 6 characters of your claim code. (Easily regenerated) I will reset your claim.

Thanks for your patience,
Ukyo

What is the claim code and where/when/how did people recieve that one, if it was something you would recieve after people registered and managed to log in how do you expect people to know that code if they cant log in because you dont tell people witch part of there password they should use to log in if they used a longer than 18/20 caracter password ?
Ukyo just send people there coins you owe them back as soon as possible to there btcadress they registered at bitfunder thats the purpouse of that adress, you cant expect people to waste an enourmous amount of time on silly things that dont lead to any progress.
You really should stop this silly charade, either put all the cards on the table or pay back people all there coins immediatly.
156  Economy / Securities / Re: CRW AND CPW Shares. Willing to sell cheap. CPW Daily dividends, selling for 50%. on: May 18, 2014, 09:35:20 AM
You should demand that Kumala, the owner of cryptosocks removes the IPOflag in this CPW security, it started out without the shares beeing locked in with the IPOflag and thats what people bought into, a share that should be possible to trade not something the issuers at will can lock people into with no way to sell there positions when they like.

He claims they need to first prove that the dividends they pay are coming from the businesses income and no other means. The owners are unresponsive and have given up trying to do anything about it either.

That's a good point though, if everyone with shares starts kicking up a fuss, multiple mails daily, surely he will lift the IPO or at least use the money that they froze to even distribute to the investors. That's exactly why I'm trying to sell cheap, Cryptostocks is a total joke and it's laughable way at running such a platform gave me my next business idea, hopefully I can get that underway soon. Somewhere like Cryptostocks but with actual securities, responsive staff and proper verification, as in a registered business with the government rather than pay a BTC scam a few hundred and then have cryptostocks be like 'oh we take no responsibility for those matters'

And I think you mean CRW? CPW still have another 20 mill shares before they reach their goal. Did they plan on allowing the I.P.O to be lifted early?
I did mean CPW, they did start out without the IPOflag on but conviniently raised the flag silently without making any announcement about it before before any investors had the possibillity to get shares on the orderbook sold. I doubt they will ever remove the IPOflag unless Kumala changes how the IPOflag works or is allowed to be used.

do you have that 750 BTC (or equivalent in LTC/XPM/DOGE) you have received from shareholders?

Can you tell us the 750 BTC is how calculated?
If you only want us to use yes or no answer, the answer is no, because the number is wrong.
We don't want to irresponsible answer no,
so we think disclosed the latest trends of IPO'BTC is the best way to solve your doubt.
We hope you can understand.
You should have raised 800 btc from the first 1 000 000 shares you sold minus the 0.15% fee(1.2 btc) cryptostocks charged, but you also rebought some shares at 0.0006 and resold them at 0.0009 when the 4th batch of 200 000 shares was sold so in reallity you should have raised more than 800 btc. Put all AUTOTRADES coins in a single BTC address or a set of btcadresses and sign messages from the adresses in question to prove you have the coins as you claim to not use the investors money with the autobot or your 4 traders to trade with the coins there should be no problem whatsoever for you to prove that part of things if your not a fraud.

By the way you still have not bought back my shares in autotrade for the price i bought them and you refuse to tell people what the buyback price you claim to have offered was and you broke the contract again this monday with no dividend payed then either. Kumala/Cryptostocks start the process of delisting these scammers and send all info you have of them to the chineese police for procecution for fraud/theft or whatever it falls under in China unless they go back to following there contract immediately.

Whats happening to divs today?
They failed to pay dividend so yet another thing there breaking in there contract, Kumala please have them up there verification level to advanced and remove the IPOflag permanently for them and change the rating to gray unless they start following there original contract imediatly.
