(I counted only trades >1BTC and only the full bitcoins.). I can proof this amount to staff too. I wont post the addresses publicly since traders might not want to be public. But i can sign every Bitcoin Escrow Address and proof these amounts. In total thats >8150 BTC, which would be worth 1 Million USD. In fact it would be way more because the bitcoin price was way higher than 122USD for a long time. (122$ would only be the bitcoin price needed to reach 1 Mio USD value) Im still the same owner of this account of course. I can proove it by signing a message to each of the addresses above. I just tried to log in to IRC #Bitcoin-aus where he used to hang but I have been "banned from server" wtf
Some guys are in the channel but I don't see activity yet. I'm not sure if I remember his username correctly there. I wouldn't await to see him there now. Anyway... this will help us nothing in getting our coins back. They only charge him for having lied instead going after the killers. So the outcome will be that he gets a fine or even jail but no one will go after our coins. Please let me know if I'm wrong. I really would like to see those bastards caught. Judging from ukyo's description back then they were some kind of gangsters anyway. However not sure if he even could confirm anything. |

Hello everyone, SebastianJu here. Like you know the ICO was successful at the end because a private investor bought 2 nodes directly. I asked for a certain kind of proof in order to be able to check the claim. This proof was given to me today and as far as I see it looks fine and legit. So from my side I can say the ICO really ended successfully.
This means I now follow the rules outlined in the escrow details at the start of the ICO. For this amount of invested funds it means that I will release the escrowed ETH to 0x19C9fff1BD730db8C7b1E8A39DC05d4daf51Fdc9, which is the address that was given to me to release the investments to. This will happen following the milesteps which say that a minimum amount of funds will be needed for the start to lift this project from grounds.
As far as I saw the team worked pretty hard. I saw their exhaustion and sleep deprivation during this time. So I hope they will be able to start this soon and bring everything to a great success.
Next step from my side is to release the invested funds. Which means the ETH and the BTC. I will still observe and help when an escrow is needed.

I've worked with SebastianJu on many projects together using multisig, and sometimes regular addresses. We sometimes do direct deals too. My most recent escrow transaction with two traders was a batch of 10 GPUs. The highest amount I've held was about $6m USD worth of an altcoin, but that's a little misleading as it was at the peak of crypto before the "great crash of January 2018", so it's now worth only $2m USD. Feel free to add me to this list, my details are the same as on Financisto's thread. I'm not increasing my fees just yet, but I don't mind being last in the list so I've also set a minimum fee of 0.03 BTC (or equivalent in alts). Thank you and have a nice day! I can confirm this. I invested into this long ago. Every investor knows how it moved on. Two exchange changes. The thing is... the issuer is lame as fuck. You wouldn't believe how much patience and work was put in just to receive divs over time. Most work was done by a shareholder who wants to stay hidden. Also the most work regarding the exchanges.
In any case, the issuer has to be pushed constantly which is unbelievably annoying. If he feels no pressure then he won't act. And when he acts then in most of the cases it is some empty promise.
Whatever. First, after a long time fighting, the other shareholder backed out of this unworthy game, he gave me the actual mobile phone number of auto so I can contact him on telegram. Sometimes it worked, however promises and excuses and whatever followed. Since some months again not a little reaction. No telegram, no email, no answer or phone call led to a reaction.
Slowly I don't feel anger or hope anymore. I don't care. I will release all the infos found about him. That is phone number, emails, certain accounts, relatives, facebook accounts and so on. It should be no problem to check him and everyone related out. He is south korean living in the US... bright facebook images showing nice things, people and so on. Living in an expensive area. Honor should be a big thing for him. Maybe it is. However in that case he is incredibly stupid not following through. I wouldn't even pity him anymore when a relative asks him what this "Cannabit-thing" is he was asked about by some stranger. He played this game for too long. I will let the community have their try.
I will release every info I have on him at one point in time in the next 7 days as long as nothing exceptional happens. Something like the payment of all 12 missing payments from 2017 + two months of divs for 2018 and the missing october div from 2016. He paid nearly constantly in 2016 otherwise. So just these 15 months of divs. We found he paid each month only around $1500 to all shareholders. So that would total to $22500 only. A shame since this business should have broke even in the first year in any case. Last time we were in contacted he ensured me that he has all last open payments worth of usd.
I would be fine with getting back my original bitcoins of course also.
Like I said at this point I can't feel pity with him anymore after seeing how shitty he treated the other shareholder. He is a nice guy and didn't deserve being played with. Of course I'm also not happy about how my efforts were rewarded or the trust of every shareholder.

Hm, also du scheinst den Thread nicht richtig gelesen zu haben. Alles was du dort beschreibst, habe ich entweder schon selbst genau so aufgezeigt oder einen Kommentar dazu abgegeben. - Ich werde zwischenzeitig den Service stets wieder einstellen müssen:

Dann gibt es entweder eine Absage oder ich teile demjenigen den Betrag und meine jeweilige Adresse mit, der für die entsprechende Währung und die Artikel in der Liste fällig wird. - Ich kann doch hier keine Gutscheine auf Anfrage weiterverkaufen, die ich peu a peu über einen Zeitraum von unterschiedlichen Leuten zugesendet bekommen habe. Ich muss halt nachfragen. Ob es keinen Haken gibt kann leider nur die Zeit sagen. Und ich frage nach um zu schauen ob dein Angebot interessant ist. Das mit dem Ausverkauf habe ich ja eben deswegen geschrieben weil du meintest deine Ressourcen sind begrenzt. Wenn du dich als legit herausstellst dann wirst du ganz schnell ständig ausverkauft sein. Das Argument mit dem Rückbuchen kann ich nachvollziehen. Allerdings zieht es auch nicht so hunderprozentig weil es keinen Unterschied macht ob du Codes in einem gewissen Wert verkaufen würdest und der Käufer dann damit kauft oder ob du die Bestellung durchführst.
