mining is your friend, do altcoin mining, and you will earn bitcoin easily, but you need to do your research on what to mine, i'll not to the work for you now

because there are coins that offer better profit than other, etheruem is not the number one anymore
0

Is it really to mine a profit with asic or gpu without having the risk of never recovering investment and running costs again? Guess it is still a gamble or do you do it yourself

yeah it's profitable at the moment, not huge profit, but there is money to be made out of it

to give you some numbers, with 4 gpu you can do 0.025 a day, even with high electricity, there is still 0.5 a month to earn

to repay those gpu you need 8 months(with 0.2 cent in electricity or even 0.25 cent, with half of this, you can roi in 5 months), but this is not a problem, because gpu have very high resell value, especially those that i bought, which are all g1 gaming 970

instead asic, not...do not touch them with anything

mining is your friend, do altcoin mining, and you will earn bitcoin easily, but you need to do your research on what to mine, i'll not to the work for you now

because there are coins that offer better profit than other, etheruem is not the number one anymore

I know ethereum has got down a bit lately but I see it as the most appreciated altcoin after the Bitcoin, which is the new king of altcoin I am not aware, I checked a bit and didn't see some alt doing better in terms of price than ethereum, but I really love to know who is.

there are two right now that are a bit better, they have a low market cap, so they pass unnoticed

Interesting. Didn't know that. Though still a risk I guess. For having profitable coins to mine and that the gpu's can be sold for a reasonable price in 8 months or so.

Pretty sure most hackers wouldn't risk their identity just to have a 'good budget' or smth. Most of them are content if they can eat 3 times a day and see that their family is living well. They don't go outside that much, thus, they're not gonna be needing tons of money.

And also let's just assume that a hacker hacked a ponzi website and earned 300BTC out of it. If he withdraw this large amount of money or even if he withdraw small chunks of this money, the government will still wonder where did he get those money. The government will try to observe what he does for living and stuff. You know my point in here, I don't have to explain any further. The government will find out about that money and will also find out that he/she is a hacker.

Hackers probably wouldn't take that risk. Smiley

I'm not sure what hackers you know but it sounds like you have some image of kind of hackers from movies in mind. Cheesy In fact real hackers are security experts. They get paid pretty well for finding security holes and offering such services to businesses. For example.

Why should he withdraw that amount? And even if he did... you did not really think this through. There are so enourmous many ways how he could hide everything... if he would be catched for such things then he probably wasn't the smartest one.

twister

I doubt crackers would run ponzis. Well, maybe some noob script kiddie but not the pros. It's simply way too much work and no real return in most cases.
743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Save a Life, Save a Family with Bitcoin on: April 22, 2016, 05:34:35 PM
I have proven my integrity by holding large sums of bitcoin and paying them out without running with them. That speaks for me and that I would not do something funny.

Anyway... it might be that everything is true what you said but at the same time it would be so easy to make everything up that was been said till now.

Of course the ID should not be posted publicly, only verified by one or two trusted persons would help. But even then... it would only verify you, and would leave many questions open regarding the flow of the money.

Anyway... I think I will stop to bring in doubts. I said what I felt I should said. If someone wants to help then check things out and when you feel it's legit then tip... Smiley

You probably don't see the threads because they are deleted fast but there were already many scam attempts on here that used such stories. This one wasn't deleted because a website and crowdfunding and all is behind which makes it less likely to be a quick scam.
744  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to earn bircoin on: April 22, 2016, 12:04:13 PM
there are already same thread like this, just google or search through forum, you will find it, i think you should lock this thread to keep forum away from spammer,
anyways you might check this thread, you will find the answer here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1244332.0

There are a lot of these threads. Some had hundred pages or so and some were even closed by admins because it simply was a pool of signature spammers at the end. No value in the thread anymore. But searching for them will give all the answers you have OP.
745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Save a Life, Save a Family with Bitcoin on: April 22, 2016, 12:02:47 PM
Does the official fundraising website proof the case? I play the devils advocate here but on most fundraising sites you simply can open anything you want. Even for a random persons foto you found on the net. Doesn't mean that that person is sick or that she get the money at all.

Well, the best proof would be what the exchanges found as a legal proof for government. They demand a copy of the ID. Back and front. A picture of the person holding the ID beside his face. Then a utility bill as proof of address or so. Don't know if I forgot something.

Even if you would provide the proof... who would know that you would forward the money and that you don't keep it?

I know I make your life hard but I'm escrow on here because I saw way too many scams happening and it's saddening to see the victims.

Did you mention why you posted in this forum?
746  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Hackers please do this to the PONZIS. on: April 22, 2016, 11:47:36 AM
Simply because most hackers are hacking not for money but for justice. They don't need 300BTC in real life at all. Try watching V for Vendetta, and Who Am I. They fight for the society in a very silent way. They aren't greedy at all. I believe that's the ethics that most hackers have.

thats the case for those who don't need money. but for those who need budget and real jobs, they would certainly want such the problem however is erase their tracks and avoiding getting away with it. its not that simply as far as i know. those who do something that isn't right is going to pay for it.

That's not what he meant with hackers. Those hackers he mean don't have a problem finding work. They have experience and can offer it. Those going to the dark side mostly don't come out of their pool. These crackers are mostly scriptkiddies that found it cool to read that you can steal money by hacking. They try free scripts and start from there.

Well... naming those hackers can't be changed back anymore I guess. So the name gives the real hacker community a bad name too.
747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Save a Life, Save a Family with Bitcoin on: April 22, 2016, 11:42:21 AM
Guess I can't believe such stories anymore. Each day not a few of such messages are deleted on the forum. Simple tries to get some free coins. And till now everything you did could be easily done by a scammer that thought it through a bit more. A website, twitter, unique text, users coming in here and wanting to tip instantly... well as long as you are not able to provide real proof of the story and your identity... I doubt you will convince a real tipper. The reason is that this place is filled with so many scammers that it is quite unbelieveable.

Well, ponzi providers would take the money... though there are hackers that are ethical and with that there would be a chance that the original investors are lucky and get part of their money back.

Well... hackers normally are ethical. They don't like those harming hackers and name them crackers, because they destroy. I wonder if those crackers name themselfes hackers because they want to have some honour or something.

I guess you have fun with him. Cheesy

For the future try to specify the deal as specific as possible. And bind it to the negotiations done on that point. Then you can say "That wasn't part of the original agreement. You need to do another contract to handle that."

No fun, I was quite annoyed. Because I thought he knew about the design work and process. When the design is finished, he liked it and yet making me do alot of changes and guess what.
He wanted me to install a script and make changes to it and also do the database work, all in simple package Tongue

The fun part was ironic of course. :Ü

But yes... you should have stopped where he wanted to have done things that were not part of the inital contract. The same goes for error fixing that come from changes he did or changes from another dev.
751  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is escrow? on: April 22, 2016, 08:49:12 AM
Question on escrow.  Let say i want to trade my bitcoin for someone elses online boa funds.  First off, i read boa online funds are reversible if its due to fraud.

So if thats the case, let say someone sends boa to escrow... then once that happens... i send bitcoin to that person who sent boa to escrow.  Then i receive boa from the escrow.  However... what if the boa transfer is due to fraud?  So basically escrow is useless then right?  Is there a point when the escrow is at risk?

Im not wondering what funds are the escrow even receiving before they send those funds to the bitcoin seller since pretty much almost everything is reversible.

It might be different for every escrow but most only hold the bitcoins. So the buyer sends his bitcoins to the escrow, the seller sends the boa to the buyer. Then the buyer says all is ok and the escrow releases the bitcoins to the seller.

Reversable payments can only be protected as long as the escrow did not release the bitcoins. After that it is the risk of the buyer.
752  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best place to get a free dog on: April 22, 2016, 08:42:44 AM
For the record. Pedigree dogs suck and are not even original breeds as people believe. They never healthy either. Dog breeders are not human either .

You're right. Those breeds are born of incest and the puppies can look as cute as they want... they will develop bone diseases and other things. It's really not funny and those that bought such a dog and love it will be in pain seeing it. Not to mention of all the additional costs for the veterinary.

Those breeders are cruel and they need to be jailed.
753  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [Tutorial] Checklist to find out if an account is a safe buy or collateral... on: April 21, 2016, 01:58:46 PM
Wow. There things there I never even thought of. But quite a bit I don't understand. I'm very confused about the signature being valid.

A signature can only be created with a bitcoin address. And if someone wants to create a signature for a specific bitcoin address then he only can do that when he controls that address. So he has the privkey for it.

That is why the message should be something specific to the topic. For example" 2016-04-21 Iam, UserA selling my Account UserB to UserC."

Such signature could not be found somewhere. If you gave a message out like "It's me" or "User A" then the user knowing that signature could use that message to claim he created the signature.

If there is a valid signature for an address an account to be sold posted a long time ago (check edit time of post if any) then you can know that the account or seller controlled that address at that time too. The account would not be hacked from that time on.

It's one of the most perfectly conceived and executed books ever. The prescience is a sad comment on those pesky humans.

Cheesy Yeah... reminds me of some pirate parties slogan... something like "1984 was not a tutorial" or so.

Well... if people would care more about that topic than the pirate party, which seems to me the first real worldwide party, would be in power in no time.
755  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Purse.io - Bitcoin Amazon Marketplace - Save ~10-25% on Amazon Wishlist on: April 21, 2016, 01:51:47 PM
This is a niche of hackers and thieves.
You order something and you will get the cops at your door, Purse does not offer any protection for buyers.

You will lose your BTC, your items, and will get blacklisted.

I can't confirm your claim. Purse is no company that backs out when something happens. I value having such company in the bitcoin area because there are way too many that do it very bad. Or not at all.
756  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is escrow? on: April 21, 2016, 01:48:54 PM
Ah now I know. I'm learning something new here everyday. Is there a standard fee that escrows charge? Or is it up to all the parties involved to decide how much goes to the escrow?
it's depends on escrow or each person, for your information there is no standard fee here, so they have their cost and their own regulate, like sebastianju only escrow accounts worth at least $50.
Anyway my last transaction using escrow with zero fees, you can find one of them on service section

Free escrows take tips, it's not needed but it's encouraging for the escrow because he feels his work... and it's often a good bunch of time for an escrow, is valued by the traders. Smiley In fact I like getting tips more than fixed fees... it feels better when you get it out of free will. Smiley

Some escrows that don't have yet their reputation do free escrows to get reputation and trust too.

By the way... escrows can manipulate the amount of escrow trades with fees too. I think about that possibility in order to limit or direct the amount of escrows I do too. Maybe I will do it one day.
757  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-04-19] A Basic Bitch's Guide to Bitcoin on: April 21, 2016, 01:41:00 PM
Dunno...

Indeed you don't. I first heard Julia Tourianski use the "basic bitch" expression, and well done for spotting, it's rhetorical

Ah ok... I googled your term and it seems the article really is not made to attract woman to bitcoin. Well, maybe some girls take it as a word for cool woman. Cheesy

Anyway... articles probably won't help adoption alot since you would reach bitcoiners only. Services that such girls could use something useful that goes viral could make a difference and bring adoption.

I'm not sure but it might be better to put a zero before the point at your bitcoin values so that it does look less than it looks on first sight. Something like 0.6 looks less expensive...

And you might want to think over your unlimited revisions. You probably did not have one of those customers yet that will never end with not being satisified. Changes over changes. You need to set a stop of some kind.

Yeah bro, I tried putting 0.25 at first but it wasn't looking good. So removed it.
Guess I have to add it back and I will.

and about the unlimited revisions, yeah. I have a client who ordered so long back and I'm still stuck with his work though he's satisfied, he wants me to add some other things, update and all.
I guess I'll change that unlimited revision to certain time.

Thanks for your advice bro  Grin

I guess you have fun with him. Cheesy

Only as an update. Till now all 4 investors that wanted a refund proofed their burn and got refunded. No other refund requests are known to me.

So since I announced the possibility of refund on the 16th then I would release the remaining coins to the issuer on end of 23rd. For everyone invested in here it should be in his own interest to check out the status of the coin so that timestamp should be sufficient without bringing trouble to the issuer too much.
