I was wondering did you decide to only include SHA asics? I would love to see ratings for Scrypt asic companies as well. You have Lightningasic on there, but there is GAW, Zeus, Hashra, Alpha-t etc.

Hi,
I have a problem with solo mining. It was working fine for about 4 months, until there was a power outage.
My setup is as follows:
I have a few BFL jalapeno's (the 10gh version), connected to a powered USB hub, which is connected to a raspi running minepeon (latest version). As pool on minepeon I filled out the IP and credentials of my homeserver. This homeserver is running the wallet QT version with the '-server' option.
As said before, this setup has been working fine for 4 months. Now I can only mine for about 2 minutes (I get accepts, and can mine a few blocks), after which I will get "Pool 0 xxxx not responding". Then, nothing happens anymore. Sometimes I also get the "Pool 0 slow/down" error.
I tried connecting the jala's to my laptop, and mining to localhost (127.0.0.1), which has the same result. It works fine for ~2 min, and then errors. Sometimes after about 20-30min it starts mining again for 2 min, and then again errors. Mining to pools or the bitcoin wallet instead works fine.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
I tried the following:
- Updating to latest minepeon
- Updating to latest bfgminer (cgminer has issues recognizing these jala's)
- Using the command line version of the wallet (non-QT)
Please help me, I don't understand why it suddenly is not working anymore.

Yeah, and I am having some troubles with it. Somehow I am suddenly getting "pool 0 not responding" errors, and sometimes "pool 0 slow". I can mine for a few min, but then it stops again... |

Our official block explorer is stuck on block 172208 (2014-05-31 12:54:34), while the other explorer and most nodes are on 173103. The Android app is showing latest blocks, but I linked it to the official block explorer, so the 'Browse' feature is not working. Who can fix it? Or should I update the app to link to cryptexplorer? I would not spend much time on it, since we are going to swap anyway. After that it should be linked to the new blockchain. The official explorer is wrong, the other one is on the right block. |

PCP? Premine Coin Plus sounds a little catchier to me that PMP. and we can have a tongue in cheek ad campaign.. "Riding high on PCP" or something more creative than i'm able to come up with this early in the morning =P It cant be PMC if both coins will live on simultaneously for an extended amount of time. And i don't like 4 letter tags, it becomes a mouthfull. But PMP sounds Piiiiiiimpin  Edit: all right I'm gonna give this a couple hours before we make a decision. It will be tough to get what they owe you. I sent them an email regarding the fact that by law they should give consumers a full refund, this was their reply: Hello there,

Ah, that's a pity. I wouldn't go for PMC, just to reserve that one for the original PMC. I would go for PMCP or PCP like ctenc001 suggested. PMP indeed sounds like pimp, but I don't know whether that's a good thing  |

Users will have to send us their tx id and destination address manually.
I think the PMC wallet supports comments when using the console, it's just not implemented in the GUI. [edit] Just tested it, it seems to work. Personally I like the mobile logo (phi). Simple and it scales well. But I don't want a logo dilemma to hold up progress. Slap something on it and get it to the dev.

Since no one suggested anything and I got tired of waiting I whipped up a logo.  For reference, old logo:  Thoughts, suggestions, comments appreciated. The problem I have with both of these logo's is that they don't work well for the small versions. There is no instant recognition. You have that with the BTC an LTC logo for example. That's why I like the mobile wallet logo. Maybe you, or someone else, can make a logo which cointains both the 'phi', since it is easily recognizable, as well as the 'Premine' text, since it makes sure people know what it is about. If we can't decide on it now, I think it is best to keep the current logo. |

I like the logo from the android phone app... and a plus sign. Yes, def use that logo! Works much better in smaller form as well. |
