I think I have been waiting the longest for my Neptunes refund. Requested on 4th April, so today is exactly 3 weeks. Just wrote to them again to remind them.

I am still waiting on my refund requested on 4th April.
Liam told me: Refunds are usually processed within 10-15 working days but can take longer during busy periods.

I think I must practice my English lol

I requested a refund on my 3 Neptunes 4 days ago and now I feel even better about my decision.
I wonder why people still keep their orders.
The only reason I kept mine was to resell on Ebay, but even at this very moment the prices there has fallen to around £2000-£2500 per 1TH/s so even that opportunity for a profit is gone.

Hey CYPER when you going to post your review of the bitcoinultra rigs you got?

I can't comment on this atm, but I am expecting a new revision rig from them to review, which should arrive around the 25th this month.
I will be in Germany until the 2nd May, so I will be able to review it after I get back.

146  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 Sales open] Price changes daily, now 0.893 BTC for 180GH/s on: April 08, 2014, 12:11:31 PM
I have these coupons:

AntMiner S1 Coupon 0.085 BTC x 5
AntMiner S1 Coupon 0.055 BTC x 15

What I offer is 50/50 share of the amount.
For example if you were to buy 5x Antminers then you will transfer to me 4.2525 BTC and I will order them for you. Thus the price per miner is 0.8505BTC

Any questions please ask.

So are they expected to become in stock again?

I have some coupons I want to sell.
Tell me more Grin

I have:
5 x 0.085
15 x 0.055

We can share them 50/50, so if you were to order 5 miners then you would pay 0.0425 less per miner.

I got 4 coming today or tomorrow. Got the tracking number.

^^ Thanks for chiming in!! I just knew i would find bitcoinorama here calming the crowd but it looks like he is no where to be found..

He is the director of communication after all  Grin
Communication has never been a strong point for KNC.
Sam Cole was very eager to speak with people in July/August, but now he is nowhere to be found, unless you are ready to drop massive cash. Apparently 58K USD is not enough.

Anyone interested in buying some S1 discount coupons?

I have:

4 x 0.02

We can share the discount Smiley

How much i need to spend to save xD

Half-Half

For the 0.085BTC coupon you spend 0.0425 and save 0.0425 per miner.

155  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Setup & Troubleshoot] Bitmain AntMiner S1 180GH/S miner on: March 12, 2014, 04:38:13 AM
One of the S1 miners does not boot at all and as a result I cannot connect to the miner .

The ethernet port does not light up with both green and orange lights , instead it only blinks with a single green light. The miner seems to be stuck and refusing to boot. Any pointers or help ?

Hardware reset:

I think it's likely that Monday morning will provide some clarity to the situation. I expect the weekend may have been used for personal time, working on miners, other and that Monday will be back to business - that's my gut hope anyways.

Was not there some offers from members there to do a road trip for verification purposes? is that still a consideration? I'm willing to donate to some community-respected senior members to take a Truth-Trip, grab some snaps and post said snaps a la forum - Perhaps we can start a "Truth-Trip-Trust" to finance the quintessential query quest to the recluse rurality of Rotherham.

I want to go, but I am in the process of buying a new car as the current one is rubbish (Corsa 1999) and the 3 hour journey would be a nightmare  Grin
If I manage to find what I am looking for and decide to go I might take some donations for fuel (around £60 from London return).

I ordered 4 and I have absolutely no worries about losing my money.
And even if there is a longer unreasonable delay or inferior product that does not work as intended then Section 75 will be the answer if the company refuses to cooperate.
After all the bank is equally responsible as the merchant for this sale.
If there was no CC payment, then I wouldn't have ordered.
158  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: 750 GH/s - 3TH/s Miners from $3565 - www.bitcoinultra.co.uk on: March 08, 2014, 12:33:46 PM
People complain that topics get derailed with useless garbage, but it's the same people who actually do it.
Would you care to take your unrelated conversation somewhere else maybe?
I doubt anyone cares what is the weather in Wyoming.

Bitcoin Ultra: Order #46 has been processed

Enigma 1 - 750GH/s Bitcoin Miner - 4

Now let hope for the best that I don't have to use section 75 of the consumer credit act  Grin

Order #45

STATUS:   Processed
DATE:   07/03/2014, 16:18

I was thinking section 75 as I hit confirm also.

When better evidence shows up might jump in further will see.

Is your invoice in £ or $? No English court will touch a trade dispute in $ you'd have to duke it out in the USA!

Distance selling regulations have a loop hole for items who's value is linked to a fluctuating market price too so don't count on them either!

It is in GBP.

Hmm interesting its not down for me.

+1

Btw I experienced 2 security flaws: during the order process there was no SSL, so no secure connection + when you register they send the password in plain text to your email.
I told Chris about it, so they are looking into it.

So more more technical info: The Enigma 1 has 2 boards with 12 chips on each, so total of 24 chips. There is an RPI controller board + power distribution board that takes PCI-E 2x 8 pin + 1x 6pin for each board, so a total of 6 cables, which is an overkill anyway. Chris said you can just use 2x PCI-E 8pin per board also, so the 6pin cables are just optional.
