Just spoke to Liam too - as expected no useful information as to why there is such a huge delay, but I asked him when was the last USD refund processed and he said last week. He also said that there were no USD refunds processed this week, which is worrying  Again no information of why the financial department is busy and what exactly they are busy with. |

it's now been 22 since i requested a refund. i emailed KNC to ask when i can expect my refund and Anna Jagdhar told me their finance department is "extremely busy" and i wont get my refund for a few more weeks. kurt told me 7-10 days when i originally asked for a refund.
do not trust anything these people tell you.
When did they turned to be so untrusted ? Seemed very good company from the start. Ive been waiting for a refund for my GB since early march. If I dont have a refund from them by Friday, im getting my legal counsel involved. Maybe a letter from them will speed it up, might as well get my monies worth from my retainer. Early March or April? |

Request was made on 4th. I am seriously considering going there in person and creating a shitstorm. |

I don't hear any complaints from the regulars today. Please post if you got the refund. I still did not get it despite a specific promise made by one of their representative to refund by the end of this week. I never abused any of these people on the phone, never threw any insults at them either on a message board or email. Are these the days when a semblance of civilized behavior is considered a weakness? I think that i managed to get my e-mail blocked by knc support system after flooding them with e-mail asking them when will they refund me.
I know that they are reading this and i do know that they are holding my refund in order to not get into my Group Buy, but that would be very stupid since sending the money today i will only get them on friday or next week. I sometimes fantasize about going with the most vocal people here together as a group to the KNC offices in Stockholm to confront them. It usually takes about 10 business days for finance department to issue refund.
However, it might take a bit longer in case if finance department is loaded with work.
