142  Economy / Gambling / Re: Mems LIST OF NEWBIE FRIENDLY GAMBLING SITES on: April 04, 2014, 10:41:11 AM
I've tried to submit blockchain-reaction.com, but gotten this error:

Code:
your server reports a 0 file size
cowardly refusing to download the memslist.txt
please correct your server settings OR request mem to add your site to the exclusion list for this check (first option is likely to be quicker).

The file is served as text/html over http, if you need a different protocol perhaps you should specify that in your instructions? Smiley

edit: the url was http://blockchain-reaction.com/images/memslist.txt

Many thanks Smiley

Cheers, Paul.

done, you can now start listing your games Smiley
nice looking game btw and perhaps you can help with something Ive been pondering.

Usually Id list games like this as slot machines, but Ive always felt its not correct.
Slot machines are money in, random result out with the only options being min & max bet (plus multiple lines etc etc) - imho pretty damn boring (roulette/ blackjack anyday thank you very much imho).

So what category do you think would best suite your game.

Ive noted that its multiplayer (nice) but a concern is that it would be easy to create a bot to ream players constantly (at worst tie every time, ie wargames).
Not trying to be critical but I am curious how you avoid AI players, we used to see similar issues with an early bitcoin online chess casino as I pointed out (and soon happened) the site was overwhelmed by bots and human players stood no chance.

Keen to hear your feedback, site looks quite nice btw.
143  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Fucking Ponzi's and the idiots that buy into them + List of Shills on: April 04, 2014, 06:04:54 AM
ponzi's ponzi's everywhere.
144  Economy / Gambling / Re: Mems LIST OF NEWBIE FRIENDLY GAMBLING SITES on: April 04, 2014, 05:59:59 AM
changed formatting (less clutter).
more html vars.

site owners can now set a "nice url" if the generated base_url is not nice enough Wink
sites now have a twitter field.

thinkng about adding badges for support of altcoins.

imho altcoin badges should not increase a sites score much / if at all so here is my rough proposal for altcoin badge scoring

LTC: +0.02, most popular and widely used altcoin in crypto gambling
DOGE: +0.01, newbie friendly coin.
other coins: +0.001 OR +0, barely worth scoring and having a db field for it eg XPM, PPC due to small/ inactive communities.

still mulling it over, but there seems to be enough casinos supporting LTC warrant a badge for LTC at least.

let me know your thoughts.
also updating list.

145  Economy / Gambling / Re: SATOSHIGEM.COM | Real-time puzzle multiplayer | 10000% JACKPOTS | LARGE BETS on: April 04, 2014, 02:16:08 AM
always concerned when I hear "GEMS GEMS GEMS" and 0 description of how the game actually works Tongue
but after looking it seems quite nice and nothing like the other gem games.
146  Economy / Gambling / Re: EternalBTCPonzi 121% Min/Max 1%fee ¤ 7 Days old ! 9.7 btc sent today ! on: April 03, 2014, 10:13:46 AM

Its a scam !
147  Economy / Gambling / Re: Mems LIST OF NEWBIE FRIENDLY GAMBLING SITES on: April 03, 2014, 09:26:02 AM
yellowdog just highlighted a bug, cheers.

"site_owners were unable to modify basic site info" found and fixed.
found & fixed.

edit: site owners can now set their sites to "provably fair" and "provable results" while the site is in pre-pending.

edit: moderators can set anything and everything on a site until the site is approved.
mods can pre-approve sites, meaning their signed off by a trusted peer I just have not had the chance to give it the final tick.

edit: site owners keep modifying most badges for their site while its in pending and pre-pending.

pre-pending is basically just a spam catcher.
148  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoinlivebets.com is a scammer on: April 03, 2014, 09:22:32 AM
So wait, it seems like bitcoinlivebets is accusing you of past posting.  Is this what happened?

google translation does not complete. I did not fully understand the sentence

Were you betting on games after they had already started?

I play live bets

it seems by accident that you were using their site in a way they did not predict.

hi btw Cheesy
149  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitroulette.se - The First And Only True Random Online Roulette. on: April 03, 2014, 08:20:14 AM
Provably fair is only fair in perception.

I would argue heavily against that.
The moment players are inputing their own seed either manually, via their own RNG formula or via txid (blockchain based casinos) you have a level of trust and fairness unparalleled in any other casino game.

I need to jump on and give it a play when its ready before I can fairly comment further, feel free to shoot me a PM when its ready.
150  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitroulette.se - The First And Only True Random Online Roulette. on: April 03, 2014, 08:10:03 AM
Mem, I really think you should remove the negative trust that you gave the OP.  Just because he doesn't have a provably fair casino doesn't mean that he is running a Scam casino.

There are some examples of non-provably fair casinos that are still fair, like live-feed video dealer roulette.  If OP is going to set up a video feed of the white-noise detector, that could suffice for fairness.

done & done Smiley

I got a bit trigger happy with all the ponzi's I was branding and ended up in here all charged up and over zealous Tongue

151  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Fucking Ponzi's and the idiots that buy into them + List of Shills on: April 03, 2014, 08:06:04 AM
i saw this ponzi give bit.net and have a lot of fans all is newbie i think the owner is going nuts by talking to himself Cheesy his thread is flocking with his shill account

152  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Fucking Ponzi's and the idiots that buy into them + List of Shills on: April 03, 2014, 07:57:34 AM
bumpy bump, nice to see the shills bumping this list.
153  Economy / Gambling / Re: Mems LIST OF NEWBIE FRIENDLY GAMBLING SITES on: April 03, 2014, 07:23:40 AM
Hey mem! Could you let me know what we would need to give you to have Bitzillions added on your list?

Our landing page is www.bitzillions.com

Our Bitcoin dice game, Satoshibones has been operating for a year so far with no issues (in fairness or usability) and has consistently followed through with payments to its investors as well.

We are also currently rolling out our first big update for our one year anniversary. We have added Litecoin (which will be active from the homepage in the next two days) and will soon be adding dogecoin as well.  We have plans to add more games beyond simply dice games in the future as well!

Let me know what you need from me! Thanks a lot!!

We also tried to add the memlist.txt and returned with the "your server reports a 0 file size
cowardly refusing to download the memslist.txt" error!

^ my error messages are usually fun Smiley

just paste the memslist.txt here or pm it to me.
will have some moderators along soon as well.

Pm'ed. Thanks for the quick response mem! Need anything else from me?

processed to pre-pending Smiley please add your games & description etc please.
154  Economy / Gambling / Re: JuggerPonz ★ 120% Returns ★ Round #2 ★ 200% End of Round Payouts on: April 03, 2014, 07:20:08 AM
I'm surprised there's not enough money now to payout anybody. Rather odd...

Why? Figures add up to me...

people still learning how ponzi's really work.

155  Economy / Gambling / Re: Mems LIST OF NEWBIE FRIENDLY GAMBLING SITES on: April 03, 2014, 03:53:40 AM
yes, try adding games for your site.
my aim / hope here is that site admins can give much better descriptions than I can Smiley

Done! Worked beautifully. Edit worked as well. Tried to edit the site, the protection works fine as well. Cool

(Hint regarding our provably fair status: we're using exactly the same system as SatoshiDICE, and we
even provide a ready-made open-source bet verifier: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=426390 )

anyway, tis very late I should be sleeping zzZZZ

Good night  Grin

Glad the security is doing its job, I'll add the badge for provably fair now.
thats everydice, looks they had no issues with submitting via url Smiley

thanks for the feedback everyone, I have it fetching all IF urls automatically if the servers returns the file size.
Moderators and admins do not have this restrcition, that can submit the url and have it loaded regardless if file size is reported or not.

Luckybit, I deleted your user, submited your url, then re-added your url with all the info etc.

Thanks a lot! Awesome work!

Let us know if we can be of any assistance.

Bet Coin Palace is good. The house edge is low for the more experienced, but it's still newbie friendly. My favorite is roulette but not because it's 3D. It's because.................alright, fine, it's because it's in 3D.

 http://www.betcoinpalace.com/choose_type.php?game=757

If a casino has a defined house edge, is provably fair and solvent casino then ignoring all those the most important part of gambling is whatever floats your boat.
I cant stress that enough, gambling is intended to be a fun way to blow your money with the odd chance of walking away with more than you started with, personally I love texas holdem and will bing on it repeatedly when time permits.

I'll get around to adding them, easier though if they add themselves and list their own games etc Smiley

on other news, already got 1 moderator lined up, I trust him implicity and know him personally.... my younger brother Wink
he is not a forum member but he was actually my main reviewer for all currently approved sport sites and not myself unlike his older brother he is quite a fan and also an old bitcoin investor.
I got him onto bitcoin for gambling as well, as a big fan of US sports he couldnt find any sites / locations that would take his bets on college football etc, so with the advent of bitcoin + wagering sites + sports specific sites that allowed you to run up your own bets he became quite the fan Smiley

"IF" he does not mind, his email will be up there for all sports sites to pester directly to queue jump the rest of the casinos.

More info as I go and keep those memlist.txt 's coming, I'll submit them if the auto submit fails just post here.

Ive excluded the 1 files Im currently testing as both sites dont report file size Sad
