I don't know how to handle this phenomenon: mining difficulty is exploding to more than 4M while the prize is still low? Kind of weird for me.
My take is that, most people who knows about this coin think it's a great idea and holds the coins. Problem is not many people know about the coin or is misunderstood so the volume is low.

Wow, you're really twisting it aren't you.
I think the IPO was fair. I had the opportunity like any other user on this board to invest but I didn't as I didn't trust the coin at the time.

Thanks a lot. I found myself at rank 1089. Why you are not showing up on this list ( http://stats.curecoinfolding.com/daily.html). This list is like an bucket that are empty once a day and if you don't finish a work then you don't have a possition on this list, this list is only one day deap from the time it was empty. OK? I don't know. My folders are running 24/7. I setup a 2-core instance at Digitalocean for monthly 20$ just as lasershurt advised in his little tutorial. I also have F@H running on my Mac (2 cores) and my Linux PC (3 cores). CPUs generate a lot less than GPUs. The Digital Ocean machine won't produce a whole lot. I noticed that, unfortunately. Well, donating 20$ to Digitalocean is no big deal, let's see how much I'm going to get in return. 2 hours ago I started the Chrome extension on the Mac, no clue if it uses the GeForce too. You might want to try an AWS EC2 instance where you can fold the -bigadv units. It will probably get you a lot more points then a month on digitalocean with 2 cores.

Since you're running on CPUs only, did you try using the NaCl client on chrome (for your mac at least)?

Just went thru all the addresses and saw that 8 out of the 29 addresses has moved all/most/some of their coins with the rest holding. Doesn't seem too bad to me.

which algo?
SHA-256 Sunnyfive I forgot in the last thread, how many days of pre-mine did you have... 30 days? Pre-Mine was for bounties. Most coins now are 50% Pre-Mine. Hmm no they're not.

all this topic proves is that chumps are nervous about Emuni - Dan release the code, the world is moving towards open source not away -
I think it's hard to release the source code when emunie hasn't been released yet.

since the devs did not release the addresses ipo where paid to due to ipo holders concern for privacy, can they at least tell us how many ipo coins are left at the addresses they paid out too, since it seems clear this coin will go no where until there is no ipo left to dump... ty
All of the ipo investors haven't sold any coins... at least the ones that visit the irc channel.

First the payout are only based on daily shares so the averages out in 10 days are even more strange, there should not be ANY variations in these type of calculations. For fun I did a 12day calculation and it was still -12% off from what it should be. -12% for my are almost 3 GPU's not working and that are a lot of waste for noting.
I think that daily variations are maybe because of different time zones / times taken into account between pool and certified WUs. I didn't have enough information from data sources to make 11 days calculation, I could do only for 10. I believe Your math is shifted for one day, therefore difference arose. Also, during this 10 days, time for payment was shifted for 17 hours. That point could be also source for some difference. Anyhow, there is no 40-50% difference for sure. My opinion is that pool should have historical data and calculations for folders, so there will not be doubts about it. Like it is now, there is possibility for confusion and miscalculations. Edit: Edited percentages. Ridiculous! Now you blame it on time zones. Here are the estimated PPD (FAHControls) from yesterday on my 3 computers: 3660 + 1471 + 3661 = 8792 PPD. This morning cryptobullionpools showed 471 (!), yesterday it was 910. I hesitate to call it fraudulent but there is something VERY wrong. I can only say my numbers seem to be running correctly. You can't just look at PPD but at the WUs you submitted. If they're not submitted then they're not counted. (eg. shares on a normal mining pool)

So I'm folding since Tuesday: 10 cores CPU and 1 HD7950. I didn't get neither points nor Curecoins. Is this "Folding for Curecoins" thing a hoax?
Same here. The payouts are ridiculously low. According to the FAHControls I have to get roughly 4000 PPD. Since yesterday my PPD @ cryptobullionpools were 325 (!). Today it's 910. For a whole week of folding I got 0.116 CURE which equals 0.9 cents. Hello all. My first post here. @ Rainer4256, There is something wrong in your settings (configuration) on FAHControl. CPU (10 cores - ??); You should received over - 20 000 PPD. and 1 HD7950; This GPU does with Core_17 (0x17) about 60 000-70 000 PPD. You get (today according to statistics) around 4000+ PPD. Ask for help on - https://foldingforum.org/viewforum.php?f=61I apologize for bad English Greetings from Bulgaria First of all: thank you for offering help. To keep my computers operable I reduced the number of cores to 8: System 1: 3 cores @ 2.8 GHz i5, 1 HD7950, OS Ubuntu 14.04; est. PPD 3257 System 2: 3 cores @ 1.6 GHz AMD A8-4555M APU, OS Ubuntu 14.04; est. PPD 373 (my main working device) System 3: 2 cores @ 3.08 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Mac OSX 10.9; est. PPD 713 All systems are running properly without showing any errors. The F&H Configuration Guide says: "The Folding@home (FAH) client typically runs well using the default settings." So therefore my setup can't be completely wrong. The 7950 probably isn't doing anything since Linux and F@H don't play well together (yet).

I think the bounties should be visible in the OP. (eg. translations, mobile wallet)

Well this is really unfortunate however I believe in Dan and will keep my investments with the eMunie project.

What's your username on F@H, and does it exactly match the one on cryptobullionpools.com? Rainer4256 and Team 224497 Thank you. http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/user_summary.php?s=&u=658527So you should be getting some payout soon but not much though.

PPC has no good features. NXT has killer features and 100% POS. It dont consume much power and dont need ASIC GPU or other hardware. NXT can be about 10$ without problems in the next 2 years. But thats only my opinion. PPC is for me like the other 200 Coins which dont provide anything new and 90% or more copy of Bitcoin. Look at youtube and look at all the interviews about NXT and think about it twice. You will recognize that PPC is worthless in comparison with NXT (not the Price, but the Features, the Developers, the Community and the features in future which are already planned and they are developing it atm).
And whats the plan for PPC ? No Plan. So this coin will die and its not worth 2$ its overvalued.
NXT is technically superior but give PPC its dues. It was first to POS and was one of the first few altcoins.
