It's not like rivalry. Both Dhoni and Kohli had different preferences for the national team selection. Dhoni would prefer players such as Kedar Jadhav and Dinesh Karthik, who play for CSK or India Cements. On the other hand, Kohli is said to have a preference for RCB/Delhi players, such as Rishabh Pant and Yuzvendra Chahal. Also, both of them support opposing camps in the BCCI. Dinesh Karthik was in the team for a long time and he is in and out of the team because of Dhoni cementing his place and Rishabh Pant came into the team recently on back of some good innings in the junior tournaments. Yuzvendra Chahal also debuted in recent times as they replaced Ashwin and Jadeja combination with another left arm spinner. For now more focus will be on Rishabh Pant as he is just 23 and Dinesh Karthik is already 35 so may play for another couple of years. But in last few years Dinesh Karthik has being a good finisher and have ability to maintain calm under pressure and can hit six on last balls of innings while chasing the score which not everybody can do it. Rishabh has a long way to go and if he can prove consistency and gather behind the wickets cleanly, he will have more often his place fixed in the team squad. |

The odds of 1.4 are still quite reasonable, sometimes you read that odds must be much higher. 1.4 that in itself is good to do to be able to unlock it.

I don't think any team can make less than 36 runs in test match innings  No, this is not the lowest score in test cricket, still India is at 7th in that list  But look at the years when those scores were scored so we can consider this as the worst test score of modern-day cricket by any team. Except for the Ireland who scored 38 in 2019 there is no team who have recently been dismissed for so less runs like India did yesterday. That was the biggest surprise in the modern day cricket and its hard to believe. The surprising part is that India played well in first innings and took lead and pitch was still good and not much changed but the way every departed without showing any sign to stand on pitch and just negotiate some overs initially that intent was missing. It was not that extraordinary Oz Bowled but just worst batting and is getting high criticism due to their performance. |

It will be an unforgettable day for India as well as Australia. With the lead of 43 runs India starting the second innings on Home ground of Australia is truly big when the first innings score wasn't that high. Hazlewood and Cummins are the history makers, without them such as a consecutive wicket fall couldn't have happened. India on the other side showed its worst batting performance, having the best batting line-up.
Nothing to discuss here as everyone who has seen the wickets and the way India played will just be highly disappointed after seeing the way India took lead from 1st innings. Exhuisite performance by Indian bowlers. I thought only pacers would be the hero on this tour but Ravichandran Ashwin had some different plans today. Very happy for Ashwin, he was game changer for India. For now India need to face some tough time, 11 8 overs are left, tricky period under the lights. Australia might be looking for at least 2 wickets tonight. India would be very happy if they lose only 1 wicket or may be wicketless. Well done to the whales,,, I definitely felt those wins in my investments;) I actually quite stupidly divested TWICE to win back the losses, each time was around 1.8% loss so I think in total over 3% of bankroll went down during this contest, but at least we know people are interested;) I do not mind at all these contests as I prefer more people to come and gamble, eventually house edge right?

Final of the Lanka Premier League (LPL) will be played in a few hours from now. Galle Gladiators will take on Jaffna Stallions for the first ever title. I want the Jaffna Stallions to win, which will be a huge boost to the Northern region (where Jaffna is located) after decades of suffering from the civil war. I would have been even more happier if they had scheduled some of the matches at Jaffna. Anyway, the final match will be played at Hambantota.
I bet on Galle Gladiators today. Jaffna Stallions scored 70 runs in 8.4 overs by losing 3 wickets. I guess they will be able to run like 160. Lets see what will happen. Jaffna Stallions are playing well now. Malik and de Silva are making good runs and are playing aggressive. They will score far more than 160, if they continue playing like this. I am looking 180+ score from them to give themselves a good chance to win the final.
