1421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Casinos are open - end of the Pandemic era. on: June 08, 2020, 12:57:03 AM
I am optimistic that the reopening of Las Vegas will be very positive. Nevada followed the protocol that has been successful in the middle of the Coronavirus. Unfortunately other states in the USA did not suffer the same fate. The reopening of the Casinos in Las Vegas is necessary due to the economic engine that it means for the region.
1422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao Might Fight Golovkin on: June 07, 2020, 05:05:42 AM
Pacquiao fans think this fight against Golovkin is crazy. There's a big downside to this Pacquiao fight Age, Weight, and Height. But it can happen that we are wrong and Pacquiao is the winner, everything will be due to his good training and experience.
1423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A day to celebrate and pay tribute to casinos? on: June 07, 2020, 03:31:10 AM
I don't think casinos deserve a day of celebration. They act like any business and society is right when they say how negative it can be. There is no need to change the reality Casinos are designed to make a profit by entertaining ourselves and making us believe that we can win a lot of money. Casinos are the big winners.
1424  Economy / Economics / Re: Where and How to Spend Your Bitcoins? on: June 06, 2020, 10:47:46 PM
I also convert BTC to FIAT because in my country there are not many stores that accept Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. There is still a lot of apathy to the subject for many reasons: little education, fear of technology, it is real or not and not everyone has internet service and a smartphone within reach.
We are still in diapers to adopt Bitcoin, we would need a boost in the economy. Let's hope we get out of these times of crisis to see if we take a step forward.
1425  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: June 06, 2020, 10:34:32 PM
Living without banks could be the day that everyone accepts Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, but for that to happen there will have to be a profound transformation in the economy. I would love the idea but the governments that intend to accept cryptocurrencies are already thinking about imposing taxes on those who carry out operations with them.
It could be positive if these taxes would improve the lives of its citizens but we already know how this has worked in the past.
1426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Patience above all will be rewarded here on: June 06, 2020, 09:30:03 PM
At some point, those who disappear after the market dumped were not the true believers of bitcoin. You know, that in the first place bitcoin is not stable and that we may tend to profit or become deficit. But the fact that the price flactuates is some kind of a hope or opposite to others. If we tend to patiently wait like most of us here are doing, then we guarantee success at the end. Remember that bitcoin will not always bear and will not always down.

Those who dump bitcoins are not necessary those who have no trust in bitcoins, infact they are mostly the big traders or whales which sell high quantity of bitcoins and later they buy them cheap again. This is how this pump and dump cycle continues and bitcoin price is never stable.
It all makes sense because Bitcoin's price is unstable, but the community that believes in Bitcoin is not passed out. We may not have large amounts but we still support it, bitcoin is our freedom and we will not let it escape.
1427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I like to learn and use bitcoin on: June 06, 2020, 09:14:27 PM
I agree! We need to educate ourselves and teach people what is Bitcoin? and how to use it? Today there are App that are simplifying the way we handle Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, our Crypto Mobile wallet, and everyone has their favorite. There are also debit cards filled with crypro, I think that soon there will be credit cards.
1428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN AS A DIGITAL GOLD on: June 06, 2020, 08:48:52 PM
I agree BTCitcoin surpasses digital gold because it is allowing the development of technology and the growth of digital assets. And it's just the beginning thanks to the support of the community. Banking will have to reinvent itself to be able to meet all the world's demand when people prefer 100% Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
1429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My 0.1 BTC Journey on: June 06, 2020, 08:22:29 PM
I love hearing about your experience and thank you very much for sharing it. I see her Journey described in three words: Discovery, challenge and goal. I also try to follow your same ideas, the most pleasant thing is that I can enjoy each experience day by day. Although the day turns dark there are beautiful sunsets.
BTCitcoin can give you a very exciting journey!
1430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ‘Bitcoin and Black America’ Author: Protest by Buying BTC on: June 06, 2020, 08:09:37 PM
From the point of view that the black community in the USA has less opportunity to access the banking system. I agree that they buy Bitcoin and I disagree with the violence and the people who want to take advantage of the situation. The posters represent the voice of the protesters and those they believe. These protests say many of a community that has been ignored by the system.
1431  Economy / Economics / Re: More Evidence of Coronavirus as Financial Reset on: June 05, 2020, 05:55:34 AM
Guys, I found this article. We are so vulnerable in the midst of this pandemic. I have always thought like China with all the experience it has in science and having seen the virus first hand allowed it to spread so freely. What an expert said is being fulfilled. Just months before a case of Coronavirus was known in China.

China Has More Control Over Your Prescription Drugs Than You May Think

“If we had a pandemic and we needed drugs from another country, it could become a defense issue,” James Cassel, the co-founder of Cassel Salpeter & Co., which oversees mergers and acquisitions of healthcare companies, told Healthline. "It's scary. Tariffs are one thing. But what if they just decide not to make something available? ”
1432  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Vs Cryptocurrency, which would you choose? on: June 05, 2020, 04:27:57 AM
Both are my preference:
FIAT 15% and Cryptocurrency 85%. So, I keep my finances is the most honest thing I can say. I do not know if it has happened to you but since I know about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies it is a world that I do not want to leave.

1433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin should never become fully anonymous- don't fool yourself on: June 05, 2020, 03:38:05 AM
I have searched and found no recent news about Treasury Secretary Mnuchin talking about Bitcoin.
Only two articles in dates of 02/13/2020 and 03/02/2020.

https://news.bitcoin.com/mnuchin-cryptocurrency/

https://home.treasury.gov/news/press-releases/sm926

In both articles he highlights the duty of the treasury department to prevent the misuse of virtual currencies including Bitcoin and stablecoins.

"The US welcomes responsible innovation, including new technologies that may improve the efficiency of the financial system," said Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin. "We must ensure that we balance innovation with the need to protect our national security and maintain the integrity of our financial system. "

But I think that once Bitcoin is legal in the countries. Governments will levy a tax for those who make use of it and they would have to pay these taxes. We are already seeing it in some countries that are doing it and therefore Bitcoin would not become full anonymous.
1434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Internet browser auto fill and bitcoin is ....... ? on: June 05, 2020, 02:10:54 AM
I don't know if I search for it from the past but somehow the very first suggestion was interesting and it's more of a technical side of a question as well and among the suggestion on the image one thing was only was really worthless, see it for yourself, by the way, I haven't searched for it. Google really has weird suggestions it could ever record.

That is also my search suggestion. It seems that Google has it predetermined or at least it can change according to the increase in the number of searches and vary. I don't know the correct reason.
However, Bitcoin to me is a cryptocurrency or digital money.

1435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Good news from Ohio - Sports betting will be legal now. on: June 05, 2020, 01:02:08 AM
It is a bill that could become law later this year if Ohio senators fully endorse it. And it would become the next state to offer legal provider of sports betting services.

Interested in knowing more about the states that offer legal sports betting services in the USA.

1436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PAGCOR waiting for the approval to reopen land-based casinos. on: June 05, 2020, 12:02:42 AM
I agree, the number of new daily infections is what inspires insecurity for the population. Only essential activity businesses should continue to operate until these infection rates drop.
Sadly, Casinos are the most affected in this pandemic due to the fact that they have to carry out their operations in contact with people.
1437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: June 04, 2020, 10:22:29 PM
Germany has been an inspiration for the EPL to resume. They have made the right decision and now we have a date for the first matches.

Aston Villa vs. Sheffield United and Manchester City vs. Arsenal (June 17 without fans in attendance.)

Without a doubt, the return of football to the field will make us happy again. We must get used to a new normal until we have a cure for the coronavirus.

1438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: June 04, 2020, 09:35:12 PM
That's right, the protocol must be followed, testing the players and the entire team to resume the matches. Probably as this season the calendar has not been met due to the pandemic, the games that were scheduled are not fully met, players could earn less income from their wages. But I think that this is not so important when health is first .
1439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best device for online gambling. on: June 04, 2020, 08:12:19 PM
I prefer PC because I can see in more detail the games available, I would like to try the games on a tablet as well in order to know my best experience although there are games that we can enjoy on a smartphone but not all of them are comfortable when betting.
