Benfica won the derby and now the difference between them is six points and that is too large . Porto will need to be on a streak so they can make up the difference. A loss at home is huge and that will cost them huge. Hopefully benfica starts losing so we can see an intresting turn of events. |

Regardless of how you judge Barcelona's chances in the Champions League to qualify for the next round, then I hope they can really beat Bayern Munich and also Viktoria Plzen in the next 2 matches. I don't want them to give Inter too much hope of qualifying without a tough competition, so a win on matchday 5 is mandatory for Barcelona.
Inter could possibly get an easy win over Viktoria Plzen, but maybe not when they travel to Germany or at the Allianz Arena. So Barcelona should have a chance until matchday 6 if they can beat Bayern Munich, I hope so.
Even if they beat both bayern and plzen that dosent mean they will qualify. Inter just needs a win to qualify and they have to win against Plzen that is too weak in this group. It could still be that the absence of Lewandowsky has a major impact on this Bayern Munich team. After all, Mane is a completely different player and a completely different caliber than Lewandowsky. Too bad he didn't win the golden ball. Union Berlin - Bayern Munich has already been played in September and that has become 1-1. They will play against each other again in Munich in February. Perhaps an important game, but it could well be (and what do I expect) that Bayern Munich will already have a big lead. I can't imagine Union Berlin being able to keep up this pace like this.
Lewandowski has a big impact on Bayern Munichs team because he scored 40+ goals per season and they just didnt get a similar striker. They got Mane that is a winger and putted him in a striker position so that changes a lot of things. They are still really good but not that deadly. |

Gabriel Jesus wasted quite many opportunities by the way but he was still very eager to contribute to the match. He didn't play without caring about if it was a Europa League match and it was to see this ambition. Sometimes matches have a very tight lock to open and this was one of them definitely. PSV must be thankful for not having a heavy defeat in Emirates. I bet on Arsenal to win this but I was really uncomfortable with the 1-0 score in the last moments.  I might prefer to bet on both teams to score next time as I guess that PSV would improve their performance against them in a home match. Arsenal would score again but they might not win because it is like they have nearly guaranteed the lead. Arsenal play a very interesting game wherever they play. I think 1 goal is still not enough for their performance like that. PSV could not develop their game well and was constantly pressured by Arsenal. A very striking statistical record is shown by Arsenal in this match. I am very interested in the young players from Arsenal who continue to play well, and also the teamwork shown to show that they are a team that has been formed for a long time. They were successful with 4 wins in this group stage. Well Arsenal won and got the three points that secures them the knockout faze and that is the most important thing while now PSV still needs a win to secure that position. Arsenal did a huge job and now they have an amazing chance of winning this tournament that isnt easy at all. |

I think Chelsea v Manchester United will be the focal point in the 13th round. Both teams need to catch up with the league leaders. It will be a very nerve-racking match. Chelsea as well as MJ have been playing on defense lately so there won't be many goals. I'm betting on a 0-1 win for Chelsea. The Londoners are playing at home, which will help them a lot.
From their current condition, it is quite clear that this is a big match, especially since they are currently in a pretty good trend and in a position that seems to have come back to life when compared to the beginning of the season. It will be a decision whether Chelsea can hold on to its position or maybe Manchester United can secure the 3 points and overtake. In the last game Chelsea were not very good because they were faced with a pile of Brentford players in defense which made it difficult for them to score goals. I think its time for Chelsea to wake up from their sleep. They have a good team this season but just dont have the best results. While Man Utd is slowly picking up form but we will see how the Ronaldo situation will have an effect on them. For me i think it will be an easy win by Chelsea. |

The first half of the match between Antalyaspor and Istanbulspor ended in a 1-1 draw. Although Antalyaspor played well last year, its performance this year is really bad. They have given their opponent many positions in the match so far and it is not easy to predict who will win the match. I thought this week they would win 3 points and start playing well in the league as before, maybe I'm wrong  What a match between these two teams we seen everything we could,red cards,cancelled goals turnovers and so on. Antalyaspor was able to win the match in the end in the 96th minute and a var ruling was going on for 3 minutes and the game was played until 101 minutes insane stuff. |

Well it happens to the best of us and overtime you just forget but the best way is just fall a sleep and not think about it. You probobly get angry or dissapointed once that happens but that just fades away. After sometime if you get some money or wins it just becomes funny or you just feel stupid. There should be a high chance for Nottingham Forest to be playing defensively against Liverpool in their next upcoming match with the hope of forcing a draw at the final whistle, but I think Liverpool will want to continue their chase against Arsenal at the top of the table and they should be able to beat Nottingham Forest.
Even if Nottingham Forest parks the bus that wont help them. Liverpool must make up the difference in points and they are on a good run so far. So i think if Liverpool opens them up quickly it will be game over. For me Nottingham Forrest is the main favorite to get relegated this season. |

A bit of a downer today as Villa sacked Stevie G. I really, really wanted him to do well, obviously, plus I liked Villa a lot (them losing me a lot of money this season in betting is proof haha). Will be tough after such heights at Rangers to such lows at Villa.

Aston villa just dosent have such a good team they will fight really hard not to get relegated this season,Gerrard probobly wont last until winter transfer window if he continues like this. Nobody expected that Union Berlin would be in first place, which is actually unprecedented that it went so well. And they also played a great game against Dortmund and won. The Netherlands does not have many players who shine like squads from other countries, only a few players who have top names. however, that does not mean their performance will be very doubtful in this world cup stage. after all they have statistics that are quite impressive, in 15 matches, they played quite well and smoothly without defeat.
meaning, their probability of qualifying in the next group stage is wide open compared to other contestants who are members of group A. and, maybe in the Qatar world cup later, they could give us a surprise.
as for the other three contestants, such as Senegal, Ecuador, Qatar, they must at least try to beat the Netherlands if they want to qualify for the next phase.

Ronaldo has played in several clubs. His first career at Manchester United made Real Madrid sign him. He had a brilliant career at Real Madrid. I think this cannot be separated from the help of Marcelo, Mesut Ozil and others. But for now, the names of Ronaldo and Messi seem to be slowly being replaced. I'm afraid the PSG president will be frustrated if this year with so many big names in the squad, they can't bring home the Champions League trophy.
Seeing the failure, it is clear that there will be disappointment but most likely this will not be frustrating because by appointing Galtier, the higher-ups actually understood the consequences of not being able to bring in the Champions League and from the start it was also stated that they did not really target it even though the desire was still there. there was but Galtier's quality was still a little below so they didn't really prioritize this being the main target. Well its not that easy to win the champions league it is the most hardest to win. That dosent happen so oftenly a lot of luck is needed. We seen Man City last season they destroyed Real Madrid and were two goals in advantage and lost somehow in the very end. So even if they have all the superstar it isnt that easy to win it at all |

Really good an expected win from Fulham and really easy,didnt expect such an easy win but i think the red card made it really easy for Fulham. Nice win by Tsitsipas tonight in Stockholm against Maxime Cressy.
Even with nice odds on the first set since the Greek was quoted up to @1.90 ( I was able to take a nice/comfortable @1.60).
Tsitsipas must be followed into this tournament. He is the first player of the seed, and he is playing at high level.

Man United v Tottenham 2-0 and the game is now deep into stoppage time. A good but also necessary victory. I think Ten Hag hasn't built up a lot of credit this season, so this win is welcome. Fred and Fernandez scored, I'm also sorry for Ronaldo, but in the end he just wanted to stay with The Reds himself, didn't he? He would be much better off going to another club and playing for a lower salary, what's wrong with that? Surely he is not dependent on a few million more or less a year. But United could still finish high, Liverpool are disappointing but have won against City. How long can Arsenal maintain this high level?
So many people are feeling doubt about MU's performance and then it has proven if MU can be a killer for all of top teams in EPL. The performance from MU is different when it was against the small club but surprisingly if MU can play so good when it was against the big club. I do believe if this proves MU has so much capability to go to the champion league for the next season eventhough if it's still at the middle standing. Man Utd is picking up pace in the league and playing everytime better. They showed today they can play really offensive football and Tottenhams defence just couldnt stop all those attacks. You cannot defend for 90 minutes all the time and expect to get points everytime. |

I really don't understand what happened to Galatasaray, at the moment they lost 2-0 to a middleweight team like Kayseri. It was only natural that it was a coincidence, but from the match statistics, Kayseri's current win was reasonable. Kayserispor played much better and got an important win. Galatasaray's new transfers are not very successful. Substitutes perform better, but players for the starting 11 don't make the expected contribution. Çağdaş Atan played with the right tactic and Kayserispor forced Galatasaray to always do crosses. As he said, Galatasaray made 44 crosses but couldn't get any result. This win showed the difference in mentality between the coaches and we saw which one's tactical success was superior. Galatasaray missed the chance for some big points. Their new transfers arent working i dont know what is the reason. They have the best players in Turkey and the best team on paper but just cannot win this matches. Icardi also scored just one goal in his three matches and i expected more from him. They need to score from those crosses and that is just a problem and they need to practice those on their trainings. |

Lorient 0:0 Reims FT
Lorient has failed to grab a whole 3 points in this match even when the opportunity was there. The Reims team guys were red carded twice at 46th minutes and 90th minutes but the Lorient players didn't take advantage. It was a really good fight by Reims and it is better 1 point than zero point.
Lorient missed the perfect chance to take the first place . Really wierd that they didnt take the opportunity that they had . Two missing players from Reims was a huge advantage. Reims also had some really good chances and could have taken all three points even with red cards. |

Andy Murray lost today in Gijon against Korda 2-1 , Murray was the underdog so it was not shocking that he lost, the American is one of my personal favorite young players, i saw him play a couple of matches before, he is pretty good, he didn't quite blow up but he's still young, i'm pretty sure he can win a big title in the future.
After short break this is the highest reach of Andy Murray reaching Quarter Final. In his previous tournaments he used to end with group stages or by the third round. As age pass, his performance keeps moving downwards. More young players are ready to dominate the tennis world. One amongst them is Korda. Yeah, I think this is the highest that Andy Murray has reach in a tournament thus far, so it's not that bad however still very tough tournament for him as he lost to a young Korda. So Korda will be facing Rublev now. I will go with Rublev in this one. I thight Rublev has some confidence but probably this will be extended into 3 sets, I reckon. Andy Murray is finished and that happened a long time ago. Now he just plays tournaments and if he gets to the quarter finals its a big achievement for him. He goes on the tournament just because those tournaments invite him because he is a large name,but he aint a threat to anyone. |
