I haven't heard any good news about privacy coins this days, it seems that people are losing interest in privacy coins because of regulation? Also privacy coins have bad performance compared to other altcoins, what is going on? Can privacy coins survive on the long run?

So far privacy coins like XMR, ZCASH, DASH... I still find them to work fine and no problem but they don't seem to be trendy anymore. Nowadays, people enter the market mainly looking for profit and they will only be interested in things that can bring them profit, technology or anonymity is hardly a concern for them anymore. Privacy coins are also becoming a target of governments as their privacy can be exploited by criminals, so investors are also starting to limit their investment in them.

I haven't tried joining testnet incentive projects but it sounds interesting. Based on what I've read, huge profit could be earned from it but I guess it still needs knowledge and skills which is actually important for projects that aim for success. It will surely require time and effort but those who are planning to join this type of project need to be skeptical because scams and fake projects are still everywhere.

There will be no problem here if you use a new wallet address when you join, and I believe that this won't be a problem at all. This is simply a form of testing the products of a project and most of us use those tokens with no actual value for practice.

It's surprising to see that most people don't know about testnet or retroactive, for me it's quite popular and known since 2021. I have seen a lot of people who have earned great rewards either from the testnet or from retroactive. It's not like airdrop spam, testnet requires you to work hard and take the time to experience the product seriously and give feedback to the development team. This not only gives us income but also helps us to improve our knowledge of the market.

I'm really looking forward to the game between Arsenal vs Man City which is still pending.
One thing that the liverpool-manchester city game has shown us is that Manchester city are still be beatable and able to be contained with good tactics. Prior to this Liverpool game I don't think any other team that Manchester city has faced this season has really tried their defensive line the way Liverpool did. Manchester city can score yes but can they defend as much as they can score? that is the question that Liverpool has answered and many other teams like arsenal will be looking to exploit them tactically. I can't say for sure that will win Manchester city when we play but Arsenal will give them a tough time.

This match proved quite well that Manchester City's performance against strong defense is not good. And stopping Haaland and Foden is possible. This was Manchester City's first defeat. So teams like Arsenal and Tottenham will be able to win against Tarab City if they play defensively. Liverpool's victory will surely motivate and give confidence to the players of other teams. However, Manchester City will play against Brighton in the next match. Brighton is a very strong team. They are seventh in the points table. And their defense is strong enough. The match between Manchester City and Brighton is sure to be a competitive one.

Haaland's absence from Dortmund's team this season has been very felt by the club. Taking a closer look at their stats, you can see that they have only managed to score 13 goals in 10 games which clearly demonstrates how poor their goal-to-game ratio is. They have a match against Stuttgart on Saturday. I believe this is a terrific opportunity for them to get some points that will help them in the long run. Stuttgart has not been playing well this season, and Dortmund should take advantage of Stuttgart's poor form in the coming weeks.
I don't think that the absence of Haaland is the only reason why Dortmund is showing such weak performances so far in this season. I mean even Haaland can only score goals if he has chances to score and in this season Dortmund is just not playing well, which means they are not creating that many chances to score. I think that many people were tricked by the good results that Dortmund had in the first 5 games of the Bundesliga. They won 4 out of those 5 games back then even though they did not play well. They had a lot of luck to score so many points with such a performance. Now they still play at that level but they just ran out of luck and get the results that they deserve.

Dortmund is not in good form right now. They have won just one of their last 5 matches and lost three matches. In these 5 matches, they scored 4 goals and conceded 10 goals. It is quite clear that their performance this season is due to the weakness of the defense. Attacking weakness alone was not the main reason for their defeat. I would say if Dortmund coach Edin Terzić is able to strengthen his defense then Dortmund's performance will improve. And they will be able to return to the truck again. However, without the improvement in the performance of the defenders, the Dortmund team will not be able to fight for the title.

Villarreal 2-0 Osasuna, I don't know if the number of people that watched that match is lesser or even lesser than the ones that followed the Ballon d'Or ceremony Tongue
Villarreal is a good team and Osasuna could make surprises. Instable teams are the worst ones to be able to predict and this is exactly what Villarreal done today.
When I saw yesterday's match between Osasuna and Villarreal, I thought it was a skipped match that had been rescheduled, but it turned out to be a round 9 match. I was wondering why the management would schedule a match on a big event day like Ballon D'or, they wouldn't think a second time if it had been premier teams, perhaps they don't anticipate much from both teams.

Villarreal has been a sleeping giant this season, perhaps they are trying to repeat what they did last season which I don't think is a good idea, they were among the underrated teams that were giving top teams nightmares at the end of the season even though they did not finish in the top four last season, they performed well at the end.
Villarreal won because Osasuna had difficult previous games against strong teams and had to expend their energy playing a draw against Real Madrid and then losing a home game to Valencia. Villarreal have had easy games and were easily able to win yesterday. It was predictable. By the way, today will be Sevilla's game against Valencia. I wonder if Valencia will be able to move Villarreal in the standings again.

Both Osasuna and Villarreal have had poor performances in the last few matches. This match was important for both. Villarreal's players played superbly in this match. Although they were less aggressive, each of their attacks was very well organized. They had a total of 12 shots, 9 of which were on target. Osasuna has dropped points in their last four matches and has been defeated in three. Their offensive performance is very poor.
Valencia's performance is better than Sevilla's this season. But Sevilla is an experienced team. So maybe they can beat Valencia today. But my guess is that the match will be a draw. Because Sevilla always plays defensively.

There is a Jorge Jesus reality in Turkey now. He leveled up to Fenerbahçe in a short time. Galatasaray and Beşiktaş fans are looking at him and making comparisons. That's why they are grumbling. I think they are right. Because Galatasaray and Beşiktaş have very high quality squads. But they are not at the desired level in terms of success.
Fenerbahce will play away with Ankaragücü tonight. Last week, they managed to defeat Karagümrük with an interesting struggle. They beat AEK Larnaca in Europe on weekdays. It goes without saying that their performance is very good. They are the favorites against Ankaragücü.
Fenerbahçe didn't play very well last night but they won.
Jorge Jesus is a really great coach. This year could be a championship year for Fenerbahçe.

I agree with you. However, Fenerbahçe scored three goals and Fenerbahçe won 3-0. Then I would say their performance was not very good. Ankaragucu is a weak team. Their defense is very weak. And Fenerbahçe's players have taken this opportunity very well. And they scored three goals. Michy Batshuayi scored a 1-0 lead in just 3 minutes of the match. However, Fenerbahçe did not dominate the match. Ankaragucu players made several attacks. But because of Fenerbahçe's strong defense, Ankaragucu's players could not score a single goal. Fenerbahçe is now only 1 point behind Adana Demirspor. If Fenerbahçe can win their next match against Basaksehir, then they will go to the top of the points table.

From the departure of several players such as CR7, Paulo Dybala, Matthijs de Ligt, it was the beginning of the fall of Juventus' heyday in the Serie A competition, and it has been 2 years that they have not received the trophy that they usually subscribe to every season, if you look at the game this year Juventus have really lost their confidence and coupled with the tactics used by the coach Massimiliano Allegri who always gave a formation that was so unclear, made Juventus' game a messy mess, plus games like Alex Sandro, Juan Cuadrado, like stalling for time who always passed backwards Juventus' defense, that's the cause of the problem Juventus' game declines in every important match..

When talking about the issue of Massimiliano Allegri's dismissal, Juventus founder Andrea Agnelli couldn't help but refrain from firing him because they would pay crucial money from a contract that had been determined from the beginning of Massimiliano Allegri's arrival, because from the start many did not agree if Massimiliano Allegri returned to coach Juventus , the person who first refused was the vice president of Juventus Pavel Nedvěd, who argued several times with Juventus president Andrea Agnelli, when Juventus lost in important matches or met lower clubs, and that was often caught on camera arguing...

I think they also have another problem regarding the dismissal of Allegri. Suppose they do dismiss him. But who do they bring in after that?

The high-profile causes are not going to be interested in managing Juventus right now, especially with the form that they are in. Not to mention the problem with money that they are going to face as well.

So, I don't think keeping the current manager is a very bad decision at this moment, to be honest. At least when we think about the later outcome. I think it will be better if they wait for some time and try to at least have all the players available. If the coach is not being able to bring the results even after that I think that might be an okay time to fire him.

There are several obstacles in reviving the pig-3 model. First of all, the voting structure of ICC has changed and there are now 12 full members. And the smaller test nations are more or less united against the pig-3 model. But the biggest obstacle is that there is no unity between the 3 pigs (BCCI, ECB and CA). Back during the days of pig-3 dominance, there was perfect understanding between the two top members of the mafia (Srinivasan and Pawar), and the other two (Giles Clarke of the ECB and Wally Edwards of CA).

I really don't feel that the Big 3 project is going to be revived if the Big 3 does not have unity among themselves. And I also believe that not having the Big 3 model at all is going to be beneficial for cricket in the long run. The problem is even though we are thinking that the Big 3 is not coordinated they might still come together just to have this model revived. But I think that ICC alone should have the authority over cricket. If ICC cannot be the lone authority over all the cricket boards then we shouldn't have ICC in the first place.

Actually, I don't think that the Big 3 is going to get revived. However, if the cricket boards and ICC have some understanding between themselves it is going to be a lot more hazardous for cricket.

@OP Still looks unwise in the title. If you want to promote tokens, you shouldn't compare them especially with the top coins, their have quality at this crypto industry. I personally always think more investment in unpopular altcoins is very risky, although every investment in crypto is full of risks, but at least put a bite in the top 50 is the safest thing for now. Actually is good if searching asset on small cap altcoins to put in portofolio, but all of them require a good analysis in research.

He said he is not part of the project he is just an investor but I don't believe, his account has only 3 unique posts and 2 of them are marketing for modefi by comparing it with top projects. This is really unwise marketing, older projects are not as profitable as new projects, but they are safer than new projects, and in a bear market like today, people tend to put safety first.

I also like to invest in new projects, but I think now is not the right time to invest, investing in new projects is now more risky than profitable so I'm not in a hurry to invest. The hasty investment will lead to failure.

In fact Allegri will still be maintained by the Juventus board until an undetermined time they still believe in Allegri even in a bad situation but this still affects their game do they want to take a long process with Allegri?
I'm not sure it will get better, in the domestic league not placing Juventus in a good standing in the Champions League will still be eliminated because only PSG and Benfica qualify, the points are very far away so this is all because Allegri is lacking in providing good strategy or tactics, but I don't know because Juventus will stay with him.
Well, at least Juventus won against Torino. Even though I cannot say this was a dominating performance from Juventus, I think at this point they will take any type of win, no matter how they come. This has brought Juventus to the seventh position on the table. But a win here and there is not going to be enough for Juventus. They will have to be much more consistent. But I highly doubt that they will actually be able to perform consistently. They still have a three point difference with Roma, the team that is right ahead of them.
I highly doubt that Juventus will be able to finish in the top four this season. And if that happens I also doubt that Allegri is going to have his job as the coach of Juventus.
Now it seems that with Juventus' condition which is very difficult from a financial point of view, like it or not, they will definitely keep Allegri.
It is difficult for them to compensate Allegri if he is sacked because they have to spend quite a lot of money.
And their possible risk is to keep and wait for some of their injured players to return because indeed this is one way regardless of how they are performing at the moment.

I am of the same opinion as you. There is a lack of money on their part. And that is a reason why I think they are not going to be able to sack Allegri. I don't know if it is worth waiting to get things better before letting the manager go or somehow managing some money to let the manager depart so that the situation will improve.

As of right now, Juventus does not have much of a choice in this regard. In my opinion, this is going to be a season that will end up being remembered as one of Juventus' most miserable seasons, unless they start performing well. And if this type of performance is being continued by Juventus I don't think Vlahovic is willing to stay at the club for much longer. And if that happens Juventus will have some serious problems on their hands.
1491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 16, 2022, 08:43:22 PM
Never say never.

I've mentioned this to you earlier that there is narrative building in BCCI regarding the existing revenue model due to the recent media rights auction. This discussion could take place once ICC concludes the bidding process and reveals the numbers in Dec this year.

Well... then it is a concern. And I am even more worried at this point, because Ganguly is no longer associated with the BCCI. If a former cricketer was in BCCI, then there was at least a hope that he would sympathize with the smaller (associate) nations. If the power is in the hands of businessmen and politicians, then we can't expect any such treatment. Before the ICC reveals the numbers in December, the chairman elections are there and may be held by November. It may gave a broad idea in which direction the ICC is moving.

The Indian cricket board and Australian cricket board and also the England cricket board are always hoping to try to revive the Big3 or Big4 models. Because they will obviously like to be in charge. Additionally, I am aware that there is something going on where the team that is able to generate more revenue is supposed to get a substantial amount of money from the International Cricket Council or something along those lines is being discussed or something like that. There is a chance that those countries which are small and trying to develop genuine talent will die if that happens. This is most likely to have a negative effect on cricket in the long run as well, which is unfortunate.
1492  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's next for cryptocurrency? on: October 16, 2022, 09:49:47 AM
So,friends
What do you think about today for cryptocurrency?
What do you think,is it the beginning of a bullish period?
Looks like a good correction in a positive direction
the reversal started today because it has been proven that after the bitcoin price dumped to $18k then recovery quickly returned to $19,5k,
and maybe a tweet from Elon musk about $20000 can also be achieved,
and if today you haven't bought an altcoin then it's a good opportunity to buy it and hold until the altcoin season comes.

I don't think the bitcoin bounce after the 18.3k drop was caused by Elon's tweet, it happened before that tweet.

Why altcoin and not bitcoin, do you think altcoins will be able to bring you riches during this bear season? altcoins are not like bitcoin, have you tried checking the top altcoins in previous bear seasons, altcoins like Nemcoin, Lisk, and BCH... have you seen them anywhere on the CMC rankings? I must say that investing in altcoins is very risky and you have to accept that you potentially lose everything if you invest in the wrong altcoins. Conversely, that will not happen with bitcoin, bitcoin is still the best option in bear season.
1493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for October on: October 15, 2022, 10:40:50 PM
october will be a very decisive month for cryptocurrencies, if the price of Bitcoin dumps up to $17k again of course this is bad for the market,
because Ethereum will also be affected, yes even though judging from the chart there is a possibility of ethereum going back below 10000,
but it also depends on the price of bitcoin. Hopefully it doesn't happen.
This is more possible if the trend continues, we need the hype and the real good news.
I’ve seen Elon’s tweet about 20,000 and many assumes that it’s the price of Bitcoin, let’s see if that can totally affect the price of Bitcoin and the market because if yes, we can expect ETH to pump as well. The bear market is still strong, it will be hard for ETH to pump alone and few months left for October yet the price is still down.

Elon alone is not enough to pull the market up, his influence on his tweets is gone, people are fed up with his manipulation so it is not working this time. Indeed, in a bear market like this, ethreum or any altcoin cannot pump itself without looking at bitcoin. The only altcoin that is going against the trend is probably XRP because of favorable news from the battle with the SEC, but I believe XRP will soon return to the general market downtrend after being pumped to take profits.

@Sithara007, you are quite a knowledgeable person on this forum. Your deep knowledge reveals that. I would like know your opinion on a topic. That is, What do you think about Roger Binny? how qualified he is replacing Ganguly in the Indian cricket board? and will Indian cricket get better or worse from Ganguly's departure?
Honestly I don't know much about Roger Binny. He has quite a lot of experience with cricket administration, as he worked as president of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA). The idea of Karnataka Premier League (KPL) can be partly attributed to him. Apart from that he was also a part of selection panel for the BCCI. He has also worked as a commentator and as a cricket expert for some of the news channels. However I have my reservations in replacing someone young such as Ganguly with an old horse like Binny.

I think it is going to be really difficult to say anything before we see the results. Right now it does feel like Ganguly is not better than Roger Binny. But it is too early to say anything. We have seen the worst of Ganguly. But we are yet to see that form of Binny. We know that Ganguly was a very talented player for India. But Binny, even though he has a lot of experience working around cricket in India, he was not an actual player. I have to admit that I'm not very positive about Binny. But at the same time, Ganguly did some things which lead us to believe that Binny might be an upgrade compared to Ganguly. Again I am not any kind of expert in anything, I am just presenting my opinion.

Half Time: Torino vs Juventus
The two teams are still virgins. No goals have been created. Torino and Juventus had both played very carefully so far, and the first half had just ended after 45 minutes.
Koffi Djidji appears to be in good shape to stop Juventus' attack.0-0 score lasted until the first half break.
The average possession between Torino (48%) and Juventus (52%) to date. Don't forget to place a bet.
Not much improvement from Juventus, they seems to be frustrated to create goal chance in the 1st half.
2nd half has just started, no substitution for both team and it seems that 2nd half will be just the same as 1st half.
Juventus is like having mentality issue due to their poor performance in the last few matches.
I'm not sure what is in Allegri's mind right now, I think he is in a big confusion right now on how to make his team play better.
Torino was not a strong opponent for Renowned teams like Juventus. But Juventus' performance today is weak like in previous matches. My expectation was that we will see the dominance of Juventus from the beginning of the match. But Juventus was not able to dominate in this match. I think the performance of Torino's players is more organized than that of Juventus.
After 70 minutes, Juventus made 9 shots, and Torino's players made 11. If the Juventus team is not very lucky in today's match then they will not be able to win. The match is most likely to be a draw now. Juventus keep their defense strong and then tries to attack. Looking at their performance I think they will be happy to get 1 point from the match.

PS: The match has already ended and Juventus won the match 1-0.

Juventus were really lucky to win this match. They made a lot of mistakes throughout the whole match and the finishing from them was also not very impressive at all. Torino really deserved to take 1 point from this match in my opinion. But as we often say, "when nothing works you just need a stroke of luck to make things work" Cheesy. Is this the stroke of luck that Juventus needed? Will they be able to win their next matches as well and get ahead on the points table?

Allegri is not doing a good job. In fact, that is quite visible whenever Juventus is playing on the field. They have no coordination. Moreover, the sad part is this has been going on since the start of the season. That's why this problem should have been fixed by now.

In test matches a bowler has unlimited overs where he can prove his worth. While in T20 a bowler has only 4 overs to prove himself. I don't know how players will cope up with these three different formats. I don't think many players will be interested in test in years to come.
This is your personal statement but still domestic set up is key for this all and many youths can go into this format because they have good chance and very good salary which is also important part of this all with this all can't be adjusted in 20/twenty format because every thing is having limit so many surely will be happy to join this test format and enjoy their game even with better stamina and quality which is very important in this test format.

With the introduction of 20/twenty format we have good changes in test matches as well with mostly it's going to be ended in three or four days which is also good fast game with good entertainment India surely can produce good number of bowlers now with their sources just need better environment and culture which give these youths good chance.

The world of cricket is moving towards a quicker form of the game and the sad thing is that first-class cricket is still mostly played around the format of test cricket, even though times are changing. This is probably a big reason why there is not a lot of talent available for teams to find when it comes to T20 players. It probably would be a smart idea for domestic cricket to be played in shorter formats in the future. The format of T20 cricket will force the bowlers to perform better, and each bowler will have to learn those yorkers in order to perform at their highest level. It is because they know that if they do not do so, they will be hit for easy sixes. As a result, the bowlers will have to learn to make life difficult for the batsmen in T20 cricket.

Salvatore Bocchetti is the new coach of italian serie a club hellas verona, succeeding Gabriele Cioffi who was sacked on tuesday. after ending his playing career in 2021, S. Bocchetti worked as an assistant coach at verona last season. hellas announced the sacking of G. Cioffi on tuesday after a poor start to the season with just 1 win from 9 games.

It was necessary for Verona to make this change. You know, during the last season, they finished in 9th place in the league table. As a matter of fact, they are in danger of being relegated this season. They really need to upgrade their gameplay. As a result of this change in authority, I believe they will be able to perform better as they will have updated tactics to employ. As for the new coach, I think he will also need some time to get to know the players as well as understand what the team's key strengths are. To be honest, I think his job is quite easy, so he will have an easy time with it. All he needs to do is get the team out of the relegation zone and everything will turn out fine for him.
1499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I know Scam coins and token Through Whitepaper on: October 13, 2022, 05:08:17 AM
There's no way to differentiate scam coins and tokens through whitepaper since any developers will write a good thing and try to create an excellent project that will convince investors to buy their coins or tokens.

I think 99% coins and tokens that still exist until now is scam, including BNB This coin has no use case for real life, it's only can be used to get discount if you're using Binance exchange. So this mean most of the holders are Binance users and if the exchange collapse, the coin will follow the same situation too.

it's true, other than bitcoin being widely accepted and used no coin has a real life use case. But what people care about in this market is profit, not technology, everything is just trying to be hyped, new technology, superior technology but the end goal is still to make that coin increase in value to take profits.

BNB and binance are a solid empire in the market, if it collapses, I believe the market will be hit hard. I don't care about its technology, I don't care about its usefulness, but if it dies it will crash the market. So I don't expect that to happen.

this is an interesting and fun (Italian) league by nature
but this season is getting better

many teams fighting for the few places in the cup, new teams appearing and wanting to compete

very funny! as a football fan I am delighted

I think the Italian league has improved this season compared to other seasons when the league winner will be decided after a few matches due to the number of points difference between the league leader and other teams behind them. So far this season, six teams are fighting for the league and after 9 matches the points between the league leaders Napoli and the team in 6th place Roma is not more than 4 points which shows how competitive the league has become this season and this will motivate the players in each clubs to be relentlessly fighting each week to win matches so that they can remain at the top to continue the race or step down for another team to climb. I do not support any team in the Italian league but I find it difficult to miss any Italian league this season because of the level of improvement and seriousness in the league this season.

The Italian League has become really interesting, that is true. All the teams in the Italian League do not have much of a point difference between themselves. I agree with you that there are six teams fighting for a place in the Champions League at the moment. But I think that the six teams are most likely to be changed quite often. Just to provide some context as to how challenging the Italian League has become, Inter and Juventus are currently in the seventh and eighth positions respectively.

It must be said that for a couple of seasons, I did not like the way in which the Italian League was played. It didn't seem like there was much competition between the teams. However, it seems as if that has changed a bit recently. In addition, I am really interested in seeing if Milan will be able to actually successfully defend the title this season, honestly, I do not think they will be able to do that.
