Who's good with CSI stuff? The reflection in the left sunglasses lens seems to show Satoshi's girlfriend pregnant with child, hence him smiling, knowing that all his early mined bitcoins will one day belong to Satoshi Nakamoto Jr. (regardless the sex, still Jr.).

1508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: 234 x 60 banner for just-dice.com on: January 12, 2015, 05:54:31 PM
I think since it is for http://cryptobettingindex.com/dice-invest/ that it should not be animated to keep with the current style as no other banner is animated.

If JD does then all the other sites will ask for animated banners and the page will be a mess, It should be kept clean with stationary banners for all.

1510  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: UnTorrent.Me - Convert torrents into zip downloads on: January 12, 2015, 02:37:04 PM
This is really cool.

Haven't seen something like this before.
https://put.io has been around for ages.
Yes, but put.io is a monthly subscription seedbox/dropbox/cloud solution whereas the goal here is for the casual user who wants to download the odd torrent here or there and cant justify a monthly subscription.

Well put.io was free for quite a while, and I'm sure you're aware in order to keep this project running money does have to come from somewhere, bandwidth and data storage cost money and the more users you'll get the more expenses you'll have, so eventually I believe you would need to either run ads or charge for subscriptions, or fund it from your own pocket and suffer the loses.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to poop on your thread, in fact I commending you for running this kind of service.
Yes of course it will be monetized shortly, it's only free while I'm working on it, next step is running on testnet coins.

However the service will not be subscription based but rather mor ealong the lines of bitfetch.com

You add a torrent
We download the files
You pay 0.001 BTC for every GB (final price not decided yet)
You're ready to download a zip file

In this way you only pay for what you use rather than a subscription.
1511  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Just-Dice.com] UID 56 on: January 12, 2015, 02:25:09 PM
What is the value of a lower UID account ? I don't see any special advantage of owning one. Why are people so crazy about it then ?
That was already answered by two different people, how about reading rather than boosing your post count for your sig campaign.
1512  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ask TF thread on: January 12, 2015, 02:20:26 PM
TradeFortress has come out and said he was one of the owners of hashie.co, a cloudmining service that also had its hot wallet "hacked" with 97% of the BTC in it:

I might not be checking this thread or support@hashie.co much in the future, but if you need to contact me for any reason feel free to email me at admin@glados.cc Smiley

Bye everyone!

-Queen Elsa
That doesn't look like TF coming out as hashie that looks like hashie trying to pass the blame, TF can you confirm are you hashie?

1514  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: UnTorrent.Me - Convert torrents into zip downloads on: January 12, 2015, 02:02:12 PM
How long does it take to unpack a torrent at the moment?

Does it depend on our dl speed or yours?

Or the seeds?
The primary bottleneck will be your download speed however I've had one user report achieving 10MB/s down

Second is the quantity and quality of the seeds since they will impact how lo g it takes for us to get the files to zip up and send your way.
1515  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ask TF thread on: January 12, 2015, 04:44:09 AM
Certainly if you think that all of that is OK, you will show yourself at some conference or give out your personal details so people can talk with you face to face, because you don't think you did anything wrong, why would others?
Charlie Hedbo thought they did nothing wrong but someone did,  now 12 are dead. http://m.bbc.com/news/world-europe-30710883

If you were TF right now would you reveal your identity?

Even when he was highly trusted TF wished to remain anonymous, why would he reveal himself when there is so much bad blood towards him?

If it had been BTC you would have had an instant deal... lol

1518  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: UnTorrent.Me - Convert torrents into zip downloads on: January 11, 2015, 10:49:41 AM
Adding a duplicate torrent that someone else was downloading now no longer fails, multiple people may download the same torrent without issue.

Torrents are seeded back to a ratio of 3.0 and kept an unspecified time, for now they are being manually removed. What do you think, a week?
1519  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Just-Dice.com] UID 56 on: January 11, 2015, 10:44:28 AM
I'm out.
Alright, thanks for bidding.

Looks like d2.cc is currently winning with a bid of 56 bitcoin (I mean clam...) and ~11 hours left
