Windows wallet became unusable,
Some constant network activity starts and doesn't stop, cpu stays at 100%. Can't solo mine while it's like that.
Tried syncing an empty wallet 6 or 7 times, bugs out at trie or ends up 2 weeks behind after block verification.
On linux wallet the same constant network activity but less cpu usage.
Cheers.
There are some broken or malicious nodes on the network. I've seen that come and go periodically. If you are trying to sync while that mess is happening, it'll be harder. I'm almost ready with a new full blockchain, so you can use that to be in sync again.

I have a problem with launching wallet. At the start it frozing coz port 17941 is blocked by external firewall (i can't to turn off it or open this port). Debug file says: Bound to 127.0.0.1:17941 tor thread start tor thread exit
How i can use proxy to resolve this trouble?
you can connect to a tor node, instead of using the built-in one, by using the "-tor" option.

What's going on with the NOVA...? J is like dead there ...., they have many markets.., but the activity is 2-5 % only ... The PPL all the time dump it only and that's it ..., can't spend more BTC there ... Yes the diff it's low.., but isn't worth now..., every one just sell and the price go down and down, and .... Do we can get it back to normal price..., or some here just buy cheap and hold for the future .... ?!?! That depends on people, who's willing to buy. Novaexchange is no bittrex, traders and inverstors are often linked to a platform. If you believe the coin is good, than it's the right time to buy.

Exchanges briefing- Bter: working, but some currency withdrawals are blocked and some delayed (unrelated to XCN)
- BX: working (reported, never tested myself)
- Btc38: wallet blocked, trade open; last message from them is "we are too busy, but we will fix it"
- Novaexchange: listing delayed because they need to add support for "extended precision" amounts to their software

New wallet seems ok on win7.
25 connections now, previous best was 10. New blocks appear to process a bit quicker.
Cheers
Very good, that's what I wanted to hear :-) Making the wallet as stable as possible is our past and current effort: I think we are achieving it.

When will it be available on linux? Been waiting for it forever :-)

how do you set diff in ccminer 2.0?
That depends on the pool, not the miner. did it with suprnova d=0.01 on the password but the miner still reports 0.01xx or higher than 0.01 I don't think you can set a diff on suprnova. apparently you can https://dgbg.suprnova.cc/uh! sorry! looks like your can on some coins, and not others :-)

Any news on Nova or yobit ?😊
Novaexchange is in "processing" phase. Unless there are issues, it should be listed in a matter of hours to a couple days.

A humble question: is there any plans to release optimized kernel for RX 470/480? I'd like to, but I don't have the card...

New windows wallet build available here:http://cryptonite.info/?page=downloadNo new features: just fixes which I've already pushed to github while testing the wallet during the last weeks/months. Changes: - Fixed a rare crash
- Increased node download timeout (makes syncing full blocks more stable and quick)
The version is the same, only the git commit changes. Please test it and report

They are sailing bad waters, but XCN volume and price is unbelievable.
BTC38 what's the news about deposits and withdrawals? BTC38 trading volume amazing because we QQ group of people in a large number of trading. They are just too busy. Besides, I've been contacted by these guys: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1599945.msg16071302#msg16071302What do you think of their products?

I'm getting 24 MH/s per 7950/7970/280x, new AMD 17.x.x drivers, Win10 (got the same on ethos/Ubuntu), and lots of time spent fine-tuning overclocks. To be specific my two 7950s get about 22 each, and the three 280x get 25, 25, and 26 MH/s
Also would like to add, since I am not sure it has been mentioned here... My 2nd rig has 3x RX470s which get around 30 MH/s each with proper adjustments and Wolf's DMD Tahiti .bin. That's pretty good, at least compared to whattomine.com which reports I should be getting around 20 MH/s for each 470. Do I tell them? :-)
why not, he'll be happy to hear that ;-)

Ccminer sia:
Stratum notify: invalid parameters
Which ccminer? All that I tried EDIT: klaust stratum works, but crashes a couple seconds after, with "invalid device symbol" Have you tried Tpruvot? yes, many flavours and old versions. the only startum that works for me is klaust, but the miner crashes.

Stratum notify: invalid parameters
Which ccminer? All that I tried EDIT: klaust stratum works, but crashes a couple seconds after, with "invalid device symbol" KlausT maybe have a bug. We follow official Sia stratum protocol from here: https://siamining.com/stratumBTW, if you are looking for NVIDIA capable miner, check out Excavator: https://github.com/nicehash/excavatorWhere are the Linux binaries? Can't find them.

And the SIA difficulty has risen 50% in 12 hours. Soon it will not be profitable any more..
The ccminer 2.0 stratum is not working on most of the pools. Only on nicehash..
Not working on nicehash for me.
