1521  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Please refrain from depositing from Blockchain.info if you want fast deposits on: February 06, 2017, 09:05:42 PM
You shouldn't be using bc.i regardless unless it's for small amounts of money. It's jist a matter of time until they scam or get hacked imo. Any online wallet is a danger.

I'm not a regular blockchain user but I have no ideas why bc will turn to a scam as they are gaining nice profit everyday. This discussion is focusing on fee which make the transaction takes too long time to get confirmed. As I experienced using blockchain to send some transactions, I need to make a custom higher fee to get faster confirmation but if I follow the recommended fee then I need wait longer time. I think their recommended/default fee is under the standard fees.

Their standard fee gets me confirmed within 20 minutes before. There are just too many unconfirmed transactions lately that we need higher fees to get it confirmed faster. Made that mistake last week when I transferred bitcoin from blockchain.info to another wallet. I used the standard fee and I waited for more than half a day.
1522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: February 06, 2017, 04:08:48 PM
It's shocking to see how few users use hardware wallets.

It seems most users are newbies and too lazy to set up a desktop wallet or have very few bitcoin to have a hardware wallet.
My other theory is that they are just earners and they can afford to use web wallet since they will dispose their bitcoin once they received it anyway.
1523  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'd like to get some bitcoins. Is now a good time to do so? on: February 01, 2017, 08:59:37 PM
I think that if you seek for a good long-term investment, it may be a good opportunity, but in the short term I'm not sure... The price could fall tomorrow, or the next day... In this case it's best to make your own research and draw your own conclusions.

The price is just starting to take off again. It can still be profitable even at today's price. But it is really better if we invest in Bitcoin, go for long term investment. We seen before how much profit it can make even just by holding your bitcoin.

Currently my age is 24 years old, I work about 2 years, thankfully almost everything I want it to be fulfilled, cars, home loan, tours abroad, sometimes also I went to watch Arsenal at Fly Emirates stadium. Simple, in addition to the work I also do business, I have 2 restaurants, and this year I want to add one again. If there are already 3 restaurants, I would resign. Now, 2 restaurants that I manage the evening, because the restaurants operations at night.

At such a young age you already have a good business. I am 32 years old, married with one child and I am still living at the house of my parents. I have a job and online jobs but it is not enough for me to purchase a house of my own. Though with my effort I have doubled my monthly income but it is not enough. I hope to increase my monthly income further with some farm financing as an investment.

The difference is you only have jobs, he have business. With jobs, your income is limited but with business your income have unlimited potential. If I were you, I  will add a business. Even a small one to get you started. Having multiple jobs will not just cut it. You will just stress yourself with long hours of work.
1525  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1000$ rally tomorrow on: February 01, 2017, 02:00:05 PM
We are back on track for 1000$ bitcoin it is only a matter of days if not hours. By the end of this week it may be easily above ATH!!

Yes we are back on track for $1000 Mark. I saw bitcoin 976$ this morning. Its just a matter of slight pump and we are over 1000$. This time once bitcoin reach 1000$ bitcoin will remain stable above $1000 because people are now aiming at 2000$ the next target.

We are yet to see that. It seems it stopped moving after it dropped to 960+. Do not expect too much yet even if it reach 1000$. There will still be much resistance on that level.
1526  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin has proven it can pump hard without the need of chinese gamblers on: January 31, 2017, 05:47:35 PM
I just noticed this, bitcoin priced did jumped again. Though it is still a small price hike. If the increase reach above 150$, then maybe I can say that this movement is a pump. But if not, it is just a normal movement.
1527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: January 31, 2017, 05:40:28 PM
Give your vote to any kind of gambling, is that the betting on soccer games, playing poker, roulette, online gaming, live gaming....??

Dice will be the easiest gambling game to play, but I personally prefer to play sports betting. That gambling does not rely purely on luck but also on the knowledge of the sports you are betting. Plus it is more enjoyable to watch sports than just rolling numbers.
1528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you remember the very first time you sent a Bitcoin transaction? on: January 30, 2017, 05:56:16 PM
I remember i have to check the bitcoin address I am sending to multiple times. I will read the first 5 characters, and then the last 5 characters. And check it again, reading it backwards. I was quite uncertain if I am doing it right because no one taught me how to do it. Fortunately, I did it right. The next time I sent bitcoins, it way lot easier.
1529  Economy / Economics / Re: How is the capital found? on: January 27, 2017, 07:04:51 PM
Get a job, work hard, climb the corporate ladder. When you are on top earning lots of money, start your own business. If you are starting from the bottom (0), there is no other way but to work hard. Getting loans will not cut it. The interest will kill your business before you can even begin.
1530  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: January 25, 2017, 08:17:47 PM
i think there is many good exchange to start trading but i prefer that new exchange is very best for trading and i recommend that BITSANE exchange is much more safe and secure exchange and there is very easy method for trade in BITSANE exchange.
Trading is risky and a long term investment. But I know you can make a big money from it in a long run if you succeed. It requires skill and good analyzation, so you don't need only to study, also learn and apply. Always start from the basic because no one learn in any other process.

But trading is rewarding if you get good at it. A lot of people has earned through trading and some of them make it their livelihood. I guess you just have to learn how to do it and have enough capital to invest into it. Probably there would be a hard learning curve to it, but it will be worth it all in the end.

Trading is not for everyone. Not everyone have nerves of steel and can endure losing large amount of money. Not everyone is good at technical analysis and researching. There is more to it than just learning how to trade or having large capital. It is a very lucrative career if  you are fit for it. But if you are not, it is better if you find a job and work under someone or start your own business.
1531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: January 25, 2017, 04:51:17 PM
I thought web wallet or online wallet is less secure, can be hacked, you do not have control over your private keys and yet it is the most used wallet. Aren't they afraid they lose their bitcoins someday?
1532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [DotA] Bitcoin Warcraft III DotA Players Ready for Tournaments Here? on: January 25, 2017, 04:33:23 PM
This is a good idea. Do you think many will still play DOTA 1 or is it better to host a game in DOTA 2. I do not want to play dota 1 and hear people saying MAPHACK. I'll follow this thread and see if this can push thru. Maybe I'll just watch the games if this push through.
1533  Economy / Speculation / Re: TRUMP - DOLLAR on: January 24, 2017, 05:40:56 PM
Currency value is not the single factor that determines if the state of the country is strong or not. US Dollar going down or up is not the single factor that can cause bitcoin value to go up or down.
1534  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1000$ rally tomorrow on: January 23, 2017, 08:16:50 PM
I think tomorrow with the Trump thing we may see a rally. It looks like the chinese crap is no longer able to crush the market anymore, so now they will try to pump instead of shorting. The Trump inauguration seems like a good psychological point to press for a bigger price. Make your bets. It may dip but I don't care, that's my prediction.
Nothing happen with Trump's inauguration. Just like I expected. One more prove that politic in the US has nothing with bitcoin. Only we are, bitcoin users, make effect on the price for bitcoin and nothing and nobody else.

At least the price now is 900+. I do not know if the inauguration has something to do with it but it started it way up during the inauguration. It did not rally as expected but that it is still good price increase.
1535  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How do I join a signature campaign? on: January 22, 2017, 04:18:17 PM
Go to the service section and look for topics that have signature campaign in it. If you read it, you will see instructions on how to join. Just follow that instructions.

You are still a newbie, so not a lot of campaigns that you can join but there are some that accepts newbie. Goodluck.
1536  Economy / Speculation / Re: Right Time to Buy BTC on: January 22, 2017, 04:14:44 PM
What if it never drops to anywhere close to 600 ever again? Now what

then you lose your chance. At least you are still holding on our fiats, right?

There can be no perfect time to buy bitcoins, but if you want to buy, buy now. the price is ranging from 880 to 900+. It might make it moves to above 1000 soon.

1537  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin break $2000? because of Trump? on: January 20, 2017, 05:46:55 PM
Bitcoin will reach 2000$ with or without Trump. There are too many good things happening for bitcoin right now that you cannot attribute the price increase into one person alone. Maybe Trump can help boost the price but he cannot bring it close to 2000 alone. If ETF gets approved, it will help. If segwit gets activated, it may help again.
1538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happen "if" someone have all of bitcoin? on: January 20, 2017, 05:41:18 PM
You are too greedy if you want to own 21 million bitcoins by yourself. Right now it is not possible to own all the 21 million bitcoins because some are already lost. And I will not do it even if I can and it is possible because I will render bitcoin useless if I do so.
1539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Would you open a Bitcoin account at your local bank? on: January 19, 2017, 01:18:33 PM
No. They already have my fiat, I do not want them to have my bitcoins too. If something happens, I do not want my fiat and bitcoins locked by banks. And besides, it is most likely that banks will not support bitcoin. Maybe they can adopt the technology or blockchain, but not bitcoin itself.
1540  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: January 17, 2017, 12:56:07 PM
When you buy something in hope that it will have greater value in the future, that is investing. Some examples are gold, assets, land or bitcoin.

While trading is a little bit different. You can purchase or sell something for some profit. You can be profitable in trading whether the price is going up or down.
