641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you have some BTCs, why not have some Gold too? on: September 08, 2017, 03:19:09 PM
You can have them both, but bitcoin is easier to handle than gold. You can easily store, trade and spend bitcoin. But gold in the other hand is harder to purchase, store and spend. And bitcoin appreciates faster than gold, so if I have excess money, it will go to bitcoin than gold.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why such a crash in China? on: September 08, 2017, 03:14:30 PM
Too much FUD on china. This will be resolve soon and the price will go back to normal or back to going to the moon. Everything drops when there is bad news coming from china, but it always bounce back.
643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: September 08, 2017, 02:32:51 PM
I cant see that, if it took place there would be a time that individuals will require bodily cash for straightforward transactions. I believe merging of these currency are intently ample to happened, feasible.
Fiat and crypto currencies really don’t need to replace each other. They are both doing their jobs nicely and I don’t think so there is any need of comparing both. In the coming years, we will be allowed to use both types of currencies as per our needs and demands. In short, respect both currencies.
I think not, you see people always choose the convenience of a currency. Like in cash, it is easy to use, the availability is not an issue, they understand how the transaction works, they understand the value and so on and so fort. But the Bitcoin lacks most of it, so currently people prefer cash.

But once Bitcoin have been legalized it will be more convenient than cash.

i am not sure about this because its too far to see cryptocurrency make real money disappear and there are still many country is not accepting or disapprove bitcoin in their country. but i think its not and maybe bitcoin and real money will work together to help economic of the country and the citizen so the citizen can use the benefit of bitcoin in the same time.

That is what I think too. Both cryptocurrency and fiat can coexists and help people improve their finances. Fiat will continue to exists even if bitcoin or cryptocurrency becomes mainstream and mainly used.
644  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should Speculations Be Controlled? on: September 08, 2017, 01:18:07 PM
You cannot control speculators making speculations. In a way, you are responsible if  you will believe their speculations or not. They won't be making any effects if you know how to do your research instead of just following baseless speculations.
645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hackers are active these days. on: September 08, 2017, 01:03:58 PM
You should always be vigilant in protecting your accounts and its content. Hackers are always active and always looking for ways to compromise your system and steal your money. Most of the time it is our own negligence that makes way for hackers to steal from us. We should not let that happen. Avoid fishy websites and click baits.
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin "cash" - price speculation on: September 08, 2017, 07:43:58 AM
My English could be not so good, somehow I think we miscommunicated: I said that some FAKE buying pressure is coming from somewhere, I think this is fake because I can't imagine there are so many noobs (newcomers who want to buy bcc to hold them and hope for the best) or believers (people that can't understand that bcc is a much more inelegant solution than segwit for many reasons). I'm even surprised that so many people are still holding them, I dumped my few bcc on viabtc using futures even before they come on the market. Cannot explain better than that.

I understand what you mean now. I think whoever is buying it doesn't really understand what they're doing. Not the first time its happened I suppose.

1.1 billion dollars volume in the last 24h. As far as I can remember, there wasn't any other altcoin who was pumped so much from the start. I doubt they are all newbies who don't understand what they are doing, there is some heavy manipulation going on. Still, I think we will see it crashing sub 1 bitcent after november

There are some really rich whale pumping it then. I do not think the volume is organic since very few people believe in bch and maybe less who will be willing to spend cash to buy it. Some of the hodlers are those who got it free.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help in INVEST on: September 07, 2017, 07:27:08 PM
Go to the website of the coin you have bought and download their wallet, desktop or hardware. It is the safest way to store your cryptos. Even if you trust the exchange you are in, you can never tell in the future if they get hacked or something.
648  Economy / Economics / Re: Which country would be the first to eliminate fiat and convert to crypto fully? on: September 07, 2017, 06:50:49 PM
Probably no country will ever abandon the fiat system in exchange of cryptocurrency. And it is beneficial for both currency to co-exists, so I see no reason this will happen. There are advantages of using crypto, and there are advantages of using fiat as well. Let us leave it that way.
649  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tell me the trading strategy. on: September 07, 2017, 06:37:32 PM
Do not buy the hype or the trolls on message boards of exchanges, they will lure you to their trap. Always know the coins you are buying so you know the you are buying at the right price. The more you read about the coin and the news on crypto, the easier will be your life as a trader.
650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin the price $250,000 in the next 10 years on: September 07, 2017, 06:07:54 PM
How much will be the market cap of bitcoin by that time if it reach that much? This is just insane amount of money. I would love bitcoin to reach that price but I live in a real world. I will be happy if bitcoin reaches 10K within the next 10 years.
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HOWL | Mobile Social Application | No ICO | AIRDROP on: September 07, 2017, 05:49:41 PM
I am interested in this project and the airdrop. Sent you a message here in the forum and an email as well. I am also wondering if there is a whitepaper for your project. Good luck!

652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google, Amazon & Facebook on: September 07, 2017, 04:58:35 PM
What will be the use of cryptocurrency to them? Blockchain is more useful to them than currency. If they will use cryptocurrency, the most probable move is to openly accept crypto as means of payment. But with blockchain, there are endless possibilities they can use it with. And they can easily create one for themselves if they see the need for it.
653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most people prefer hyip and doubler but not provably fair games? on: September 07, 2017, 02:50:41 PM
To less experienced and young minds, they get easily tempted because of the promise of high rewards. But I think most of us here are already wise enough to refuse to join hyip and doublers because they are just scams and you will lose more than win.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: September 07, 2017, 01:36:28 PM
Do you think it's a bad idea - ICO on NEM? But this is one of the goals of the project.

ICO is earning a bad name because of too many ICOs and scam ICOs. I think it is a good use case but maybe if it can screen ICOs that have good projects only, it would be better.
655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash worth more after China ban on: September 07, 2017, 01:11:44 PM
In my understanding, the ICO ban in china only effects the "illegal public financing" and not the crypto-currency. It is still legal to trade crypto but illegal to participate in ICO. And if ever it have effects on crypto, it will mostly effect eth and waves because most ICOs are based on ETH or Waves platform. I do not see any direct correlation with BCH pumping.
656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why do governments don't make BTC illegal worldwide ? on: September 06, 2017, 06:35:44 PM
Different countries will have different opinions about bitcoin. It can be a threat or it can help the economy as well. Making bitcoin illegal worldwide, involving every country on the planet will be hard, next to impossible. Besides, if you ban bitcoin, there will just be another altcoin that will rise to replace it.
657  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how improve trading on: September 06, 2017, 06:01:05 PM
Know the coins you are targeting to trade. Read their threads in bitcointalk, join their slack, twitter or facebook. Once you know the coins you are trading and patiently study their graphs, you will most likely have the idea where the coin is heading. Then you will have a good foresight on trading them. do not be lazy. Do your research and you will  be a successful trader.
658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are the Big Gambling sites paying taxes? on: September 06, 2017, 04:42:49 PM
They should be if they want to run legally without hassles. But there are also lots of online gambling sites that are running illegally so those sites can be also tax evaders. Like in my country, there are lot of offices running online gambling but they do not have proper papers, etc. Sometimes they get raided, sometimes they get away with it.

660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: between restaurant and bitcoin on: September 06, 2017, 03:55:55 PM
That kind of service is not yet available in my country. A few things that would be a concern is will restaurants accept payments without confirmation? You cannot hold customers while you wait for confirmation.
