I am starting to get disappointed about this too. Without ability to point to my own pools, I will get out.
It's too bad there isn't a cloud mining outfit where you could rent hashing power and point it at the pool of your choice. Sure, you can rent a rig or a small farm, but it's usually only for a short period of time. that would be a AWESOME IDEA but i doubt we will ever find anything like that or i may be wrong never know what the futures holds for us ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

lol all working good but the darn REF contest is killing me LOL ... had a great thing going using the auto miner tool lol really missing it when i am at work Haha it will be re-enabled after the contest. It is disabled because it was too easy for users to get points by purchasing the autominer for their refs. it's boring, it's not really a game it's more like a cheep cheep faucet ... hope you can make it more fun to play
Well I am always very open for suggestions ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) can make it like a old school sim city style game lol, have little animated workers and machines and building go full speed working away things like that would be cool ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I am starting to get disappointed about this too. Without ability to point to my own pools, I will get out. i thought the mods had been pushed back to mid january? I might be thinking og gaw stuff but i was pretty sure it was for hashie. If i am wrong but the mod date already passed Sarah " hashie " needs to get on here and tell us something. I really dont worry got most stuff on havelock minimal on hashie.

holy crap thats a huge difference..
thanks for the insight! that .4% can add up.. im surprised people are even with cex then lol.
Sure it is. Recalculated to days, you would have your investment back in 150 days at hashnest (UMISOO) vs 700 at CEX (theoretically, at unchanged difficulty and share prices). Or other calculation, if you reinvested dividend everyday, in 100 days you'd have your hashrate doubled (and your investment practically ROIed) at hashnest while at cex.io you'd end just at 15% more. Of course this is just theoretical but good return is possible also with future modest difficulty rises - like 2-3% per period lol those number looking at them make my head spin, i give people who figure this out manually mad respect. If there is a good site to use and calculate that wont have lots of pop ups please show me where. thanks ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Everything else is a violation against data privacy laws! Yes, really it is! In US like in Canada too.
Whatever he is a scammer or not, he could sue you all too because of this!
Please people, use your brain!BTW: The copyright of the pictures belongs to him, this could be very expensive too! Nope i have no idea who this person is lol to lazy an dhungover to read, but read any social network TOC. Once something is uploaded on to the servers for viewing by other people even if just kept private it becomes non copyrighted. In any case i do understand what you are trying to tell people

I simply cannot imagine a scenario of CEX tripping belly up. What could happen? Alien invasion? An earthquake? A meteorite? Even if the price of GH/s falls to zero they do not care because they charge for the maintenance costs. At some stage they will just turn off the miners but in this production cycle the old miners will be replaced by the new ones with better GH/s vs costs of electricity ratio. They can prolong this game as long as there are miners in existence and people willing to buy more hashing power at better prices. Pricewise they are fary ahead of any competition and they are selling very expensive GH/s with very expensive maintenance fees. For this money they can have cutting edge technology solar powered DC with dirt cheap miners. That's why I think CEX is well and far from falling.
cex has solar power for the miners? If this is true that is so awesome alternative energy powering the alternative $$$$ i like the ring of that. If cex would cut maint fees by 50% of what they are now i think people would be all over them in a heart beat. I know i for sure would invest more in them maybe a whole 1 or 2 btc lol dont laugh im poor i know ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif) If they have solar power energy they have higher costs. To cut the maintenance fees by 50% and still make money, they would need to move in a cheaper country and really think low cost. The price per GHS would go up a lot. if they use solar power they might have higher costs at the start to buy solar panels and set up. Then thats all you spend the rest is used to ROI on power bill / solar panels. Most places i think are like 2-6 years dependind on cost of energy and amount of sunlight

|
|
how are the fees compared to cex? is it about the same?
cex has maintenance fee $0.105/GHs/month, hashnest about $0.066/GHs/month (UMISOO), so cex.io is about 60% more expensive. At current difficulty,BTC exchange rate and GHs price it means you earn about 0.6% per day at hashnest and about 0,2% per day at cex from mining (3 times less) oh wow i did not think the fees was that much different i might have to look into that lol ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif)

Agreed. I log in to hashnest every once in awhile, do my happy dance that btc difficulty temporarily stopped going up, and once in awhile, pull btc out. Happy with the service, so no real need to post in the thread.
true i agree with what you say i guess people dont tend to post on the positive like 90% of time. I am accustomed to fast moving forum like gaw LOL where can get like 100 missed postf in a few hours ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

I have made a few changes to the site now.
- Fixed a few issues with the captcha. It should work a lot better now. - Updated the Credits page to reflect the donation by TheWildOne. - Change BottingCenter name to SocialCoinWallet according to their rebranding. - Made the captcha input field a little more visible.
Thank you small minor update but now i can see caption bar to put text ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) thanks again

if we buy from AMHASH direct from the website is it going to eventually be transferred to havelock or hashie?
I ended up buying directly from havelock, the purchase process from amhash directly looked too complicated. I bought from havelock in under an hour, seamless and with email confirmations to boot. If amhash could have a bit better of an ordering process, i'd order directly from them. Its easy, send payment to the public payment address for x amount of units at and then email them signing a unique message for the address you sent the payment from. Divs will then be paid directly to that address yeah see i dont like that why cant i have my address where i can deposit when i want even at 3am and buy. I dont like 1 big address for all then email them and then you get credited ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) I would say it is more for larger buyers anyway. you can buy when ever you want though, buy at 3am and send an email with a signed message. one address or a unique address you can still buy whenever you want. Yes, going direct is only for the larger players. They don't expect a ton of direct orders. And judging from the outstanding shares, they are getting the vast majority of sales through Havelock. I have gone through Havelock with no issues and very timely confirmations. I have a small amount on Hashie, which has also been problem free. But I'm trying to sell it now so I can move it to Havelock. i wish they would give a 100% solid answer about this issue. If it is already posted and i missed it in all the pages please send me to right spot. I just need to know if stuff on hashie and havelock will be able to exchange back and forth

Hi, i would like some help here..
I'm planning to purchase 15-20btc worth on hashie, been trying it with small amounts and it seems to be going on fine so far.
The thing is , i need some help with some calculation.
Could someone here let me know how much would 15-20btc make me daily (minus fees) ? Would appreciate the help : ) TQ
No offense but you should at least try to do your own math and maybe then ask to double check if you're unsure. 15-20 BTC is a lot of money, would you really trust some random interwebs posters to give you an investment advice? Besides if you already have small amounts then just multiply that and you'll have you numbers. If you have a specific question - feel free to ask. i did say i need some help with calculations, is it wrong to ask ? what's the community in this forum for then ? and by small i mean really small, it will be easier if there's a daily log of payouts https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator i checked with this site, but i'm not sure if the calculations are correct. You used a calculator - great. What did you input, what results did you get? Post the numbers or a screenshot and we can start with that. LOL moon dont be a dick maybe he sold everything including calculator to get all that bitcoin. In any case i would love to help with calculations but i am sure if i get even 1 digit wrong then i wont hear end of it lol. they should rename this forum to trolltalk instead of bitcointalk! i can think of many names to rename it to that would maybe be one of the nicer ones. In any case i was messing with moon so i reworded the quote so you dont get all worked up. In any case have a good weekend dont party to much ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

WOW it got so quiet up in this forum is noone using hashnest anymore? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) It's actually good sign when some cloudmining thread is quiet, means everything works as it should, you'd get better exposure to your ponzi promoting signature in some ponzi thread like pbmining ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Thanks for the advice only 1 slight problem i dont own any pb so i could care less i would go in there if i had any interest or owned share. On the other hand i own some hashnest and have been here on regular basis before i even started signature you seem to have problem with. In any case if it is a problem simply press the pretty skittle that says ignore see how simple it is. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

CEX can't fall. They can only stop paying due to high maintenance fees but it is very unlikely.
Of course they can fail. That doesn't mean they're a scam, but like any business there's non-zero chance that they will go bankrupt and the customers will be left holding the bag. Only bankers get to work for companies too big to fail. That being said, given their business model I don't think it's very likely they will fail. So it is almost impossible to find the line between business and simply scam No, not really. The guy selling $3000 speakers out of the back of a white van for only $500 is a scam. BestBuy.com is not a scam. That doesn't mean that if I place an order on BestBuy they couldn't go into receivership before it ships and I'm left in the cold without my awesome new speakers. It's not likely, but not impossible. lol if you buy $3000 speakers from back of a white van from some dude who is all twitching for $500 with no bar code numbers. I would assume they are stolen but if i choose to buy them then risk on me
