1561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Smartphone App to Monitor Wallet? on: December 05, 2013, 01:17:14 AM
So I've spent my time setting up a paper wallet, offline, secure, etc. etc.

I can hit the QR code on my phone, or visit the blockchain page and see activity.

But does anyone know of a live monitoring App for smart phones (android) that will watch a wallet all the time and ping the phone (pop-up) for any activity.

Would allow me to easily verify deposit's, or say profit payments weekly. And the biggest to know instantly if someone has somehow withdrawn from my wallet.

I have been looking. Can't find anything. This couldnt be that hard to make?

Anyone?

Thank You

Assuming the sitter doesnt bail on us, I'll be there Saturday to meet up, buy some cards and likely invest.
Maybe even invest more by the new year!

Excited to get an ATM in Winnipeg, and looking forward to helping out as much as possible!
1563  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / BEST offline wallet/option to buy? And watching Android App? on: December 04, 2013, 11:02:15 PM
I'm essentially wanting to stick away BTC and forget it.
SO I'm wanting an offline wallet, with a locked passkey/hidden etc.

The plan is to put it in my safety deposit box and forget it, than send money to it over time and forget it.

Honestly I don't trust my network or PC security to generate this. all sorts of paranoia..

so who is the best person/place to buy a wallet/offline bill/coin etc. that I can get, that has the key hidden and only shows me the wallet. QR code. would be the best.

Send it and forget it!

While on said topic, anyone know of an android app I could use to watch said wallet and notify me when funds are received/show current balance etc. without needing the key?

Would a coin be a good bet, than just add to it?

Thank You

Shawn

1566  Economy / Goods / WTB Fake Money? on: September 15, 2013, 05:06:31 PM
We are looking for bundles of money, Canadian preferred but american style may be cheaper?
Obviously not real, I'd want our logo on them. $100 bills, aside from the logo would like them fairly realistic.

We are looking for them in bundle's, with a money band. in reality only a few of the bills in the bundles would need to be ready, the middle one's could just be paper.

Enough bundles to effectively fill a briefcase. Prefer to pay paypal for this. and please email me for fastest response, include price, details and shipping. Shawn@eddiecreek.ca
I am located in Canada.

Thank You

1568  Economy / Lending / Re: CoinLenders :: Get bitcoin loans, and earn interest on your deposits! on: June 17, 2013, 12:16:01 PM
In their "terms" they explicitly ADMIT what they legally "promise":

"1. We (BitFunder) do not accept responsibility for ANYTHING.

2. WARNING: Use at your own risk.

3. You must agree to 1 and 2."

https://bitfunder.com/terms/

Thats the basis upon which "Coinlenders.com" and their nameless phantoms request our money but hide themselves obstinately behind "TradeFortress" and his "Coms".

No responsibility for anything! - Thats it.

Excluding any legal responsibility.

That's the strategy and philosophy which made THOUSANDS of BTC users to victims of all the criminal incidents of fraud and theft.

Yea because when someone scams a huge group knowing their name saves everything?

I know TF's name. If he scams you feel free to message and I'll tell you what it is.

On that same note, TF isn't from America. So you think if he scam's you for a few hundred dollar's you'll have the funds to track him down in another country?

Rather than blowing smoke up our ass to make paranoid retard's like yourself with nothing better to do than try and ruin a business you have no part in. He tells the truth and survives off his rep. Which is all that matter's and can just as easily be BS.

Or should he go on Silk road, have a few fake ID's made for 100 dollars, scan those and post them for you?

Boman and myself have entered into an agreement to build a pretty cool prop for my field. Will advise on it's progress as we go. If all goes well this could be a lovely partnership for many products to come.

Oh and bump

By that sense of life, you probably have a large sum of cash too, why not take your wife or kid hostage until you pay ransom?

At some point your no longer able to stay safe if that's what you consider as your biggest threat than you need a body guard and regardless if you have a million in one or 200 wallets.

Talking about a gun to your head is just silly.
