Anything wrong in my post?
suddenly everyone silent.
1562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: losing bitcoins? on: April 24, 2011, 08:43:40 PM
The private keys are stored in wallet.dat.
If some one gets that file, then they have your private keys.
The private key is nothing but the addresses in your wallet.dat.
If you send some one the coins you have, when sending your address(private key) is also added to the coins.

But one thing nudges me, the private key it adds is not controlled by you, It seems it adds the address/addresses to the coins you send, which you used to receive money to your wallet.

glbse.com is black market exchange & works.

But dev.glbse.com shows this

1564  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Future bitcoin APPLICATION & feature requests on: April 24, 2011, 01:58:12 PM
Yes, Yes. got it. My post has many B & S.

Is the application already created & exists?
1565  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Future bitcoin APPLICATION & feature requests on: April 24, 2011, 08:38:22 AM
That's a lot of B.S. for one post  Grin

It looks like you're proposing a "MyBitcoin" app, which bills you in USD and does all the bitcoin stuff in the background.

Correct?

If can't understand what i wrote, then shut ur .......instead of calling BS.
I NEVER MENTIONED ANYWHERE THAT USD SHOULD BE USED.

Is anything wrong in my post?
Or the application already exists?
1566  Bitcoin / Project Development / Future bitcoin APPLICATION & feature requests on: April 24, 2011, 06:27:32 AM
Hi,

Its a request about application not client.

Bob & Sam are common men with less computer skills. Both have to use bitcoins for transaction.

Bob(Buyer/B) buys flowers from Sam(Seller/S) for bitcoins.

B goes to S shop & see flowers, & he wants to buy. He sees "we accept Bitcoins" logo.
The flowers are priced in USD. B wants to buy a flower which is priced at 10 USD.
He asks S, how much in bitcoin. S tells in bitcoin & B pays, wait for confirmation, then S gives B the flowers.

Its purely my thought, may be wrong.

The most preferred method to use bitcoin for day to day life is not by physical means, but by handy devices.
I believe cell phones can help here with internet.

Most of the cell phones today at least support Java programs/application & most cell phones can connect to internet by wifi, 3G, 4G......

B using his cellphone buys flower. He opens the application which is password protected. The application has no addresses & no coins.
he goes to shop & see the flower & asks the price in bitcoins.
S uses his cell phone or he already knows the bitcoin price against USD.
still, S opens the same application B uses in his phone, goes to mtgox or any site & knows the usd vs btc price & tells it to B.
B thinks & he also checks usd vs btc using his cell phone & wants to buy for the price S said.
B asks S to give his address, so that B can send bitcoins.

S opens his application, the application shows a receiving address which is received from internet form S account.
Now S asks B cell phone number, & enters B's cell phone number in to the application & the application sends an SMS to B from S cell phone.
B receives the SMS message & his application takes the address from SMS message.
Then B receives/withdraw bitcoins from his account from internet & send coins to S from application.
The application connects to internet again & send bitcoins & also B receives a message from application "Coins sent"
Same time S receives a message in his application that coins from an address with B's cell phone number received.
And after 10 minutes or so, both B & S receives message from the application in their cell phone that the transaction is confirmed.
S gives B the flowers & B leaves.

This is my base idea & i think this method will help anyone to use bitcoins with out much knowledge & much worry.
The cell phone don't have bitcoins, addresses & also database.
so, even if the person looses his cell phone he don't have to worry, coz the application is password protected.
he goes to his home & can change/block his cellphone from receiving addresses, bitcoins from his account.

Where is his account stored? I have no idea. May be a site like ewallet, or he accesses remotely his own computer, or he accesses by connecting USB drive which has portable bitcoin client......

The application must use internet to retrieve a valid address that belongs to S, it must able to get the address from the SMS B receives, It must connect to B's wallet to get bitcoins, It sends to bitcoins to S's address. It also then checks the internet bitcoin database that the transaction is confirmed or not & sends msg to both B & S.
The confirmation may be 6 or less.

It is just an rough idea, & more ideas are welcome.
Please pour your ideas & developers please create application, so Bitcoin goes online.

If i have to repay on average 1200 coins, after all loaners come to an agreement about how i repay, then it will take 8 months with current difficulty.
What will future difficulty do? I can't think.

You absolutely must factor difficulty growth into your model of you will be screwed.
1572  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [LOAN] 1000 BTC needed & will pay with interest for mining rig on: April 24, 2011, 01:37:48 AM
I am mining with 6870 & now getting ~3 daily.
I said 5 btc including electricity bill, internet & also my fuel(food).
Its not the loanee who set terms, its loaner who set terms.

poclbm_py2exe_20110325.7z
If i just edit the bitcoinminer.cl in the above zip file, from
this
Code:
#ifdef VECTORS
if (belowOrEquals(H.x, targetH, G.x, targetG))
{
output[OUTPUT_SIZE] = output[nonce.x & OUTPUT_MASK] = nonce.x;
}
else if (belowOrEquals(H.y, targetH, G.y, targetG))
{
output[OUTPUT_SIZE] = output[nonce.y & OUTPUT_MASK] = nonce.y;
}
#else
if (belowOrEquals(H, targetH, G, targetG))
{
output[OUTPUT_SIZE] = output[nonce & OUTPUT_MASK] = nonce;
}
#endif
}

to this
Code:
#ifdef VECTORS
if (H.x == 0)
{
output[OUTPUT_SIZE] = output[nonce.x & OUTPUT_MASK] = nonce.x;
}
else if (H.y == 0)
{
output[OUTPUT_SIZE] = output[nonce.y & OUTPUT_MASK] = nonce.y;
}
#else
if (H == 0)
{
output[OUTPUT_SIZE] = output[nonce & OUTPUT_MASK] = nonce;
}
#endif
}

& RUN pocblm.exe with options to mine in a pool, will i may get more hash?
Or i have to compile something?
Using windows & have zero programming knowledge.

Hey guys does anyone know why my Mhash/sec droped from 366 to 329 after I installed AVG Internet Secruity 2011?

I have connection I made the exception through its firewall. Yet my Mhash/sec has clearly dropped. I can't note any other changes aside form that install.
What card u have?
Have u OC it?
IF oc it,  by using which software?

Getting loan from many, shared loan is really good idea.
coz it gives loaner less fear that he is giving less coins & also those who have less coins can also help.
Normally a person asks loan to some one then he repays, then asks again & if can't repay, ask to another then another then after getting loan from many, if he can't repay runaway.
It seems my first loan itself from many.
That really worries/fears me.

Besides their are other problems.
Suppose The script, you said you can give 100 BTC & you want me to repay 120 BTC, another one ready to give 200 BTC, but wants me to repay 250 BTC.
another guy says he can give 300, but wants to me repay 320 with in a month, another says with 300 loan, i can repay him after 6 months, but repay 350 BTC. another says he loan 300, but wants to be re payed daily 10 coins & total repay is 325BTC.

It will like a mess. I am ready to get loan from multiple, shared loan, but don't want to end up running, besides my mind won't allow me to run away.

Also i am seeing another bottleneck now.
With 6870, i am getting ~3 coin daily with current difficulty. If i add 1 5970, i get 270+550=~ 830 Mhash/s , ~ 10 coin per day.
If i keep 5 for electricity & internet bill & repay daily 5 means then for a month 5*30=150 coins.
If i have to repay on average 1200 coins, after all loaners come to an agreement about how i repay, then it will take 8 months with current difficulty.
What will future difficulty do? I can't think.

Also i need now at least 1 5970 , 1 1000W cooler master PSU & 1 mobo with 4 pci ex port.
I can use the quad core intel cpu, ram, hdd,monitor,mouse, keyboard, even cabinet cooler master UPS 100.

The cost of 1 5970 is ~43000 INR in ebay
http://shop.ebay.in/?_from=R40&_trksid=m570&_nkw=5970&_sacat=See-All-Categories

Cost of 1000 W corsair PSU ~15000 INR & cooler master ~12000 INR
http://shop.ebay.in/i.html?_nkw=1000+corsair&_sacat=0&_sop=2&_odkw=1000+cooler+master&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313
http://shop.ebay.in/i.html?_nkw=1000+cooler+master&_sacat=0&_sop=2&_odkw=1000+corsair&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313

Motherboard cost is really confusing, except asus, coz asus don't support 2 cards correctly,
the cost at least ~15000 INR

Total= card+psu+mobo= 43000 + 12000+ 15000 = 65000 INR
65 000 Indian rupees = 1 471.275 U.S. dollars

Since i am getting bitcoin & now its going around 1.25+usd, i get good conversion.
I really don't know how to solve above things.
I have to mine, i have to earn, but have no money.

I just installed the 270.61 nvidia drivers, and it seems to make the drivers crash each time I exit poclbm by clicking the x, if I ctrl-c they seem to exit fine most of the time. Nothing serious yet, but I keep getting these in my system event log:

"Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

have you done any overclocking?

No  Undecided
you using flag -f1 or fxxx?

Completely remove driver using driver sweeper & install again with CUDA.
