1561  Local / Pilipinas / Re: 24 hours challenge bitcoin use only sa boracay. on: November 21, 2022, 01:13:38 AM
Na impressed ako tuloy sa kanilang vlog kahit sponsored pa. At least this is still part of widespread adoption and awareness sa mga followers at subscribers nya kung ano talaga si Bitcoin at paano gamitin rather than being misinformed.
Totoo yan.
1562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you still win with free spins? on: November 20, 2022, 08:18:52 AM
Is it possible to stick with free spins on online casinos and still be able to make some good reward?

I am looking into the free side of things, no risk at all with free spins but the question is has anyone ever make something out of free spins before? Something reasonable at?

The last time I earned something free from gambling websites was when BTC has very low value and many faucets still run, that's couple of years back.
In my experience, if you're a premium member on Freebitco.in, you can get WOF free spins depending on the FUN tokens that you're holding. In WOF, you can get sats, reward points, lottery tickets and more. If you get sats and able to keep it, you won't notice it's getting bigger, I have been collecting for years already and it's profitable. There are also casinos offering free spins as part of their promotion but often it requires a deposit. Casino is a business so if they give away free spins there's a requirement to withdraw it.
1563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a gambling addict? on: November 20, 2022, 07:12:56 AM
Everyone likes to go to a casino here and then. But unfortunately, there are those who cannot visit a casino simply for pure leisure. Gambling can turn from a hobby or a leisure activity into a serious addiction problem. Many compare the rush of gambling to the euphory of cocaine, as it can also become an addition.

Online gambling brought casinos closer than ever before, and the problem of addiction in the world of gambling is a serious social illness. There are a few signs to look for when starting to gamble online to avoid problems of addiction. So, do you know if you have a problem with gambling? Here's an interesting article about this subject.
The article is informative and can make you realize if you're already an addicted gambler. Well, there are people who can't control themselves when they gamble, started playing for leisure but then when they lost significant amount the eagerness to win it back is driving them to keep playing. I was once an addicted gambler few years back. Based on my experience, it's very hard to overcome the addiction especially if the temptation is pushing you to play again. That's why it takes courage and determination to overcome what you used to. Anyway, I still gamble but in moderation using a spare money.
1564  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 🖤 - Road to Riches raffle taking you to Las Vegas! ✈️ on: November 20, 2022, 05:19:00 AM
I observe how the game works and it is similar to baccarat, it's pretty easy to play and there's a way to maximize the chances to win. What I like is the multiplier for lucky claws/paws it feels like you're also playing slots in this live game. The design is also good. I will definitely try to play this one and see if I can hit a nice win.
1565  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: November 20, 2022, 04:50:41 AM
For the moment, Roobet is one of the only sites that you need to fill in some personal information when your register. But in the end, a lot of casinos require KYC when you want to withdraw some money (even small amounts). I have needed to complete a full KYC to withdraw 0.01 BTC.
Many casinos now are requiring their players to comply on their KYC verification. But there are still casinos out there where you can gamble without worrying about KYC especially if you're just an average gambler. However, always keep in mind the possibility to abide in this requirement since it's quite common now.

What casino is asking you for full KYC to be able to withdraw? Because in Roobet, you can already withdraw even you're in level 1.
1566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Distortion Pattern on: November 20, 2022, 03:04:02 AM
I'm sure many can relate to this illustration. Almost most of the crypto gamblings, when there is a new depositor on their platform, will first give it a win as a trap for new gamblers.
I also think i'm suited to pattern 3 because that's how it started. You'll experience to win in gambling and got hooked thinking the same result might happen again and so it's the start of your gambling activity. However, i'm not the type who will chase my losses because I can't accept what happened. I still gamble because it's fun and entertaining and that's the reason why I keep playing. Of course it's really nice to win but we know it can't happen often as the house always win.

Thus it's best not to have high hopes so you can control yourself to refrain from depositing to chase back what you have lost.
1567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing $350,000 because of a friend, what would you do? on: November 20, 2022, 02:16:09 AM
He particularly chose Black 15 for $10K on roulette which he could have won $350,000 but a friend took the $10K and replace a safer bet. I know this is likely not to happen in real life. But let's say it did. What would you do?
Well, mix emotions if this happened to me. I place the bet, that means i'm already prepared whatever the outcome is. Because it's my decision to go all in and try my luck. If my friend changed my bet out of concern, I appreciate it and his intention, but still, he has no right to interfere. So regardless of the result I'll be mad at him.

But anyway this is just a movie and can't happen in reality since you can't change/move bets when the ball is already rolling. The dealer should not allow this too.
1568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum drop gets me worried. on: November 18, 2022, 03:20:30 AM
Price drops are pretty much normal in current state. If you are afraid with your assets because of the drop while it's a normal behavior for cryptocurrency in general, then you are doing something wrong.
Indeed. There are investors who can't handle the decreasing price of their asset that's why they're asking a question like this to have an idea for what other investor's think. Maybe they dont have knowledge about the coin they chose to invest in that's why it's hard for them to understand why this is happening. Bear and bull are inevitable in crypto market, that being said it's normal to see the price to decrease during bear season. So as long as you invest in a coin (in this case ETH) that has potential and established then you can be certain that this coin will recover back once the bear season is finally over.
1569  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exchangers Are safer then Banks and wallets on: November 18, 2022, 01:30:19 AM
Exchangers like binance Are safer then banks and walllets.
Becouse If something happens they always refund losses.
You think exchanges are safe because they always refund losses incase something happened? Don't be too confident. Don't wait to experience the worse before you realize your mistake for having such belief. The best is to store your coins in a wallet that you have full control since you're holding the private keys. That will give you assurance that your assets are safe.
1570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another opportunity is coming, a time to hold on: November 18, 2022, 12:52:38 AM
Those of you who are interested in investing in Bitcoin can invest in Bitcoin.Right now is the best time to invest in Bitcoin. You will regret it if this time passes. We have heard from various experts who have analyzed that Bitcoin will go to a place in 2024-2025 that people never imagined. So I would say those who are interested in investing, keep investing. You may not get this opportunity again later.
True. The current value is cheaper now compared to its previous price hence it's a good time to accumulate. But many investors are hesitant to buy at this time due to FUD and the recent FTX drama that greatly affect the market.

Well, if you want to engage yourself to invest in Bitcoin, we know this is the time to do it. Investors who are seeing the current season as an opportunity probably experienced the ups and down and became used to it and not letting the negative news stop them. Since they know it's normal in crypto, as an speculative asset and high volatile. Anyway, many things can happen before year 2024, so while waiting focus on what you can do now with the current market.
1571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I want to ask, at the end of the bitcoin and altcoin year, will the price go up on: November 17, 2022, 04:49:06 AM
Just ride the current trend as much as possible and do your best to do those things that are necessary to do amid the bear market.
We really can't accurately predict the price before this year end. It might increase or continue moving in sideways. Thus I agree with you, it would be better to go with the flow on the current trend and think of what we can do at this time that can benefit us in the future. Because bullish season might take time to occur hence we need to remain positive and of course a lot of patience. If possible, forget about the crypto market while we're in bear season to be able to hold without worries. This can avoid panic selling due to FUD circulating in crypto space.
1572  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Report: PH ranks 2nd in ‘ownership of cryptocurrency’ on: November 17, 2022, 04:13:26 AM

Can someone teach me where have High Return Invest Program
When I was a newbie and still lacking of knowledge, I became a regular investor of HYIP because of the high return in a short period, pretty easy. However it's really true that if you experienced to lose your money, that's the time you will realize your mistake and it will serve as a lesson for you. After I got scammed for blindy investing, I realized there's no easy money to earn.

So if the offer is too good to be true, it's likely a scam hence don't easily believe it. Gain knowledge and try to improve whatever skills you have because that's your stepping stone to earn in a reliable way.
1574  Other / Off-topic / Re: Lay off vs Pay cut on: November 16, 2022, 09:53:06 AM
Let's suppose your boss called you into his/her office and explained the company's situation. He/she then gives you the option of getting laid off or taking a 50% pay cut. If you were to choose one of these options, what would it be and why?
I will choose the 50% pay cut. Nowadays many companies are laying off their employees making it hard to find a new job specially if you're not a degree holder or your skills are not indemand.

So instead of choosing to be laid off, I'll be wise and choose to stay. Atleast I still have an income to rely on despite of the pay cut, this way I don't have to worry on where to get the budget for our monthly expenses. And then I'll start to find another source of income or start to look for other companies with vacant position that I can apply on and has a better compensation compared to my current job.
1575  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | on: November 16, 2022, 05:26:17 AM
how long the verification here usually takes? been a few hours since i completed it and still nothing i guess. live help also has no idea
are you talking about KYC verification? if so, based on what I have observed it can take from a few days to weeks or even month/s. out of curiosity and sorry if I am overstepping but what was the reason for KYC verification? anyway, I hope whatever it is you are experiencing with the casino gets resolved soon.

months? geez

they asked for it today after my 2nd withdrawal of 30 usd lol
not sure if it is the same with duelbits but I've seen other casino mention on their ToS that they usually reply or update the gambler three days after they ask for a KYC, so you might get your response sooner or later. also, you mentioned that it's only been a few hours, I don't really think there is to worry about but I understand if you are frustrated.

I dont think KYC verification may take until month/s, usually it takes few days only and normally 2x24hours in working days max.  It seems that his account is suspected to do something wrong, KYC for 30USD withdrawal is rarely happened anywhere. I'm sure may forum members here such as roycilik, ryzaadit, whis, me, and others who used to participate in the forum contest have made thousands dollar withdrawal but they never been asked for KYC.
That's true. His account might be suspected as suspicious that's why he's asked to undergo kyc verification. I'm playing on Duelbits for long time already and never had an issues when it comes to withdrawal, it's always smooth.

@ziportan once your documents are verified, then you'll receive an email confirmation regarding it so be patient. But did you ask the support for the specific reason?
1576  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: November 16, 2022, 01:05:08 AM
It's not the first time we have seen these type of people who can't handle their loss and start blaming casino for their own mistakes but you see in the end they gain nothing out of it as @Hhampuz already cleared it above as this is one of those fake accusations.
It's because many gamblers can't accept that they lost significant amount in gambling and then they will accuse the casino (in general) that they got scam. This is the problem if you risk the money that you can't afford to lose, it's really hard to accept the bad result specially if you're expecting the opposite.

Anyhow, if the accusation has basis and legit, there should be concrete evidence to back up the claim in order to address the issue.

1578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The bear market is your friend on: November 15, 2022, 04:58:31 AM
But do you know that the bear market is a blessing in disguise for every investors that is prepared and has been waiting for the dump ?
Investors who have been here for long, and already witnessed the ups and down of the market are the ones waiting for this season to fill their bags because it's a time to accumulate. But some investors who are lacking of knowledge and experience fear this current season because of the decreasing price of their assets, hence they're having doubts. Only those who can handle their emotions and able to hold until the market recover have the chance to become a gainer.

Anyway if you're going to buy now, make sure that you dig deeper since not all coins with cheap prices are good to buy at this time. Some of them will never recover for not having a real use case, in short a shitcoins.
1579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copying Bet From Other Unknown Bettors, Is This a Good Practice? on: November 15, 2022, 04:00:48 AM
So for you, is copying bets online a good practices?
It's not a good practice. What if the owner of the bet that you're copying has no idea on the game and just place his bets blindy? You'll face the same result, lucky for you if it did win but what if not? Sports betting is not entirely based on luck because you can do something to maximize your chance to win and that is by having knowledge on the games that you'll bet on. So why copy the bet of others if you can exert an effort to know the games and gain idea. Maybe there are gamblers who are fine to copy the bet of others but for me I prefer to use my own knowledge about the games that I'll bet on.
1580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Can Be Done To Reduce Gambling Related Issues Like Suicide etc? on: November 15, 2022, 01:19:55 AM
if the UK goes ahead to enforce the ban on gambling ads in the country, you think this will reduce the number of suicides, and other gambling related problems in the country?
It's possible because gambling ads can attract people to gamble by showing a decent profit that a gambler can get if they decided to play. These ads have something to do for the increasing number of gamblers who are tempted to try their luck in gambling.

\Do you think banning gambling ads is a good measure for the entire government of the world should enforce? will this really stop people from gambling?
That's uncertain however it will surely decrease the people who got tempted to gamble. Like other products who have an effective ads, it's their way to lure their consumers to use their product, and there's no difference when it comes to gambling. If no ads are existing then people can forget it or atleast the numbers can be lessen as I have pointed out.

\In your own opinion, what measures do you think is appropriate to take that will help reduce the issues, gambling related problems cause in our society?
I think educating the people about the pros and cons of gambling can help them to better understand the risk and the consequences if you gamble, it's important that you know what you are getting into. Plus, there should be a government facilities (intervention program) to handle such cases to help them overcome the situation and be motivated to change.
