621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to be blamed, the gambler or the betting agent on: August 16, 2023, 04:59:36 AM
It's actually like playing on the stock exchange but with a shoulder. When you play with bets that you don't actually have. This is done only by greedy players, because any trader is always warned that trading with a chip carries huge risks. Similarly, in your case, this worker looked at what shed, but chose to take a risk. I'm sure he knew the rule that you need to play only for your own money, and which he can afford to spend. And as for the question of how long he will be loaned money - I think that as long as it is legally possible to recover from him, even after the incident of a long time. Everything has a limit, but both casinos and their agents like to drive people into debt. After all, they know perfectly well that you can't get away from them later.
The gambler knows the consequences of his action but he chose to ignore. Maybe because he is hoping that for using the loaned money, he might became lucky to recover his losses and repay back what he owed. Unfortunately it didn't happened and that make his situation worse since he's avoiding the responsibility. Thus if an agent or a casino offered a deal so the gambler can continue playing, think before accepting. Because in the end, if you didn't win, you have to face the consequences of not being able to control yourself.

Hey bitcasino!
I was told to reach out and possibly get in contact on your thread!

I recently hit a jackpot from one of your NFT promotions and am awaiting payment! I have a journey thread here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5463081.20
Congrats once again! I always respected Bitcasino, but my respect for them has gone through the roof now thanks to this particular win. Paying zero withdrawal fee on top of all this is the icing on the cake.

Wonder how much tax you would need to pay on such a big amount in whichever country you are from.
Same here. I followed the case of LuckyGambler and though he's not certain if he can get his winnings, Bitcasino proved that there's nothing to worry because the withdrawal is processed without many questions.

That's how reputable Bitcasino is, and this particular gambler made the right choice to play on the site. I never had issues playing on Bitcasino especially in withdrawals, it's always smooth, easy and fast.
623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Memecoins Vs legit Altcoins in 2023 on: August 15, 2023, 12:14:51 PM
Before this year 2023, people were launching projects with whitepaper, roadmap and promote those projects with Their team. Memecoins were few but this year, situation is changed. Everybody is busy launching memecoins, no whitepaper, no roadmap. 8 projects are memecoin out of 10 projects.
It seems, this year will be full of memecoins. What do you think? Why memecoin launching is increasing so much in this year?
Many investors are investing in meme coins to get rich quick, so due to the demand, it's not surprising why meme coins are increasing. They're all similar, the price can skyrocket depending on its hype and the people buying the particular memecoin.

Moreover, some investors are still never learned from their past mistakes. They tend to join the ride whatever the trend is hence even investing in meme is risky, they just ignore it hoping meme is the answer for them to have a huge profit even for a short period. Thus don't be surprise for the current happening, every opportunity to profit the devs and investors will take advantage it.
As mush as we do not like the developers behind those coins, if there was not a huge demand for meme coins now then they will not bother on creating more of them at all, even scammers value their time and if they thought that creating a meme coin was a waste of time then they will not do so.

However as we can see they are flooding the market with useless coins and they keep doing it as the demand for those coins remains high, despite the lack of fundamentals of those coins and the significant losses they cause to the majority of those which choose to invest in them.
Certainly they will not waste their time creating such coins to gain nothing. It is profitable for the dev since many investors (especially newbies) prefer to invest in meme rather than to wait longer if they invest in established coins. What matter to them is to profit as fast as possible while ignoring the risk of losing their money.

Whatever the trend, expect the flood projects joining the ride (and in this case meme coins) so brace yourself because it's not going to end soon. One of the reason why we need to be careful when we invest since not all projects are worthy to invest in.
624  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much should I invest in cryptocurrency as a beginner on: August 15, 2023, 10:07:56 AM
1. Educate yourself: Learn about the cryptocurrency market. Read articles, watch videos, and attend seminars to understand the basics of investing.
This is the first thing a newbie should do to understand crypto trading/investing in general. Because knowing what we are getting into can give us an idea for everything and that includes the ideal amount to invest as a starter. There's no specific amount actually but it is much wiser if you start with low capital to experience first and see how it will go.

In addition, don't be eager to profit instantly or aim for a huge profit through buying a not establish coins. Always choose the one that is unlikely to be delisted in exchanges so it's less risky even you're not going to trade it immediately.
625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Appropriate percentage of income for gambling on: August 15, 2023, 08:48:57 AM
I'm being honest here when I say that I don't track my expenses when I'm gambling, whenever I gamble I just get the money that I want to spend and when that money is gone because it's a loss for me and a bad day for me then my gambling is done for that day. I know that it's kind of stupid of me not to track how much I spend in gambling but I think that I'm happier that I don't know how much I lose over time, less regrets on why I gamble and I have more fun at the end of the day.
You can try to make a budget for gambling. It is useful to know how much you used to gamble on that day. But don't immediately spend all the budget money instead, try to divide it up for a few days, say a week. Usually, that's what I do for each week, and for example for a week, I make a budget of $25. The amount of money must be enough for a week, and you may not deposit another amount of money if you lose gambling. So with that money, you can gamble for a few days and not bother with the rest of your finances.
That's a good way of spending your budget for gambling. If you can last your funds for the whole week, it just shows you have discipline to not go beyond of what you only set for gambling.

Well, I have the same strategy but the difference is, If I use my set budget to play I can't divide it for the next day to still have funds if I still want to gamble. I tend to use it all in just one sitting. The reason why I only gamble once a week. Anyway, regardless of the percentage we allocate for gambling, as long as that's the amount that we can afford to lose then there's no issue.

scammers will remain scammers mate no matter how many times they will change domain and try another business because it is in their blood, they are not concern to what others might feel or experienced.
what important for them is how much money they will gather and how many people they are going to fool.
so forget about domain , forget about this to stop scamming , because it is impossible for them to act.
Agree with you. They will still try to deceive people because more and more new people will join the gambling industry and play gambling in many casinos. Those with many casinos under one management will try to launch various promotions just to attract these new people. This is where new people always try to be vigilant and check the casino before deciding to join. It's just a matter of being willing always to check the casino first but there are still new people and even people who have gambled a lot at many casinos who don't want to check out the casino so they get scammed again.
and  that is their main goal., to fool people and take whatever they wanted to earn.remember that they care nothing about what people say or do as long s they are getting players money.
so we must all be aware of their activities and never to fall from this traps., also try to warn all people around us to stay away from this site.
When there's still people that can be fooled and playing on 1xbit, they won't stop their operation since that's how they survive. Some gamblers are still playing despite of the warning here and outside on how shady this site is so if there's a new victim it's his/her fault for being lazy to do a research.

We have many trusted casinos out there, a simple research can lead us to a reputable one. Therefore if you still end up choosing 1xbit, don't be surprise if you got scammed after depositing or winning.
627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: August 14, 2023, 03:57:36 PM
Most of the time the gamblers never allocate the amount for other needs. This is the major problem. If the money is being allocated and with the rest he had played, it won't affect the personal life. Some used to spend their earnings on gambling and further they tend to take loans and spend for the life needs. Whatever the scenario, we should learn to live with what is available. Whether it is gambling, or our life needs. When we go for a loan without reason, then it is the beginning of our life destruction.

When gamblers do not allocate a certain amount of money for their needs and tend to take loans when they need money it is a big mistake. Because the necessities of life should be a priority and gambling is a side. When people put gambling as a priority and tend to put their needs aside, that is a mistake and this kind of thing should have been avoided if they understood the principles of financial management.
And I agree that taking a loan for no reason is a mistake. Someone should be able to play gambling and still make ends meet without going into debt if they understand how to manage their money.

Right and that is already a common knowledge because a normal human being is expected that we should put our priorities first before anything else, that doesn't necessarily includes gambling because we can still live and breath without having any of those for a couple of weeks but since some people cannot keep their hands out of casino, then I think it should be wise to keep their financials in line first and only take out an extra funds that they can afford to lose.
That's how it should be, prioritize the essential things before the leisure. If you know how to manage your finances, then it's easier to budget your money for what's important and for the less priority.

On the other side, it's not that bad to take a loan but think twice if it's worth it to loan just to spend in gambling since the returns are not guaranteed. If the loan will be use for urgent things, then it's fine as long as you're mindful to pay the money on time. But still, much better to refrain from borrowing if you're just running out of funds for your gambling activity since it is supposed to only use a spare money that you can live without.

Thank you all for suggestions.

They did not ask, but I went ahead and KYCd regardless.

Still awaiting for a response from the team regarding the withdrawl.

Congrats op. That's a nice win. Bitcasino is a trusted site and i'm also a gambler there (though never had the chance to win such a huge amount).

That's a good initiative to comply on KYC procedure. If your winnings are legitimate pretty sure you'll get your money. So good luck and keep us updated.
629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reckless gambling starts after a win round. on: August 14, 2023, 05:25:35 AM
I think if he loses his first few games, he may say bad words about gambling or maybe quit it for some time but if he wins, he would be happy but he would not become addicted to it.
Depends on how the gambler control himself when playing. It's true that winning for the first time can lead to addiction but it doesn't mean all gamblers are bound to that situation since we have our own way of thinking. Based on my experience, if you win it's likely you'll gamble again due to the good experience you had for the first time. However, we're not all the same so the result for each gamblers are always different.

Addiction only starts when you play too much gambling that all the losses won't matter to you and you still keep on playing. I would call it a state of mind, where the gamblers fail to understand the drawback of excessive gambling.
Indeed. If you gamble and become addicted, it's your fault for not controlling yourself and letting gambling influenced you negatively.
630  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Paano Ka Ba Manghikayat o Mag educate Sa Mga Kababayan Natin on: August 14, 2023, 04:33:01 AM

631  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: August 13, 2023, 11:37:16 AM
The list is quite long for an event held by the casino because usually casinos only do it a few times but Roobet is quite consistent with the art contests and if we count the other promotions carried out by Roobet in the early days of this Casino presence then it will further add to the length of the list such as guessing the names of slot games, sports betting predictions and maybe some more because Roobet is very active in promoting it on this forum.
The art contests that they consistently conduct provide an opportunity for artisans to not only earn money but also hone their skills even better so that their art results are more interesting and have a high value, and good artistic value deserves to be appreciated and Roobet does that well.

Good for them! I can only be thankful to Roobet for this consistency. From the beginning I used to participate in each one of them, but later, after winning no prize, I started missing some contests. And I don't think it was right from my side. Creating an art piece and showing it to the world is fun, innit? Even if you don't win anything. Smiley Think I'm going to do something for the current August Art Contest .
True. It's fun to participate even if I don't usually win. There are many good artists joining now and it's amazing how the past participants improved with their entries. It's been 3 years since the first one and up to now they're consistent. It's good exposure for their casino, the users here are aware how generous they are and of course for the artists because they can showcase their talent while getting a chance to earn if they win. That's why Roobet's reputation here and outside are good as an established casino.

Price will pump pretty hard if another top cex pick this up though
If Binance list RLB on their exchange then we can expect it, the price might pump hard though it's too early to say.

The price already reached a $0.2 value but currently had a minor correction. Still a chance to those waiting for a decline to buy back. Seeing the progress of RLB, I can say my decision is right to keep holding and never be tempted to sell. Glad that I had the chance to buy additional RLB when the price is still below $0.1 value few months ago.
633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots fever on: August 13, 2023, 04:02:19 AM
Till today, I have had some losses and also some fine hits, what about you guys? Do you have any Slots spinning story to share? I'm sure some people are more lucky than many others.
I also started playing slots with good return. It's not much as i'm just an average gambler but the fact that I managed to increase my funds makes me think that it's quite easy to win BUT that is if only you're lucky.

Experiencing to win can attract a gambler to play and it also happened to me. However after playing few times a different slot games and never had a decent win to cover my past losses, that's how I switch playing to other casino games. If slots are what you prefer when you gamble, having a decent bankroll is an edge so you'll not get busted early after few spins since you can't tell when will luck might hit you.
634  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: August 13, 2023, 01:54:35 AM
Technically yes. Casino don't want gamblers froma region that don't allow gambling to play on their casino because they are not allowed to. They have a license and that license is not permitting them to accomodate those gamblers. Not allowing VPN is one of the method for casino in not letting citizen from banned countries to play in their casino. Gamblers who is a live of a country that are banned from caaino like duelbits can use other casino that didn't restrict their country or those who doesn't have a license. I'm sure those casino are happiliy to accomodate them. Casinos just can't bend their license rules. Not allowing VPN is just a precaution for the casinos.
This is a matter of perspective, gamblers want to have the freedom to use a VPN as this gives them a greater degree of privacy on their minds, but at the same time casinos need to comply with the requirements of their casino license.

So it is natural casinos are not exactly friendly to the use of VPNs, as they can be used to abuse their welcome bonuses or they could allow a gambler from their list of forbidden countries to gamble on their website.
That's why if you're from a restricted country, it would be best to look for casinos that allow a gamblers from where you live. Why bypass the restriction if there are plenty of options where you can gamble?

Moreover it's a headache if you use VPN (your country is restricted) then you won huge, how can you possibly withdraw the money? Certainly they will ask for KYC so it's a problem and you can't do anything about it. Thus don't force yourself to gamble on the specific casino if you're not really allowed.
635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: August 13, 2023, 12:44:28 AM
Sometimes everyone depends on how they use their money to be used, and the bad habits experienced by someone with gambling are very difficult to stop, especially if they are from a group of rich people, even they can spend their money just for gambling, the same like playing women have similarities in controlling lust and addicts, only their money can stop their addiction in terms of gambling, in my opinion it's like that...
Well, For rich, I believe money can't stop their addiction. Because if they're running out of funds, there are other resources where they can get money. Therefore I don't see it as a reason for these rich people to stop what they used to. What I can think of for someone to decide to stop is when he experienced the worst, e.g losing your family, debt, putting life at risk (health and mental problem) etc.

Sometimes if you didn't experience yet to be in the lowest point of your life due to gambling. You will not stop until you experienced the one that can make you change your mind to completely stop your gambling addiction.
636  Economy / Economics / Re: What's the effect of having plenty children to the national economy of a country on: August 11, 2023, 06:49:39 AM
Is there an effect both positive or negative to the county's economy when couples have plenty children?

In the past before the current economic era, around the 15th century and the beginning of the French industrial revolution, having many children was seen as fertility and good for both the family work force and country's also. The labour force was majorly manual and those who worked at the plantations were sort after as able bodied men or women.

But at the moment, what is the viability of having many children especially as it could reduce the per capital income.
It has a positive and negative effect though it doesn't directly affect the economy but connected based on the family's status in this society. For people who belong in upper class, having plenty of children is not a problem since they can afford to give food on the table, a proper education and a decent life to live comfortably. Children from upper class can contribute for the betterment of the economy once they grow up and had a job.

But this is not the case if the family is from poor family (though not all). It's the opposite of what the upper class can give on their children. They will rely on the Government's assistance to help them sustain the needs in general. That's why nowadays it's wise to have a certain number of children based on your capability to give them a comfortable life.
637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are new altcoins being too risky? Current market trend on: August 11, 2023, 03:12:16 AM
It's better to invest in established coins rather than newbies.
Indeed. Many altcoins are launching everyday but only few of them can last long for having a real use case and not just a pump and dump coin. The reason why it's really risky to invest in new coins since you need to conduct an extensive research to find a hidden gem out of thousand alts existing.

Therefore if you're looking for alts to invest in, it is advisable to choose an established coins. Less risky and proven to be worthy even it takes months or years before you can see the result. Though often, alts are only good to hold for short period.
638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: think before investing on: August 11, 2023, 12:43:26 AM
I became more interesting on this topic when my friend hard about the profit on trading and investing on bitcoins.without  the ideas or knowledge about it. because he only hard  that, there are high profit on investing on Bitcoin. without knowing how Bitcoin is been trade. he went and sold his property to invest on Bitcoin without been knowledgeable about it. he went ahead and invest but loss everything because he doesn't know how to trade Bitcoin.
Investing on what you don't know (or you didn't take time to gain knowledge) is like gambling since you have no idea of what you're getting into. Joining the ride just because you heard other investors are earning through trading Bitcoin is not sufficient to just engage yourself without much effort to know the basics. Because it's a basic rule to fill our minds with knowledge to be aware of what we should do.

He came and told me everything. i feel pity on him, and started teaching him how Bitcoin is been trade and invest. He was very serious to lean and now his happy and his doing very well. in every business or investment you are in backing on, I think you need to lean and be  knowledgeable about it before you invest on it.
Nice to know he learned his lesson and now doing good. Sometimes it's not bad to fail if it can make you realized what you did wrong to improve yourself. That's how you can become better since you already experienced the mistakes that you must not do the next time you try to invest/trade.
639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that you will be hold till next Bull Run on: August 10, 2023, 05:12:41 AM
Although current crypto market situation is very disappointing. Investors also showing less interested investing in new coins even most of new coins are also shitcoins. Altcoins crypto market pumped a little, a month ago but still no impressive movement is found. Wel  During this situation, what are you thinking and how you preparing for next bull run?  Which Altcoins you are planning to be hold untill next bull run?
In my portfolio I have ETH, BNB, LTC, IOST, casino token and meme coins (not expecting on it though) as my preparation in the coming bullrun. But i'm still for an additional coins to add, and I want a new coins that can be a hidden gem.

Anyway, i'm not really certain if these coins are going to give me profit but some of these coins are already established and worth to hold. I allocate majority of my funds to Bitcoin so even alts won't soar high I still have BTC to count on.
640  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A nob in trading needs help on: August 10, 2023, 02:38:04 AM
But at this point, I will really like to know whether or not Bitcoin trading is a means to gain profits during market speculations, and how possible it is to make passive income through cryptocurrency trading.
You can earn in trading but the returns are not guaranteed. It depends on the level of your knowledge, strategy and skills to make a successful trade. It might easy as it seems but still associated with risk. Hence, you can earn huge and lose your money as well if you made a mistake. Just shows that not all traders are able to profit when they trade.

I tried to be a trader before but I think it's not really suited for a working person like me. This is also the reason why I decided to become a long term hodler of Bitcoin. Less risky and less pressure since you're the one in control on when you plan to sell your Bitcoin.
