1581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Would it be possible to Build a decentralized trading program? on: May 20, 2013, 03:47:45 PM
Mt. Gox btc-e are all great for the day to day shit. sadly they are centralized. I realize there's no easy way to build a decentralized Fiat to Crypto exchange, but could something not feasible be built to allow Bitcoin/alt coin trading, using a network of decentralized servers?

We would need some sort of body controlling what coins can be added to the system. and could allow the network to control the value of the trade's itself.

I'm unsure how we could do this, But I do love trading in alt coins, hate the fact I need to rely on btc-e to do it?

Memorize your private key and delete any trace of it, having used a secured offline pc.

1584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Hacked and stolen on: May 17, 2013, 02:01:53 PM
Sad to hear but definitely not a flaw in Bitcoins, More so in security, sadly we are not an insured bank, some one is as likely to take your bank login info..

But the flaw is not within the client itself, only in how it is secured.

1589  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Regulation on: May 17, 2013, 02:33:21 AM
It's simple once FIAT involved,

The same way they can and will bust your ass for not claiming cash payment's, you can only hide so much money before Owning a million dollar home and making 25k a year flags someone Smiley

Definetly Interested, I was wanting to have some custom embroidered shirts done up, like that black one in your picks, the gold style t-shirt.
We've also purchased bulk 100+ t-shirts before, do you do bumper sticker's etc?

Thanks

I think you just did a poor job of running two accounts lol.

Reddit would get a kick out of you.
1592  Economy / Services / Re: Girlfriend and I willing to produce personal picture sets or videos for btc on: May 14, 2013, 01:31:23 PM

1594  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for Electrical Cicuit help on: May 13, 2013, 07:54:50 PM
Not much for caps in that tut.
I have those. Built that. But was unsure if it could be switched by 1.5vdc. I know the power for the relay needs to be 5v or greater. But can the switching side of the relay be as low as 1-1.5v?

Thank you. I could never find a tutorial fir what I built. Was looking for s ready to use device. The legs on those little relays. Are so tiny. Lol
1595  Economy / Services / Looking for Electrical Cicuit help on: May 12, 2013, 01:12:09 PM
Good day, this is a quick one.
I need help building a relay which can be activated off a very low voltage, I'm talking 1.5vdc-5vdc range of activation.

We have some item's which presently light an LED and we would like to light 120vac item's with the signal.

I've got plenty of background in soldering and such but never got into the design side, So assembly is no issue.

A diagram and part's list for what I need to order off www.digikey.ca would be all I need.

Please let me know price for this design.

Thank You
1596  Economy / Lending / Re: 8 BTC Loan/Investment for automatic escrow website on: May 11, 2013, 01:47:43 PM
Actually Coin Lenders can secure in 20% over 90 days Smiley

New to forums.  Check!

Offers no info about himself.  Check!

Sob story (bank account robbed).  Check!

Do.  Not.  Loan.

Even if you *do* get paid back, 50% for life is very likely to be 0. You might as well invest in a Prosper.com loan and get 9% APR return (for grade A loan).
1597  Economy / Lending / Re: Guide to Reputation on: May 11, 2013, 01:44:06 PM
Same situation for me, I recently got a 650USD loan which should be a quick payback, but I''m sitting on 1000 in coins right now. so I know I can pay it back, Would rather not cash in coin's for money though Smiley

Building rep has a lot to do with your involvement in the community as well! Don't be a weenie.
1598  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a Loan 5 BTC (20% Interest) on: May 11, 2013, 01:42:16 PM

1599  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.2 Reputation Loan on: May 11, 2013, 01:35:54 PM
Bennett is a good guy Smiley He gives out free BTC to people and is making salsa Cheesy And besides who the fuck would scam for 0.2 BTC?

Had a guy default on .122 lol

I think the bigger issue is some people use these micro loans to build rep so they can later on run away with a bigger loan Smiley

Yeah, that's true, some people do that.
But, I don't think Bennett is like that, he has shown good reputation, and provided me with documents if he ever scams me or any others.

I'm more than confident that this will work a charm.

Definitely, not saying he would, Only that people are worried about that sort of thing.
1600  Economy / Services / Custom website App, Maybe Concrete5 add-on? on: May 11, 2013, 01:11:53 PM
Website requirement.
Concept: Running an airsoft business where we host game's as well as sell some product. I need a website to track what game's user's attend, register a user to a game/set them to a team and track money paid for game's as well as item's purchased.
Registration:
signup with username, real name, contact info password and e-mail
Allow a user to sign back in to change basic info only. Also allow the admin to setup a user's account and simply e-mail them a password auto generated and changeable. I need them to preferably pre signup and agree to TOS online prior or allow me to quickly enter their info which will generate and email them a password.
Events/Games:
I need a way to create a new event/game. Title and date it. I need to have a blue team and red team, When a registered user arrive's to play I can set them to a team and check if they paid the game fee or played for free.
After an event is over I want the event to remain in a list so that we can later see who attended which game's.
A bulk enter method for this even better, and an easy auto search for entering a user name, with maybe a popup option to add a new registration if the member has never signed up before.
An easy way to add member's would be two list's, one red one blue, I simply start typing a user name and it show's a list of matches, with a button to add new user.
When I create the event I'd like to be able to set a fee, but have a paid/fee waved button for each new user as they signup.
User Tracking:
I'd like to be able to view the user's name and see what event's they have been to. I'd like this public for anyone.
As admin logged in I'd also like to see, How many/which product's they have purchased and how much money they have spent at the field.
I'd like to be able to implement an option where every 5 paid games the user get's one free game. Unsure how hard this would be?
Products:
I don't so much need a POS, or even something that track's stock. just the ability to sell a user product's, and see a total, as well as keep a record of what they buy/total money spent. It would be nice if I could add a user to a group or set them to a groupt hat give's discount's or free games etc.
So would need a way to add all my product's to a list, just a name and price is fine. with a way to show them all on a sale's page where I can tick off the product's, see a total price at the bottom and be able to click sold to a user name.
Publicly on the website it should list the game's and the user's clicking on one or the other show's a list.
After an event is over, a way to upload a large gallery/video's would be even nicer!

Contract for creation:
Please publicly reply with your estimate, work you can show off, and any questions or comments about this. I will use an escrow for this once a price and time is agreed upon, to be paid out after completion and once some beta testing has been run through the system.
Some of the feature's ar emore complex and could be added later to keep initial cost's/difficulty down, such as free game's, discount,s etc. but the teams/tracking is the main part of this.

EDIT:
My current website is www.eddiecreek.ca and runs on Concrete5 which already includes a lot of user management features?
