1581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What gambling method are you using for Dice? on: April 12, 2017, 04:46:36 PM
I'm sicked of using martingale with dice sites and I don't have any fortune on it. And right now I just go with my gut since dice is a pure luck-based game then, If ever I'll roll the dice I'm just crossing my fingers to win. And if ever I will discover some strategy that can benefit me, then I'll probably enjoy it now but the bad thing is, I don't have.
i prefer to gamble randomly like a mad rather than doing martingale that completelt make everyone in deep lost. any custom strategy basically just a suggestion from your brain that it was helpful and can always make you win. but mathematically you would have no significant impact when you play against the superpower house edge and in the long term.
1582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: April 12, 2017, 04:04:53 PM
I believe that the biggest mistake of the player is when the person is not able to control his excitement and trying to win more or to win back your losses.

I consider that only as a worse not a worst mistake. I saw an article and read it that I consider it to be the worst mistake in gambling. He sold everything he got and even sold his wife because he has faced a lot of problems because of his addiction. And that's the worst and craziest thing ever I knew in gambling.
it was more than worst , terrible for those people who can really do that just for the sake gambling. but yeah gambling are dangerous when you have got addicted to the root and can't even handle it. you would act like a mad dog no matter what happened to get yourself feel comfortable temporarily but in the end you would sure regret about it.
1583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: April 12, 2017, 12:44:57 PM
I'm still not reaching the point where I'm being shameful as a gambler. I gamble just for fun and excitement and hoping that this is my lucky day. But I think one day if immgoing to be shameful on myself in gambling, it will be when I forgot the important things in my life and gambling is my number one priority and sacrifice all of the things that I've founded just to have something to bet. There's nothing more shameful for me when I lose my love ones just because of gambling.
It would really be a shameful thing where comes to a point on which theres nothing left on you specially your loved ones and for me i wont really let this thing would happen to me and same as yours i dont feel shameful as of now becuase i dont compromise anything that is important and i would really maintain on this way.
i think op talking about how the culture difference makes each person have different way to treat gambling , some people don't give a shit no matter what people doing include gamble and there's no shame at all , gambling have been something legal and nothing wrong , when some people in some places can't show their real activity as a gambler due various reasons like people around are so religious and yeah prohibit gambling then you would be feel shameful.
1584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: April 12, 2017, 12:34:28 PM
When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?

Depends on the profit. If you being a wise guy deposited only $2 just to have fun with gambling and after doubling your bankroll your profit is $2 and you can easily afford losing $4, then why not? But if you hit a jackpot which probably can happen once in a life time then gambling with the money is just stupid in my opinion.
I understand that. It's better to play a bigger amount rather than just small counts. But if you are probably trying to go for the long run and just win small increments, then it could still work.
i have made small bet amount on a lot of events in sportsbetting several times , yet when you play in the long run everything turn worse, you will still in negative profit most of the times , idk what happened but one think that i know gambling mostly are -EV . you would struggling to make it profit when you gamble continuously. so i suggest to keep the winning , and start a new one, just foget about the previous game.
1585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Fedex turned CEO turned company around after a gambling session on: April 11, 2017, 06:44:27 PM
Haha, was just reading this on the reddit front page a couple hours ago. It is amazing how he came back to win that much money. But it isn't a lesson that you should gamble in such situations. He had a lot of money to start with, and would probably would have lost it all if he had continued.

Gambling is not a way out of such situations.
it's an old story but some people might don't know yet about this weird and amazing story . it's indeed shouldn't be a motivation for anyone to gamble full of spirit because of this story. gambling are just gambling , where people actually stake money for entertainment reason or maybe for the sake of the greed to make money easily. gambling are not that good to help someone , a lot of case have contradictory story.

I agree, there is really something wrong with a person that gambles away his last remaining money expecting it to double up in casinos. He was lucky he didn't lost everything in the casinos, our luck is not all the same. The guy could have lost money he can't afford to lose and then we would have never seen fedex like it is today.
yeah luck wouldn't always come to you when you need it , even most of the times you got unlucky and suffering a heavy lost then stressed. to go allin to decide your future in gambling aren't a good role model , you guys prefer to keep gamble on the limit lines. gamble something that you can afford to lose , not to go mad / crazy like that, i have a lot of regret doing something like that.
1586  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 11, 2017, 06:23:15 PM
Some people say that putting all the eggs within a single basket is wrong. I disagree with that statement only because it depends on what the basket or investment is.
There could be a investment that keeps going up 500% each day, investing little by little is going to be tough because there would be more stress involved instead of just going all in and let the investment ride. It all depends on the investment.

something that can go up 500% a day can go 1000% down in another day
considering the human nature that never feel satisfied on whatever you have achieved. saving wouldn't reach anyone goal to feel satisfy , keep growing your money even when you just store it somewhere and it's called investment. about something can go op 500% and down to the death it's normal to take a risk , you just need to adjust the risk level . and everything should be fine.
1587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: April 11, 2017, 06:16:07 PM
Gambling is more than game. In gambling you have risk to lose your money, you can win also. But game is only played for fun. But it can be compared with investment. A risky investment is also called gambling you know. So its more like investment but too risky.
yes people often call the risky investment as gambling but we cannot call gambling as investment as that is not a place to earn money by just playing games in gambling sites and casino. gambling is only for fun and if someone want to earn money from gambling then they need to start their own casino.
an investment usually done in the longer period , so clearly for me personally that gambling aren't an investment at all. it's just a way to get entertained but as time goes by a lot of people use it to make money but then as always failed to make it happen. they aware about that fact but ignore it as they feel comfortable to keep gambling rather than to stop and looking for another habit.
1588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: April 11, 2017, 06:04:12 PM
There's no sureball thing in gambling with 100% probability that you will win, It is a gamble so there's a possibilities that you will loss or you will loss it all. So I would like to suggest that in gambling just spend you spare money because there's a high possibilities that you will loss on it so better to invest it than to gamble it.
Yes, anyone who thinks gambling can be turned into a profitable activity is an idiot. There is no way gambling can be profitable in the long term, if you bet big once and come out lucky than yeah you can profit but aside from that there is no way of “turning gambling into a profitable activity”, no way, nada, nitch, zero.
a little bit exaggerated if you say so , those people who thinks gambling could profitable due they full of optimistic not just idiot. people just want to put some effort at least to reach the goal of make money through gambling even though it wasn't easy they are aware about that.

I think you can't just call them idiots, and they are really optimistic seeing a way to earn on gambling as we all know, gambling is a really the worst way to get a profit. So we can say that they are half idiot and half optimistic, why, because who would be trying to earn a profit from an activity like gambling if we all know that it is just a game of luck and most of the gamblers lose their money, in which we are putting our money on risk, why not inves it, you can earn there, why not trade, you can earn a lot there. And they are half optimistic because they are seeing a postive result into a chance of something almost impossible. Sometimes optimistics are an unbelievable ones, though, they are also idiots always taking the positive way in life where life is a gamble that it is a game of chance, there are just some one that is lucky enough to win in these gambling of life the reason they get the upper hand.
lol whatever , against all odds , against all logic , you still optimist and hope? an optimistic only give you a false hopes. be realistic not just optimistic, make money should based on how realistic it is , or it cost you a lot of things include your time and of course money. because make profit through gambling are about how to survive in the long run , and you can't do it if you didn't act realistically.
1589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: April 11, 2017, 05:51:50 PM
Banks are the main industry that mooves the economy of each countrie since all transactions are made from and with them, companies hasnt any option outside them to make their deals and protect their money.

Bitcoins wont be working with banks, until the countries figure a way to tax the crypto world, as well banks with their fee, nowadays if you go to your bank and let they know you wanna become a trader they will support, because they thing you going into forex and trade currencies, if you say you wanna go crypto world i dont know but im pretty sure they will warn you that you can loose those money

I don't really know how bitcoins could be working with banks

But if you actually meant to say that it is banks that are not going to work with bitcoins because governments can't figure out a way to tax the cryptoworld, then I can't possibly agree with that. First, banks starting to accept bitcoins may exactly be the way how governments are going to tax bitcoins. And, further, governments don't need to tax bitcoins specifically. People here seem to be obsessed with the idea that governments are searching for opportunities to tax, for example, Bitcoin transactions. But why would governments ever want that? At max, they might want to tax profits earned via bitcoins but they don't need anything special for that since they basically already have everything in place (see income tax)
that's true , and yeah i think the problem aren't on how bitcoin couldn't be / hard to taxed. people should really know how bitcoin works and then they would know that bitcoin invented as banks alternative / revolution. then how could a banks accept bitcoin ? idk. digital bank might could accept it and i guess some digital banks have done this.
1590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If today was your last day, would you gamble everything? on: April 11, 2017, 05:43:39 PM
Of course I'm going to use the whole of humanity or donate money to, I had to use the rest of my age to the useful thing, than I gambling better then I use for help other things that are beneficial to other human beings.
It all depends upon the mentality of each and every individual .I would rather save for my kin rather than spending everything on gambling, one thing is sure ,i will be enjoying the best of my ability without a doubt but i would not rather do anything foolish to burn my hard earned assets.
yeah too dumb to do something like gambling in your last days . everyone could do something better and useful than have to gamble.for personal purpose , keep it for your family future funds . and for humanity purpose you could always make a donation for those people who really in needs. you might could die with smile and piece.
1591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your game and why? on: April 11, 2017, 05:32:44 PM
One of the known and famous card game in the U.S. "Poker". Because if you happen to figure out how it played you will be amaze on how each player used there tricks on bluffing there opponent the excitement is high that's why if you happen to won a big amount of pot money with a nonsense pair of card you will almost jump for joy.
Gambling in poker requires a lot of skills and especially experience so you could win a lot there. It's going to be tricky because you are against other players or possibly the dealer himself or herself. Playing that is one of the most exciting things you could try to,.
poker are the most realistic game to make a bet i guess. the game are about player vs player , the third party factor seems like not have a big effect to the outcome , it's up to you as a player on how to handle the situation, make a trick , fool the opponent etc. this game really needed a skill and that's what makes a lot of people choose prefer to play poker rather than any other games.
1592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make a good amount with 0.01BTC? on: April 11, 2017, 05:18:45 PM
i do not think that gambling has a big risk it all depend on you if you are expert in gambling then you will face to risk there is a lot of people are earning profit in good amount through gambling.
You got any evidence to prove those people are earning profits in good amount from gambling ? Honestly I like to see those proof. I believe these type of statements are just based on myth about gambling and searching for successful gambler might be an endless journey.

0.01 bitcoins will be more than enough to get start with gambling. But we cannot be sure about making good profits with it, anyone can gamble with this amount of bitcoins in sports betting, but the outcome is just based on their skill level.
i have successfully make 0.01 up to 0.15 several times , you just have to play with nothing to lose style. so you will put your money and play the game with high risk. i mean when you play blackjack and feel nothing to lose when get 12 , 13 or 14 you will ask for more card and then get a good card to finish your game and won it. pretty different when you want to win and feel have to play as secure as possible , when get those kind cards you would ask for enough and the result you lost it.
1593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: April 11, 2017, 05:03:16 PM
When I started gambling for the first time luckily I won good amount in sports betting so I continued to to gamble again and again and majority of times I won so that makes me to come back hoping that I will win each and every time.
You have a very good experience to tell but I think most of the gamblers came back to take back their loses and although it's fun but still it's very risky.
If I can make a winning consistently then I would probably gonna play 24/7 so I could maximize my income but that would not be my case, I'm in the opposite site.
I have seen many people winning huge amount of money in sports gambling and it is really lucrative if you are really lucky and when you are winning ,i did have my winnings days in the past and when ever i see a good match which i am interested i still go back and wage a bet and enjoy the match.
do place a bet on the team/player you love really makes you pushed to get back to gamble , nothing can stop this addiction easily . gambling always lead people into something good until they forgot about how the risk to lost much more higher than the winning that what people always dreaming and thinking about.
1594  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price is recovering! on: April 07, 2017, 07:24:40 AM
Bitcoin right now have recovered from a dump that was caused by many fuds made by traders and the likes who want to buy bitcoin cheaper and for now it is stabilizing to 1100-1200$ range. I think that this stabilization of price might last long and I hope that it will. I also hope that after this stable period, we will see yet another pump in bitcoin price if not then a little dump but not that big.
people wouldn't happy with the stable price especially trader , they are looking for a profit from the bitcoin volatile that's why they prefer to trade on cryptocurrency rather than trade on forex, things wouldn't get better when the price stable . people always expecting a high bitcoin price everyday whenever the price dropped they hope for a recovering price which i think it would always happened as the bitcoin price keep growing every year.
1595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: April 07, 2017, 06:45:34 AM
The analysis is not possible in all gambling games only a few gamblings like sports betting, on sports betting we have different type games where each one has its own betting option. Because here each and every person who gambles should analyze before gambling otherwise he will lose all his money.
Not only in sports betting before playing any skill games we must do the analysis. Otherwise, but it will also become like slot games. Yes, the casino games don't require analysis it depends on your luck. Like that, if you play any skill games without analysis then the result should depend on your luck. But if you small analysis then you have a chance to win your bet.

for me, i don't make analysis in slot because i don't really understand how to make analysis for slot games. i only play with my instinct and the result is sometimes i am win and sometimes i am loss. but so far, i think without using analysis, i am good for playing gambling and the best is i can control myself.
lol you wouldn't get anything if you do that , just another time to wasted. sometimes better to place bet randomly rather than have to do analysis first  when the result are same for most game. the feeling to do gambling are so real when you choose to bet on a fifty fifty thought. the thrill waiting for the outcome are pretty same when you do analysis too , nothing significant changes , unless sportsbetting for me it's a must to do analysis as i am know well about it.
1596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: April 07, 2017, 06:30:34 AM
Bitcoin is a product that can be traded for good and services. Much the same as tulips, jewels, auto, silver, gold, orange juice, pretty much anything you can consider. But, can we think of it as money?

No, we can't. Bitcoin is a denominated commodity that is electronically tradable. It is not electronic dollars. It is more similar to digital gold or digital wheat for that matter. There are 21 million of them. Each can further be divided into 100,000,000 subsections (8 decimal places). That is 2,100,000,000,000,000 bitcoins, or 2.1 quadrillion pieces.
then can you buy a cup of coffee with a silver? you can buy t-shirt, laptop, house and almost anything with bitcoin. for me as long as it could be used to buy something then it's a money. bitcoin even more than just money, it's a revolutionary money that unusual but become popular nowadays as an investment but also a lot of people used it to shopping onlin , trade online etc.
1597  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: April 07, 2017, 06:07:55 AM
Now many have doubts that bitcoin can become a world currency. Nobody knows what will happen to bitcoin tomorrow. Therefore, we can not now talk about the good future bitcoin
Japan accepts bitcoin as legal payment method,Mexico has recently introduced a bill which defines bitcoin as a digital asset and sets forth rules for bitcoin exchanges, more and more countries accept bitcoin.Bitcoin being widely use helps lot of its users that's why we keep on adopting and using it that for sure every nation and people will soon get curious on it and will definitely use it.

and all of it makes bitcoin have more power to be established , and hard to make bitcoin worthless. really important to keep getting merchants to accept bitcoin , it was the key for convincing common people to know and start using bitcoin as a payment option alongside any other currency. we should always be optimistic heading for future of money.
1598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: bitcoin dice casinos. Is it profitable to have such casino? on: April 07, 2017, 04:51:51 AM
It's more profitable to invest in the bankrolls of existing sites, since you know that you're betting on the house and therefore will win in the long term even if too many people join the bankroll.
Not really, investing in any existing sites or wherever you want also has risk. You could lose your money if that gone for forever (you got scammed). But if OP has big bankroll, i would like to suggest him to split his money to his own gambling site and invest in existing gambling sites. With this way he can minimize his chance to get scammed or maximize his profit.
you can't judge anything if you didn't experience to have a casino or at least invest on a casino bankroll. we are talk here just based on random opinion , so let's limit it , we have seen a lot of bitcoin casino popping up recently , you know why ? it's indeed because they see it as an opportunity , a lot of casino survive for long time due the law of -EV and got a promising profit for long time enough .
1599  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: April 07, 2017, 04:14:59 AM
Please do not dream, we have to be realistic, I'm sure before the price $10.000 bitcoin will be destroyed because everyone would sell them and not leaving until the prices drop and could not rise again.
Don't worry nothing like that will actually happen because bitcoin is really strong and holding it's price solidly amd if you see there are very less short term investors most of the investors are long term so it will kind of be tough to reach 10k but it is definitely possible.

When prices rice $10,000 then I don't think even if everybody sells their stash for sure the prices will not plummet and it will retain a high price. It got there for a reason for sure and not just because people are manipulating the prices. Though I don't think it will reach that far. Probably something new will replace bitcoins, we wouldn't know it for sure.
I don't think until all bitcoins supply is over there would be anything that would replace bitcoin. Maybe from what i think when the bitcoin reaches 21 million the price will be at it's highest and maybe after a year most people will start selling their bitcoins and ya this will be the time they will invest in another coin which i think will be eth
no of course , there is no reason why people have to leave and sell their bitcoin even when it's reached the highest price . look at gold , people still use it as they need it , bitcoin would be like that too , when people start acquiring bitcoin , they would know how precious it is and how they need it , the bitcoin would keep circulating , but noone know about the future however, we just make a wild speculation here.
1600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: April 07, 2017, 04:07:36 AM
Hey! guys i need your opinion and help because i didn't know about this trading thing i only know about how you can earn bitcoin by gambling but still my friend told me that gambling is not the way to earn bitcoin but if you try trading you will earn much profit why is that so guys? trading is better than bitcoin? how? why? where to find that trading thing?
It is because trading is your business assets and while gambling is not like that, it is only designed for wasting your money in the games unlike in trading its a profitable place for you to earn more of bitcoin.

However, research is very important. Trading all about the transferring of cash from one hand to another. So why do people want to give money to you for free? This has to do with judgement and it is not easy to profit from trading but it is very possible if you do your research properly.
trading are a little bit complicated actually , people think when you trading with zero knowledge then it's just another way to gamble and you must admit that it was true right? everytime you did bought random altcoin for example and suffering lost it feels much like pure gambling rather than real trading. the feeling sometimes mixed between you want to earn legit and realistic earning from trading but you want a fastest outcome like gambling too , hard to compare both which one better i guess, it's same good same bad.
Yeah it is true if we do not have knowledge for do a trade, I think would be better choose to gamble because purchase random altcoins, it is the same as you rely on luck, but yes at least you do not lose all your money when the price down. It's a reason many people say trading is better than gambling.
sometimes i really consider trading equal to gambling when do that , when have no mood to play a card games or bet on sports then i decide to choose the low priced altcoin and just hope for 50 : 50 move up or down. sounds like pure gamble right? nothing better if the condition like that , both same . trading even cost more time to wasted lol.
