It seems that all crypto currencies are now on an uptrend. Any fiat converted into crypto is booming and it seems to be a snowballing effect where more people invest and the value goes higher and higher. I believe this is because of the strong gains everyone is feeling right now and I now understand why some people think its a bubble.
But when you come to think of it, we are still early adopters right? Are there analysts who really project bitcoin or cryptocurrency value to skyrocket in the future? (aside from McAfee of course).
Op, some of us started speculating this current market value of Bitcoin since June this year so it is not a surprise that our prediction came to fulfilment at this time. Before now, when Bitcoin value increase other altcoins usually decline but now as a result of the high demand not for just Bitcoin alone but crypto currency in general that both Bitcoin and altcoins are growing in value simultaneously. |

Which scenario from the chart below is most likely to play out in the future? What do you think? I will periodically update the chart to reflect the BTC price movements. (somehow I cannot get the image to display in the topic itself, any tips?)  We expect Bitcoin value to be trade at sum of $20000 by 2020 this is because of the current trend at which the demand for Bitcoin and crypto currency in general is increasing astronomically so whoever is holding Bitcoin at the moment should continue to hold as there is a greater future ahead for people who will continue to hold. Actually today I watched a video on facebook which is about spending bitcoin and gold in USA,it says it is difficult to spend bitcoin but some places are accepting bitcoins accepting as payment like supermarket,restaurants and some institutions.But no one accepting gold as payment then why still people says gold is better?
Bitcoin serves as a currency and at tje same time as an assets that yield return on investment over time period. I don't believe gold serve the same purpose and the bitcoin is been use is different from that of gold. People prefer gold for reason been that it is world over accepted by government, institutions and individuals and it is legalised all over the world but Bitcoin is still in the process and maybe with time it will get to that same level of gold. |

Hey guys, my name is Thamos and I'm fairly new to Bitcoin. I've been reading up on Bitcoin for like, only, 2/3 weeks now. I was already planning on investing but I wanted to have a bit more knowledge about it all. I guess now I do.
I was just wondering, seeing how Bitcoin's price has increased by a lot over the last couple days, when would be best for me to hop in the pool. Should I buy now or should I wait till the price drops (even if it's only by a small percentage)?

Now is the best time to buy Bitcoin or invet in Bitcoin for if you are to wait till later you may end up regretting that you have made a very big mistake which may take you a longer time to recover from such a missed opportunity. I believe by this time next year we should be talking of Bitcoin is now at the rate of $15,000 .which many people will be saying had i know when Bitcoin value was less than $10,000 i would have invest. So, is better you invest now than to wait till later with the hoping that the price will decline. |

After a month of hard work I have to pay quite a lot of things. I just got one about 200$ to invest in bitcoin. Should or should not. Please help me !  The best decision to take is to invest in Bitcoin and other altcoins which has a growth prospects lile lisk, ethereum, Bitcoin Cash etc in the future that will yield you good return on your investment. It will become necessary to convert crypto currency into fait currency to be able to purchase an items or products in some countries where crypto currency is not accepted as a mode of payment for goods and services. Just like the case of my country where you cannot find shop's that accept any crypto currency as a mode of payment for goods you will have no options than to convert your Bitcoin through local Bitcoin exchange for be able to purchase an items or products.

I discovered bitcoin when it was about $5 per coin and during that time for several reasons I could not buy it. I discovered eth and xmr when they were around $10 per coin and I could not find a good place to buy them. I discovered netko when it was about $0.05 and I could not get the wallet compiled. I probably had around 40 bitcoins and cashed them all out under $800 and I could name more.

Op, I had almost the same experience but miine was a kind of late as compared to yours. I got to know about Bitcoin when its market value was less than $1500 and i had enough money at my disposal to buy up to 5 Bitcoin but unfortunately my thought was that Bitcoin is too risky for me to invest my money for future purpose since at that time i don't know much about Bitcoin and that was how i miss the opportunity for not investing early in Bitcoin. |

Op, there is no better time to buy Bitcoin than now that its value is still below $8,500, this is because time will come when Bitcoin value will rise above $10,000 and then so many people will be saying had i know when Bitcoin value was less than $8,500 i would have invest, as compared to now that it has increase above $10,000. Yes of course they all worth buying for future purpose i case their market value will appreciate just the way Bitcoin Cash rose to $2,000 some days back and for those who bought it when its value was less than $1000 must have made profit from their investment before the correction of its value. I mean your very basic investment and was that your extra money or required money?
All depends on the amount you want to started trading with for i believe that you can start trading with as low as 100,000 satoshi but in my own case i started trading crypto currency with 2 million satoshi which I later made a significant profit from the trading and am happy to say that any where. And The 2 million satoshi was what earned from participating in signature campaign. |

Op, i don't believe that Bitcoin market value will decline to $3000 in the nearest future because the rate at which the demand for Bitcoin is increasing day after day and that affect its current upward we may not see down trend of Bitcoin to the turn of $3000 or below in the nearest future rather an upward trend above $9,000 before end of December this year is the current speculation of many speculators.

Can i anybody put me through the basics of knowing when to sell and when to hold?...
I actually don't know much about market rise in demand and supply and it's affecting me in daily trade of cryptocurrency.
I believe knowing when to sell shouldn't be a major problem because if you your point of entry into the market then you should be able to know at some point when you in profit, then you will need nobody to tell you on whether to sell or continue to hold. As a trader you will need to the percentage of profit that you want to make and the percentage of lost that can sacrifice before you start trading. |

For every withdrawal there must be a buyer's at the other end for the sellers to be able to sell their Bitcoin. I don't believe that Bitcoin market value Will decline down to zero value as a result of the holder converting it to fait currency because there must be a buyer's for the convertion to be approve by the exchange company.
