Steam just rolled out new region locks on all games purchased in lower priced regions like Russia and South America, etc. So many of these re-sellers are not going to be offering these massive discounts anymore. Now you get stuff like this  |

I am really sure it is a virus or spyware.Please dont download !

As strange as it is, it's possible tidus jumped in on wakka's thread with the hopes of snagging a bit of coin under wakka's reputation.
