1721  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Affiliate signature campaign on: November 28, 2022, 08:25:01 PM
40% lifetime affiliate commission looks like generous offer, but actually it's very cheap way for advertiser to promote their business. I don't think it's very likely that someone will sign up through the link on your signature and will wager significant amount of money. Especially if you're average poster and your posts don't get that much attention. Most likely that you will end promoting them for free.
Answer yourself, have you ever done such thing yourself? Clicked on signature, signed up, deposited money and started to gamble? Personally, I use some services which were promoted here, so advertising works, but I can't remember that I signed up there by clicking link on signature.
I remember that some campaigns in past (and maybe now) allowed to put your referral link in signature to get extra earnings additionally to regular campaign payments. But I doubt that this Blackjack.fun model will work.
1722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Portuguese League - Liga Portugal 2022/23 on: November 27, 2022, 10:00:33 PM
Tonight it was Benfica's turn to play the second round of the League Cup, with a good result:

Benfica 2-0 Penafiel
Despite the first half having no goals, Benfica dominated. In the middle of the second half, the two goals arrived, guaranteeing another victory for Benfica.

There are already 27 games without losing this season to Benfica. How many more games will they win?

A cry from benfica supporters says: "No one stops Benfica, no one stops Benfica, no one stops Benfica".
It looks like it's true...  Cool
I didn't knew that they continue to play in Portugal and didn't made break for World Cup. Why? Big teams released their main players not just into Portugal, but also some other national teams. Though, even without main players, for teams like Porto or Benfica it shouldn't be problem to reach next round of League Cup. IIRC, they're playing in group stage in League Cup, right?
About Benfica run without defeats, it heavy depends in what condition players after Wolrd Cup will return. Also, I remember Sporting few years ago also had long run without defeats, and they finally lost when they already were crowned as champions.
1723  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Bad Effect of Covid 19 Vaccine (It Kills): Bitcointalk women avoid it on: November 27, 2022, 09:33:57 PM
The effect of the vaccine is not only on pregnant women, but its effect on them is certainly greater and more dangerous. There are many bad incidents that have been recorded about the danger of the Covid vaccine around the world, but unfortunately governments ignore all these incidents and still force people to take the vaccine. They treat people as guinea pigs and don't care if some people are killed in order to try the vaccine.
I don't know where do you live, but can you eleaborate where exactly governments still forcing people to take vaccine? In most countries Covid isn't big thing anymore, they don't have things like covid passports, mandatory masks, testing and other similar stuff like it was year ago. So, basically there is no ways how governments can force people to take the vaccine. But still, it appears that some people are going to take all these boosters by their own will.
But in general, only China is acting like Covid would be plague and they're still building these awful covid concentration camps.

After watching so many 0:0 games, Spain - Germany was such joy to watch. High quality game with substitutions in both teams that changed game. I backed Spain, but draw isn't bad result for both teams. Despite that Germany have just 1 point now, they just have to beat Costa Rica in last round. Spain also control their own situation.
That Costa Rica win goes against game logic, but it was typical game for Cost Rica. They made just 1 shot on target in 2 games, but it was enough for them to achieve win.
Belgium look so disappointing now. Seems that golden generation of Red Devils will end without significant achievements. They loss against Morocco was fully deserved.
Canada started game strong, but Croatia managed to respond and won game 4:1. Canada is already eliminated and Croatia will face Belgium in last round decisive game, should be interesting.

seems that Novermber is not the right time for WC, looking at top teams
How unexpected Smiley. But Spain - Germany game was exception from rule and I wanted that referee would add something like 10 minutes that it would continue longer.
1725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's FIFA World Cup 22 Prediction Pool Discussion thread on: November 26, 2022, 09:13:19 PM
What a relief for Argentina. They didn't allowed Mexico to make something dangerous during whole game, but their win was so difficult. And these goals scored by Messi and especially Fernandez were so beautiful.
I already expected that I will get exact score from France - Denmark game, but offcourse, Mbappe had to ruin things for me by scoring late goal. France becomes first team qualified for next round, while Denmark, despite 2 draws still have everything in their hands, they will have to beat Australia in the last round.
Poland 2:0 Saudi Arabia, that moment when score doesn't reflect game. Saudi Arabia played very good football and if not Szczesny penalty save, nobody knows how it would ended. Finally Lewa scored his first World Cup goal and we saw how much it means for him.
1726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's FIFA World Cup 22 Prediction Pool Discussion thread on: November 25, 2022, 11:37:02 PM
So, England, country where football was invented didn't managed to beat country where they call it soccer. Boring game, poor performance from England and there is way too many such dull matches in this World Cup. Now it's only matter of time when record of goaless draws will be beaten, probably before 3rd round.
I think we should say that Ecuador didn't managed to beat Nethlerlands, they looked better. But drespite draw, everything is good for Nethlerlands, they will have to take 3 points against Qatar, while Ecuador will face Senegal head to head for 2nd place in group.

Crazy, who would have expected an Iranian win before the start of the tournament.
Well, after all Iran isn't that bad team and Wales isn't powerhouse, though, they were favorites today. But it's not such big surprise like Saudi Arabia win against Argentina. We can say that red card played big role, but even before it, Iran played better. And they managed to win without leader of team Azmoun, who got injured. Iran should hope that he will recover before game with USA.

I'm literally out of competition in the pool, I'm just putting in my picks out of the fact that I don't want to leave any fixture unpicked.
Too early to give up, there is still more than half of tournament games remaining. It's difficult, but few exact scores still can improve your situation significantly. And there is still chance to take yellow cap.
1727  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Elon Musk Brings Back a Bunch of Huge Banned Twitter Accounts on: November 24, 2022, 11:44:53 PM
Personally, I don't like direction where most of media and social networks is going. But what Elon is doing with Twitter doesn't makes me happy. It's not about freedom of speech or similar stuff. Every place should have at least some regulations, otherwise it will turn into trash bin. And worst part that he is selective and don't apply same rules for everyone. He unbanned Trump, but as said above, he won't do it for Alex Jones (as much as I don't like him). How it's better than leftists who controlled Twitter.
I'm not even talking about such things like buying verified badge for $8. Probably I don't have to remind how many huge scams were made with it, don't even talk about fakes.
1728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽⚽⚽ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk World Cup 2022 - discussion ⚽⚽⚽ on: November 24, 2022, 11:23:42 PM
I also just sent my answers and I only realized that there was no field for username after reading this thread. I hope that everything is ok. I think it's possible to identify user through bet ID, but offcourse, it's extra work for Sportsbet and you guys.
BTW, you made great questions for 2nd round. It was interesting to think a bit trying to answer it.
1729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's FIFA World Cup 22 Prediction Pool Discussion thread on: November 24, 2022, 10:49:09 PM
THAT Richarlison goal. Main contender to become best goal of tournament, it will be difficult to score something more amazing. First half against Serbia wasn't very exciting, but in 2nd half we saw real Brazil.
IMO, that penalty in Portugal - Ghana game was so cheap. And despite loss, Ghana left me very good impression. While Uruguay - South Korea game was so boring, 0 shots on target by both teams in whole game. And I can't remember any major tournament with so many 0:0 results, and it's just end of 1st round.
2nd round starts tomorrow and we have winner of first yellow cap. It's @tumi (don't know his Bitcointalk username). Congratulations to him!
1730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: November 24, 2022, 12:06:52 AM
Maybe he thinks he can beat Max.

Riccardo is a great driver, back in day he won many races on RBR, the problem is that I don't think RBR wants to have a competitive driver in a competitive car who can race against MAX.

Never put 2 lions in the same cage.

The history speaks for itself,

Rosberg-Hamilton 2016
Alonso-Hamilton 2007
Senna-Prost '90
Ricciardo logic is very strange for me. He left Red Bull as he didn't wanted to be 2nd driver, as they preferred Verstappen. He also didn't wanted to reace for team which isn't very competetive, like Haas. And now he joins Red Bull just to be 3rd driver. I don't know what to think about it.
As much as I like Perez, he didn't reached his and team goal of seaon - end 2nd in driver's championship. It seems that he have more ambitions than to be back wing of Verstappen, but it's more than obvious that Red Bull won't let him to fight with Max for the title. You said very well that it's not good idea to have 2 lions in same cage. But for me it seems that sooner or later driver who have role just to help for leader, sooner or later become pissed off.
1731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's FIFA World Cup 22 Prediction Pool Discussion thread on: November 23, 2022, 11:49:49 PM
Ididn't expected that I will see worsse team than Qatar, but Costa Rica says - hold my alcohol-free beer (we're in Qatar, don't forget Cheesy). Maybe Costa Rica isn't best indicator, but it was such pleasure to watch how Spain played today.
It's really sad that Canada lost, they played such great game, didn't expected such performance from them at all. I saw them as last team in group, but now I think they have decent chance to reach next round. While Belgium, don't really know what to say about them.
After Germany loss to Japan, I agree that there is big chance that they can be eliminated after group stage. And probably it wouldn't be such big surprise like it was in 2018.

FIFA decided to put big emphasis on in game playing time in this WC. Referees have been instructed to add everything up both on half time whistle and full time whistle while, we are not used to it so that is why it looks a bit strange.

Did you see that they started doing possession tactics differently as well? Now we have team 1 possession and team 2 possession plus another one when ball is out of play or not controlled by any team. Wouldn't be surprised if we see 30 minutes half times in the future but with the clock stopped any time ball is out of the play.
Personally, when I see players lying on pitch like they got serious injury just to waste some time, this is thing in football that I hate most. But now when referess have to count like every every second when ball isn't in play, I'm not sure that I like such decision. It's ok when it's good game, but when score is 5:0 and referee add 7 minutes, I'm not sure about it.
Next step probably would be to stop time when ball isn't in play, like they do in futsal, basketball or hockey.
1732  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: November 23, 2022, 11:29:10 PM
Most important thing from this stuff is word ''ex''. I love how all thse former politicians, military experts and other people trying to become relevant by sharing their opinion about war, when in reality, their opinion doesn't matter and they don't play any role. And it doesn't even matter which side in this war they support.
And if you already decided to pay attention to what this grandpa said, I don't see nothing interesting in his words. He just said that ''Zelenskyy has made many Ukrainian people suffer''. Not sure how exactly, like he would be responsible that Russia started this war.
1733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's FIFA World Cup 22 Prediction Pool Discussion thread on: November 23, 2022, 10:38:08 AM
Remember that referee from AFCON who ended game on 85th minute? He is back and will work on Belgium - Canada game. Following new trends of additional time, it's interesting how much time he will add today Cheesy

I never lock my picks but yesterday night did so for the games of today as I wanted to see what everyone else was thinking about the games and I was surprised for the good that not a single person as of yesterday night had predicted a draw or lost game for Belgium. This means that I am assuming it is free money for me if I bet on them at 1.53 so far because I think two big surprises in two consecutive days is highly unlikely to happen and Canada is one of the worse teams of this tournament.
I didn't even made prediction for this game yet. I don't think that there is such thing in World Cup like free money, unless your opponent is Qatar. But yeah I expect Belgium win, maybe it's worth to put them on parlay together with Germany.
1734  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which one is your most favorite alternative to Preev.com? on: November 23, 2022, 12:20:30 AM
Yes.

Nothing I can do, Preev is back, but I still keep developing mine.

Recently I saw your ad! You are now advertising through AdWords? Why are you spending without any revenue mechanism?
Why not? Not everything in this world is about money. There is plenty of projects which are made for community to use which aren't commercial. But probably it's not worth to put much effort int website and don't get many visits, so probably this is why he decided to advertise. And as he said in one post, his budget is small, it means that he don't spend thousands of $ for advertising without getting revenue.
Though, persoanlly I would try monetize website to cover expenses at least partially, but he probably know what he is doing.

We're still finding our feet here, and we'll test to see what you like and don't like. Hope you're having fun so far.
It's fun so far indeed. I'm not sure how it would work for league with 38 rounds, maybe I would become bored evntually, but short tournament like World Cup it's perfect. I have 3/5 correct predictions so far, so I guess it's not great, not terrible.

On the other hand you have Qatar that had their whole national team together for 5 months and were by far the worst team that played so far.
Today commentators said that Saudi Arabia stopped their league somewhere in September, they had lot of time to prepare. And as we saw, it helped for them. I guess that African and Asian federations had more freedom with their leagues than Europe, when to stop it and start preparation for World Cup.
1737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's FIFA World Cup 22 Prediction Pool Discussion thread on: November 22, 2022, 11:45:22 PM
Giroud now equals with Henry by scoring 51 goals for national team. He is simply perfect player for national team and I think that he is underrated a bit too much. France won comfortable, despite conceding first. Simply better team won.
It's already lot of said about Argentina loss, but Saudi Arabia coach is genius or idiot to play with such defense line against Argentina. And when Argentina conceded 2 goals in few minutes, it looked that they weren't ready for such scenario and didn't knew what to do.
Not much what to say about Tunisia - Denmark game, it was boring and Denmark looked disappointing.
Mexico - Poland. Guillermo Ochoa  appears once in 4 years during World Cup and becomes best goalkeeper in the world for few weeks. He did it again today. While Lewandowski still have 0 Wordl Cup goals in his career.

I read that he has a broken jaw and a shattered bone in his face, as well as internal bleeding. It was shared in a Whatsapp group so am unaware of the source, but apparently he is already in Germany, where he has to do reconstructive surgery.
A private jet was organized by Mohammed bin Salman - the new Newcastle owner.

Take all of this with a pinch of salt before it's officially confirmed, but this guy is usually spot on with his info.

Hope the guy will be OK, really a horrible way to end the tournament after such a performance.
That collision was really scary. If it's not fake, here is how his jaw looked after x-ray scan. And I think that everything is ended good for him, there was big risk to be killed or become disabled in such collisions.
1738  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning]: Ongoing Coinbase phishing attack and other exchanges on: November 22, 2022, 10:23:24 AM
When I sometimes look at my spam folder in email, it looks like Coinbase phishing spam never ends. I get similar emails at least few times every month. And I don't even use Coinbase for at least 5 years, my acciunt is already closed long time ago.
But as shown in your post, sometimes scammers is getting very smart and unfortunately some people have no idea about it and falling into these trap.
1739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Black Friday (BBF) on: November 22, 2022, 12:20:26 AM
I already thought about Bitcoin Black Friday and despite what's going on in markets, I still would like to spend some BTC. Agree with post above, buying hardware wallets from unoffcial sellers maybe isn't best idea, but other stuff - why not? Personally for me it's most interesting to find deals for hosting and VPN.
Last year I made list of Black Friday deals. If I will find time, I will try to do it again.
1740  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: November 22, 2022, 12:04:47 AM
If you think about it, Ukraine really hasn't captured anything in a real fight.  Yes, they re-occupied areas that the Russians didn't want any more or where just decoys strategically, and of course the Ukroids/Western sponsors made a big deal about it in their pathetic sort of low-grade propaganda way, but I cannot think of anything of significance that they flat out won in Bakmud-style hard combat.

Latest word is that Ukraine themselves are evacuating Kherson after figuring out the hard way which was pretty obvious to every thinking person; It's a loser at this point in time and will be as long as Russia can easily destroy anything which moves on the West Bank and will likely do so for quite some time.  And, of course, if anyone destroys the dam the whole place is wiped clean as though by the wrath of God.

One reason Ukraine might be abandoning Kherson City is that they might be going to have another go at the dam in order to fuck with the water supply to Crimea, but it would be very NaZiocon to keep the population in place at gunpoint just because it's the kind of thing they do.  The Russians certainly knew that which is why the resettled the decent elements of the population before pulling out.
Stuff as usual. Even retreat of Russia is considered as win. Yeah, Russia left it just because they don't want to control it anymore. And Ukraine haven't played any role there. Everything was fine and here one day Russia decide to leave Kherson. Then why they made all these billboards with words ''Russia is here forever''. Same stuff about Kyiv and Kharkiv.
Ukraine evacuating Kherson - maybe it has something with fact that Russia while retreating left city without electricity, water and heating.
