Art is how we decorate space. Music is how we decorate time.
--This is the quote I've read years ago. Some people are more convinced when they are witnessing, feeling, seeing something. Especially when it comes to money convincing people based on what they've heard is hard these days. We are decorated by the products of paper money nowadays. We can buy anything if we have lots of it. Just like music Bitcoin travels in spectrum. You can't see it but you know that it's there. But music has many kinds of categories metal, hard metal, country etc. And I think these categories are the misconceptions we thought about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is versatile it is up to us on how we will use it, same as music. But I know for sure is that like music it produces sound. We can't blame them because I know that they are hearing the sound. A calling that we might ignore or accept. All we have to do is listen.

The problem is, if we have a chance to listen.  We missed out during the first day of mining of Bitcoin, we also missed out during the first week, month, and year of Bitcoin, even the first 4 years.  You cannot listen to something that you cannot hear.  So how can you hope for people to know about Bitcoin when even in their glossary of word, Bitcoin does not appear?  the information needs to be passed to be able for others to listen or go with the music.
1722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: March 15, 2017, 03:45:09 PM
if all goverment from around the world is banned btc , mostly impossible
Can you deny the fact that there are millions of drug addicts still living their lives in drugs in spite of the worldwide ban on these illegal substances? So illegalising bitcoin won't make bitcoin less used and eventually die out. From my perspective, bitcoin won't disappear that fast and if it did, it would be because a more advanced technology has taken bitcoin's place.

As long as the code is in there, and someone had a copy of it and know how it works then Bitcoin will never die.  But if no one is mining itthen that is the signal that bitcoin will start to die.  With millions of unconfirmed transactions.  Payment not reaching to the other end.  I am sure users will look for other means of payment.  Even traders will lose interest.  And if no one is willing to support the network or mine Bitcoin then it will eventually go to idle state.
1723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving bitcoins on: March 15, 2017, 01:34:27 PM
If I decided to save bitcoins in bank, how will deposit rate be changed compared to dollar or other currencies? Will it have much lower percent?

I don't think bitcoin would need a saving right now and even if fiat money and bitcoin are both currencies there are a lot of different things in both of them compare to bitcoin fiat money can be store in a solid vault and would wither when time passes but bitcoin don't have any that is why bitcoin doesn't need a bank to be stored and be save by it, I think the one that need saving are fiat currencies because of the value of bitcoin right now many people would want to but Bitcoin.

You can put the paper wallet or the private key backup/ hardware wallet to bank for more security.  Bank function is not limited in storing money.  They function as vault to important documents and expensive or rare items too.

Your plan is not going to be happen because dude, at the present there is no online bank that accepting bitcoin so far. What's the essence of saving your bitcoin in the bank outlet, it's a kind of move of stupidity. You can save bitcoin without any assistance of any bank, your the who can take manage your own bitcoin and save it and keeping it your private key and phrase password.

It seems you have not read a bank that is accepting Bitcoin since 2016, I do not know if they are still accepting the Digital currency but I have articles that stated it is accepting Bitcoin.  Here are the articles that tells about this bank that accept Bitcoin.  Take note even though the bank is small ,it  is a fully licensed international Bank.

1725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: March 14, 2017, 11:31:44 PM
Everyone needs self control when playing gambling games.  If we lose control of ourselves then there is only one way and it will lead us to gambling addiction.  I definitely can control myself because I am able to quit anytime I want, and can keep myself from gambling if I intend to for couple of months or even years.

That is quite true, it is hard to get an addiction when gambling. You cannot keep yourself off of it. Also, when your mind is clouded because of the addiction you will not be able to realize that you won something already and in the end you'll just lose everything you earn plus all the deposits you made. That is what we are supposed to prevent/

I think getting to an addiction in gambling is easy.  Since we only need to dwell ourselves in gambling and not to think of whatever consequences it may bring to our life.  If we want to avoid this we need to keep on controlling ourselves.  It maybe a hard thing in the beginning but eventually we will have the grasp of it and as easy as breathing.

1727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: March 14, 2017, 10:57:04 PM

Gambling is not wrong. does anyone forces you to gamble? no. you gamble on your own, trying to make some money. greediness is wrong.

Everyone that gamble is greedy . If people are not greedy then there is almost no point to keep on gambling, why bother anyway. Greedy is part of human's nature and there is nothing wrong with that. The fact that everyone wants more salary means that he is greedy enough so I dont see what is wrong with that
If you want more salary work more, why risk your hard earned money to make small profit?
many folks like to gamble not because of greed but for fun, to relax themselves, for passing time.

I agree if those people who gamble wants more salary then why they keep on gambling repetitively. And that is also another thing which is very wrong, when you think that you can get salary in gambling, then that's actually very wrong. We know that it is not a good source of making money then why treat it that way?
If it’s for fun and you do it occasionally then there is not harm about it, but if you do it for an income like some people do then it is wrong, if you do the math of how much they win and how much they lose they will find that they have wasted a lot, a money that they could invest in something useful.

There are proffesional poker player and you know why are they called like that? because they make profit from poker and they are good at it. he thing about gambling is pretty much black and white therefore when we actually know that we cant really win , there will always be someone that is lucky enough to win huge amount

Sometimes professional poket got busted too.  At the end of the day, it is still a chance and not a guarantee of winnings.  In gambling we really never knew if we will win or not so that definitely contradict your idea.  Because if we know that we will win then it is not a gamble at all.
1728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: March 14, 2017, 10:38:50 PM
I will always choose the best thing that suites me and that will be investing. I will always love to risk my money in a nice way such as investing since it is also considered gambling but in a nice manner unlike gambling it can be gone very fast. But in investing, it will take time before seeing the result of your investment.

In investment, all you need is also luck and patience, but more likely, more patience than luck. I gambling you also need patience and luck, but more luck than patience.
Investment are really as dangerous as gambling, it also has risks which are need to look to before investing. Well, not all investments are successful.

In investment, yes you need luck and patience but that's the main thing in gambling. What you need in investment should be patience, luck and skill in order to get good profit because if you don't have those then you are rushing just like in gambling. Investment are risky but I don't think they are dangerous such as gambling.

Lol investment needs wise decision and patience, no need luck in investment as long as the company you invested is legit and follow the government law and have insurance of those people who invested in it when it goes bankrupt.  You also need to research.  the difference between investment and gambling is the risk mitigator.  Luck never mitigate risk, it bypass everything and just happen without a cause which is scientifically impossible.  So luck never exist.
1729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: March 14, 2017, 10:25:25 PM
Bitcoin is kind of electronic money but all i know its money that you can bought things that you want and Bitcoin are rarely use in any transaction.Bitcoin is money and i considered it.
I agree with you, Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency which you can buy with it in the internet, so It's considered a money, but It's not enough, Bitcoin is more big than what you said, There is more a good thing that bitcoin offer to the community.
-Anonymous transaction (Untracked transactions)
-Low transactions fees (In some wallets, transaction done without fees)
Etc..
but infact bitcoin can also be use as currency in offline shops. although bitcoin is the world number one crypto currency and it will be use for both purposes, it can be use as online payment system, as well as it can also be use in our local shops for shopping using bitcoin.

It can be used in local shops but it is not advisable, with the long confirmation sometimes a delay, and the store waiting for 1 confirmation before he finalized the transaction.  that is nuts LOL.  I bet the store would shutdown soon, since its customer accomodation is limited to the time of confirmation of Bitcoin transaction.
1730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What we learned from the Bitcoin ETF denial on: March 14, 2017, 10:13:32 PM
I learned from bitcoin ETF denial is not fully ready and not fully compatible with mainstream.  There are lot of work need to be done. And it should be need to get approval from SEC. So, acceptance is depend with working model. And also it can show its secure fund transaction and gateway compatible with other bitcoin services.

It seems to me that bitcoin will not be able to get approval in the coming years. The US and the new president are simply not yet ready to determine the status of the cryptocurrency

Probably but the question is do Bitcfoin need this ETF approval?  The current ETF rejection showed that Bitcoin will do well even without this ETF.  Though it may give a boost but the possibility of someone regulating Bitcoin is there.  Remember Government loves to control everything.
1731  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: March 14, 2017, 09:56:49 PM
I ever 1 satoshi equal $1, damn I'll be filthy rich with just 1 Bitcoin!  And I do guess that satoshi will be broken down to a smaller unit to accomodate smaller transaction.  It will never impossible to do that because Bitcoin is just a code that can be modified everytime a concensus is created.
1732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should governments allow people to pay their taxes in Bitcoin BTC? on: March 14, 2017, 09:43:53 PM
I do think that it won't matter if the government let people pay taxes in Bitcoin just as long as they do not regulate Bitcoin and implementing tax on every transaction.  Government accepting Bitcoin as payment will make Bitcoin stronger in the eyes of the investor because it simply means they acknowledge it as a currency.
1733  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: March 13, 2017, 07:36:42 PM
I have a day job so Ive just bought bitcoin whenever I have some spare money.  That said I gave up smoking 2 weeks ago and Im thinking of using the money I saved to just keep buying Smiley
You better wait if you want to buy cheap, many traders are  telling that bitcoin will go below $1000. i'm gonna buy a few coins if it goes below $1000. Grin

Yes and if it goes to the price below $1k in next couple of days then that would be the best price to buy bitcoins as again price will rise in coming months so if you manage to buy them at $1k level of below that then you can expect good profits from it as it is predicted that price can touch $2k at the end of the year so its almost $1k profit per coin which is really huge.

Well speaking of buying bellow $1000 BTC, I think Bitcoin price dropped down below $1000 after the ETF announcement.  Those people who have bought that dump is kinda lucky since just a day, he is already sitting @ $200  profit.  I do not think that Bitcoin will be less than $1000 anytime soon.  We need a huge set back to see Bitcoin in that price.
1734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: March 13, 2017, 06:42:34 PM
~snip~
Beside lose or win, if we do gamble so often, it can lead us to be a very lazy person. I met some people that willing to quit from their job just for gambling. Idk what's on their mind, but I think there's something wrong with them. Gambling is not just a matter of money. It can give a big impact to our personality as well.
Hm, i actually know guy who won some money, quit job and said f... the job, i can win my salary. And after only one night he lost all money on roulette and slots and regret his decision. Sometimes addicts are thinking they are invincible and can win all, but they don't see they are losing more than money.

So does that guy have sickness now because he gambles his money?  People who cant control themsleves when it comes to gambling may have an addiction.  Maybe that guy you know is already an addict.  Not that they think they are invincible but rather they can't stop themselves from playing due to addiction.  Invincible thing is just a leeway to do his gambling.
1735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: March 13, 2017, 06:12:11 PM
Bitcoin should not be shown ahead as a get rich quick scheme, but should instead be shown as a way of conducting finance smoothly.

Definitely this is one of the major reason why people do not get Bitcoin.  Those who have a past experience of getting scammed because of the get rich scheme scam company would definitely avoid bitcoin like a plague if it is introduced as such.  Actually there are lots of company that do this kind of stuff.

1736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Fraud on: March 13, 2017, 05:42:14 PM
Using Escrow Service can be a good way to prevent scams from untrusted sellers.
For trusted sellers, I don't think you will face such problem ever.
By the way, Consumer Court is always there. Suppose, you made payment through cards/cash, then too transaction is reversible only when company wishes so. Similarly, in case of Bitcoin if company wishes, it can issue you refund. No matter whether transaction is reversible or not.

This problem is somehow solved by multisig address, or even having an escrow.  Product will go to escrow and escrow deliver the product to the buyer.  Then after escrow received the product, escrow and buy will then unlock the fund and pay the seller. This is the best setup to avoid scam or fraud when buying online.
1737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you like slot games ? on: March 13, 2017, 05:14:52 PM
I do not like slot games.  One of the reason is that slot games is harder to win.  And I read in one of the article online to avoid colorful and eye enticing gambling games / machine.  They are most likely hard to win because of the difficulty set up on that game.
1738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: March 13, 2017, 04:24:34 PM

if all the governments of all the world joint hands together to banned bitcoins ,then only would bitcoin can come to an end.otherwise it is not gonna happen no where soon. because of its decentralization and no technology could beat because it is the first of its kind.

Even if Bitcoin is banned by every nation, Bitcoin will continue to exist.  One example is, why crime still exist when it is actually banned and illegal in all corners of the world?  Because there is always someone who is doing it, breaking the laws and commit crime.  Bitcoin, mining and running node for it is not a different thing once Bitcoin is banned by all nation.
The only time Bitcoin die is when the network stop producing blocks and that goes to the miner.  If no one mines bitcoin then the network will die.
1739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Rejected : ETF on: March 13, 2017, 01:32:33 PM
Bitcoin is rejected, but it happened opposite to the prediction made by most users as well digital currency enthusiasts. But to the same opposite to the prediction of price drop the price have been moving forward around $1200+

Price dropped dramatically for the first 24 hours then started to recover.  We can say that the rejection have short lived impact to the Bitcoin price.  And the recovery show that with or without ETF, Bitcoin can thrive.  We can see it on how Bitcoin Price is staying at above $1150.

why bitcoin rejected ETF,,  Cry

Mostly because of the history of being unregulated and the inconsistent stance of the proposal on Fund securities.
1740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: YOU REALIZE OR NOT ? on: March 12, 2017, 05:53:58 PM
hi guys
you realize that lately rampant gambling using a means of payment with bitcoin and alt coin?
or you just enjoy it?
in my mind often arise some questions
have you ever thought the same as I?
and we are all aware that bitcoin is a virtual currency that may be said multi function to perform all types of online payments

It is easier to use Bitcoin as payment for deposit in a casino, You are not required to used your personal information when registering unlike in casino that doesnt use Bitcoin you have to put your true identity, your Card details in order to deposit and to be able to gamble in their site.

I  agree, before I known Bitcoin , I never have a chance to play in an online casino. One reason is that I do not want to use my cards nor reveal my identity in a gambling site.  Bitcoin solve this problem.  Now I can play whenever I wanted as long as they accept Bitcoin as one of the currency that can be use to play in their casino site.
