Na klar! Ich bin jetzt mit ihm in Gorzow um in aller Frühe Akteneinsicht zu erlangen.
Was wir jetzt schon wissen, ist dass der polnische Anwalt von Simon ein absoluter Noob aus Gdansk ist.
Außerdem überlege ich mir einen Anwalt aus Gorzow zu nehmen, meiner spezialisiert sich zwar aufs Finanzrecht und sollte sich mit Geldwäsche auskennen, hat aber keinen Schimmer von Cryptocurrencies und die Fahrten aus Szczecin nach Gorzow würden sich natürlich auch summieren.

Hab meinen polnischen Anwalt jetzt beauftragt der Sache aufn Grund zu gehen und von mir aus als Präzedenzfall die Säcke im Namen aller "normalen" Kunden zu verklagen.

You have your own IBAN and it will accept transfers in any name. all anonimity of that card is lost if you use YOUR home bank account to transfer money to it. the card is then linked via a papertrail to you. 1. I am not the NSA. 2. You can order through a friend, PO box, dead box or rob the mailman man.  Edit: I read u were concerned about delivery. But u are ofc rught, as soon as you tie it to ur bank account in your name in Holland, you are better off to get a card at the newspaper stand. |

you dont have to register them, although its handy to see your transactions, you absolutely dont have to, the card will work with any name.

I have been a vivid supporter of Simon until now, actually i still am, but his lawyers latest statement just makes me mad.
It basically says "There are few a few black sheep and because of them nobody will receive their money back in the foreseeable future. Oh and btw dont wait for any updates."
Also this was known to them for a long time and they didnt inform their customers.
I am considering hiring a real lawyer(cause theirs apparently isnt), who will get us some clarification.
And just to be clear, i am not looking to go after Simon, but rather the authorities.

There are a lot of africans worldwide working in foreign countries and sending money back home to their relatives. Once they notice that sending money via Kipochi is a lot cheaper and faster then using Western Union or MoneyGram, I believe it is about 10 Euros per transaction, then they will switch easily. So the start will be outside of Africa with the emigrants sending money back home to their families.
And once they notice how easy, fast, cheap and convenient it is, then it may even go viral in Africa!
