1761  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't bet more than you can afford to lose. on: January 05, 2022, 08:44:41 PM
So, I have a question here, if you are earning like $2000 a month, how much are you willing to gamble that you think you can afford to lose?
Please use the amount as a basis for your answer.
The goal is to play safe With $2000 you should be able to afford to lose atleast 20% which is $200 each month while you spread your funds across other investment options. The gambling sector is always opened and any day could be your lucky day playing safe and keeping your stakes affordable and stress free will be best. Personally I can't gamble above 20% of my income as I understand the risk involved in gambling knowing too well it's a game of chance
1762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 05, 2022, 08:24:19 PM
I believe that Inter will have a really hard time beating Bologna in their next game. Because Bologna are not one of the teams to be belittled. Just because they lost to Juventus home by 0-2, we can't say that they will lose to Inter too for sure. I'm expecting the opposite. Inter won so many games consecutively so far. This might be the game they are stumbling I believe. But we will see what happens.

Bologna may even be playing well and be able to fight Inter. But, Inter is doing a fantastic championship, they still only lost 1 game and draw 4, and this is an incredible series of only victories.

At the moment, I find it difficult for teams in the middle of the table to beat Inter. They are playing well and very well organised.
@ joker_josue I think I like your analysis inter has been in their best of forms seeing how far the have played this season. Bologna might seem though and difficult for inter but I don't see the possibility of bologna having a draw with inter. For me inter has scaled through the season to maintain the top having the highest number of goals for the season bologna should be an easy win for them if by chance bologna proves difficult atleast inter will defeat by a single goal difference

There has been a big decrease in Lazio's performance in this season of the league. But their recent results weren't very bad. They lost only once in their last five matches. But a tough match is waiting for them now. They are going to host Empoli in two days. Empoli could be having one of their best times in the Serie A after years. They are right behind Lazio in the standings now. But their last result was really bad against Milan. They lost 4-2 home. Maybe Lazio can benefit from this and make their win streak three matches.
Empoli lost vs Milan but they won vs Napoli earlier. Meanwhile, Lazio played lately vs teams standing at the end of the table which means winning vs them isn't a surprise.
I would say Lazio is favourite indeed but I don't consider the game easy for them and Empoli can manage to grab 1 or more points depending from its performance that day.
Everyone one is glamoring for Lazio win against Empoli we shouldn't neglect that both team are above each other by just a single point. Empoli was able to grab three points against Napoli some weeks back . All I see is Lazio in for a serious position struggle. It might seem as a narrow win between Empoli and Napoli we shouldn't also forget although the lost to Milan the were able to making atleast 2 goals. This is one game with much expectations
1764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 04, 2022, 07:21:54 PM
Sevilla have lost just two games this season and drawn five. And Real Madrid have drawn 4 matches. The Sevilla team is 5 points behind Real Madrid in performing less than one match.
Sevilla's next match will be against Cadiz. They are getting 5 days break before this match. They need to be properly prepared. Cadiz is a team that has beaten a strong team like Real Madrid. Now the players will be mentally confident. So Sevilla must win by playing well.
Sevilla shouldn't be looked down on. Cardiz is no match at all the might have luckily won against Real Madrid but going by the point difference between both teams there might be no such opportunity again for cardiz as the struggle with the 19th position on the league it could be possible this very match would likely push them to the last position on the league
1765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 04, 2022, 07:15:47 PM
Now it seems like Manchester City are far ahead of their closest opponents which are Chelsea and Liverpool. The gap between City and Chelsea is 10 points now. And it is 11 with Liverpool but Liverpool have a missing game also. But even they win that game, the gap is still going to be quite wide. Chelsea and Liverpool made really big mistakes recently and Manchester City made use of this chance in the best way seemingly.
It's becoming glaringly obviously the leagues title is going to Manchester city this season as the keep gaining more points stay way ahead of the top two teams. Liverpool is becoming inconsistent with their winning and for Chelsea we are understand some other top players had health issues as a result of covid. City is strongly taking advantage of the lapses to secure more points as the strive to lift the premier league trophy this season
1766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Could Gambling Legalization be a positive thing for Brazil? on: January 04, 2022, 07:07:49 PM
When it comes to gambling I prefer the government stay mute on the matter making it a factor of choice because legalizing gambling in Brazil will give birth to addicts although I understand the government should know what's involved and also have the right treatment for addictors but it would have been better if the government were mute other than legalizing gambling in Brazil
1767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 04, 2022, 07:03:41 PM
It is good to see that the opening game of the coming week is going to be one of Bayern Munich's. I really enjoy each one of their games as they are making a huge effort and they are a very disciplined team also. They are not an inconsistent team which is an awesome thing for them. Even though I've got bored of their winning the title every season, I like to watch them playing too. And they have another easy game waiting for them vs Gladbach. They can destroy Gladbach easily.

Ahead of the match between munchen and gladbach of course all of us remember the biggest defeat of bayern munchen this season to gladbach, but I think gladbach whose last few matches they continue to get negative results is certainly not a too difficult opponent for munchen later, and munchen who was humiliated by gladbach in the cup The DFB will certainly try to avenge him in that match.
My prediction bayern munchen will destroy gladbach with a fairly large score.
Don't be surprised if we get a draw on the match. I could recall vividly how embarrassing it was for Bayern when the lost to Gladbach and there might be no room for a payback if we could be plain it was a clear 5-0 defeat meaning there was no chance for Bayern to have atleast a goal they ended up conceding 5 goals to Mönchengladbach in the dfb cup. Although the bundles league might give new vibes to Bayern but it might not be as embarrassing as compared to how Mönchengladbach humiliated them in the dfb cup
1768  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Signal Notifications on: January 03, 2022, 04:32:57 PM
I don't know if there is any notification on binance that could serve you a bip when price reaches your indicator point. Good signals still fade away overtime hope you would be ready to update your indicator as you keep in mind indicators are confirmational analysis not actually leading analysis. It's far better you understand how your candle sticks are formed then see if your indicator moved in the direction of the candle stick formation
1769  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What would you do in this situation? on: January 03, 2022, 04:01:12 PM
I just have a few words to share with you been you can combine crypto trading with anyother skill and since you had interest in coding I will say you have one of the best options to combine with trading. The market is never predictable so during bad market condition you can always use what you get coding to complement your investments. For now take quality time to develop your coding skill complete a project so you don't get stranded during the bear
1770  Economy / Economics / Re: If the government loses control of the financial system, we have a fall back on: January 03, 2022, 03:55:12 PM
We wouldn't blame the Turkish government that much every nation is so concerned about their nations economy in regards to other foreign currency . Likewise Every government wants to know how much is in circulation and who owns what amount in other words the want to have total control of their citizens funds. But there is an alternative in cryptocurrency if the fiat system eventually fails and this is what most investors are looking up to in the near future
1771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin upgraded my financial life on: January 03, 2022, 02:55:14 PM
Bitcoin has largely salvaged the issue of job insecurities and scarcity. The forum has exposed the diverse options in cryptocurrency investment and the available choices left to investors to choose. I was a total novice when I joined but currently I would say I earn both by holding and trading and so far I am way above a normal government worker in my region
1772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donald Trump Says Crypto Is 'Very Dangerous' ... but ... on: January 03, 2022, 02:48:51 PM
Trump's response on the former first lady’s non-fungible token (NFT) been his wife's NFT shows a clear picture of how uncomfortable most influential investors are with crypto currency they can't regulate. Trump's fear for Bitcoin is that it's getting more adoption as the day goes by and as more investors are trooping in no government agency is standing in as a middle man or regulator making it even difficult to state who owns what amount of coin
1773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What you think about lottery? on: January 01, 2022, 03:37:22 PM
One can as well get addicted to lottery just like every other gambling practices. Buying lottery regularly is an addictive act because as time flies it gradually plays  out that staked funds keeps increasing as the eagerness to make some great return from investment keeps pushing the hunger to play more. Lottery is one game where once  testimonies of those who have played and won and how much they were able to win gets to spread the hunger to play more gets activated because the believe that some day the gambler too could be lucky plays out
1774  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How often do you change your indicators? on: January 01, 2022, 03:26:57 PM
As often as possible as the market trend changes. Indicators could be leading or lagging so both suits different markety condition. If it's a trending Market I prefer a leading indicator but for range market or choppy market I use a lagging indicator to dictate when a new trend is ready to form. Changing indicators should be as often as possible because it helps give market precision
1775  Other / Archival / Re: Are Banks afraid of Crypto adoption? on: January 01, 2022, 03:21:14 PM
If the central banks are concerned about how their citizens gets scammed through crypto currency I would say it's not safe with fiat either because which ever way we decide we have scam experts who go about their business without trace. Presenting crypto currency in negative lights wouldn't stop investors as the find it safer for their personal data and how the move large funds without any middle man or intermediary.
1776  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you really need in your trading? on: January 01, 2022, 03:10:18 PM
Signals could also be deceptive too. For me cooperate analysis where you have a team of traders  come together make analysis together get a good entry point after the analysis everyone hold on a position setting their stop loss and take profit at the right point that way everyone would pay close attention to the market together and it's more risk free as atleast two or three would have to see the market from the same point of view following the market trend

1779  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Whats the point hodling, if you can't risk it all? on: December 31, 2021, 10:19:53 PM
Hodl can only be as risky as anyother technique if it comes to altcoin and not just all altcoins but mostly altcoins without an economic, social, societal, entertainment or even political value. Now for altcoins holding isn't the best technique as different coins exist and all with their purpose of development so closer attention needs to be done to carefully select altcoins that are worth holding but for Bitcoin the best strategy that poses less risk management is to hodl hodl and keep holding
1780  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are new generation of investors more into gambling? on: December 31, 2021, 10:05:45 PM

Quote
Around 39 million options contracts have changed hands on an average day this year, up 35% from last year and the highest level ever, according to Options Clearing Corp. data as of the end of November. Retail traders recently made up around one-quarter of all options activity.

A quote from the article Investors Are Using Robinhood, Other Platforms to Jump Into Options Trades, Worrying U.S. Regulators

Robinhood is turning the new generation into gamblers and regulators are concerned because options trading is now preferred by the newer generations over stock trading or investing. We all know options trading is not investing because with options trading you are just betting what the price will be of a company's stock.

Regulators worry is that companies like Robinhood and Ameritrade easily approve users to gain access to options which makes the surge of these new gamblers. Retail investors are also enticed to join this frenzy because leverage is quite high while zero transaction fees.

Robinhood also offers crypto trading so I wonder if Bitcoin Futures & Options are also the most preferred today by the new generations of traders than on the spot market?
I think option trading is more secure than stocks because if good analysis is done before buying or selling on a specific date one can be more sure of good returns as the risk is even less compared to the high volatility of stocks and most crypto. One only gambles when there is no analysis or when the analysis is not properly analysed. Robinhood Is only giving investors diverse option and it's only greed that would make one trade option trading as a gambler other than a patient market analyst
