1781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Early bitcoin investment for my baby on: March 15, 2023, 07:24:38 AM
If I'm not mistaken, I think you are the only one who is actually doing it and everyone seems happy to see your progress in the future, we hope no one can stop you from doing it and you will be successful with your baby.

Most people who made such decisions where they put lots of effort into investing in bitcoins with motivations are successful last time I heard is the guy who gave up buying cigarettes just to save his money to buy bitcoins and it pays well for him since he actually managed to witness the great bull run so far.
1782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy BNB now? on: March 15, 2023, 06:44:13 AM

Yeah this bear market damaged stablecoins a lot, many people are already afraid to invest in crypto since that two top altcoins fall. I believe that BNB will make its stablecoin more secure since there are already two cases in a year and I believe other projects that have stablecoin will make their stablecoin more secure like USDC yesterday drop 10% because SVB bankrupt but it pegged again at $1.

Yeah! BNB is still good for investment and it will gonna recover its price soon when they get through this mess surely they will gonna fix this up since they are one of the strong and legit exchanges. They worked hard to get to the top and they were doing everything to stay on the right side to give their users and investors the convenience of using their services. Now they are facing this minor problem but when people put FUD in it, it's just hard for others to believe them but we all know how Binance is true to its users and they won't let this damage their refutations.
1783  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A U.S drone was hitting by a Russian Jet. on: March 15, 2023, 06:02:03 AM
I saw this one too and when both powerful nations are going to do such things, it seems like it's just an easy task for them. where when this drone was flying here in our place for more than a decade, no one can really take that down when they want to do it due to the lack of our resources and also, and that goes the same for other small countries as well.

The point here is, they cannot do the same for Russia or China because they will suffer huge consequences because they just put their resources to wast just like this one. I wonder what kind of respond will the USA do this time, will they just do all talks or they will respond with the same damage as well?
1784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 15, 2023, 05:27:06 AM
When Anthon Davis is doing well, they can easily win the game and with the help of his teammates, it would be possible for them to maintain or get to the upper spot until the NBA playoffs. Every team that has the chance to get to the number 6 spot will really play hard to win their remaining games and so as the Lakers when LBJ will return. I think is a good idea to make him rest for a while since they were really getting more wins anyway and that's really pretty good but I think they want him to sync with the team so that they won't have any problem playing in the NBA playoffs.
1785  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fiat to crypto scam still existing always on: March 14, 2023, 12:12:04 PM
No matter how old school the scam seems when they use it with some sugar-coating words and add some other props, it will be caught others by surprise and think it is a new investment opportunity. Thankfully in this section of the forum, there are always people that are posting new scammers' tricks and that's why members are recommended to always update themselves by reading new topics here.

I've always wondered how scammers still use their old tricks even though it has been so long since they were exposed and busted, I found out that the problem is from the people that are victims themselves because they seem lazy or just don't have time to read scam-prevention topics to save themselves from getting fooled in the future.
1786  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 14, 2023, 11:10:07 AM
How about the Celtics losing tonight against the Rockets? It's totally unexpected for the Celtics to go down against a low team like the young Rockets, but it did happened and it was a very close game.

The thing is that Boston allowed the Rockets to be comfortable at their home, building momentum and takes double digit. And this guys are so young that there are not pressures whatsoever, they just play, hit the 3's and play good defense.

You can't really relax when it comes to scoring in the NBA because most of those players can really shoot and can give you a surprise. This was when they think they already got this game secured but suddenly miracles happened and that's it, though they are the favorite team in this game, they lose it just like that. But the Boston Celtics might not really just playing to their fullest this time because they are getting ready for the real games in the NBA playoffs and losing sometimes to rest most of the players is not really bad.
1787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BUSD Future on: March 14, 2023, 10:26:12 AM
well I guess for the sake of our investments it's just better converting from stablecoin to btc and ethereum even though if these stablecoin are collapsing it might be highly harmful towards cryptocurrency market in general.
imagine stablecoin collapsing one by one it's gonna be disastrous hopefully that's not gonna be happening but of course prevention is needed for all of us here right now.

It's always better to convert it to bitcoins and to move as soon as possible is greatly recommended because these FUDs nowadays can really sink a huge ship no matter how hard they will defend their company if a huge number of users will withdraw their crypto assets from their exchanges that would be a huge problem for them. It could be also worse for Binance when they gonna just let it be their reason for not fixing this issue and not giving their investors hope and concrete development to shut down these rumors.
1788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 14, 2023, 06:10:41 AM

I do see that Donaire will win this fight as he's facing a not ranked boxer here. Not degrading Santiago here but there's no big achievement yet he did even though he's currently at the peak of his career.

In this case, he can still show his skills and promote his next fight with lots of sales because we all know, he still has that flash speed and huge power when it comes to kinds of opponents like Santago. It's really hard for Donaire to retire because as of today, there is no Filipino boxer who is more famous than him who is still active because others are just a bunch of still climbing the ladder. He worked hard to get to where he is right now and to fully use it to his advantage until the end, it's just one of the wisest decisions in his life that he could ever make. Maybe he still can fight for another 3 or 4 fights if he easily wins this one.
1789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Ponzi Schemes - People are confused. on: March 14, 2023, 12:46:23 AM
That's just what they say about bitcoins in the media and that's why it takes so slowly for it to progress to be clear in the mind of the common folks because they did this thing for them to be confused. people know about its true usage at the same time while fighting these guys who continue to talk ill about bitcoins and crypto stuff. Thankfully, the case is not the same because, in the past, there will no companies that support it and it really makes hard for anybody to promote it. but now everything is clear for sound-minded people and the only problem is those behind making bitcoins look this bad are not stopping at all any time soon.
1790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 13, 2023, 12:48:52 PM
This card gonna be fire. Main card looks like there will be so many fireworks. Beside main card I'm interested in Dusko Todorovic fight. That fight won't go full distance I think. Both of the guys need a win.

Man! just after Jones, we have this great fight next Saturday? wow that's amazing the main card really deserves a trilogy and it is exciting, I wonder how will Usman regain his honor this time and will he be able to block those kinds of kicks from Edwards?

He just got by surprise with that kick and it would be an amazing upgrade for him if he will able to win this fight maybe we might see another fight if that happens. that would be the first Quadrilogy in the UFC and I tell you, that would be worth watching as well.
1791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is launching a new project during bear market a good idea?? 🤔 on: March 13, 2023, 12:04:02 PM
I think if they have a unique approach to promoting their project, why not?

There are lots of people out there waiting to invest in the right project and if they really have a legit one, they might get huge numbers of investors in the first phase of their launch. Just like the NFT games a few years ago, they don't really need to sacrifice some time to promote their project, they just let the players do the work but unfortunately, those games turned out to be scams or just some pump-and-dump crypto games. Too bad for them, if they were just real and legit, they could have grown it until today but they choose the bad side of the story.
1792  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is the last chance to exchange stablecoins for Bitcoin on: March 13, 2023, 11:03:32 AM
I don't know if this is the last chance to buy bitcoins or if we still have more opportunities. I only know that we can buy bitcoins at low prices. Of course, we can take advantage of this moment to buy a lot of bitcoins because the price is already low, but that doesn't guarantee that the price won't go back down because it looks like economic market disruptions will continue.

As we are talking, the price went up to 9.38% and this is a huge increase in just 24 hours the people who invested yesterday with a huge amount of money, surely are now celebrating, and the price is not yet finished increasing because there seem to have problem with the stablecoins right now and they also want to migrate their investment to bitcoins. Many think the price drop was gonna fell even lower than before but they were absolutely wrong and now the price might gonna reach up to $30k+ if they really meant to seriously switch their investment into bitcoin.
1793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 13, 2023, 10:21:46 AM
It's normal to foul in that situation, but what's not normal is taking too much time before fouling Josh Hart. It's just unfortunate that he didn't miss the free throw, and even if the Lakers made the 3-point shot, time was not in their favor. Maybe they'll reflect on what happened, as they came back but wasted the opportunity to have a chance to win in the end.

Even though they lose, it's not really bad compared to their last games when they still have WB in their rosters. AD was not really effective this time maybe due to the fact the New York Knicks has been planning to play against him intensively. This is their case when they don't have LBJ with them on the court and surely their next opponent will ponder in this game to have an idea of how to beat them. The Lakers will surely reflect on this loss and will gonna improve the way they play next games if they wanted to not be out of the play-in tournament.
1794  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do politicians smokes? on: March 13, 2023, 09:06:55 AM
His title is like the lyrics from the song Where is the love = "what's wrong with the world Momma? people living like no Momma"

Human nature is just like that because they always wanted to have the best for themselves and not really caring about their people when it comes to money and when they have the chance to take it all, they won't hesitate to do so. That's why we only have a few names in our entire history that are just leaders and most of the time others are just the same, they are corrupt and evil. In the Philippines, only Duterte was the real President who is concerned for his people the last 5 were completely jokers.
1795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Tony Harrison vs Tim Tszyu - Mar 13, 2023 on: March 13, 2023, 08:15:13 AM

Again, maybe he don't want to evade that shots of Harrison as he pushes inside as he want to put Tony in a bad position and he did in round 9, those uppercuts are on the money and Harrison can't response to that barrage of punch and the referee knows it.

That multiple uppercuts really hurt him and also lose his defense against those power punches. Tim was from another level and he just couldn't take his punches throughout the round which causes him to lose that fight. Steal undefeated and ready for another strong opponent, I think he is really ready for a championship bout this time because he actually beat Tony easily here. Though it reaches 9 rounds, they planned it and it worked well for him.
1796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Silvergate - exposure - USDC ? on: March 13, 2023, 07:44:00 AM
I don't really think this news has any impact on most users here because we are talking about stablecoins and they don't really care about it here because it's not an investment material where you gonna wait for its price to grow in the future, it's just a mere stablecoin. Unless they are holding huge amounts of it and they are now panicking because they see some reason for its price to crash even though it's not from its nature to be like that. To be honest, I never thought stablecoins will gonna have problems such as this one, I thought they can't be affected by the bearish market but they seem to have to face another problem here.
1797  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you interpret the fluctuation of Bitcoin price ? on: March 12, 2023, 11:38:16 AM

Bitcoin price has dropped below $20k from the recent high of $25k in mid February. Personally I have no problem with this fluctuation because compared to altcoins and taking the bear market into consideration, Bitcoin is still reliable and the volatility is pretty reasonable. For new potential investors, is this still a good time to invest in Bitcoin ? What do you think of the recent drop of Bitcoin price ? Please share your views.

It's still good to invest when the price has dropped like what we are seeing today and you need to remember that it's not like other cryptocurrencies which might not recover after their price has dropped because of multiple negative reasons. In bitcoins, we don't have that scenario and when you are willing to wait and patient enough to wait for the next bull runs, you will surely going to be happy and your sacrifice will automatically pay off. That's just how good bitcoin investment is, and if only they wait long enough, they could have seen the price rise up to $30k+ but some people are in rush, that's why the price has suddenly dropped these past few days.
1798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: March 12, 2023, 07:43:34 AM
Well, this is going to be the biggest fight of the year as the PPV sales are sold in just five minutes, it's worth the hype and many years of wait I don't have the figure yet I saw this drop in my social media feed, what I'm sure of is it will surpasses all the other PPV before the fight happens, we will see many more videos of thrash talks because I doubt this two will stop, because the hatred and the dislike are real.

That was really expected considering these two are currently at their prime time and currently at their very best without injury the fight is also hard to predict because they are both capable of surprising their opponent with their fast and huge power punches. I wonder where else they could get money aside from PPV in this fight? is this the fullest money they can make when they sold it out?
1799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What holds you back from investing in Altcoins ? on: March 12, 2023, 06:31:55 AM
If bitcoin's price will go down, the altcoins price crash, and just a few exemptions to others that currently launching their upgrade or new features that will cause the price of their coins to rise. other than that, it's all about bitcoins and this is what most people don't know because they always support altcoins before bitcoins that's why they often found themselves in a situation where they cannot recover their capital back because they left the most important foundation of investment which is to push bitcoins price forward and to make only altcoins as their second option when it comes for their crypto investment.
1800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 12, 2023, 05:51:20 AM

Yeah, their 9-win streak will be a waste if they will keep on losing from hereon but that's the Clippers at their home so I guess it's understandable.
Kawhi and PG combined with 60 points. Clippers won. The next for the Knicks are the Lakers. I hope they are ready for whoever will defend AD.

Their next game against the Lakers will be more epic because they cannot afford to lose more games after they lose tonight and it will be more of an intense game for the Lakers as well because they are in need of winning their last remaining games. That will be an interesting game and looks like it will be best to watch it live. I wonder what the rank would be for the Lakers after the end of the regular season games by winning all of their games, is that really possible since they look like found their right rhythms now?
