181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash on: August 05, 2018, 11:29:58 PM
personally, in my mind it adds to the profits and makes the whales even more rich. Bitcoincash was created to replace bitcoin, but in fact bitcoin fans did not move from their seats. maybe because of the fork, they've got it. then what is the function of Bitcoincash, basically so that transactions can be done on a large scale. because the block size on bitcoincash is greater than bitcoin. but until now there has been no increase in transactions.

..."then what is the function of Bitcoincash"....

To destroy the bitcoin blockchain

The devs that shill bcash have made criminal transactions on the bitcoin blockchain, they want the evidence gone

it was never about transactions

To date no-one has proven this wrong

The price is not going to rise to lambo levels (>$40-50) again without bitcoin going full moon. (>20k) Check the charts, all the altcoins including bitcore and bitsend are in hibernation mode. They'll stay in deep freeze for the next 5-10 months if not years at least. Just slowly accumulate more but also don't be too greedy, remember this shit can blow up at any time.

That’s a very possible scenario.

Cryptos pump when you least expect it. Nobody knows what the next "moon" coin is going to be. It is usually a big surprise to everyone. But it makes the holders happy.
In January of this year, absolutely all tokens and coins were pumped up, even the most outright shit. Therefore, if there is a new peak in bitcoin prices, then practically everything will be pumped up. Absolute growth of the crypto market will not be as long as bitcoin will not cost thousands of 30-40 dollars. But mayby it can will happen after several years.

We hoping this is the next moon coin

whenever there's a sea of red on CoinMarketCap, just for a shiggle I always look for that one that pumps.
just cuz there always is...and lo and behold....
Scammy-ass Shitcoin of the day....   EMPOWR COIN
brought to you by the  quote, "inventor of virtual currency."
 I'm all in man....

Good pick, amazing how you know so much.

Not much you can do if they fuck with your coins. Even USA could not catch them, so if they're gone they're gone. Sadly. Let's hope for the best, it would be a shame to lose this exchange imo.

That's where you are wrong, I went through this 3 years ago

So I created an Army, to retrieve lost coins and for when the next time it happens.
Cells everywhere that will implement without notice when shit goes wrong.

Lets see them try and screw people over.

After going through the whole process of verifying my account, sending them signed transactions of wallets I control that received LTC, PPC and BTC from them along with much more proof they sent me this:

Hi,

Unfortunately we haven't found any way to work with USA citizens yet. We will renew our news portals when this possibility appears
Best Regards,
WEX Support
Knowledge Base https://wex.kayako.com

Utter bullshit. I'm not even a US resident. I haven't lived in the US for 5 years. Bitfinex was fine with non-US residents using their exchange. Non-US residents are not bound to the same SEC or exchange laws as US residents.

They can just come up with some new reasons (after they have your money) on why they can keep your money.
If you read the reply carefully it says "USA citizens". Resident is not the same as citizen. I'm assuming you're a U.S. citizen. I've not heard of anyone (credible) who's not from USA not getting their money (until this last maintenance that is). I'm not sure what laws they apply here, although given how USA treated them, you can sort of understand the overreach. Hopefully it will work out in the end for you, though it's not looking good right now.

For anyone who'd like to speculate, there's a good opportunity to make profit now if you're willing to place your bets on wex to come through.

Example:
1. You have 1 BTC
2. You buy $8400 USDT on poloniex
3. You send $8400 USDT to wex
4. Current price at wex is $3000 BTC/USDT, so you can exchange $8400 to 2.8 BTC
5. Sell 2.8 BTC for WEXUSD (current price $9638), yielding you $26984!
6. You can increase the amount further by speculating that their USD token will reach 100% recovery. Current price is 0.554 which means you can turn 26984 into 48711.
7. From $8400 (1 BTC) to $48711. That's 5.8x.

You are just asking for negative rep.. aren't you ? Roll Eyes

Silly mole..
I'm not a BTC-E/WEX "mole". I'm saying if you're willing to "speculate". This would obviously be a highly risky trade, and not one that I would recommend; In case that wasn't clear from my original message. I've been considering doing it myself with some smaller sums, but so far abstained from the temptation.

For anyone who'd like to speculate, there's a good opportunity to make profit now if you're willing to place your bets on wex to come through.

Are you not the person who bet tens of thousands of dollars on Gox not dying?

I can think of a million better risks I'd prefer to be taking myself.
Well, sort of. I bet a lot more than that. But it wasn't so much on it "not dying", rather it was on getting something back. I did not believe at the time that they had lost their entire 800k BTC. Well, it turned out worse than I expected, but they still have around 200k BTC left. So it wasn't all in vain. I think I'll be around break even to what I put in, whenever payment arrives.

It's perfectly fine to gamble/speculate on something like this. Take calculated risks. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't. If you can't handle the risk, then simply don't do it.

withdrawal is disabled , What is the benefit of 48711 usd ?
who know, if usdt will rise up 10 time ?
and we can not be sure that withdrawl of btc or usd will be opened some day

For anyone who'd like to speculate or adventure , yes you are right this is a good place for find a profit
Yes, you're right. The $48711 is completely useless unless WEX delivers. As I stated in my message. It's pure speculation with high risk. There's a connection between risk and reward remember.

There is one newbie on the list. deftnerd. IRL Adam Brown.

He has only 8 posts, no merit. Last time he logged was on October 09, 2017. But he received a lot of green trusts from his topic, where he sold steam codes

That's not really even that much trust..

Is Vod's code biased towards trust from Theymos?
It also counts untrusted feedback? Counts age beyond 10 months?
Or just a glitch..

Future proves past
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash on: August 05, 2018, 01:06:39 PM
Any Bitcoin address not starting with 1 is a fraud and scam.
The only legal Satoshi Bitcoin has and always will start with 1 everything else is fake.
Bitcoin has introduced fake Bitcoins alongside real once with the long term goal of only have fakes, bankers version.
Bitcoin Cash ensures real Bitcoin for ever.

You are spreading wrong information. Some may even call you a fraud for what you are doing.

Bitcoin addresses can start with either 1, 3 or bc1. Addresses which start with 3 and bc1 are segwit addresses and segwit got activated on bitcoin chain by consensus. Bcash is an airdrop/altcoin and it has the 1/10 of exchange value & hashrate of bitcoin which makes it very clear which is what.

Accurate information - the only legal Satoshi Bitcoin has and always will start with 1 everything else is fake.

Meaning legal Satoshi Bitcoin, hence not any addresses made up after satoshi is all.

There isn't anything such as "satoshi bitcoin". There is only bitcoin. Is that fucking anonymint again? theymos he is here i found him!

Bitcoin upgrades its protocol from time to time and again, it is happening by consensus. The addresses which start with 3 and bc1 are as legit as those start with 1.

Did I warrant any of this
fucking
anonymint again?
theymos he is here i found him!

I was just mentioning my beliefs, straight on to the attack with abuse and derision, how many times does this have to happen

You want proof

The big Block debate
Various back stabbings
Bictoin Foundation
Bcash is Bitcoin
Why did Gavin Andresseen Talk to the CIA and the Council for Foreign Relations?
Why is Gavin's code used for Bcash
Why does Gavin support Craig Wright and Roger ver

This has been proven many times that certain people are trying to destroy bitcoin

Prove it is not happening

Therefore the only thing to trust is the legacy address

Which we now call the Legal Satoshi Bitcoin

You can accept that or not

Global monetary policy ramping up - Iran, Brics, Central Banks, Brexit, European Council (Shills), Gold, Digital Currency, tax etc

Bitcoin is set for a revolution

With acceptance of all things comes arrests and jail to ensure the new revolution is handled appropriately, history repeats

Who will flip, who will disappear, who will suicide and more importantly who will survive

The effects on bitcoin are already evident $1000 swings and a TA out the window.

Buckle up, ride the wave and party on dudes

I suggest a better name  Blockchain Cash rather than bitcoin cash, then no need to confuse with bitcoin community and users,no need to explain what's bitcoin/bch.

Bee Cash

Bcash name is good, the coin that stings.

Now why can't bitcoin be more like Huckabee and layeth the smack down on the bears like she did to CNN's Jim Acosta (that little scummy turd) and just break out to $9k cause it's August already. Angry
