Okay all solved, all payments are now automated
All payments are in my account now. I do like the layout of the site and ease of building an ad/campaign. I would like to see what sites I am being advertised on though, the actual sites not just site categories. How do I do that?

If nobody does something suspicious on these Keys , they will simply work as long as Microsofts Activationsservers are online. These are NO Preview Keys which will expire after 90 Days, even if they were he could simply Request new ones , because thats these Kind of Subscriptions to work. I am running Windows 7 Pro on 4 Computers with the same Keys since Windows 7 RTM came out. If they did change that System with Windows 8 , then why does nobody know about this except for you? If you have extensive Knowledge about this Stuff then prove it.

The whole reason they invaded the Falklands the first time was to distract the population from the economy. They need that distraction again.

YOUR BUSINESS MUST BE FUCKING PEOPLE OVER AS WELL, OTHERWISE, HOW COULD YOU RELATE AND ADD PRAISE ?
Hi bitlane, If you feel that my business is fucking people over, then please do not do business with me. As for my new rating, my message was the same as before, I only changed the rating amount to reflect the fact that I believe Pirate will pay out and that I still have faith in him. That is my assessment of the situation and my opinion. If you do not agree with me, then, we'll agree to disagree. Thanks, gigavps I am not a WOT user, but from my understanding of how WOT works I do not get the rating of 10 nor the statement of "all business, no drama". I do not think even a minority of people would say that there is "no drama" in pirateat40's dealings. From the wiki: 10 You trust this person as you trust yourself. Reserve this for close friends and associates you know in person. 8 Large number of high-value transactions, long period of association, very trustworthy. 5 You've had a number of good transactions with this person. 1 One or two good transactions with this person -1 Person strikes you as a bit flaky. Unreasonable/unexpected delays in payment, etc. -10 Person failed to hold up his end of the bargain, took payment and ran, fraudster. Maybe you forgot the '-' when you were entering in the rating?

Look in the securities section, there is a lender that offers 1% a DAY. Each day he posts his 1% payout. It is a very effective way to market a scam because each time I see it bumped with a new payout I think I could have had that payout. It makes me want to invest.
Luckily something tells me the moment I invest it will pop and I will loose all of my coins so I don't. Others do though and that is how the ponzi scam works.
I am not saying this one is a Ponzi or a scam.....but please think for yourself.

There are lots on ebay. This one is 10.49 USD with free shipping to domestic USA. http://cgi.ebay.com/280800583937But TBH, I haven't replaced a single fan since I figured out how to repair them without disassembling the heatsink or fan. Just need a small off center hole on the face of the fan to insert some lubrication oil, and fan works like new. It's a gamble if you want to resell something like that though. Keep in mind that most of those fans on eBay are not exact replacements. You'll have to cut off that tab that holds the wire, since the original fan has a narrower tab. I've put two in fine w/o modifying them in any way. Yeah, you do have to maneuver the wires into the proper place Some cards take either fan. You did not have a card that has the tighter space otherwise it CAN NOT fit. The shroud will rub no matter what you do. Some 5870's will take the big clip, others will not. Every 5970 I have seen will take the big clip.

It is not that simple. Pirate's default affects all of us, even those who didn't fall for his scam. Should he finally shut down his operation with literally zero hope of a refund, the market will crash rapidly. So after all, we all get to pay for what happened.
This has already happened and no market set off. There are no coins to sell off. While I doubt there will be repayment, if there was Pirate would have to purchase coins driving the price up.

All the electric you use for mining = more carbon in air. Do you feel guilty you are profiting off earths destruction through greenhouse gases?
1/3 of my power is nuclear. 1/3 of my mining helps with heating.

I could perhaps envision that he may have purchased shares through some of the various pass-throughs. But these would have been purchased at market rates. Now to be sold at distressed rates. Not much of a business plan, if you ask me.
Sure, he could _buy_ passthrough shares at distressed rates. If he had an intention of paying up, this could save him a lot of money in the long haul. Bu that is not the topic of this sub-discussion.
ETA: "...sell them at a discount...". What motivation would he have to do that?
Ahh, I see what you're missing. If Pirate buys a PPT for 10,000 bitcoins, those 10,000 bitcoins pass right through to him. That's the whole point of a PPT. So long as he doesn't withdraw, the PPT will not withdraw, so that money will just earn interest as a number. When it compounds to, say, 13,000 BTC, he can turn around and sells it for 6,000 bitcoins or so, he just made 6,000 bitcoins for nothing. Plus, while that 10,000-13,000 bitcoin PPT was outstanding, it makes him look bigger and helps build a market for PPTs. So before the 'close' he may have bought a lot of PPT debt. OK. But that does not equate to newly-minted debt (debt issued after the close), which is the entire scope of discussion. It makes no sense for him to buy passthrough shares at distressed rates. He knows his debt is worthless, so why should he pay good money for it that comes out of his pocket? I explicitly qualified my scenario as being one in which he has a desire to redeem his debt. In this scenario, it most certainly makes sense for him to buy heavily discounted Pirate debt. If he can absolve 1BTC of obligation by buying it on the open market for 0.5BTC, then that is 0.5BTC less he needs to pony up to settle. If he leaves it on the market, he would need to spend the full 1BTC to settle the debt. But this is obvious, and I can tell you are a smart guy. Are you just not reading what I am writing, or are you trolling me? Lastly, I disavow any knowledge of the last paragraph you quoted, as it was not a quote of my writings. He did not buy any of his own debt. That makes no sense if you have no intention of paying. Some have speculated that he SOLD debt after the 17'th through sockpuppet accounts but I doubt that really happened.

Where do the coins miners working at gpumax come from? If I had a bunch of coins others are very interested in finding, and a service like gpumax... I would be paying the miners with dirty coins and squirreling away fresh minted ones in safe cold wallets I think that is the point of GPUMAX. And since it makes a profit (though not too much) there is no reason to shut it down.

Maybe.. But watching over your shoulder for years to come aint a pretty thing.
Edited to add... I did not lend him a thin dime. I am just thinking how i would feel in his place. And that is shitting my pants.
I've known people who've scammed way more than pirate has who didn't go around looking over their shoulder. Businesses fail every single day owing more than is owed to BS&T users and in most cases nothing of consequence happens to their operators. If I was in pirate's shoes and I was planning on winding down operations in a legitimate manner, I would want to deal with the pass-through lenders directly, so I'm kind of surprised by his request because I wasn't expecting any legitimate moves by him at this point. I think that based on what he wrote he is building a bankruptcy case so that if anyone does come back after assets or claims claw-backs that he had a record of what actions were taken and then he came to a settlement with each person listed for the best he could come up with. I would expect that if the lists are turned in by Friday (and if they are not oh well, shit out of luck) that those folks will be sent back a counter offer to close out the debt. I suspect something similar to be the case too. If he can come to an agreement with his creditors, he can probably avoid total bankruptcy and any obligation to apply future earnings to the debts. He is not going to pay back at all. It's over.

goat, thanks for posting that.
and now i realize why certain people kissed so much ass to pirate and will continue to do so in hopes of getting a few btc back.
i have no idea why pirate thinks he can "be safe" and "sound" after all this. it is like he has no conception what people are willing to do to get pay back one way or another. I have seen some messed up things over so little let alone this.
3-5 million is untraceable funds makes for a pretty easy disappearance. He could go live in Jamaica the rest of his life and none of his lenders could ever find him. That number is the amount people claim to have lost, I doubt that is what he got out of it. He probably got less then 2 million as I am sure he paid out a ton of interest. Of course I believe bitcoin will rise in value, so if he lives off $5,000 a month he may not eat into the principle in a USD basis for a long time.
