1841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Scammers put bad impact to Our Government about Bitcoin Transections. on: September 21, 2021, 10:52:36 PM
Would you mind sharing about what country it is?

There are too many cases the same as you mentioned but still, cryptocurrencies have become popular.  Cryptocurrencies only a victim here because it's prone to use as a tool by the criminal but do you think this isn't happening to fiat too?  As a matter of fact, fiat is the worst of criminal will use it because there's no tract on the transaction as proof, not unlike crypto or Bitcoin for example there's a tract on the public ledger database.

If people know the real concept of crypto on how to use it as a transaction, they will understand that Bitcoin has been abuse, and good thing most of them have been caught.
1842  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best free trading Signals telegram channels on: September 21, 2021, 03:45:26 PM
I don't have plan to join paid, but will join the free ones which provide value.
I don't think there is such kind of a group.  No one will voluntarily give a good value of prediction for free, it should always be paid.
But paid or free signal groups are not worth it to join, they are typically making such pump and dump of low volume coins which is easy for them to manipulate the price, with their possibility of high chances that they will benefit first before their followers.

I suggest you have your own research instead, set your own trading plan and your goals.  Because if you were going to ask me about telegram signal channels, it is a house and full of scammers, waiting to have a next to their victim.  Stay away from them is a better way.
1843  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: help meeeeee on: September 21, 2021, 03:06:01 PM
The same story that I was trying to remember now, it was an app that has a faucet of Bitcoin, Litecoin, and last thing that has a Xapo wallet but the rest I totally forget.  I have checked my email address possible name but I wasn't fine and AFAIK, it was associated with my email address but the problem is I didn't even remember what app it is.

The same as the suggestion ETFbitcoin above, if that is an account for sure it is associated with any of your email accounts, just look at the search button and search the possible combination name as you remember.  That is if, the site was still working on but usually, it was considering a long-dead site or whatever it is.

Are those sites still active?
If you know what is the name of the site possible it is if they aren't close.

Quote
Does anyone have the address of those sites?
It's unknown and how we can determine what service it is.

Quote
Is it possible to withdraw from those sites?
If you've owned and have control of the wallet it might be, but if that was on the site's control, there's nothing you can is to determine first if they are still alive.
1844  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What we think is a quality post on: September 21, 2021, 02:39:14 PM
Quality post is not about size, length it could be long or short. Quality post is about useful information that is passed to users that come across it. How it can add value
Exactly! I’ve seen some short posts that are getting merited because of the value being given to the community. It doesn’t have to be long.
I tend to agree, as long as you contributed something related to the topic as a constructive one and can add further discussions.  Remember that we're not making a blog upon posting, we're in the forum which is a big community that sharing ideas, thoughts, a chance to interact with others as long as you know about the topic or just you are expressing your own ideas freely and should be on the topic.  So there could be no size at all but I don't know how could you express your idea in a short line or a single line.

In forum rules, there was an example of number 1 rules and this is clearly a no quality post.
Forum rules

1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]

.
.
Examples:
1. Such posts as "SELL SELL SELL", "I agree", "+1", "Support", "Watching", "Interesting", "LOL", "SCAM", "LEGIT", "FAKE", other one word posts, posts consisting mostly of swearing, quote pyramids, useless introduction threads, threads about a topic already recently discussed in several other threads.
1845  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you determine which cryptos to buy during this dip? on: September 20, 2021, 11:59:59 PM
For short term investment
Sorry but it's hard to answer, but to tell you frankly, stick on Bitcoin which is considering a safe investment among altcoins.

Maybe NFT projects will give you a profit but this won't have a guarantee, maybe you can do further your own research and don't rely upon other's suggestions because that is your money.  We're talking about financial risk here and I think it's good if you can manage your own risk.

You start with the top.
I tend to agree, go with the top at least on top 20, it might be there's a chance to get profit in there.
But I would stick to Bitcoin if I were you.
1846  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you already noticed about the changing of identity verification of Binance ? on: September 20, 2021, 04:27:59 PM
Binance is under a lot of pressure from authorities, it wouldn't be weird if they take back their NO kyc but withdraw OK promise. Best to not feel secure about this and withdraw funds ASAP if you're someone who doesn't want to verify their account.

and IIRC @jerry0 is a US person (?), another reason to withdraw ASAP if so.
Dont leave any if you have an account in Binance, withdraw it as long as possible until the deadline comes.

On the Binance side, there's nothing they can do is to follow the financial regulators that now targeted those big exchange companies like Binance and next to other's who did not comply with KYC but it is a centralized exchange.

The heavy regulation has occurred to Binance because it is being accused by the authorities that they are helping unknown large transactions and accepting tips from it which is not a good idea.  It could be from the money laundering issues.  Just withdraw your fund on Binance and transfer it quickly to your Bitcoin wallet.
1847  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best way to monetize cryptocurrency blog on: September 20, 2021, 04:10:40 PM
Have you thought about contacting businesses which offering services in the cryptocurrency space? They might be interested in setting up affiliates or directly sponsoring content that you could write about. This is very popular with fiat websites and you would be one of the only people offering a blog about cryptocurrency which would put you in a unique position for earning crypto. By contacting them directly I think you will earn more then adding random affiliate links to your website and you will gain more commission.
Do you mean having a partnership with the most influencer crypto services like an exchange, very well-known people, or anything as long as they are also reputable or large companies.  I got your point and it might be a good idea, but sometimes project/company owners are quite busy improving their product or services offered if they are in line with that business.

There's a lot of competition now among bloggers or freelancers, making Facebook ads and Google ads or any big company where you can link to your blog site has a great advantage.
1848  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish Bitcoin TA - Be careful everyone ... on: September 19, 2021, 11:59:24 PM
It's not an Elliot Wave chart but rather based on historical trends which so far appears to be repeating itself.

Note that this is not a crystal ball with a definitive result, it could easily pump to over $50k but it serves as a notice to always check both sides of a coin. Bullish on-chain stats (reduced BTC supply on exchanges) Vs Bearish TA. The week ahead could be make or break time

https://s3.tradingview.com/snapshots/8/8JV8r4dH.png
Very nice chart, we should always look to another side, I love how you analyze the chart, basing on previous price action.
Everyone could make or create a chart, just simply plot them and analyze the previous price in the chart.  But that is the OP's opinion and I respect what he believes is about the price.  IMO, still the same way of predicting without a technical chart, a technical prediction is still the same guessing the future price and there's no guarantee to forecast an accurate result.

There could be a downside but in my mind, I'm still on the bullish side and I dont think Bitcoin will down below $30k within this month.  It's surrounded by a good news ATM.

However, still, no know one knows, and also Bitcoin will remain unpredictable and it could be pump or dump price, it moves without any direction.
1849  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fundamentally good coins on: September 19, 2021, 11:45:25 PM
Which COIN do you think has a long term good fundamental future?
If you will generalize this question for sure Bitcoin is my answer that has a fundamental future.  No other than.

But if you will say, which altcoin has a fundamental future, that is a different story.  There are a bunch of altcoins in the market and we will hardly choose which one truly has fundamental, aside from the top altcoins which are already proven.  IMO, the altcoin that has a fundamental is those altcoins that have a real product or have a real use, it means they will becomes useful at the end.

I don't know what is the use of your voting poll above, it doesn't make sense to choose only numbers.
1850  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin suitable to become legal tender? on: September 19, 2021, 11:12:07 PM
So why is all this important? One can easily say that there is no harm if people have the option to either use crypto as currency but also the freedom to not use it if they so choose.
I tend to agree and that was exactly what I'm going to say, there's no harm upon using Bitcoin or as an alternate way in using fiat.  It brings a lot of benefits and since it's was have a legal tender there's no way to worry about the tax that can be collected by the government and turn a better economy.
As long as citizens must be aware of the nature of Bitcoin, they were just fine.  Keeping it and storing it to gain value is quite risky than using it as an alternative to fiat as a payment.

I'll say, yes, Bitcoin is suitable to become a legal tender but it depends on the country how they will threaten it.  It's been a good decision when people have an option in choosing an e-currency which is very common worldwide as an online payment option.
1851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you guys also have this problem about axie? on: September 18, 2021, 11:58:02 PM
Is that in Axie infinity marketplace?

When Axie infinity starts booming too much and starts with having a lot of players that wanted to earn in play to earn games.  But now when the community becomes too crowded, the Anxiety infinity, they start to become buggy sites.

I tend to agree with most replies above, it could be a bug because as I checked now, there is no that kind of amount and possible not to be below $100.  So we must be careful about it and even if you will research the Axie infinity market bug, you'll see that there's a lot of topics discussing regarding the bug.
1852  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is crypto trading different from forex trading. on: September 18, 2021, 11:41:35 PM
i have seen the links and the contribution from everyone. thank you many times. i will go study and come back
Research and study in trading is a MUST whether it's forex or crypto trading, they are the same of how to get profit but there's one characteristic that doesn't have on the other side.  Too much fluctuation is what we most commonly encounter in crypto or a very volatile market, that's how the crypto market works.  While the stock market is more stable, well protected, and regulated by most countries.

When it comes to risk, it's definitely crypto market has a high level of risk but fortunately, it also has a high return compared to trading in forex which is commonly a stable currency.  Now, every one of us has different opinions and as you can see in the previous replies on this thread there are some of them who really contribute and share their ideas.
1853  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Am I the only one having this feeling?🤔🤔 ( #Bitcoin ) on: September 18, 2021, 11:07:52 PM
.... with just few seconds everything done.👌.. Isn't that amazing? 🤗🤗
It's been always amazing to know how Bitcoin transactions work that every one of us can publicly see the transaction on the database that is made by blockchain technology.  But I don't think it will take a few seconds everything was done, it might an hour, or if you pay a fee higher than the required amount it should be a couple of minutes.

Without Bitcoin?  Ain't know, it might digital centralize currency will always be there but as you've said there's no fastest alternate payment transaction that could be sent across the border in just a couple of hour.

Regarding the price of Bitcoin, most people will surely regret to see the market price is so high while they bought their Bitcoin.
1854  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Countries Where Bitcoin Is legal or banned. on: September 18, 2021, 03:00:01 PM
This is a reason why I'm not really fan of this kind topic because there are a lot countries in this world and it's hard to gather all informations in a single time.
I tend to agree because there's an update from time to time when it comes to legal status on each country but I believe that this article from Wikipedia is about " Legality of bitcoin by country or territory " was always updated regularly as per see.

Quote
-Russia: Crypto is legal in Russia but is restricted.
A clarification to OP, it is only restricted to the Banking system but it is legal to use and also in mining, that is why mining is most common in Russia since they had cheap electricity bills and had a cold season which is perfect for Bitcoin mining.
1855  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can I share a crypto project? on: September 17, 2021, 11:21:20 PM
Hello I was wondering if I can share information on a crypto project I started and if so what is the correct board?
As suggested above, this must be on the Project Development board which is as I understand, it's under development project and there's no product or service yet.  Follow the suggestion above and post it there.

I tried to share yesterday under alt coin discussion and it got deleted,
Altcoin discussion is for general altcoins discussions, if you want to establish correctly your project, follow the correct format of making ANNouncemnet thread in the altcoin section, not on the discussion.

so I'm not sure if it's because I created my account the same day or what the deal is?
There's no correlation of the deleted topic on your newly created account, however, you can purchase a copper membership to enable some restrictions from a newbie account like can able to post images and wear signatures.
1856  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Understand trading on: September 16, 2021, 11:59:12 PM
What are the most recommended methods that one could use to Understand trading?
There's a lot if you're willing to learn.
  • Video Youtube Tutorial
  • Here in the forum, Bitcointalk.org
  • Books and ebook
  • Copy trading or demo trading platform

These are the only example that how could you learn in trading.  Because trading isn't easy to make money,  it's very risky to jump up without even knowledge or lack of knowledge.  You must understand the market flow before you'll enter either it is forex or in the crypto market.
1857  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What if I don't know how to trade on: September 16, 2021, 11:47:29 PM
Are you going into trading for the money or for the knowledge?
First thing first, knowledge is very important in trading and if you didn't have this I suggest to don't push yourself in trading because it hurts to see that you've lost your money in trading.  Learn first very diving into the trading and that is a very important aspect, if you're not yet ready don't be in hurry because learning is the most important than making a profit.

If you don't know how to trade and if you're willing to make money in trading, I suggest to invest and spend your precious time studying and searching for any related to trading stuff either it is technical or fundamental skills.  As long as you gain knowledge and you're ready for it, you're good to go in trading.
1858  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Additional Requirement from CoinsPh on: September 16, 2021, 01:42:17 PM
I have a spare wallet ready and will request a change of btc address na. Worry ko lang is tong pending payment. Sayang din to ah. Haha
Have you tried converting your Bitcoin to Php even though there's a warning of a pending status?

I already converted my Bitcoin to Php after seeing a balance in my wallet after the Bestchange reward transaction get confirmed and I successfully transfer it into my Gcash account ready for withdrawal and I think there's no issue I encounter so far, it might be just for now maybe and I don't know in the next transaction.  Sa tingin ko hindi masasayang young sayo, you can still able to convert it and withdraw funds for a while and ignore the notification pop up.  Nagtaka din kasi ako kanina after receiving my reward from Bestchange, maybe as for now just ignore the additional requirement.

I tend to agree we need to request a new receiving Bitcoin address parang naging kumplikado na si Coins.ph sa mga external transaction.

...didn't use coins.ph for a while.
Anong ginamit mo sa pag convert Bitcoin to cash?  Any alternative to Coins.ph?
1859  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: September 15, 2021, 03:03:23 PM
IMO, there's no problem regarding the KYC verification, since the start they never ask me to resubmit KYC maybe just because I only have a small amount in and out of the Coins.ph exchange/wallet platform.

One thing that I have a very annoying issue, yung app ni Coins.ph kusa nalang nag logout sa mobile phone ko.  What do you think is the possible cause of this?  Kakainis kasi kailangan ko pa mag login sa laptop ko para makuha ko yung verification code sa email ng Coins.ph ko which is I separate my Coins.ph email address account to my personal email address used which is on my phone.

Ano kaya possibling dahilan nito?
1860  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading got to do with profit and lose,is it true? on: September 14, 2021, 11:47:18 PM
Yes, in essence, trading is an investment. It should be understood that this option of work can really be interesting, but you should not forget about the risks of such an option.
But the fact, they had totally different from each other, trading and investing isn't the same thing.

I prefer investing and hold it for a long time, something like waiting when my profit comes out and sell at my targeted profit which is if you will analyze, this is less risk compared to trading.  Which is in trading, you need to do a lot of homework, practicing fundamentals and technical analysis is usually what you can do in trading.  I consider the riskiest is in the trading while in investing, you can hold it for a long time and that is fine.

Since the crypto market is very volatile and has unpredictable prices, it is expected that there's a loss or win.
