An exchange without a log in. Just a web front that generates an address to send DRK to anonymously that you input a BTC address to exchange to.The only thing it gives you is a transaction id. Or vice versa.
It's cool and doable, the question: if it's needed. I see it this way: at coinedup.com you can login with a gmail.com-account. So if you have like 1 one exchange per week, you would manuelly sign up a new gmail-account every week. If you need more you download gmail-account-generator or buy 1000 generated gmail-accounts at black hat seo shops/sites for $20 or what it costs. |

Genau das ist der Punkt: "Geschlossenes System" was ich als Voraussetzung für ein Funktionieren nannte. Das haben wir aber glücklicherweise nicht.
Das deutsche Bankensystem ist doch aber geschlossen. Ob die City, Dresdner oder Postbank, dann das Geld ein zweites(, drittes oder viertes) mal verleiht ist doch egal. Prinzipiell das selbe. |

Sprich die Banken könnten nur das verleihen, was wirklich an Spareinlagen vorhanden wäre. Das wäre quasi die Rückkehr zum Goldstandard mit 100% Deckung.
Nein, die können die Einlagen mehrmals verleihen. Einfaches Beispiel: - Heinz leiht sich 50 BTC für ein neues Auto bei der Deutschen Bank München - Heinz geht zu seinem BMW-Händler und kauft für die 50 BTC ein Auto - Heinz sendet die 50 BTC an die Wallet des BMW-Händler - dieses BMW-Händler-Wallet liegt ebenfalls bei der Deutschen Bank München ---> die DB kann am nächsten Tag das Geld nochmal verleihen (weil wieder Einlagen da sind) |

Ich seh es anders. Wenn Mark der ober fiese Scammer wäre, dann hätte er die 200 K Coins eben nicht gefunden jetzt.
Falls ihn jemals jemand hätte zwingen können, zu antworten auf die og. Vermutung, dass Gox noch diese 200.000 Coins hat: Hätte er ja einfach sagen können, die "200 K gehörden Jed McCaleb" oder einem "anonymen, privaten Investor aus der Anfangszeit".
In Reality hätte er (aktuell) gar nichts sagen brauchen dazu, wem ist er noch Rechenschaft schuldig jetzt, wer hätte ihn dazu zwingen wollen?
Der erste der ihn (hätte) dazu zwingen kann (können) etwas zu sagen, ist ein Richter in 3 bis 5 Jahren.

Wenn die Banken es schaffen, die Nutzer (privat oder Unternehmen) davon zu überzeugen, dass diese die Bitcoins auf Bankkonten halten - statt selber in ihren eigenen Wallets. Dann können die Banken (wie vom Euro gewohnt) Bitcoins auf mehrfach verleihen.
Das wird ein harter Kampf für die Bitcoin Community es den Nutzern beizubringen, dass sie eben ihre Wallets selber halten.
Weil passiert das nicht, gehen viele Bitcoin-Vorteile verloren.

Ihr wisst doch gar nicht was die Behörden machen.
1,5 bis 3 Jahre Bearbeitungszeit bei Betrug-Strafsachen ist doch völlig normal weltweit. Das dauert einfach so lange.
z.B. der Satoshi Dice Verkauf von Juli 2013, der wird untersucht, da werden jetzt erst die ersten Anfrage-Mails an mögliche Informationsträger rausgeschickt

I don't see the value in deploying so many Bitcoin ATMs in one city unless there's a lot of demand for it. There's one close to where I live but they charge a hefty premium to convert fiat to bitcoin. I read somewhere that there was a guy standing near the ATM offering to sell bitcoins cheaper than the ATMs price.
That was in Canada if I remember correctly. |

I'm interested how the airdrop should work. Do you have a database with all IDs   How will you prove that the numbers people post on your website are IDs and not just random numbers? If the launch wents well, good and meaningful Airdrop possibillties can be found. (Can but dont have to be based on National ID.) Airdrop is far away. |
