1861  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 02, 2021, 03:01:44 PM
I agreed that Anthony Martial has not attained the ripe age for a complete striker, however with the arrival of Ronaldo will Ole Solskjaer play him regularly to bring out the best from him? absolutely No, the team has Cavani, Lingard, Rashford and Sancho who might likely play ahead of him, except he featured in Carabao and FA cups, he had already been given enough playing time to prove himself but failed, personally I don't view him like a complete striker, he should have been loan out to another club to gain more playing time just like James who signed a permanent deal with Leeds Utd not wanted to take things for granted by staying on the bench.

I also think that it would be a really good change for Anthony Martial to be loaned to some other club. Maybe it would be for the benefit of him at the end of his first season there. It would help him get his self-confidence again. Because I don't like something about him. He is quite clumsy when it comes to making use of goal chances. Actually, he was much better in the 19/20 season. He scored 23 goals and made 12 assists in 48 matches in total. He needs to be more stable.
1862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: September 01, 2021, 07:30:36 PM
Real Madrid were actually ready to pay €200m. As far as I know, their last offer was it. But PSG still resisted the offer and didn't even say anything. I know that PSG are a really rich club and they won't care about his being free agent at the end of the season. But still, I don't think that it was a wise decision. If they let him go for that amount, they would pay an incredible amount of money for Erling Haaland and get him. Maybe it wouldn't be easy but I believe they would manage somehow.
Real Madrid was really generous to increase the offer from €180m to €200m since the last negotiation, and even after that PSG didn't accept the offer. It makes me believe PSG didn't want to sell Mbappe since the beginning. PSG wants him to play at least one season partnering with Messi and Neymar, composing a top tier 1 unbeatable trio.
Is this approach more profitable for PSG than the offer made by Real Madrid, or is the symbolic meaning of this trio for the history of soccer and PSG itself more important than financial profits for the club?

It seems so. If PSG were willing to sell Kylian Mbappe, they would definitely accept the last offer. It looks like they are intending to make him play for them at least for one more season. They want to watch the Messi - Mbappe - Neymar trio in this season. They didn't even care about a gigantic offer like that. They are a rich club and I guess they thought that they would make up for it.
1863  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 01, 2021, 07:25:36 PM
But by the way, this thin finish is common for their matches because at least in their last five matches, they have only won by 2 goals or 1 goal and the rest are draws with both teams to score. Also, considering the previous two matches where Leipzig didn't get a good result in their first away game, and Wolfsburg who seemed to be playing a tight and hard game. So it's no wonder the end result of their match was only 1-0 to win at home and well, there are still many games ahead and consistency is something that is important if they are to get the title.

I agree that it is early to talk about the probability of Wolfsburg's competing for the title. Only 3 matches don't show what can happen in general. Wolfsburg or another team, I really want to see at least one of the other teams competing for the title till the end. Otherwise, Bayern Munich will dominate the league again and become the champions easily.
1864  Economy / Speculation / Re: What have changed in BTC price on: September 01, 2021, 07:15:24 PM
I think that this year has been quite positive about Bitcoin so far in general. I remember the huge dump. But the pandemic period helped this market start being preferred more than ever in this year. Because many people got stuck at their homes. They needed new things not to get bored and they met cryptocurrencies. There has been a huge demand for Bitcoin so far. And we are still expecting a bull run in this year also. If it happens, this year might be unbeatable for a long time.
1865  Economy / Economics / Re: "Crypto is no longer in the early adoption stage" on: September 01, 2021, 07:08:28 PM
I think that everybody should be aware of this already. Bitcoin has been maintaining itself for more than ten years in this market. It is no joke anymore.  Grin  Things have gotten really serious and the adoption rate is increasing at a fast pace. It has been a long time since we left the early adoption stage behind. From now on, Bitcoin is already quite powerful and it is gathering more strength as long as the demand increases.
1866  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL vs Staking, What is the best strategy? on: September 01, 2021, 12:49:37 PM
Everybody has their own strategies. There is no certain thing like HODL is better than staking or vice versa. However, my choice is always to HODL in this case. Because to make a lot of money in staking, you need to stake a very high amount of money. Otherwise, you would get nearly nothing. But it is not the same for HODLing. Of course, the more the money, the more your profit becomes. But after HODLing for a long time, you can have a chance to double, triple etc. your investment. This is so profitable way for me.
1867  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 01, 2021, 12:41:36 PM
We are going to start to the new match week with the Milan - Lazio match. These teams both got 2 wins in 2 matches so far. Both of them had easy opponents to be honest. It is time for a real challenge for both sides. As of Zlatan's coming back from an injury, Milan will be much stronger on attacking. However, Lazio are also very powerful now. Immobile is in a great form. In this duel, I think that both teams will score goals and maybe the match could end in a draw.
1868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Belgian Jupiler league 21/22 - discussion on: September 01, 2021, 12:35:16 PM
Club Brugge got a very terrible result right before the national break. I guess that nobody expected them to lose to Gent with a score like 6-1. Actually, I think that Club Brugge are a much more powerful team than Gent. But somehow, they were demolished by Gent. I assume that the players want to forget about this match quickly and focus on a win in the next match to make up for it. But only one win can't make up for this of course. They need a win streak.
1869  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: August 31, 2021, 08:12:47 PM
I was quite surprised by the result of the match between AC Milan and Cagliari, my previous prediction, AC Milan might not be able to score more than 3 goals in this match. Milan turned out to be able to score 4 goals. Giroud is still showing that he is a striker who has not lost his goal-scoring instinct. Milan's consistency is important to maintain a chance for top 3 position this season.

To be honest, it was not very surprising for me as Cagliari were a really easy opponent for them. I know that Zlatan Ibrahimovic was still injured and it was not known how good Giroud would play in this match. I must admit that I didn't expect him to score more than one goal. The supporters must be really delighted with his performance. They are able to score 4 goals even without Zlatan and that's really good news. This proves that they are not depending on one player.
1870  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: August 31, 2021, 08:06:57 PM
PSG is just very rich club and doesn't care. Putting a star in their shirts is the ultimate goal of the owner and he is ready to sacrifice Mbappe for free for that. PSG tried its best directly and indirectly via his father and friends to convince Mbappe to renew the contract but everything seems to fail. We will see if there is something that will happen in the last few hours.

Even though PSG is rich, refusing 220 million euros is a reckless act because with that much money PSG will be able to do a lot. As a result of this action, PSG must be ready to lose Mbappe for free because his heart is not for PSG anymore, no matter how many times PSG offers a contract extension, I guess it will certainly be rejected by Mbappe.

I agree with you. Mbappe no longer wants to stay at PSG. No player should be forced into the team. PSG should sell him. Besides, Mbappe is a bit selfish. He does not want to adapt to Messi. Which would not be good for the team. PSG should sell Mbappe to Real Madrid. 220m is a big amount.

Psg wants 220 million, but this does not mean that Real Madrid will pay that kind of money. And it could be that PSG will raise the price even higher. They hope that they can persuade the player to renew the contract so that they can dictate terms to any club. But I think Mbappe's desire to move to Real Madrid is strong enough to achieve his goal and fulfill his dream.

Real Madrid were actually ready to pay €200m. As far as I know, their last offer was it. But PSG still resisted the offer and didn't even say anything. I know that PSG are a really rich club and they won't care about his being free agent at the end of the season. But still, I don't think that it was a wise decision. Everton have loaned Moise Kean to Juventus. After selling Ronaldo to Manchester United, Juventus were in search of a good player to fill his place. They first wanted to loan Eden Hazard from Real Madrid. And actually, Real Madrid were also thinking of loaning him to a club to open space for Mbappe as far as I know. However, Mbappe transfer is not happening right now. So, they wouldn't like to sell Hazard too. Therefore, Juventus started looking for another player but they had a limited time as the transfer window was nearly closing. And they decided to get Kean again for the season. He is only 21 and quite talented. He can help the team a lot with his goals.
1872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to manage losses? on: August 31, 2021, 07:52:33 PM
Before starting to make an investment into any cryptocurrencies, it is the best to get informed about the coin you think of investing into as much as possible. If you rush things, you can't know what to do when you see that you are losing a lot of money. You should always have a plan B before making an investment. We don't make profit all the time in the end.

I personally try to stay as calm as possible to think healthy. I observe the recent movements of the coin and make a decision after that. If I think that the fall can continue for more time, then I sell some amount of my investment and invest them into a coin/coins that I think that it has a potential to increase later. If there is not any according to my analysis, then I keep being patient and wait for more time to think about a new investment.
1873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The life span of bitcoin is till infinity on: August 31, 2021, 07:43:36 PM
I'm not very sure about the lasting until infinity part. However, Bitcoin is going on a very decent track now. Even many old people are getting to know Bitcoin as time goes on. We can see people from every age being a Bitcoin trader or a user in the future. And the number of people who are into Bitcoin is increasing at a fast pace every day as you can see. This will be one of the biggest factors which will prevent Bitcoin from going down to zero.

Dortmund are interested in signing Chelsea's 20-year-old left winger Callum Hudson-Odoi. But it is said that Tuchel wants to keep him at the club. In the last season, he played in 37 matches in total. He got 5 goals and 5 assists. He is still very young and he still seems to be in Chelsea's plans. Chelsea maybe want to see him developing there and after that they might think of selling him for a really high price in the future.

It looks like Dortmund are really close to announcing Callum Hudson-Odoi deal soon. Chelsea are really close to accept the loan deal by Dortmund. When it comes to continuing to improve, Dortmund are one of the right clubs for him. So, I hope that he can continue to improve himself and go back to Chelsea much better in the next season.

1875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: August 31, 2021, 11:22:18 AM
Real Madrid are still unable to sign Kylian Mbappe even though they offered around 200 million euros for him. I don't understand why PSG don't even say anything about it. It is really a big disgrace. I really wanted to see Mbappe at Real Madrid but it doesn't seem like this transfer will come true at least this summer. But as of January, Real Madrid will be able to sign him without paying a transfer fee. They should just be patient as Mbappe wants to go there for certain.
The secret is PSG still keep silent after that increasing offer from Real Madrid. They did not say they reject it, just keep silent. It can be a silent signal that they don't want to bargain the transfer price with Real Madrid because as announced, they don't want to sell Mbappe. Let's count down a few more hours and see how this transfer drama ends.

There is no other reason so far than PSG who are still determined to keep him at least for this season. The arrival of Messi will increase their chances of winning the Champions League title this season which they have always craved. I know that PSG's decision not to sell Mbappe will be risky because his contract is up. But it will be very unlikely for PSG to release their flagship player to another team for free. PSG will offer Mbappe a longer contract and seal him from being a free transfer.
Very last hours till the close of summer transfer and PSG still try to keep Mbappe. Do they really believe that they can change the mind of Mbappe and renew a contract successfully?

I think PSG do know that they will lose Mbappe without transfer fee if they fail to convince him to renew a contract in the next few months. They are gambling and taking risk. It means how important Mbappe is in their development plan.

I hope that PSG's silence is a positive signal for this transfer. Because I really want him to be transferred by Real Madrid from now on. Before anything else, Mbappe wants to play at Real Madrid from now on. Yeah, he is still playing great at PSG. And I have no doubt he will still show his best performance if he stays for more time. But it is the right way to do for the benefit of both sides.
1876  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or altcoins on: August 31, 2021, 11:12:41 AM
It could be the best time to buy Bitcoin and Ethereum at the same time now. Bitcoin price is not able to resist against $50k resistance level and the price is still stagnant nowadays. But after breaking it, I think that its way will be wide open. While Bitcoin is in such condition, Ethereum price continues to increase interestingly. With Ethereum 2.0, there will not be a big hindrance for it except Bitcoin's movements and I believe that it can double its price at least in a new bull run.
1877  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will $50,000 be the resistant price? on: August 31, 2021, 11:05:34 AM
Last night, we saw Bitcoin price at $46.8k. It is having a big difficulty in fighting back against the $50k resistance level recently. If it goes on like this, it seems very probable that Bitcoin price can continue to decrease. To  be honest, I wasn't expecting $50k resistance as unbreakable for a long time. I wonder if there is a specific reason now. I guess people are still demanding Bitcoin a lot considering the possibility of reaching $100k this year.
1878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: August 29, 2021, 11:03:28 AM
Manchester Utd are preparing for their first match after Ronaldo has joined the team. However, he will not be able to play as he is injured now. I don't really know how he's got injured. Because he played in one game at Juventus before this deal ended. Manchester Utd should be able to defeat Wolves here. Maybe Wolves can score one goal but I don't expect them to resist Manchester Utd.
1879  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto will rival or replace crypto in 10 years? on: August 29, 2021, 10:50:54 AM
Replacement of fiat? No, I don't think that we will see volatile cryptocurrencies replacing fiat currencies ever in the future. Governments of big countries don't think of taking such action now or later. Instead, they are developing their own digital currencies which are nearly guaranteed to replace fiat currencies. And it might happen in 10 years, who knows.
1880  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to trigger central bank collapse on: August 29, 2021, 10:40:54 AM
If central banks don't start to integrate digital currencies to their system, I also believe that Bitcoin can cause central banks to collapse. It is already obvious that we won't go on with fiat currencies forever. Governments are developing their own digital currencies to get ready for the future. There will be no more fiat currencies after some point. So, central banks can't maintain their existence while only giving place to fiat currencies.
