Atletico Madrid lost to even Levante in their home match by 0-1. This is really huge. Atletico Madrid are having very serious problems in this season. They can't even beat the team at the last position in the standings. I thought that they would start a decent form after defeating Getafe in a very competitive match. But apparently, I was wrong. It is even doubtful whether Atletico Madrid can finish the season in top four in my opinion. With his performance level, it is much more difficult.

We can feel sorry for Greuther Furth maybe but Bayern Munich shouldn't do the same. Underestimating an opponent would cost really big. Because we watched the Bochum v Bayern Munich match and saw how great Bochum performed and literally destroyed Bayern Munich by 4-2. Bayern Munich wouldn't even think of underestimating Furth after this result. They are going to be completely focused on winning this match. And there is a high probability for them to get a very comfortable win too.

Juventus are going to play against Torino in a home match in two days. And I strongly think that Juventus are going to be the victor at the end of this match. Juventus are a far stronger team than Torino now. And after drawing with Atalanta last, they would like to continue to win again by this match. They have a good history against Torino. And Juventus are much stronger in their attacking side with the new transfers. Besides, there is a Fiorentina v Atalanta match this week too. If Atalanta stumbles here, Juventus will have the chance to increase the gap with them.

PSG had an incredibly high dominance yesterday but they still barely managed to become victorious by 1-0 in their home match. From now on, I think that Real Madrid won't be able to advance because the PSG I know would secure at least a draw in the second leg.

I'm so happy for Manchester United ending their bad streak finally. They played a difficult match against Brighton home maybe but they still won it by 2-0. Ronaldo wasn't scoring for at least a few weeks in the league but finally he scored in this one. And his goal was really impressive. And after Brighton got a red card, their hopes started to die down. Manchester United's second goal came very late right before the end of the match. But it was still a nice goal by Fernandes.

Atletico Madrid are going to play their missing match tomorrow night against Levante. And this is one of the most comfortable matches for them. Levante are literally the worst team in the league now. They have got only one win so far and they are the number one candidate to relegate from the La Liga. Atletico Madrid should be able to win this match without a problem. I know that they are having a troubling season but this is still a must-win match for them.

Benfica must be really frustrated about being way behind Porto and Sporting in the standings now. They dominated the league for so many seasons but they haven't been able to do the same in the recent years. And it looks like one of the top 2 will reach the championship once more. Benfica need to fix their problems as soon as possible to be able to join this race. They won't be able to do so in this season maybe but they can do much better in the next season. They are a strong team but made simple mistakes so far.

Do you think that Tottenham can win this match somehow? There is always a probability of course but it really seems to be a very far one. Manchester City's current run is just unbelievably great. And playing a home match against an out-of-form team like Tottenham is another easy competition for them. It looks like Tottenham's losing streak will go on. I won't be criticizing them if they lose this match because it is near impossible to win.    But one thing is certain that they need to get up and fight as soon as possible.

Juventus are one of the impressive teams for a long time. They have been impressive because they haven't lost in the Serie A for eleven weeks straight. Maybe they lost points in some simple matches too but this is still a huge form for them after starting the season terribly. They are still at the fourth place and their primary goal should be keeping their position. Because they have to finish the season in top four to be able to promote to the Champions League. And I believe they will.

Barcelona and Atletico Madrid had a really interesting week. Atletico Madrid played first against Getafe and they hardly managed to win by 4-3. I never thought that Getafe would resist them this much. And Barcelona had a derby match against Espanyol last night. After a really fierce rivalry, it ended in a draw by 2-2. Espanyol were really close to winning and they must be devastated by the last minute goal.

Tottenham are still making me disappointed. After Antonio Conte came here, they started a really great form in the league actually. And I had no problem with their loss against Chelsea in Stamford Bridge too as it was already a very difficult match for Tottenham. However, their losses against Southampton and Wolves in even home matches were really unbelievable. I don't know what has started going wrong with them but they should work this out fast. Otherwise they might not end the season even at a European tournament spot.

It was another great weekend in the Serie A. Milan have taken the first position in the standings after a long break. Inter led the league for a very long time but their drawing with Napoli by 1-1 helped Milan leave them behind finally. Napoli would have even won that match if they were able to make use of their chances better. And this would have meant that they would be the new leader now. Anyway, the top three teams are still very close to each other and everything can change very quickly.

James Harden still hasn't started to play at 76ers. They played a home game against Thunder last night and won. There is some kind of feeling in me that Harden will be more successful there. I mean the team will perform better compared to Harden's time at Nets. I'm still hoping Harden to win at least one title. He has had a great career in terms of individual statistics so far. But he has won zero title unfortunately. We will see if he will make it at 76ers.

Manchester United v Southampton is the match that I'm curious about the most right now. I will be supporting Manchester United in this match. I know that they were not good enough against Burnley and got a draw as a result of it. But I expect Manchester United to play more differently this time. I think that they will be more effective in scoring and they will do everything they can to get that win. They mustn't continue like this if they are aiming the Champions League next season.

Lazio - Bologna is going to be the first match today and Lazio are seen as the closest team to a win. But there is a slight possibility for Immobile not to play in this match which is an important situation for Lazio. Because he scored one third of Lazio's goals in this season so far and they would feel his absence then. But he plays or not, I still expect Lazio to defeat Bologna one way or another. Their recent form has been bad and they need to keep winning to get better. Bologna have been too bad for a few weeks and this is a nice chance for Lazio.

Leipzig - Koln was a really good one for an opening match. The statistics of the match seemed to be quite balanced but Leipzig still were much better as for finishing their dangerous attacks with goals. They got a decent win by 3-1 and atoned for the loss they got against Bayern Munich last week. I really like to watch Leipzig nowadays as they seem to be very eager to win. This can help them finish the season at a decent position in the standings. They were far away from their look in the last season but now they are playing near that.

What a terrible match it was! PSG and Rennes both were really inadequate when it comes to finding the target. They both had more than 10 shots but only one of them was on target for both of them. PSG barely managed to win by a very late goal by Mbappe. Actually Mbappe scored in the 64th minute but it was disallowed because of offside. But they still managed to win this very difficult match. Messi made another assist in this match and his recent effort is really good. I appreciate Rennes' great effort against PSG also.

I also think that Sporting shouldn't be considered as out of the title race yet. Because there is still a long road ahead of Porto and Sporting both. And a gap like six points can be closed easily in a short time. It would directly depend on some probable mistakes of Porto on the coming weeks. I don't think that Porto will win all of their remaining matches. And Sporting must already be aware of the seriousness of the situation. They wouldn't give up on the title so soon.

Everyone is curious about what Nets are going to do with their new additions to the team. Harden might be seen as a big loss for them but I feel like that it was a nice trade too. Nets got very good players and things in return. And now, Kevin Durant can lead the team more freely compared to before. I believe that they will be more successful with a new starting five. And they desperately need to start fixing things now. Having a losing streak like 10 games is really serious now.

The new week is closing in and the biggest match of the weekend is going to be Napoli v Inter. This is one of the crucial matches regarding the championship this season. Napoli have the advantage of playing a home match but they should still be aware against Inter. Because Inter are capable of defeating every single team without looking at if it is an away match or not. They defeated Napoli once in this season and they would like to benefit from this psychological predominance. But Napoli may not let them do this again. If they score first again like they did before, this time they would get at least a draw.
