Barcelona match against Gefate was an interesting one. Barcelona scored 2 minutes into the match, but Gefate equalize the match with a smart goal 16 minutes after the Barca scored. Only for Delay to scored 30 minutes in the first half, and the first half ended with 3 goals. Although, the second half was goalless. I expected Barcelona to score 3 to 4 goals in the match, but anyway they performance was impressive, and they also dominated the match with 67% ball possession. They now have 7 points and currently at the 4th position.

A tough match for Atletico and they got 1 point with that fatal mistake from Mandi. Suarez is still important for Atletico Madrid in this season. Also if you’ll consider this game tough for Real Madrid then we might as well bet on Barcelona or Athletico to win the league title. Lastly I’m sincerely hoping that they’ll improve soon, or Carlo may not even last one full season at the club.

It's amazing how Villarreal in the match against Atletico made only two hits and scored two goals, while the Atletico almost the entire game besieged the gate of Villarreal and could barely play into a draw. Although this is probably more the merit of Villarreal, that they were able to realize 100% of their chances in this match. But the defense did not play properly and conceded twice in this match. So far, for me, Atletico and Real Madrid are two of the most obvious contenders for the championship, we'll see how they play further.

Atletico deserved at least that point and probably all 3 yesterday but I don't feel sorry for them since that is the way they won most of the points against better opponents in the past. Karma

Atletico Madrid had more than 20 goal attempts, 4 on goals but they scored 1 goal only. Villareal scored 2 goals from 2 attempts. Ball possession was close enough so I have to say both team deserve the 1 point or Villareal deserve to get 3 points.

Atletico Madrid barely secured one point in a game which they were highly dominant. Villarreal were on their lucky day that's for sure. Because they got only 2 shots and each of them ended up with a goal. Atletico Madrid were nearly losing the game if it wasn't for the last minute goal (90+4). If I have seen any "football manager" stats before, this one is one of the best ones. I always have these type of games in the game, have like 20 shots with 4-5 on goal and score zero, then opponent has 1 shot on goal which is scored and I lose the game. ATM is lucky to not get beaten honestly because sometimes life is that unlucky. In the short sense, this is what football is about, you can try to score as much as you can and be a lot better than your opponent but two lucky possessions and your opponent will be beating you instead.

This is why I believe that we should definitely enjoy the game. Plus I am shocked that after 3 games there is no team in the league with 9 points, nobody in the whole league had 3 wins in a row, everyone had at least one tie and that is great for the race but it is too early on to say anything just yet, anything could happen.

Not necessarily a striker of course, CAM would be fine too. Honestly I'm surprised you think Villarreal is a small team, even though I've been considering Villarreal a big team since the era of Juan Riquelme at that time, even though at that time I was too young to be an observer. It all happened, I think it was very painful for Villareal. But they were lucky enough to hold their own against Atletico Madrid. Villareal is a big club they deserve to be in the top flight, especially last season they won the Europa League. Madrid and Barcelona must be wary of Villareal, maybe they can lose. Next they will face Atalanta in the UCL group stage.
