FWIW: I remembered a huge Pyramid fraud scheme from back in the early 80's that took place in Detroit that had to do with people buying tickets to get in line to receive really cheap TV's and such, which reminded me exactly of what is going on with the GAW/Coinstand scheme. I never did find anything about that specific scheme (and yes they were busted and tossed in the slammer) when I was poking around last night, but I stumbled into the definition of what they were doing on the Pyramid Scheme wiki. I also remember a couple other fraud schemes of this type over the years, but that wiki was the first time I saw it called a "Matrix Pyramid Scheme". Ikeboy is back to his delusional anti-logic hero worship of Homero the Fraudster, just as I predicted he would do when he was posting somewhat critical things about the Paycoin scam a couple days ago. FYI: It does not matter what you want to call a fraud scheme, it is the fact that it involves fraud that is the important part, ikeboy. But, hey, have fun playing your idiotic semantics games. Edit to add: It is possible that after this shitshow reaches it's obvious conclusion that a new term for the hybrid Ponzi/Pyramid fraud scheme being pulled off by Josh & Co. will arise. I propose "Garza Scheme".

https://www.ftc.gov/public-statements/1998/05/pyramid-schemesA Matrix Scheme is a type of Pyramid Scheme and contrary to what you want to believe, ikeboy, these are definitely considered FRAUD and FRAUD is illegal. Your hero is a fraudster, deal with it. Specifically dealing with the Coinstand fraud scheme: Paycoins are the entry fee to get in the line to receive the fabulously priced merchandise (.50 = $20!!! ). The economics of this scheme does not work, the whole scam is centered around getting more people to buy entry (buying more XPY, which is coming from Homero&Co) into the line, and only a very few will (can) actually get the fabulous deal. This is in fact fraud, but hey, you live in your own universe where facts are irrelevant, so I suggest putting up some juicy Buy Bids so your Hero Homero can rip you off even further. ENJOY, ikeboy!

Yes, that Email is very clear evidence of intent to defraud. Josh & Co clearly knew the plan they presented to investors would not work (Duh... ), yet they sold this idiotic "$20 Floor" plan to them and then just kept their money.*And then emptied the GAW corporate coffers into anonymous BTC wallets, likely buying their own XPY during the "$20 Floor attempt*. FRAUD. Plain and simple. There are so many clear cut examples of clear intent to defraud that it is hard to believe these brazen criminals are still being allowed to continue with this whole fraudcake.

LOL Bmorekeith Yeah it's fine if they hold your coins for months. Damn crazies. Ya, I didn't catch any of the complete imbeciles/shills saying that this is ok to just lock you out of your account and keep your BTC/XPY, or "just deal with it, you shouldn't invest more than you can stand to lose" and other complete absurdities defending this obvious lockout so that Josh&Co can enjoy some extra dumping without the released XPY from cashtakers competing, etc. in that thread. Incredible. Edit to add: Here is one. "Suck it up ya fucking WUSS!" Uhhhh, how's about a great big hot cup of "Fuck YOU!".

Coinstand and the way it is being presented by GAW through chosen "invitations" is what is commonly referred to as a "Pyramid Scheme". Specifically, a Matrix type of Pyramid Scheme, and is illegal, just like pretty much every other scheme presented by the GAW gang of crooks. Pyramid Scheme from Wikipedia. This is not just a horrendously tacky and cruel marketing strategy to pump their scam coin, it is in fact illegal. https://archive.today/zXrM6Anyone being denied an invite live in Florida? Florida is especially forceful about prosecuting Pyramid Scheme fraudsters.

Anyone even slightly familiar with Josh's spelling and atrocious grammar knows it isn't him posting.
Eggzackry. I do think whoever is doing the posts (seems to be more than one style, and the change of name to "Mr. CEO" is likely not some random thing) is trying to imitate Josh's total lack of command of the English language and childish tweet-like writing style, but they fail miserably. Who can be behind the posts? Zoiks! Like click here to unmask the front man ==> UNMASK<== Awe.... Seems Mr CEO peruses this forum and realized sending his victims here was an extremely poor choice when they have put so much effort into blinding them with bullshit. One glimpse of truth might wake them out of their trance. Please, feel free to quote this and use any of the images I create ya effing morons and criminals taking advantage of morons on HT.

nice of them to advertise bct and gh
Indeed. I have no doubt that some of those who are beginning to question what is going on over there have never seen this thread, and when they do some may well be awakened. Bring it on Bitcoin Bra! Send them here! PLEASE! P.S: They are truly getting desperate. Note the part about people here threatening violence. Please point out these threats ya fucking stooge. Other than the idle drunken threats from a certain retarded pet bear in Surrey a couple months ago(which I reported to moderators, BTW) I do not recall seeing a single threat here.

About time. These same old couple of idiot douchebag shill punching bags hanging out here are getting rather tattered and smelly.

i never saw that much of stupidity and heavy disability concentrated in one post. Smoking bacon is known to have severe effects on higher cognitive function and perception of reality. Right up there with PCP and Bath Salts.

gonzo at its best. SOON! What? Thieves don't Hodl? Nevermind that the most likely scenario is that this was either an inside job or that there actually was no theft at all (most likely IMO). Just a way to delay the release of the cashtaker coins until they can squeeze out some more BTC and then leave the market in tatters when the XPY is finally delivered.

LOL. Was almost sorta semi believable until here: By reckoning, Josh Garza is the only suspect presented in the quest to unmask Verto that is even remotely qualified from a technical standpoint to have pulled the Evolution heist. Homeros skills are pretty much limited to gaining people's trust and lying, and he is a piss poor liar. I guess being able to bamboozle people into thinking you're a trustworthy person goes a long ways towards papering over being a poor liar. Not that Homero has not hired some competent people to do some things in the past, so it is of course still possible.

everyone moves from paybase to paycoin.com - get mugged - and praise teamxpy how well they are doing? amazing Well cultist don't really look too far into what they're being told, they just believe it fully.

As usual ikeboy is WRONG. That picture was from one of the Homero email leaks. If it was shopped, it means that Homero shopped it.

THis is supposedly what, the third law firm they've "engaged"? And by "engaged" does he mean, called on the phone? Walked by their building? Looked them up in Google? Not "hired", or "retained", but "engaged".
That was exactly my thought. He emailed them asking for their rates for a specific kind of representation or analysis. They replied. Engaged.

looks like they are going to claim a hack attempt at paycoin.com now "Wallet.Paycoin.com - Security Breach"
And only "FUDders" (Those that want to GTFO of the Paycoin nightmare) accounts got hacked and can't be opened up. The faithful (Those that vociferously proclaim that they will hodl straight to the bottom) have already had their accounts released from hostage.

Where would you go to get a good price to input on the password line? I have an S5 that I want to try it out on. The C1's never worked with it at all unless I was mining %100 on Westhash.com.
I set it maybe 5-10% lower than the Coinwarz predicted return for 1 TH. The best pools average maybe 95% of predicted payout (most are usually more like 85-90% after you factor in the fee), so that is the price line you want to be above. dude you set over not under the bitcoinwisdom prediction. you do it to help prevent excessive switching. for now 0.01078 is 1 th a day. so do 0.0120 as in p = 0.0120 then use f2pool kano's pool or ban as second choice Not if you want to maximize the potential of Nicehash. First off, you need to decide if you want to beat the average pool payout, or pretend that all pools pay 100%, as Kano suggested. A realistic average for pool payout (yes, I understand why, but thanks for flooding the thread with luck explanations ) is ~90% (some slightly more, some less) of that .01078, so ~.009 is what you will likely average from a pool over a month period. Then you need to factor in the time lost due to switching pools if you set at a higher rate compared to setting it right around or even slightly lower than that .009, and more importantly, the higher paying bids you will miss out on if you switch over too often. I have tried higher, same, slightly lower and no price cutoff using Nicehash/Westhash, and the best long term yield is setting it right near what your failover pool averages. You are of course quite free to choose your own method and ignore all of what I say, please do, I will certainly enjoy being able to scoop up more of the high bids for myself.

Poor Favelle. He will need to sell a lot of snakes to recoup his Paycoin losses. And the pity is that he was hearing all of this evidence of Paycoin being a scam when he could have gotten out with a profit, and chose to be greedy and ignore reality. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him think.
