1921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another scam project please stop scamming on: May 09, 2020, 02:41:25 AM
The project is called HUSTLE for god sakes.
In english, to hustle someone means to scam/cheat/fool him.

This is like investing in a project calles SCAM and then complaining it's a scam

Lol! Apparently the project has leave up to its name, sometimes when someone get scammed partly the fault is coming from the person who got scammed before the scammer is at fault,
The name of a project and what it represent also play a vital role in choosing a project to invest on, clearly, the op can see this project was not aim for anything meaningful than a quick 'HUSTLE' he ignore the signs and throw in money, now he sees the end result.
We should be careful the kind of project we invest on.
1922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gender in blockchain. on: May 08, 2020, 06:39:05 AM
In blockchain it is about your intelligence, brilliant ideas and ability to make a difference not about your gender, as much as we have many males in this business so also the females are striving hard to contribute to support the space, am glad to see the number of females in this space are increasing from previous years, it shows more females  are taking interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency, with that, we can expect to see even more bigger numbers in years to come.
1923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CZ, and Charles Hoskinson takedown Peter Schiff with brilliant responses!!! on: May 08, 2020, 06:26:42 AM
I think the more they respond to his bullshit, the more he feels relevant and the need to keep shit posting, what is the best answer to a fool again!  Ha yes, it is called 'Silence' they should try it, am sure it will work like magic, you don't give people like this the opportunity to talk more,
If gold is saviour of humanity then let's see how it will happen although nothing has happen from years before.
1924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Centric- The Novel Dual-Currency Payment Method and Increasing Store of Value on: May 04, 2020, 05:20:01 AM

Hold Centric Rise and watch the value of your holdings increase every hour.

The above caught my attention i read from your website and I couldn't resist asking how this is possible in a market that is highly volatile, how can a coin/token continue to rise every hour! Definitely sounds too good to be true, lol! This sounds like another BullionCoin that was claim it will continue to rise and not fall, what happen to it!     It was a huge scam,
Centric Rise is using the same approach, I guess I will have to watch and see how this coin rise to the highest level hourly without any fall.
Goodluck.
1925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockburn, A big Failure on: May 04, 2020, 04:08:48 AM
I've never seen a big failure project like blockburn this year so far, in 2019 when this project was released it was trading at a whopping 0.93$, and after bounty was over, without sending any token to any bounty hunter the value is now 0.00007$, this will be the first failure project I promoted this year, the use case is something that should work as per my research but the question is, what happened? Exit scam? Or team dumped?

I think this should clarify the perception of people saying reward given to hunters are the reason price of a project dump, even when reward of burn are yet to be distributed the price of burn went from $0.93 to $0.00007, such a huge dump, I was also shock to see such a huge fall in price, maybe as a result of the market situation or the team doing something behind close doors who knows,
The project looked good, idea was great, price was also very good even before ieo and the swap but suddenly the huge dump, it is really hard to say what happened.
I join the campaign because of the initial price but unfortunately things are not as we hoped it to be.
1926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay in waves or convert them to ethereum? on: May 03, 2020, 10:12:45 AM
I bought a good number of Waves coin a couple of years ago. By watching many development news and update I thought it will contest with Eth in future. But i am now frustrated.

I bought each waves at BTC0.00135 and current price is BTC0.00012+

Should i stay in waves or convert them to ethereum?
I wished you converted in 2018 around January to March or just take your profit, waves all time high was 18$ and now it's trading at 1$, to see that kind of surge again depends entirely on Bitcoin movement in future, though ethereum is better than waves, sorry for your loss

I guess seeing that ATH makes some people believe it was worth holding, i knew waves long ago and it is not as fast as other coin interns of price movement, too slow in my opinion, selling now will mean losing some amount, waves don't have so much enthusiast as eth and other coins does, so to me i would say sell and buy btc to recover, halving is fast approaching you never know how price will react.
1927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be the ideal currency of the future? on: May 03, 2020, 08:57:53 AM

It is decentralized, no one controls it

I think out of the option you mentioned for an ideal currency, the above is the more reason why i think btc can not be an ideal currency, can you imagine a world where the purchasing power is not centralized and regulated? that means anyone can do as they please with their money or currency, abuse it if you want, oppress the weak as you see fit, and the list goes on, a large portion of btc already in the hands of a few influential people that have the power to manipulate and control the market, what will happen if it is now made the ideal currency! will it be evenly distributed!
although nobody can tell what the future will be like but i don't think btc will be ideal currency.
1928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Idena is the first Proof-of-Person Blockchain on: May 02, 2020, 06:48:09 AM
It would be nice to see Idena listed on Binance exchange...
Community Coin Vote, better sooner than later
https://twitter.com/binance/status/1255356801790468097

Of course every project dreams to get listed on Binance since is the holy grail of exchanges and it will make some hype, no doubt but still, Idena is in it's infancy we can at least try to get it on a couple of top 50 exchanges before giving a shot for Binance or at lest on 2 exchanges so we can get it on CMC.

Anyway I'll cast my vote (reply to the post). Respect!

It is very funny how many project aspire to be listed on binance and yet the many crypto enthusiast heavily criticize the exchange, why everyone believe only the mention of binance can bring such hype to project or can make the project worth the attention of the crypto community! in my opinion projects should create their own hype rather than relying on any exchnge to do that for them, Idena project should be supported by the crypto community because it is worth it not because it will be list on binance which may probably not improve the price, since not all coin listed on binance has such a high price.
1929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Know Your Developer (KYD) Bridging trust between community and developer! on: May 02, 2020, 06:24:38 AM
Since 2018 this project was lunch or at least the ann thread was created and am just seeing for the first time, when i read the project concept and i thought finally something to help the crypto community make a better choice and prevent from scam project, but it seem project has been paused,
i was going to ask what is the kyd method to gather dev information and how will they be certain they are given the right credentials and not just fake, i hope the dev will continue with project because the concept seem nice, i think crypto community need this type of project.
1930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📢 [ANN] [WLLO] ⚜️WillowCoin⚜️ | HIGH-POS CRYPTOCURRENCY | 🚀 750% ANNUAL POS 📢 on: May 02, 2020, 05:22:01 AM

1931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MY BLOCKCHAIN WALLET WAS STOLEN 0.39070099 BTC !!! on: May 01, 2020, 05:59:59 AM
Or he could just get one for free if he doesnt want to spend even that much to safe keep his cryptocurrency. Undecided
I know not as good as the ones you listed but still it is a starting point at the very least.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5244832.0
Free raffle for a keepkey still some spots left to enter.

It's not like OP is guaranteed to win the raffle, right? Assuming OP wants to buy bitcoin again soon, it'd probably be best to just spend the measly $70 rather than OP hoping that he actually wins the 1/100 chance.

There should not be any debate at all about it, now OP has learned from the hard way, if he had spared just few dollars to buy a hardware wallet he would have been spared from this pain and disappointment,  only a miracle can help him recover his funds back which I doubt will happen,
0.3btc stolen compare to $70 to buy a hardware wallet which would have been better!
Now he is aware of taken security seriously, @op sorry you lose your funds but i hope you will take advice and go buy a hardware wallet.
1932  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Simple warning; “Trustdice” will steal your crypto. on: May 01, 2020, 05:38:17 AM
......fraud is still very much a big part of crypto currency and you should definitely be aware of this place and steer clear, they will just take your funds to further their own bank roll.

There, this last words very truthful, I mean with the way things are operated in crypto where people wants to scam others in every little chance they get is very disturbing, many users patronizing this site because of the trust they thought they had in this platform but unfortunately that is not the case, people have to be really careful with any platform that involves putting funds that you have no control over,
Am sure there are other users like you who have also experience same mistreatment, good thing you came out to warn people.
1933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency crime in Netherlands. on: May 01, 2020, 05:19:07 AM
People will always commit crime irrespective of whether being in crypto or not,  $21 million is no small money to defraud people of, why not utilize that brain on something positive, if they can crea8a website for criminal activities why not turn it into something useful in blockchain that equally generate funds, I guess the mind of scammers work differently,
Anyways, good thing the authorities quickly step into action and was able to apprehend them, it would have been another dent on crypto and a bad experience for some people.
1934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I introduce a coin that I believe it is good but no one care? on: April 30, 2020, 11:28:08 AM
I think people have the right to make their own opinions and choose what they feel is best, you can only make suggestions but don't need to get all worked up just because nobody take your suggestions seriously,  the market is big enough,
you can't expect everyone to agree with you, if this project you are suggesting is as good as you say, am sure pretty soon everyone will start noticing it, let them discover on their own, I believe if something is good, it doesn't need much marketing before the awareness grow.
Between if you are part of the project team  you are not doing a great job to get the much needed attention,   incase you haven't noticed nobody pay much attention to new project especially the poorly advertised ones.
1935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Best Exchanges for Your New Token on: April 30, 2020, 11:02:49 AM
Why don't you try Gate.io I believe they are decent exchange that can support a start up project like yours, although not a good idea to aim at big names like Binance still you have consider avoiding shit exchange that can ruin the progress of your project even before getting stated, it all boils down to what you can afford,  but try to choose a decent exchange from the beginning.
1936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin sections to join. Dont waste your time with others on: April 30, 2020, 10:41:41 AM
ACTIVE
  • Arcs (April 29 - July 20 )
Just Added new campaign listed on coinmarketcap. Listed on Kucoin and have a good market cap. The campaign started today April 28 and will have 12 weeks long duration. Bit long but listed campaign on big exchange is quite rare opportunity.
To start with, the reward for the bounty is miserable considering the long duration of the bounty. 12 weeks isn't a joke. Pointedly, OP should bear in mind that not every listed projects like paying hunters after the bounty is over. Most of them even lock the tokens for a certain long period before releasing it to hunters, after the tokens must've lost value.

Some people just consider a project to be legit and worthy just because it is listed on exchange,  yeah this maybe an added advantage but not necessarily the criteria to measure a project that will pay or will be beneficial to hunters,
Just like you said, the reward is very small considering the duration and not limited to a certain number of participants,  at the end, participants will end up with very little reward,  i.e if they get paid.
Look at cartesi price already and the duration of time it will be paid, hopefully price will maintain otherwise, wont be all smiles for participants. Sometimes the project we list expect surprise us.
1937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance listing can't erase price dump on: April 29, 2020, 03:43:30 PM
Price dump is something that top exchanges can't fix ever, since crypto is volatile it's never going to be stable, many are saying some coins loses value or drop below IEO price on binance, what do you expected? That since the coins are listed on binance they should be surging Everytime? well that's not reality.

This shows that everyone should become a close friend with research, listing on Binance is not a bullet Proof to dump in value, do your own research even if a project is going binance, use cases are on different levels they are better than other, learn to pick the best.

This is a wrong perception by some people believing that once a project is listed on the top most exchange it will retain its price, that is never going to be possible because market will eventually determine the price, and the demand for such project will also play a vital role,
And we all know most coins/tokens don't have such demand that can drive the price and keep it from dumping.
Exchanges can not perform miracle on a project and stop it from dumping.
1938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies are safer with top altcoins on: April 29, 2020, 03:34:54 PM
Not just newbies, everyone would be better off with top coins, the most trusted is btc we already know that, investment should done with such caution because no one can predict what could happen in future, in my opinion, only btc should be long term, any other alts can be short to mid term, because lately you here cases of exit scam in a project,  or team dumping on holders, etc,
So btc still the safest investment and probably eth to diversify a bit.
1939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nobody learned anything from MT.Gox it seems. on: April 29, 2020, 03:22:01 PM
That should be at the back of everyone's mind, what happens with MT.Gox could easily happen again, more reason people shouldn't leave their assets on exchange, but in reality, that is very hard to do especially for day traders who need their money to be in the exchange to trade,
DeX on the other hand can't be compare to cex base on trading volume,  without volume traders can't trade satisfactory,
People want decentralization but they patronize more of centralized exchanges for now. Between not so many good dex around, plus most are not so user friendly.
1940  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here is why Cryptocurrency future in India is in danger on: April 29, 2020, 02:10:04 PM
With such post, I guess the people can already guess what will be his decision on cryptocurrency in the coming days ahead except for some reason he has a change of view, it is clear he is about regulating the space and since crypto have proven impossible to regulate, you can already guess what will happen,
This isn't such a good news for the crypto enthusiasts in india, he should take time to understand the technology and the positive impact it can have on their economy.
