He never agreed to reveal his ID to you, he shouldn't have to now. You are the one who didn't deliver a usable product. That is the main reason I have never dealt with MPT, he needs to protect is ID, I only like to deal with people I can look into.

You are going to be put on the pending scammer list until this issue is resolved.

Yes the title is different "master scammer list". His is just "how to spot a scammer". This list has also been separated into two sections pending scammers and confirmed scammers. I asked him before I used his list. I used the site for a month before i found his list. I didn't look there because of the title. I already know how to weed out scammers. 
I asked him to edit his title to include scammer list and he didn't want to, i am guessing because he didn't want to maintain the list? but dont know

I used pp backed by a cc, which seemed safe.  Looks like I may find out just how safe. (this is pretty safe depends how you sent)

the guy is in Vietnam. Good luck (you should have used the 'unauthorized transaction' - less questions, faster money back...(depends how you sent. If you sent from home as a gift this will end the case in the sellers favor)

Sort of off topic but... does anyone actually get away with PayPal scamming? (yes  I have been scammed. nothing I could do to get the money back)

But i also believe that if the seller is verified by paypal - i get my money back even if paypal isnt able to. (depends how you sent)

you as the scammer got yours.  Paypal is screwed and eats the loss there. (depends how you sent)


Admins should take note and put something on the user you can see its a possible scammer, or a confirmed scammer.  They haven't but I started a post for pending and confirmed scammers. It is titled MASTER'S SCAMMER LIST

I would love to know who gets refunded and what was said.

If this user has not been added to the master scammer list please post the person and the proof and i will add them to the scammer list

He will have to contact me or tomatocage himself this list is not mine it was taken from tomatocage. I dont use otc you can link to his rating if you like but I would let other users defend themselves. If you vouch for someone and then they scam you might be added to the pending cases.   

The best way to get your case reviewed quickly... Post a poll with all relevant information and links, after 48 hours if the poll is 60 percent or more in favor of marking scam the person or institution in question will be added to the pending scammer list. If the scam is time based you can message me if I have time I will review it as quick as possible.

No they don't. I have been involved with BTC for 7 months very heavily and I am not aware of any good options of obtaining bitcoins in fact they dont exist.
