Simple but effective plan to improve AMT, and make our customers whole.
1st. Improve AMT's image via small amounts of PR and marketing.
2nd. Restructuring AMT's current business model.
3nd. Sell efficient miners to specific target ground in both US and Intl markets.
4rd. Expand core services and products for distribution or resale via AMT.
5rd. Attribute 30% of any new profit to the "refund fund".
6th. Distribute refunds to clients.
7th. Grow AMT utilizing our current lean manufacturing model.
AMT's production chain/network applies principles of lean manufacturing, quick turn build to order production and direct shipment from our manufacturers in Asia. These principles aim to minimize parts inventories by requiring suppliers to restock specific (time consuming) parts only, like heatsink extrusions or case fabrication and only as needed. Continue to improve production via modular/universal casing adapting global industrial standards to our equipment. Continue to reduce costs by acquiring location based manufacturers or suppliers of parts in order to save on logistics. Exp. Make heat sinks in Turkey instead of shipping 200kgs of aluminum from china. Emphasize on AMT's build to order focal point as well as product customization and OEM production, as well as a central point for direct sales, logistics, procurement and delivery. Improve customer service via third party support teams. Work closely with high speed US brass factories, provide erudition as we get squared away. We'll elaborate more on this, but that is our general strategy. We hope those of you which support AMT will continue to do so and help us along the way. It's not easy for any company to deal with what we've dealt with, but we're sticking to our goals and will continue build AMT with the ultimately goal of making all of our initial customers feel whole.

Dear AMT fans and foes,
We realize that some of our clients who have received their machines are feeling a bit hostile. We want to assure everyone that we are putting together a compensation program that will go live on December 15th, 2014 or sooner. We'll do our best to compensate clients their full loss. Some clients have already been refunded, and we're doing the best we can every week.
Regarding the class action, we are in discovery processes. This is where plaintiffs counsel reviews all of our information, write a response and gives it to the judge to review.
Regarding FBI claims, FTC claims and the PA Attorney General, we have been in contact with all of them and we are going to work with them very closely now. And we're excited about that.
Regarding these skype chats that they are throwing around this forum, we'll still stand to say they are complete bullshit manifested by Tony Serrata (aka Opieum2). And honestly, we couldn't give a crap about them.
WHY does Tony Serrata keep posting negative things about us on a daily basis? Because he thinks we sell more than him. He's afraid of us.
And regarding our sales, as we've said it before we're not selling although we would like to. And the truth is we haven't sold since April 7th, 2014.
Why are we so being open, because even though we're trying to do the right thing the to the customers that want us to make them whole, are the same ones stopping up from bringing in new revenue in order to do that.

your new product is nothing but a Prisma block erupter which I buy for 1.5 BTC (maybe even cheaper, I have to check) all day long now. I am not a dummy when it comes to mining.
And we don't say its anything different than that. But it comes with a PSU and Rackmount case and fans which would retail for $350 at least. Just providing some convenience to the customer for a $50 mark up. |

this is what I was sent from China. Are you proud of this? I know I was singled out, because other people's miners don't look like this.. brand fans, very dirty and used looking. The green one hardly pushes air because of the wire that was cut. mis-matched connectors, showing 3 pin and 4 pin. Different wiring, but were all in the same type of 4 pin socket. Surely not wired correctly. This is a hack job.  Yes, we are proud of our products. We had a limited budget and did the best we could. IMET rapped us for a quarter of mil and you know that. Although we dont think the fans were different, but we'll take your word for it. Our next gen products are better as you can see.    |

I hear you saying things like this every so often, but saying you will give refunds and actually taking action are two different things. You told me you were going to send me a different miner, instead of this used one. You did not keep your word on that, so how can I believe your words now? AMT how is it you say you can't pay us back, but you are simultaneously expanding your business and website, buying factories, setting up offices as well as "hiring the best lawyers money can buy". I don't buy that you can't pay customers back. Isn't it better to just say you "won't" pay us back?
If we get our head above water, to the point where we can pay section at a time (exp - order groups 400-600-600-800) of clients back, we will and have every intention provide clients with something. But as of the last few months we have been skating on thin ice constantly, just getting by. And we have issued refunds where we could during that time. What? Didn't you send us an email saying that you got your miner working and everything was fine? |

I thought it would be interesting to note Joshua Zipkin predictably popped online and still does usually after posts in these threads. He acts like he does not care but this forum is his lifeline. And the fix is simple. Stop mining with the hardware he has, pay the people back he defrauded (Oh yea one of those orders was 250k yea we know about it and that's gonna be a hard one to fulfil). If Joshua Zipkin made it so we just broke even, it would go a long way. But he won't and won't even respond to this request. If so I expect it will be more excuses as to why not.
OH yea where is that refund and lawsuit you promised Josh? Oh right you can't? Cause you in Sofia right now with a pending warrant for your arrest right? AMT how is it you say you can't pay us back, but you are simultaneously expanding your business and website, buying factories, setting up offices as well as "hiring the best lawyers money can buy". I don't buy that you can't pay customers back. Isn't it better to just say you "won't" pay us back?
If we get our head above water, to the point where we can pay section at a time (exp - order groups 400-600-600-800) of clients back, we will and have every intention provide clients with something. But as of the last few months we have been skating on thin ice constantly, just getting by. And we have issued refunds where we could during that time. |

I thought it would be interesting to note Joshua Zipkin predictably popped online and still does usually after posts in these threads. He acts like he does not care but this forum is his lifeline. And the fix is simple. Stop mining with the hardware he has, pay the people back he defrauded (Oh yea one of those orders was 250k yea we know about it and that's gonna be a hard one to fulfil). If Joshua Zipkin made it so we just broke even, it would go a long way. But he won't and won't even respond to this request. If so I expect it will be more excuses as to why not.

Actually, It's your ego that's getting in the way at the moment. AMT isn't working around the community, nor are we hiding lol. We just don't care to write on this forum anymore as we explained last month. Even though we don't engage in your daily crap fest we're still just as popular either way, so why should we loose our time like opieum2. And please be sure that we're contributing to the community everyday, we resent that statement. Do notice its the same 4-6 individuals that comment about about us, and it's been that way since ...January. And please know they are wrong about so many things, but we feel there's no point even to go into it.
