I thought it would be interesting to note Joshua Zipkin predictably popped online and still does usually after posts in these threads. He acts like he does not care but this forum is his lifeline. And the fix is simple. Stop mining with the hardware he has, pay the people back he defrauded (Oh yea one of those orders was 250k yea we know about it and that's gonna be a hard one to fulfil). If Joshua Zipkin made it so we just broke even, it would go a long way. But he won't and won't even respond to this request. If so I expect it will be more excuses as to why not.

We skim your posts and look for something of relevance but never seem to find anything. Regarding larger investors we've already started paying them back and plan to continue doing so when things pick up. As they have invested a larger amount than you and most likely their order is in front of yours, they'll get paid back first. See Tony, you received your miners ahead of other people, and cloud hashing, and all sorts of fun extra's from us. We feel that we've taken care of you as a client. As far as we are concerned, we did things to the best of our ability and any court will agree with that. They'll look at our financial records and see we took X in, and 60% of X went to chips, 25% of X went to our failings with IMET and 15% of X went to China's build with the chips we had left, and shipping miners to our clients. Clients just like you Tony. Regarding any crap about mining, we had a factory build our miners, they tested them for a few days and they we're shipped.

Yes, we are proud of our products. We had a limited budget and did the best we could. IMET rapped us for a quarter of mil and you know that.  Although we dont think the fans were different, but we'll take your word for it. Our next gen products are better as you can see.

What is the SSH login for this image? It would be good to see some cgminer stats to compare to the webUI. All other vendors allow SSH access to their systems for proper management.

We've already compiled your slander into the filing.  And shipping started just a few weeks after josh was in china. We shipped by order number, your order 1400 something and still jumped several others. First off how do you KNOW what my motives are? Firstly, I never stated I was out to bankrupt you so how do you KNOW this? Back up that claim with some proof. Real proof. We've already compiled your slander into the filing.  And shipping started just a few weeks after josh was in china. We shipped by order number, your order 1400 something and still jumped several others. Are you complaining about getting your miner before someone else who deserved it more because they ordered in November instead of February, or about the time of delay in general? Either way you're bringing up crap so that we comment on it so you can elaborate on it and bla bla.  And yes, we handed off the possible 6 clients that would come on this forum off to you or anyone else really for support, because we don't want to support people on a public forum which has characters like yourself. Several support requests have came in via and we took care of them one by one.

We still have the intent to refund clients, and the reason we didn't provide an action plan was because we didn't know. We knew we built a new model of a miner that is more applicable to data centers and possibly more interesting. We didn't know Tony Serratta would become our next troll and write crap about us everyday which would effect sales. We did know that our miners were working and we felt comfortable enough to ship them to clients and start sales again. Really..  An action plan was never given because we sell a machine who's value is based on a deregulated currency's price, consumer sentiment, and our reputation.  But the intention is there yes, as you already knew.

There's no point in arguing with you, and you're motives were obvious since June. But really there is no point because no one reads our thread, because our clients don't come from here and we have so few of them anyway. Because your efforts to stop our tiny blip of a company succeeded, but mostly because we don't really care anymore after being in such a rut. Lets just say your right, ok buddy. Although you did not invest, you paid for a pre-ordered machine and you received it.  Your sole purpose for the last month was to distract clients and staff alike. Your claims of helping our company help the community is pure bullshit, otherwise you wouldn't have recruited people for the class action while assisting us at the same time. Nor would you sign up for it yourself for that matter. You wouldn't have sent mass emails to all potential clients informing them about an FBI filing and the course of action to take, if you believed in our company as you lied about so many times. And you wouldn't have filed with the FTC either during that time. Just like you wouldn't have worked with lenell or the lawyers while you were still "assisting us".  Tony several people in this industry invested and lost including us, we're still willing to try and help clients return gains through hard work and sales, but you specifically have recently made it very difficult. You're a distraction, and only that. One that was seen from a mile away, well maybe not a mile, but across the parking lot for sure. And we're not suing you for slander. We will sue you, as AMT, and again we're not paying for it so its nice for once.
