AMT, I would have bought from you 3 times in the last 10 months but you keep changing your payment acceptance policy. You say you accept paypal and credit card on your website and/or your fire sale but then say you only want BTC. You haven't earned my trust enough to handover BTC. Other companies accept these payment forms and I have used them and now have trust enough to know, When I pay with BTC, they will follow through.

Pay via paypal, we said we can send you a paypal email receipt. We're just going to add 3% for charges we incur, we're working on a 7% margin with those prices and you know it. And with our luck it will most likely get sucked up by some inflated cost for something anyway.
102  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 18, 2014, 04:18:29 PM
Hi AMT!

By chance are you distributing any open source software in your machines?

Let's try again. Are you distributing open source software?

We only have crappy images. When the first shipments go out of BE200 we'll upload the images. Honestly what makes you think we were capable of developing firmware, com'n you bash us and our lack of skill sets everyday.  Stick to one argument.
103  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 18, 2014, 04:16:42 PM
There are people who talk about racist and anti-semitic things on this board, I feel that is horrible and those comments should always be deleted. I don't think what I am saying is unreasonable or offensive, so please do not delete my post.

Thank You,

Mr. Park

Stop using big fonts. And if we dont keep designing and selling hardware than we'll go out of business and no one could receive MPP. SUPPORT AMT BECAUSE AMT IS TRYING TO DELIVER IT TO YOU.

104  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 18, 2014, 04:13:37 PM

I do not think it is ethical to be designing, building and selling more Bitcoin mining machines when the first customers MPP has not been met yet.  Most of us paid $6,000 and will only get $1,500 (in terms of your own pricing) of that back in the form of hardware. (note: I still have not got mine yet). You said you had 50 Peta hash of cloud hashing, and access to all this new hardware. Another idea would be to put all that hardware in a colocation, or use the cloud hashing to make a wallet that collects all BTC from those operations and distributes it to the group until MPP is met. The MPP was a clear contract written on the website and part of the garentee, I hope you will continue to stand behind what you originally offered and send people what they paid for $6,000 in hardware. I cannot send good money after bad, since I have not met my return on the original investment. Please do not delete this message, it is my opinion and I would like to discuss it openly here in a civilized manner.

Thank You,

Mr. Park

You have cloud hashing in the moment. Your miner should show up today. Thanks.

Please ignore Gleb Gamov and his cra above. Its just Bruno Kusinskus, aka banned user Phineaus Gage for writing very antisemitic and anti - well everything about about AMT.  He's been doing it since February. Bruno doesn't like jews and thinks our CEO sits on this forum and posts all the time, hes just crazy.  Request that the thread owner delete his BS posts. And the above chat is not real, just more crap someone made up.

I'm going say this one more fuckin' time! I have no qualms with Jews or the Jewish race. In fact, I'm Jewish myself.

I am 54 motherfuckin' years old, and if I didn't like Jews I would pen something like: All Jews are pieces of shit and all should be killed!

Since I'm not on record in stating such, nor hold such sentiment, you are a lying piece of shit Night Moderator of AMT, but really is Joshua Zipkin. For only being a moderator, you sure do seem to be taking your position off that beaten path.

Also, where is your proof that I was banned? If I was banned, don't you think that theymos would've locked this account being that everybody knows it's me?

The bottom line is that you have seriously fucked up the AMT brand and your livelihood and your marriage, trying to put the blame on everybody else but yourself.

Now, again I have no problems with Jews at this penning, but if you represent the entire race of them folks, them maybe I should alter my position and shit on them as much as I will continue to shit on you and AMT.

I will continue to fuck you life even years down the road and that's a motherfuckin' promise.

Good day, you Jewish Bulgarian Freemason Gimp asshole!

~Bruno Kucinskas

PS again: What the fuck is your name, Night Moderator?

Mr. Kucinskas,  please understand your racist, prejudice and your sole purpose is to distract, discourage and practice defamation against us. Continuing to do so will only result legal in dealings which you are not equipped for. You are offensive, out of line, and have no real baring for saying the things you do. Please ask yourself, who is keeping who busy from what?

Here is the definition of the big word in that sentence.
Defamation: Any intentional false communication, either written or spoken, that harms a person's reputation; decreases the respect, regard, or confidence in which a person is held; or induces disparaging, hostile, or disagreeable opinions or feelings against a person.

He just sent us that.

I just love keeping your fuckin' scammy Jewish ass busy, you piece of shit.

I confirm that that is exactly what I PM AMT. Your point being?

~Bruno Kucinskas

PS: Note, I signed my name.

WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR REAL NAME, NIGHT MODERATOR?

<snip>

And you'll of course be making your source code modifications to cgminer available for download right? Where are you hosting it?

Also, did innosilicon give you cgminer/driver source for their 1TH miner?

crickets.

Source codes will eventually end up online anyway, no reason to loose the few weeks we have before it happens.

When you buy a design, usually they come with that stuff yes.

What do you mean where? Like in Philly or Europe?

Yeah, the thing is that the source code I referred to isn't innosilicon's to sell - althought they've been doing a lot of that haven't they? Cgminer is under GPLv3 license, terms of which include the requirement for all the source code for any modifications to the software to be made publicly available. Also, the product must be shipped with documentation indicating that open source software is included along with the component's author(s). More here:  http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCUQjBAwAQ&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gnu.org%2Flicenses%2Fquick-guide-gplv3.html&ei=NmDxU_PDHZTioATDkoLIDQ&usg=AFQjCNFXRCW2eIjfoycJ03pwrBZAkskaZA&sig2=YixdgIMxHuGZxvPZjm8ALg&bvm=bv.73231344,d.cGU

Every legitimate asic manufacturer is doing this - aside from bitmaintech and anyone who bought or licensed innosilicon's design. I've heard from a few of these manufacturers who claim they were never provided source code, just an RPI disk image. I tend to believe them.

By "where" I mean where will you be publishing? Most tend to post on github although there are exceptions.

Those are very valid points. We also received just an image (not source) from inno, so we're in that boat with the others. Good point about the GPLv.3 license, we'll include that in the box from now on as well and start a gitup for our image downloads. But this may be a more technical question which i'm (evening moderator) not able to answer. Best wait until tomorrow morning/afternoon to get formal update to that, don't want to say something and then later find out it was wrong.

Does the 2U come with front and back rackmount "ears"?

Front only for now.
113  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 17, 2014, 11:23:18 PM
We're not scammers. Just guys that had a shit storm of crap thrown at us, but we'll continue. We make miners, and now our miners will work with A1 A2  BE200 and next week BA's Minion.  Pics of 1U casing and models coming tomorrow or the next day, we're trying get a bit more pro about it but one of the things this forum always screamed for was openness and updates.

I have to at least give you guys some credit of not just abandoning ship and changing your name to something else.

Still waiting for you to deliver to me miners to satisfy the MPP.

Meanwhile, I still have the option of taking you to small claims court.  I'm one of the lucky few customers who sent you only what would be allowed in small claims court.  Can't say the same about your other customers.

I don't want to do small claims the trip to PA would cost a fair amount. Obviously the MPP as written with hardware is just not something attainable. That's why in any claim I file it would be for a full refund plus one dollar (plus court costs if I won, and potentially cost of flight and stay in PA). A full refund plus one dollar satisfies the terms of the MPP in that you have made a profit. It's the cheapest way to get through it. I might even request less, and consider the receipt of the miner at it's market value at time of arrival which appears to be $1350 according to AMT.
I'm not looking to take the company for millions. I just want what I was promised. Profitability.

When the class action is over or settled we'll distribute settlement funds or discuss refunds. It is still illegal for us to give refunds as long as that class action is underway, we would be going against the class and our US business operations would be halted. We've said that several times, and you already know that very well. But lets bring back the focus to all the things we've already discussed.

MPP, Class action, Ownership of AMT, Suit with IMET.. anything but the miners we're talking about. Come on, keep it coming.

Yes these things will continue to be discussed, because they are important to your customer. We can recognize your progress, but that doesn't mean it erases the past. I know you wish you could wipe the slate clean. I'm sure we all feel the same, but that's not how people work.

Well there's your olive branch. Do you think you will be purchasing one of our 2U rack mount miners for this weeks shipment?
114  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 17, 2014, 11:21:30 PM
The racism and prejudice is quite clear to everyone, except him apparently.

Shipping is definitely the first step, but it can't be the last. Obviously some sort of compensation will be necessary to help quiet your original orders, hell you've not even extended a courtesy as small as 20% of your next purchase, or 15%, or even 10%. Ten percent even leaves you a small profit on your machines. It's not mpp, which promised an upgraded miner, but it's an olive branch and a step in the right direction until you make the money (IMET case win or settlement) to do something more.

We just assume they wouldn't want to purchase again.

But sure, 10% off (basically our margin, if its even that) for all new orders for existing AMT clients.

And sure, 5% off (basically half our margin, if its even that) for all new orders for any non existing AMT client for this week (17th-22nd).

I've got to say Phin's "fake" conversations sure have spurred you on to more openness so if nothing else that is a win. Hard to see me buying another unit from you without receiving my current one and no compensation in sight. I know you want to do good, and it looks like china and competent manufacturing has done well for you.

If you get that settlement, or win against IMET I might consider buying from you if you honor the refund I requested in march because those machines look quite nice. If you are just slapping AMT badges on other's products that's cool as long as they are priced right and work (and delivered like you say). If these are original designs exclusive to you guys well then good job.

We've been pretty open recently without phins "fake" conversations. Phins new found interest is because we're shipping.

All of is this crap that phin pulls is meant to distract and optimize, most of the time he's distracting a support rep who's job is simply to communicate with this forum. He'll probably get that username banned too and then he'll need to go onto the next one and the next one. All of it doesn't matter because for two reasons, first we've shipped and are shipping, and two, normal people see through his bullshit. We don't care what he says because everyone knows that he blackmails companies into making him shut up. AMT is one of the few companies that never paid him to stop, plain and simple. He is racist and prejudiced.

This is how things should have been run in the first place.  live and learn i suppose.

as for the guys with unfilled, OLD orders, where do they fall in this new grand scheme?  what about the MPP fulfillment on those of us that received rigs that never had a chance of ROI?

both of those questions have been asked MANY times, yet are always sidestepped with responses about how well you're doing, and so on.

Maybe that's because we don't have an answer for them yet. Bare in mind, no company in the industry has actually given their MPP, when we can afford to do, we'll be the first to do so.
