I'll have to post a picture of myself, holding a sign.. proving I'm for real Smiley
Maybe I'll do it tomorrow morning.

Prove yourself as a Bitcoin enthusiast, regardless of your gender.

Seems like more girls are just now getting into Bitcoin, but then there are those of us who have been in it for years. Though honestly I think the statistic is largely irrelevant.

MousePotato, you can not change the deal after the fact. It is not my fault you did not understand the terms you sent to me and agreed to follow.

Ok, fine you win. We'll just abide by our original deal of 427 bonds * 4.85% then. That comes out to 20.7095 BTC. I'm not going to try to fight it, so just remit payment to 13EWZUTv9JKNe7bxaAESRTE2w628VfK4ft and we're done here. Thanks!

This case remind me that false accusations of sexual abuse made against famous old people in UK. The supposedly victims claims they were abused by a famous person years ago in an attempt to receive a financial compensation. They create imaginary stories to fuel the media sensationalism and to dupe the police. Then when they face a trial, the truth comes out and it becomes obvious there were never any sexual abuse in first place.

In this case, I have the impression that some people are just jealous because Goat got successful and was even able to acquire an expensive vehicle with his profits. Then they create false accusations against Goat about something that happened years ago, in a stupid attempt to discredit Goat's reputation...

 Roll Eyes

Fail.

Have you even read anything in this thread?
26  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 30, 2014, 05:05:19 PM
when MP gave you back the bonds did you not enter into an agreement ?

The contract with gurty.. what changed between when you where going to pay 100btc each week or what it is ? it seems like you didnt pay anything, he got angry a yr later and you said nope thats it you were a meanie.

is that not what happened in both scenarios ? You talk about how you paid off your debts and how poor you were cause of it ? MP didnt get paid,so wtf you talking about, who did you pay ?

Yes there was an agreement and it was followed. Both people are just unhappy with how they worded it at the time. They want to adjust details years later.

This is incorrect. I was never paid anything, despite our agreement. If you claim otherwise, please post the TxID.
27  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 30, 2014, 07:47:46 AM
Lol. What is "it". The contract?

Btw I dont think you understand the deal. You can not change the formula two years later. Why do you think you can?

Oh but I'm not. I had simply corrected the formula to make sense. Why would I accept 427*4.85% when you were clearly paying 1.00 BTC per bond at the time. You even thanked Theymos for posting about that policy a few minutes ago. It was meant to be 427+(whatever the new payout rate is). But hey, you seem to be willing to go by the original "contract" of 427*(whatever the new payout rate is), which ended up being 4.85%. So pick your poison: Which formula do you want to go by?
28  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 30, 2014, 07:38:02 AM
Yes there was a conditional clause attached and you are the one who attached it. However if you attached it or not it does not matter. What you attached is exactly what the contract was for. Claiming you made a mistake when you attached the condition 2 years later is a bit weak. I did exactly what you asked me to do.

Any way these bonds were not guaranteed. Just ask theymos!

Ok, great! Now we're getting somewhere. Since you're apparently willing to stick with our contract, then 427*4.85% = 20.7095 BTC. It said nothing whether Pirate actually paid out; only what the new payout rate was. And don't worry about the bonds being guaranteed or not. That only comes into play in the event of a default, and we made our deal before that happened Smiley
29  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 30, 2014, 06:52:16 AM
Tell me what I did wrong. Tell me how I did not follow the agreement.

Well, you said you'd send out Tuesday (08/21/12). There was no conditional clause attached to it such as "I'll send out Tuesday only if Pirate makes his scheduled payout." That's the deal we had, and that's why I had sent you back the bonds to begin with. I completed my half of the bargain, and it's still not too late for you to follow through with your end of the deal Tongue
30  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 30, 2014, 06:40:34 AM
Me and Pirate? hahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahaha

I think you mean you and GLBSE.

I had no problems with GLBSE when I transferred my bonds over to you for redemption. You even acknowledged receipt and said you'd send out payment. It's all right there in black & white, so to speak. And yes I know there was a large amount of risk involved with a 7% weekly return, and that's why I wanted to get out. Up until that point, nothing was amiss and Pirate was paying on time like clockwork. Like I said, it was just really bad timing.

Look, I'm not even mad and don't really want to argue about it. If you want to make it right and honor the deal we agreed upon (or any amicable variation thereof), that'd be awesome and that would be exactly the Goat I've come to know since I first signed up here. At this point I'm even open to the deal you sent me in PM, but it's really up to you what you want to do.
31  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 30, 2014, 06:29:17 AM
A mistake in the formula you made? And you bring that up two years latter? Are you kidding?

Why do you think you can even put in a 1 into that formula? Do you not understand that it was not guaranteed? Did you even bother to read the GLBSE contract?

Don't get hung up on the formula, because it's completely irrelevant here. What is relevant is that we made an agreement before it became clear that Pirate was running, and I had transferred over my bonds to you in good faith. You acknowledged it and said you'd send me the BTC the following Tuesday, no? Honestly, I don't blame you since it's really Trendon Shavers' fault. We're both victims here, but I feel like I'm getting shafted because of something that happened between you and Pirate.
32  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 30, 2014, 06:06:53 AM

Chaang-Noi  Smiley
Ok, I just sent you 427 shares of TYGRR.BOND-P.  To be redeemed for 427*(whatever the payout rate is next Monday).  Please verify you received the bonds Smiley

And what was the payout rate next Monday?  You do now how a PPT works right?

Obviously there's a typo in that formula (me and math are like oil and water, lol). I meant 427*(1+.05) or whatever the new percentage Pirate was supposedly paying out. So it turned out to be 0%, and thus 427*1.

Yes, thank you. Pretty much clears this up right away.

More Gurrty logic here. The bonds were not guaranteed and that was in the contract. To claim I owe you something is silly.

It is like putting in a sell order on GLBSE before the price goes down and then demanding your asking price none the less.

Is it clear? What did you mean then when you said, "just remind me and i will send"?  What did you intend to send me? It was my understanding that we had come to an agreement before (albeit only just) Pirates ship started to sink. You had said earlier that you could do around 200 BTC within 24hrs (from a PM you sent on 08/10/12). So what was it that you were going to send?

Did you  check the dates on all of that? I did.

She was trying to get out the full amount rather than sell at market price. You use the word before but you should be using the word as.

I atempted do what she asked but clearly there was not time

She was not the only one who tried to get out at the last second.

First, sorry Gurrty for hijacking your thread. Second, Goat, while the timing was unfortunate, I had in fact initiated contact with you on 08/10/12 asking about the buy-back/redemption of my Tygrr bonds. On 08/16/12 I sent them back to you and you acknowledged receipt and told me you'd send out payment on Tuesday (08/21/12). Out of pure coincidence Bitlane posted his thread about BTCST later that very day, and that's when things started coming apart.

best would be to send me the bonds now then i pay for them once i pay out the dividends on Tuesday.

let me know when you have sent them and send me a btc address for the coins.

thanks

I sent you my 427 bonds, and about 40 minutes later...

i see them, Tuesdays are a crazy day for me and the next day im on a flight to Thailand for like 40 plus hours sooo... if i forget just remind me and i will send. best to remind me Monday and Tuesday just in case lol.

thanks mate.

I was never paid the following Tuesday for "full value" or market price.
35  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 26, 2014, 09:45:25 PM
Goat still owes me 427 BTC for the Tyggr bond buy back request I initiated over a week before it Pirate started getting flakey with the BTCST payments. I'm not mad or anything, but it would be nice if he made good on his word.

Proof?

Screenshots?

Can you get a mod to confirm this claim?

If Theymos can restore PMs, I can prove this but my account got hacked and they wiped my PMs.

It should be noted that when I contacted PABOB by e-mail, he refused my request to wait 72 hours after ACH transfer to avoid the funds being Recalled (ACH transfers can be reversed up to 72 hours after the transfer). I offered instead to sell him BTC via cash deposit and am waiting on his reply.

If the entire 21M pool of Bitcoins were evenly distributed to every single person on earth, each person would have around .00033333 BTC. I'd say if you have a whole integer Bitcoin, you're doing good.
