I know of a few high rollers (10 bitcoins + ) who moved all their coins off freebitco.in because there was so little information on them and when they heard the two guys operating the site had no backup plan if shit hit the fan.
You indeed worry about valid points but some posters here worry about our intentions of "spamming" the board with some youtube videos that have nothing but concrete information to provide as well as our own experience, let alone so many users here who indeed post nonsese in other topics and such, so yes, you make valid points that need to be addressed. As I responded to your Twitter ( X ) post, you don't operate faucets anymore, you replaced them with casinos that have a side faucet that can be rolled once per day to win half a Satoshi. You have effectively locked your users out of the funds that they have collected by making the withdraw threshold many years out at one roll per day. Or else they must burn away the coins in the casinos to maybe level up to 3 or 4 rolls a day.
Thanks for your feedback. We effectively first of all locked a lot of bad users out of the ability to drain our faucets, that's our first immediate response to the problem. Our goal is to work with genuine users and in order to achieve it first - we fix the faucet, the 'drainage' so to speak. We are looking for several options how to proceed but it's too early to speculate, for instance phone verification, the option to buy a membership without gambling, and so on, we're currently adjusting to a new situation so those who stay with us could still profit long term, but it's too early to tell what's going to happen next. For now the current present solution does allow many users to enjoy our faucets nonetheless even without any new features. $5 wagering by all means is not a lot, and the potential to get a better return back is there, even now. But let's go back to the topic of this thread itself, you mentioned: When I see freebitco in making such drastic moves, I will then worry about their downfall.
You see in front of you several 'drastic moves' on so many wrong levels already such as: - 0 customer service, no support
- Issues remain unresolved
- Instant withdrawals have started to be processed on manual basis
- Lack of transparency

I don't think that Freebitco is going to die. They are not only a faucet site anymore ... Faucet reward is so low that to my mind, those who claim it, have to spend it again on games like Dice
That's what Moonbit thought a few years ago. That's what CoinPot thought until they shut down in February 2021. That's what CoinPayU thought until they shut down their faucet last Christmas of 2023. That's what BCGame initially did with their lucky spin until they were smart enough to allow only users who level up to use it. We thought so too, it's a small amount, what's the problem?! Nothing's gonna happen. So no, this is wrong. If FreeBitco.in won't do anything about its business model - hypothetically speaking shutting down their site would be more profitable than having it live. It sounds impossible, these guys are simply sleeping giant, they won't crash. You can have as much gambling as you want on your site, if the amount of bots & fraudsters is larger than your profits you would have a negative book. Do you have any idea how quickly bots & fraudsters can drain you? 1 satoshi sounds so little, but here's the math: 10,000 bot accounts x 1 satoshi = 0.0001 BTC Add 50% Referral Commissions and you have a total of = 0.00015 BTC That's just one roll, one, and it is offered every hour! Bots work on a 24 hours a day basis, so 0.00015 x 24 = 0.0036 Get 1000s of those and 0.0036 x 1000 = 3.6 BTC All of a sudden you realize you owe so many users so much, but guess what, these users aren't real or at least not genuine but they are very sophisticated. In our blog we show a few examples of bots who were using our sites, people were proud to brag about it with blog articles and more. Now go fight with them, they would contact your support asking why their withdrawal is not being processed - so initially you respond, but when your book has so many negative numbers - you can't sustain it anymore! The only smart thing FreeBitco.in did was to invest early in Bitcoin, buy tons of it for a few dollars for 1 BTC, and they started early - so many years ago they had the best smartest decisions ever. But right now, if they won't do what BCGame did, if they won't even do what we did (Change it from once every hour to 1 daily) or at least every few hours or lower that 50% commission, good users would take it even with 20%, just do something ... if it's not too late already. Users are saying these guys have 0 customer support - it's for a reason, and not a good one. And the pending withdrawals genuine users experienced this week is only the first symptom. Yes, the turth is harsh, but it's best to lay it out than wait for the bomb to explode. |

Just saying, "Well, no response since December 2023, is that a good receipt for you?" means nothing. What is the problem? Who is affected? What is their claim? Did they send a refund request and not receive it? What exactly is your point? If that is your reasoning, then please explain why the biggest one is not on this list? Also, explain why we have paid other people who have multiple times the balance of the users, sent to the risk management team for review? Sometimes, it is okay to think first before throwing around accusations. Once again, we replied but there are so many replies in between, by the time you read this you won't even see our response, emails didn't go through (at least we didn't receive any response), how else can we be in touch? If it's too hectic for you guys then we'd just leave it, don't want to add more pressure onto what you're doing. |

There is the FreeBitco PR that posts here so surely they're using other people or at least contractors for some of the operation. Likewise with the daily mails they send out. However, from the internal operation aspect - we know what they're going through, perhaps our sites seem like we are too small in comparison to FreeBitco (and indeed compare FreeBitcoin.io with FreeBitco.io - they are bigger), they started in 2013 when Bitcoin was a few dollars worth, we launched our first faucet in 2017 and FreeBitcoin.io in 2018 so 5 years of establishing Google presence is very hard to compete with, but why do I mention all these? We're operating with 6 people at the moment, 3 developers, one of them is head developer, and on top we have contractors. We're operating with lots, lots of users, we're seeing massive withdrawals now on a daily basis, especially after the changes we made. We know how faucets work and operate, perhaps we should start an AMA thread, but let's leave it asides for now. We have enough experience to see what happened here. And a combination of genuine users with bots (bots = bad users who use bots to claim) - it's a disaster. BetFury is offering some free crypto but they give out 20%, not 50%, and they don't give out as much as these guys do unless you really go up the levels (you can even get 40 satoshis every 20 minutes but you have to play). The current model only attracts more and more bots and scammers, and these scammers will contact FreeBitco asking why their withdrawals were not processed. FreeBitco was super smart to buy a stack of Bitcoin so many years ago and could nicely profit from $62,000 for 1 BTC right now ... but with their current model it's best not to run a faucet than to start losing this capital. Have you compared between the FUN token and BFG for example? The latter is doing better, the FUN token at peak was $0.20 and now $0.005 And our video talks about those things, so feel free to watch it. This is definitely not a good story for freebitco, the complains are piling up and I wonder what is really going on, atleast, they should have responded to issues like this and have it resolved, six months is not 6 days, it's half year we are talking about, looks like this site is gradually coming to it's end.

The Internet already has complaints and scam accusations, surprisingly not here (that we're aware of), but as mentioned above - they must, must change the business model or the site will crash eventually. The numbers of how many users gamble is also not higher like before, those classic old games, HI LO, is not enough to attract users. We're talking from our own experience. For us in order to sustain our business we allow only 1 free roll a day, and even that is something we're looking how to change. There is no way in the world to survive with the current business model, you don't have to trust us but trust our experience, we're sharing it for a good reason. Freebitco.in isn't just a faucet. It's also a gambling platform. They make income from multiplier and sports/events betting. That is how the site has been kept sustainable and profitable along the years. It's not possible to compare this site to other random faucets which don't offer any additional features to users, neither benefits such as investment. The main issue here is support, which is barely non-existent. All the other features are working fine.
Moreover, faucet's rewards aren't static. They keep fluctuating as BTC gets more expensive or cheaper. That is how the platform controls the sustainability of the feature, besides always checking for fraudulent claims from bots and cheaters.
FreeBitcoin.io also has a gaming platform in it, where users can play and go up levels to open up rewards. It might be a "random" faucet for you but it has been in business for 6+ years, the social media accounts can testify to that (twitter, telegram, youtube, instagram). Yes, gambling keep the business sustainable and profitable, however you might want to get rid of the bad players that can literally drain these profits unless you change the model. The FUN token price is a great testament of how well investors and others look at the product. Compare it with BFG from BetFury for instance. Both are gambling platforms, BetFury also gives out free BTC with their boxes, however they don't give out as much as FreeBitco.in does. There are far better things to look at, it's not only to say "at the moment all is fine and it's working for me", we're running a similar business so we know what they're going through, you can look at the web for the number of bots users created to drain profits out of them, have you seen anyone trying to drain BetFury's Box/Faucet? This is important, even more than anything else! I experienced this some time ago, if I'm not mistaken, Thequin also processes withdrawals manually, so as long as he is active, withdrawal transactions will usually be processed, I just saw his last post a month ago but he was active 2 days ago, so maybe it's best to wait for Thequin to appear To overcome this delay problem, there are also several problems that have not been solved and that makes this thread look like a lot of random topics, there are those discussing the problem of deposit processes that have not been received, withdrawal problems discussing things about bitcoin price predictions and others.  But I don't think anyone can help the withdrawal process except Thequin which processes it immediately, I didn't take that long if I'm not mistaken my withdrawal process took more than 2 days even though I chose the INSTANT withdrawal option, because you use the SLOW withdrawal option it might be a little slow or have to wait longer for the withdrawal process, but waiting for Thequin is the most correct way because he knows better and processes everything. BTW the price of bitcoin rose to $59k I think those betting predictions of $55,001 - $60,000 are getting more Odds and hopefully it lasts until the end of this month which won't be long.  It was received today. The issue with faucets like FreeBitco.in or even ours FreeBitcoin.io is that over the years of existance, and both of our businesses have been paying up for a long time, you do build up such a huge database of users, many of which are fraudulent. The days of processing withdrawals instantly are over, unless you run a new brand site. We've limited the number of rolls at the moment to once a day, freebitco.in should seriously consider changing the faucet to at least once every 2 or even 3 hours, and start cleaning up their database of all these bots. Our social media is floursihing with posts about the changes we made, lots of users are upset, but if you want to keep the business going - you have to do that. He should be aware of it sooner rather than later. In addition, $60k for 1 BTC is great news for many, however they are committed to pay 1 satoshi minimum per roll, with 50% referral commission that's a recipe for disaster, they would become unsustainable like this. Not to mention the 0 customer support users are complaining about. There is no harm in paying less from your faucet but keep on paying free bitcoin, over the long run this is the best thing to do. Lastly, as mentioned, 0 customer support, there is no way to pass this message onward other than posting here, so hopefully in the near future this information could help them with their strategy and business decisions. |

I doubt that we will see BFG rising up in price, so definitely it's better to stake it for other coins... at least those other coins have a higher chance for some future rise in price.
In comparison with many other crypto currencies BFG performed extremely well and you get on top % return so it's not such a bad investment. |

It's impossible to communicate with you so we didn't expect much, and we're not in the business of bothering other businesses for no reason or just throwing accusations. We sent you referrals, quite a bunch, before you shut down your site we had balances from these referrals, it's difficult to tell how much, but there was a balance. The thing is sending you emails (from Gmail, to ensure delivery) had no response and several times in this thread we tried to get your attention. What else do you want us to do? We stopped chasing it and you can do whatever you want with it. |

Wow if this is true and you have been waiting 6 months on a payment I think something has gone terribly wrong! I believe the last time I checked this gambling site is registered in the virgin islands somewhere. I don't imagine that they would have much support because they probably don't want to get a bunch of ties to their IP perhaps. I will say this is the first bitcoin gambling platform I ever used 5+ years ago and I liked it then.
These guys bought tons of Bitcoin in 2013 so they could fund their faucet, but it's running out. How do we know? We see it in our own faucets, and trust me, we have lots of users.
