Just got started knowing about Yappadappado...It catches my attention about this Progressive Web Applications with a Blockchain Technology integration.I am familiar with what Blockchain is and I understand how secured, transparent, dependable and fraud free this is. But when it comes to PWA, I still need to get going on reading their WP.As of the moment, what I understand is that it is a new form of app that could bring ease for users compared to the traditional apps that I know.Sounds really interesting!
Correct it has many features (PWA) that will give users different experience when it comes to applications, one of it is multi platform feature that can use yappadappadoo apps to any operating system we have now like Android, IOS, windows etc... And this is absolutely great and we haven't this thing before, because native apps are set to have boundaries... Yappadappadoo is far more advanced and convenient to that of the Google Play Store and App Store. It sits well with every platform making its versatility great compared to the others. It also consumes less storage compared to native applications. How can you say that Yappadappadoo is far more advanced and convenient? Their platform so far is not yet starting. Because there are some users are eager to use but still their site is not yet functioning. Though, for what is written to their whitepaper was quite good and impressive but in the actual is not. |

People will become platform users on a regular basis if they will do lottery like others where people will get free lottery tickets for every game they follow and have a chance to win a large number of tokens, Having lottery on platform is a great idea, and also the gambling part is practical because there are a lot of crypto gambling sites and they seem to be protected. there will be a place for freelance game developers to sell their games or to the gaming area to have other online games that can not be found in the casino. Yes, that's a good suggestion for their platform, after all Lottery is legal in every country, But I wonder if the government will put some tax on it, Is it okay for smart city eco to be regulated by the government? or at least they will be regulations for that, or by using their SCE token, is it ok that their platform can do lottery? I have a friend who was fond of using his phone. And believe me or not, my friend is a blind. I helped him install and configure the application settings to his phone. Why am I saying this? I am just wondering if YAPPADAPPADOO project has plans for the blind people to use their applications?
How were you abke to do that? Maybe he is just partly blind and not with both eyes? If he is blind totally he cannot do that in phones and much more if it is touch screen. That will be funny to think but I’m sure your friend sees partly and he can manage to use mobile phones. He is partly blind at that time but he is now totally blind. But it doesn't matter whether partly or totally blind. The TALKS & ZOOMS applications were developed by Nuance for Symbian phones. I don't know right now if it has an Android version. The low-vision and blind users can use TALKS via hearing which is the main concept of the application. Every move you take or command you do is being broadcast by the phone via a speaker. I just hope YAPPADAPPADOO can create an application that is more like it. This is great! I was amazed that a blind person can also use a phone like a normal person via hearing. This is the first time I heard that they do can that. That would be great if the applications developer has developed an Android or IOS version of this software so that the blind person can actually continue to enjoy what a normal person can enjoy. YAPPADAPPADOO team will definitely develop one I think. Yes! It's truly amazing that there's someone who uses mobile devices, even if his blind. He will continue on enjoying devices. Thank you Roukawa for raising an important matter that has usually been forgotten. Based on the whitepaper, as far as I know there is no specific detail about PWD candidates. But, raising this matter might serve a starting point for Trustlogics about PWD hiring. I do mot think or cannot even think of a single problem that may arise off of this matter because clearly, as long as the people who have disabilities regardless of the type are still capable to work or have the qualities that companies or employers are looking for, I think they will be accepted. And if they work hard enoigh, they will be more likely to be in demand more than people who do not have disabilities but lack work ethics and determination. I srongly agree with you. Some companies say that hiring PWD creates a positive environment in the workplace. Staff become better individuals because they learn to understand more and become more compassionate. For sure, PWDs have place in Trustlogics! Yes. I do believe and have the same thoughts about people with disabilities. Having equal rights woth the normal people because they are also human beings that have minds and emotions. As what i have read to their whitepaper this project was started and completed market research and first draft of requirement was on March 2017, if you want to know more about trustlogics they have provided whitepaper also for further more information in their thread, its up to you if you will gonna explore it. How can you assure that this project will last long? well i am not comparing this project to other platform, but we cannot predict what really happens in the future. As you said sir/madam, there is no certainty of what will happen in the future. But, what I know blockchain is changing our ways of doing business by using decentralized network of computers making it a trustworthy system. And this is the system TrustLogics been using. I think it will last long for sure because of our needs in employment are worse as we observe many people in our country are badly needed a job as we can see to their situations... Most of them are under graduate but want to have a decent jobs for sake of their families... I guess most of each nations are facing this kind of unemployment circumstances. That's why there are some foreign people are also looking for a job in the other country. So I am hoping that with Trustlogics they can give a solution about it. A person with criminal records will definitely have a hard time looking for a job, but it's still worth a shot to try and pass a resume. Some employers still give chances to an ex convict, and these kinds of employers we can never tell, but if someone who has a criminal record would be able to find one on Trustlogic then that must be fate and a blessing from someone who is starting to make a new life again. And not all having a criminal record is a real criminal, besides they do some things for their family. I hope that some people like having this case was given a chance to have a proper work. That's right, Criminal records are not a barrier to have a better jobs for them, this projects is for all the jobseekers and even if they have an bad record in their past they have an right to be employer somedays. I want to know what popular social media apps are now using PWA? These popular social media apps should be available in Yappadappadoo app store so that people will support your project.
They admit in their whitepaper that some of the applications in apple store and play store are already using PWA so it means PWA will not be the first feature to be used by Yappadappadoo but they will use in most of their applications so they can work with no problems with older devices. That's a basic for an app store. Apps that are popularly used and well sold should be available in any app store since that's where the market will go to. Social media apps is a must for any app store. If they want to be a popular store, then they should be a store where everyone can easily find what they need. In the form of app store, those popular social media apps are part of what a normal user looks for, so they should be there. Of course, they know that I have no doubt about that. What they will do is convert it to PWA so that it can be used more efficiently. What I am waiting are those apps known to be consuming too much memory from our mobile devices like facebook. I will be the first one who will download a Facebook Mobile Apps which is a Progressive Web Apps (PWA) already. Facebook is already PWA and still will be consuming a lot of memory, I think. When browsing facebook, if the connection suddenly got disconnected, you can still browse pre-loaded page and pre-loaded videos and I think there's a setting for that. There's not much point in knowing since one won't really understand how it works unless you're into github and code stuff but in lighter terms, facebook started using manifest, manifest is a file, a json file like when you create a MEW wallet you may save a json file other than the private key. True that, use google, you can find out everything about it there. It's a norm for most apps to use manifest since that actually gives the "add to homescreen" function after app installation. There's a lot about to know about PWA but the question is will it be practical for them to fully adapt PWA since it would still consume a lot of memory and the functions are very minimal? I really thought they are already PWA because there was a message saying "You can still post while offline", I think that's a PWA service worker functionality since it would sync and get posted once you go online. Do you think guys Yappadappadoo is just a hype only? because most of the whitepaper in the ico project was good only from the start only then their ending was not good. I've read an article on how the PWA helped some platforms. It says you can access the page you are currently browsing even if you go offline. So, it's just like you may continue reading an already open page. I can see how that increased their engagement but I don't see it practical for online games.
I think you are correct with that. This will not be applicable for online games because it will not be called online games if it is offline. But the YAPPADAPPADOO platform will introduce the technology that will definitely help the online games lessen the space occupied by the apps or games that they have to access. They can't even feel the intermittent connection of the internet because the games' memory will be on the cache and not on the server. I dont it is possible man. Online games have to have fast internet connection. In this area of offline applications they are talking about in their whitepaper i think is limited to applications who do not need internet connections that much like photo editors, puzzle games, and other games that though they can be online but can also work good offline. correct me if I'm wrong or not, in my understanding yappadappadoo don't care if it is online or offline, just for what is important was that its connected into blockchain technology, where Blockchain technology has quickly moved past the stage of being just a vehicle for Bitcoin or for the Finance Sector. you're right. maybe people dont accept this kind of change in a way on how to find job. online recruitment is widely used in the world but to the point that you put you're credentials or character information in order for recruiter will easily find you if you're qualified for the vacant job. maybe it will take more time to people to absorb to this kind of system. but this project is good aswell Well, the way I see it, there is really nothing that is bad about this because the applicants and the companies are only necessary or what is needed by both parties(the applicant and the employer). This process is a must when both parties wants to make sure that they can be able to get what they truly deserve. And besides, the employers and applicants are the ones in charge of their info, so there really is nothing to worry about. As an applicant and user of Trustlogics platform, a person should be aware of his choices. Trustlogics did give us the choice of being able to hide our information partially or as a whole but since we are applying for a job we must also consider this before we hide our information. If one wants to get hired with Trustlogics, that person should at least make relevant information related to work experiences and qualification available for public viewing. I think the relevant information will be automatically highlighted to remind the user that he can activate this information to be able to get the job. I don't see any disadvatage in making your entire profile accessible to companies. Work experience and Educational background should be publicly posted on your profile. These shouldn't be hidden because this might be needed if a potential employer wants to hire you. I think the one that should be kept in private is the personal information like Tax number, Social Security number, or any other identification number because these are prone to identity theft. These personal details will only be available if the job seeker permits to submit it to their recruiter. Are you familiar with linkedn? I think there are similarities with Linkedn and Trustlogics as a professional data platform. And yes, Linkedn was also subjected to hackers attack and many user profiles where compromised. But still, people use Linkedn due to the convenience and with the credibility they have made for themselves. Trustlogics will surely have a better system since it runs on Blockchain and user data are verified by their partner validators. For me LINKED has no similarity on Trustlogics, because TrustLogics is aiming to develop a hybrid approach to its blockchain solution: a private blockchain to store and retrieve data with user-set permissions; and a public blockchain to record transactions.
