2041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What happens if binance and tether goes down on: March 21, 2023, 02:49:33 AM
Crypto not gonna over but one time is sure that the price will be hit hard. Crypto especially bitcoin was already there before binance and tether was born. So I don't think that crypto will wipe out. But after price is plunge the altcoin will be hit hard too and probably there is dozen will be dead.

But let us pray it will not happen hahahaha
2042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The State of the Altcoin Market: A Look at the Current Landscape on: March 21, 2023, 02:46:06 AM
If you take a look coingecko or coinmarketcap The global cryptocurrency market cap today is $1.21 Trillion and the 500 Billion from Bitcoin.

Like it or not altcoin is push the global crypto market cap too, and like you said that Altcoin is surging because there is new altcoin everyday  Grin whether this crap project or a good project or a potential project even before NFT and DeFi exist. But one think is sure if you want to invest in some altcoin project, make sure to do your own research first don't Fear of missing out
2043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Metamask: What do you know about it? on: March 21, 2023, 02:28:58 AM
Install it and you will know how powerful is metamask especially if you like to play with DeFi Universe including Play to earn and NFT.

I'm using metamask for over 3 years now and everything went smoothly combined with https://chainlist.org/ damn you can travel through multichain Polygon Arbitrum Optimism smarchain avalanche fantom iotex dozen you name it and all Dapp is mostly using Metamask for their default wallet
2044  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which exchanger do you recommend to convert btc to eth? on: March 21, 2023, 02:23:00 AM
if you have a small amount you can ask other members here with escrow. or you can use third platform like Bestchange and other Built in app on trustwallet and guard now offer swap to. so a lot of option but I do recommended P2P than using a centralized exchange
2045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is FTX going for a reopen? on: March 21, 2023, 02:20:41 AM
In my opinion, is possible since I hear the news that Alameda Research has a lock token in dozen of projects if the bull run maybe they can unlock and sell it to recover the losses. but the question is? are they will gain the trust of people after what happened?

and FTX made crypto looks bad and the entire of Cex too

2046  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is the best mining platform for btc? on: March 20, 2023, 11:39:24 PM
Did you read an official announcement somewhere from Antminer that they are backing the company or are in any way associated with it? If not, I doubt it is not a real partnership. Though I can be wrong, some websites or services use fake partnerships and sponsorships only to gain more investors and users to trust them for their services.

I'm not blaming the websites, but as we all know that cloud mining platforms are about 99% scams and they can never be trusted with money, so it is better to see all the possible ways they can use to lure more users.

Yeah I do agree with you back couple years ago Hashnest is the official product of Bitmain the others like Antpool and Antminer is a well-known brand but after I hiatus couple of years the site is dead They should be a profitable company at least the first is like that.

Long story short Cheesy I found Company that backed by bitmain called Bitfufu and there is news about it https://www.bitfufu.com/news/NEW100019 - https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/bitmain-backed-bitfufu-finfront-holding-company-a-world-leading-digital-assets-cloud-mining-service-provider-entered-into-a-definitive-merger-agreement-with-arisz-acquisition-corp-301467547.html?tc=eml_cleartime

If you are a new member of course will fall like to this even me but they asked KYC for the first time so I think is probably shit just like Hasnest

2047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it advisable to stay away from yield farming in a bear market? on: March 20, 2023, 01:45:56 AM
In my opinion, it would be scarier if you entered yield farming on a bull market. based on an experience I lost a lot because deposited in some yield and stake platforms on DeFi Universe. A single token would be fine but the usually smart contract will lock your token in the amount of time. and if you using liquidity farm the pain is real I deposit 100$ tokens and now worth less than 5$.

So the conclusion is you can take a look projects who doing well in a bear market even if the price is not performing well. and maybe invest some of it so when the bull comes up the price might already hit x5 or x10
2048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Exchanges Native Token And Bitcoin on: March 20, 2023, 01:40:59 AM
It has nothing to do with Bitcoin and yeah sooner or later the centralized exchange will eventually made their own token. Exchange token that actually useable from your list is BNB because they have native chain and have EVM-compatible chain called Smart Chain and also popular among the DeFi ecocsytem. The other it maybe me but i don't think to be useful enough
2049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CPU Mining altcoins on: March 20, 2023, 01:09:56 AM
Yes like everyone said is Monero or coin with randomx algo.

Are you intent mining with your CPU. I mean if yes the profitable is tiny, I came with an idea why you don't build mining rig with dozen of GPU and put the good CPU on it so you can mine both CPU and GPU mine  Cool
2050  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Competition between AMD and Nvidia on: March 20, 2023, 01:04:56 AM
I actually agree with the AMD I mean The latest consumer rtx 4090 is absolutely a beast power hunger and crazy expensive. But somehow people are still willing to pay a lot of money to buy Nvidia graphic card.  Grin most monitor nowadays is 4K and gaming requirement is not that high but I do still like people on youtube show their build with RTX 4090
2051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Drop your mining tactics on: March 20, 2023, 12:59:50 AM
According what to mine your graphic card is at loss but I think you can still profitable if you rent out to a platform like https://www.miningrigrentals.com/ or https://www.nicehash.com/ along mine with coin in the https://hashrate.no/gpus/1660s
2052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Future of GPU mining, what's your plan? on: March 20, 2023, 12:46:38 AM
I would agree if you buy a whole bitcoin rather than buy a graphic card, Graphic Card is best for multi algorithm program. But if you have a spare money the best way is buy an asic Antminer has a bunch of multi algo miner - https://shop.bitmain.com/

But yes there is always coin that can be mined by the GPU
2053  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I hope newbies learn something from this on: March 19, 2023, 05:42:07 AM
It happen to me a year ago I joined a couple VentureCapital and participated in some of presales, private funding even seed funding and just hope the token will explode but the truth is not all tokens will explode. Right now I'm still at loss because of mistakes.

You want to know why people still believe it because they has been given marketing shit by the project team that this token will reach x5 x10 or even x1000, and people still fall for that. I know a project that the pitch deck, whitepaper tokenomic even the hype are good but tokens still fails.
2054  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin can replace banking system digitally on: March 19, 2023, 05:35:17 AM
Just same like the other have said that current banking system or financial system still will be there.

I recently watch Johhny Harris youtube the tittle is "Your Bank Account is Lie " - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_VKZ6dzauo

after watched the video you might will understand. From economic crisis 2008 that major bank is collapse gov will bailout the bank, the circulation is like that.
2055  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best way to invest in BITCOIN on: March 19, 2023, 05:26:52 AM
I have done so many research about the investment and making out good earnings.

You have done research on other investments and made good earnings from it. then this should be a problem when you try to invest in bitcoin. The risk maybe the same like stock but way more volatile on crypto.

and yes you can invest any amount or start from 100$ if you have a lot of money try 100$ first divide it into 4 or 5 and then start buying in on different time feel the volatility first and if you think is suitable for you, Go ahead top up a lot of money.
2056  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I Never belittle my SATs because a drop of water makes an ocean on: March 19, 2023, 05:18:43 AM
You own a whole bitcoin  Shocked that is crazy Im an old member but now I only have couple of satoshi, Congratulation btw.

What are gonna do with your bitcoin ? are you gonna sell it or HODL it . Just advice but #DWYOR first accumulate again and wait next halving and taste the sweetness of ALL TIME HIGH. hehehe
2057  Economy / Economics / Re: Is risky to invest this period on: March 19, 2023, 05:12:20 AM
It is always a risk when it comes to the word of "invest". at this moment bitcoin just broke 25K level and the weekly candle should be top of 200 EMA that indicate that bull will be there.

You can buy bitcoin at 25k level or just buy now with Dollar Cost Averaging. This year we are not gonna see All time High but small bull might there.
2058  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Social Trading Platforms evaulation on: March 18, 2023, 11:36:07 PM
the evaluation of each website is different I think, and it uses a lot of factors most of the platforms is using indicators like

  • 30Dy ROI or Overall ROI usually in a percentage
  • PNL or Profit and Loses
  • WinRate
  • MDD or Maximum Drawdown
2059  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Retracement will finally happen on: March 18, 2023, 11:35:55 PM
Will be Hard to touch 32K level without a correction first I will share mine

Currently, bitcoin is testing 200 EMA on the weekly chart we need a day before it close when it closes above 200 EMA I think we have good bullish.
