2081  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading on: October 28, 2022, 05:35:47 AM
fact, really.
Day trading really requires good knowledge and calculations, as well as consistency, namely consistency in trading, and managing time and money. And this is not easy, because there will be a lot of pressure when day trading, especially in the Future Market. On the other hand, newbies usually can't stand these pressures, especially if the market turns in the opposite direction, panic will occur.
Especially if, as you said earlier, there are many newbies who are just trying to do day trading, without sufficient knowledge or knowledge, so they will complain about the results. Although they say that they are doing this to gain any experience, in fact, to get the experience, we need to learn first and prepare all things that we need for day-trading.

I don't think this is just for beginners. Basically I see the majority saying that day trading is too hard and I have yet to see anyone doing it successfully for a long period of time. This requires a lot of concentration and discipline, and any mistake will result in a loss of funds. Even if a person can do day trading successfully, he will not be able to do it for a long time, it takes too much strength. And in the end, long-term trading will bring better results, and you spend less time.
Well, trading in general is really hard in the first place. But, people had try and some of them went successfully while others are failing. Generally, trading is not for everyone but, of course, it welcomes all those who want to try. Some had chosen to become a day trader and live it comfortably, maybe they know that they can perform well and profit. It is a matter of choice, whether you are a newbie or an old-timer, and it was too difficult to choose to a place that we know it hard to us as it only leads to losses.
2082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest Heavily ALT now on: October 27, 2022, 11:49:25 PM
So, we can still have them in our own wallets. That is why we can prepare them to take profits again when the price has been rising up and passing the price that we bought. The profits of long term for Bitcoin are surely very worthy.
I've added BTC during the market under $20k price pressure for the last 2 months and will never decide to take profit from the short term because BTC has the opportunity to make high profits after the bear market ends, but it's different for categories other than the top 3 coins, so I'll take profit when it has increased min above +10% because altcoin rates are not guaranteed to survive on any price sentiment or follow the main market price even though the market is recovering.
It is a practical thinking but it works so well. We don't need to be greedy, earning a few percent from our investments is good enough. I'd learn about this last 2017 when Bullrun hits the market reaching its new ATH, I am not able to sell my crypto because of thinking more pumps but drops drastically come, and missed the chance to sell at high. It is the wisest thing to take the opportunity to sell them right away if there is a pump showed up, especially in this bear season.
I consider the top 10 coins in the CMC are still a good choice for this bear market if aim for long-term investment as certainly won't disappoint us.
2083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 100X Altcoin for the next Bull run on: October 27, 2022, 11:31:36 PM
In my opinion, it is too early to talk about such projects. A lot of cryptocurrencies were released in 2017 and almost all cryptocurrencies in that period made good money. Later, many altcoins that emerged in the late 2021 and 2022 bull seasons were trash and evolved into fomo defi, nft and metaverse. As you said, uniswap was the one that kept the market most active. Until the next bull period, I think different things will emerge in terms of fomo, and I think that the new metaverse projects that will come to the market will do the job.
Yes, we can't expect what happened in previous years will still happen again next few years. With the new projects created, will affect the market trend and change its course. Not I say it going better but for sure, there are some market improvements. I'd see the metaverses is quite growing fast and in hype but I haven't expected a surge in its price because people are not adopting it.
Trust and confidence in the projects are big factors why people can't see the benefits of this, of course, I didn't. If I'm going to invest in altcoins, I've preferred old coins, not new projects.
2084  Economy / Speculation / Re: There will be more down - bearish on BTC on: October 27, 2022, 11:00:04 PM
It will start moving wildly before the next halving, with that I am definitely sure. A big part of investors will likely be in an emotion of FOMO and they would be buying that will increase the demand.
Yes, it's a good buying amount now but maybe there are those who are still expecting for another bear, trying to get the cheapest as they could to maximize the profits.
Huge investors will be trying to manipulate the market by creating a huge demand and pumping the price, then suddenly a huge selling is to come out next. Some people will then think about the bull trap.
Well, I have no wonder why some people will think about more drops but the question is "if are we going that way?". Because I was going to assume that we are already been done with it and now we are moving high towards the upcoming halving. However, with the market inflation and economic recession happening at this time, another drop can be possible but never I think of another bottom.
2085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Major Dumps in Bitcoin History and What to learn from there? on: October 27, 2022, 01:33:50 PM
...
Remember Weak hands always lose money no doubt that you need to face a hard time but the point is what are you getting right now, you cant regain it after few years so as many of us crying now they missed the train point is after few years many of us again are going to repeat their train so think now.

Weak hands are less likely to succeed and improve their living but remain low. And whatever we wanted to help them, we just encounter misunderstandings and rejections.
If we all are just willing to change and correct our mistakes, I could imagine that many people have improved their lives. I learn that with all the difficulties we face day by day, there is really a great reward waiting for us. Those who take the risk of holding while others are busy selling their Bitcoin have made bigger rewards in the end. I'd see this not in myself, but I'd see this because the market show to us.
2086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins and Memecoins on: October 27, 2022, 11:43:05 AM
Did you notice?
It is shitcoin season!!! Memecoins are not to be left behind!
It seems you're attracting the investors to buy shitcoins/meme coins at this time. Are you a believer of these coins? Because it's risky to invest in shitcoins/meme coins regardless of price, the hype and community supporting it since it has no real use case. Even though the profit could be immense if you happen to choose the one that not yet reach the ath and currently hype, but still it is not advisable to invest.

It is just the way OP introduces shitcoins and meme coins to newcomers and falls into these worthless projects.
I don't know what is the benefits he got from doing this but judging from it, it was likely he make a lot of money from tricking people. That was actually an unacceptable offer, we instead educate people and told them about the risk and possible losses if we invested these coins. But unfortunately, OP declined to state it but only encouragement.
2087  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Payed trading person to follow on: October 27, 2022, 11:10:29 AM
Well, OP, I hope you've got it right. But as you can see, many members are opposing your plan, and it was because we care about your future.
Honestly, you don't need someone to work with you but it was someone who guide you to become a good trader. Because at the moment that you understand trading, you can simply stand on your own feet and make decisions alone. If we wanted to grow and excel from trading, therefore, we have to work hard and stop relying on others.
2088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jermell Charlo vs Tim Tszyu - Jan 28, 2023 on: October 27, 2022, 09:33:59 AM
@Baofeng, can you make a poll? So we will see what would be the pulse of the majority here.

Added it mate, thanks for the reminder.
Voted already, I'm expecting that the result is going to be close.

I guess majority will choose  Jermell Charlo to win, so for a change, I will be rooting for Tim Tszyu to win, maybe a 12 rounds decision as these boxers are tough enough to lose in KO.

Yes, this is a tough matchup for Charlo, style makes fight and this one is going to be intriguing because Tszyu will likely to be the aggressor and then Charlo trying to defend himself but will also go to score a knockout. At the same time, Tim's chin is tested, but we will see if the power of Jermell will be enough to at least stop him in his tracks. Otherwise, Tim will go and will come forward specially if he thinks he can take Charlo's power.

That's why I'm thinking, and Charlo has to be careful also as Tim has a high KO rate, 15 KOs in 21 wins, that's a decent rate already IMO. I saw his fight against Horn, we know the style of Horn, he always goes forward, so Tim takes advantage of that as he has the power and at the same time he is quicker than Horn. I know this is different, so let's see if he can continue his undefeated record.

2090  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear market likely over? on: October 26, 2022, 10:50:55 PM
Seems the bear market is likely going soonest. Congratulations in advance to those who bought low and those hodling for a long time. There is likely going to be a new all time high to be achieved before this year comes to an end. If you can, fill up your bag but do your own research.

What do you all think about the sudden bounce back and price increase on Bitcoin of lately?
Well, thank you. But, I'm still not confident the bear season will end up shortly, not even this year. I was just happy to see the market stay high compared to the last bear season where we are almost at the very dip and many people become hopeless during that time. But for now, I'd see great hope form the majority and the willingness to take risks and hold for many years until the full market recovery comes. In fact, it was barely to see FUDs and panic selling but rather see a high accumulation rate which is an indication that people still have trust in crypto.
2091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to earn aside from bounty campaign and airdrop on: October 26, 2022, 12:28:22 PM
ever since Aptos soared giving out freebies to their testnet users and being listed on major exchange sites, testnet airdrop hunters started popping up again and creating a lot of spam also burdening every existing server, for example Shardeum doesn't work well also one other addition i.e. SUI is also overloaded spam on their discord because of yesterday's Aptos effect where almost every user earns thousands of dollars in short that's cool when the market is bearish and people are getting free money from Aptos

Before Aptos other projects did same and reward users. There is one I joined not too long ago (forget the name of the project) they reward all testnet users although the reward was not as big as Aptos. The point is, it is been going on for some time now probably Aptos seems to be the biggest reward of late. Plus it is not entirely free because you did some task to be rewarded.
We only got the rewards when tasks are completed, that was the common rule in participating test networks. But I don't think it was too hard not to complete it. I'm not sure what is the computation of rewards but likely it is shared with all participants the amount allocated for this. Of course, we never have to expect big rewards from this but at least, by simply doing a few tasks and without any amounts coming out of our pocket, I think it is worth spending our time, especially if we do nothing in our life.
2092  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 26, 2022, 11:58:16 AM
SMB won the game, that's their 2nd consecutive win. Decent contribution by their import with 25 points and 16 rebounds, and the locals are also helping as well as they played hard to get this big win. Looks like SMB now had already found a reliable import, once Fajardo comes back, they'll only become better.

2093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 26, 2022, 11:36:42 AM
Anyone else watching this Suns golden state game.  For game 4 of the year its super chippy.  Klay and Booker were talking shit all quarter to each other and klay finally got chucked.  I know it's insanely too early but if this is what it's gonna be lime I need to see a 7 game series with these teams.
It almost looks like the playoffs in the first half of the game and Reggie Miller was thinking the same. It's so intense that the referees have to call technical fouls on both teams and even have to eject Klay Thompson to regulate the game.
Klay made a big mistake there; he should've stopped as that discussion with Booker will not go anywhere. Steve Kerr cannot blame anyone from that loss as he also fueled the frustration that became contagious to everyone. Even Wiggins missed two simple lay ups that rarely happens.
The warriors will probably take revenge when they play home and host the Suns, I will wait for that schedule and of course, I will bet on the Warriors for my revenge too. Klay is a champion for a reason, but that game, it looks like he let Booker get into his head, probably he was also frustrated with his poor shooting.
2094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Early Is It Now, For Those Who Missed Bitcoin In Its Early Days? on: October 25, 2022, 01:30:08 PM
Do you know that since the invention of Bitcoin in 2009, the cryptocurrency space has produced more billionaires and millionaires than any other financial space/industry in the world ?

Not literally I know them because they are anonymous but for sure there are a lot of early investors who make hold their Bitcoin for many years and become millionaires. But I think, they are already rich before risking their money in this new stuff which is not their worry to lose their money investing in Bitcoin earlier. I'm not sure if they foresee the future of Bitcoin but I see their trust and feeling towards the crypto market is strong to have that decision.

They deserve such huge achievement and market profit, and I remember these words " rich people become richer while poor people become poorer". They take this opportunity while others are rejected it.
2095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which play to earn and Metaverse project do you think will dominate in future on: October 25, 2022, 12:42:52 PM
None of them I have to pick on. I consider these hype projects like them are just for short-term investment. If you are looking for long-term projects, those in the top 10 are for sure will stay long-term. Though this is my own opinion, I haven't seen a reason of holding them, in fact, their market value is continuously declining such an indication of the higher risk it would possibly happen in the future. And I was afraid that holding them even just for a year, regrets will come to follow.
2096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 24, 2022, 11:16:34 AM

Huge win by the Jazz in OT, Pelicans really play that good, but I will say that the Jazz is clutch and they seems to be enjoying that Mitchell and Gobert ad now gone.

Yeah, we can tell they are really enjoying, they don't feel inferior against a bigger team, actually, they were heavy underdog in the  last 3 games but they still end up winning the game. We need to see them winning so this season will be full of surprises, and who knows, this team might be in the playoffs, and who knows, they might be in the NBA Finals, huge surprise.

Celtics is the favorite against the Bulls next game, so I might as well bet on the Celtics in handicap.

Celtics is still undefeated, we should ride their win streak.
2097  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 24, 2022, 10:56:30 AM

Hahaha, Never say die as always, lucky for bettors who believe in that spirit, especially during the final quarter they are enjoying the game when Ginebra starts to rally back and force Mags to make a tough shots then missed. More alcohol after winning their bets, for sure!

You can really feel that they are gonna win if they will try to rally from a big deficit because it's hard to flip the momentum again, once they are in control, it will be hard for their opponent to beat them, that's why I believe it's nice if we will always put a bet live when they are down big.

That instinct is always there if you are a Ginebra fan, but if not, you'll doubt they'll come back because Magnolia was the number 1 team before the game. Now, magnolia is not anymore undefeated, thanks to Ginebra's winning streak killer skill.  Grin

For me, I'm a Ginebra fan so I would never hesitate to bet on them even if they are down. Although not all the time it will win but looking at the betting odds where it's almost 5.00, that's hard to resist.

Anyway, Bay Area Dragons now are back at the top, after a bad game against Ginebra, they dominated their succeeding games to prove how good they are as a team. I doubt their old import would still come back.
2098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How accurate is the BTC RAINBOW chart? on: October 23, 2022, 10:40:01 PM
Don't mind it OP, it was just speculation. You have to remind yourself that nobody was able to predict the future of Bitcoin, not even the creator of this. So, it is up to you to believe this but it is better not to do it. I don't say this is no sense but of course, we can't call this a reliable source of information. However, we consider this a tool to remind us that whatever we do, still the price of Bitcoin is absolutely unpredictable.
2099  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Will be the Bottom of Bitcoin till 2025? on: October 21, 2022, 09:42:11 PM
Bitcoin is cryptocurrency that is a future and that will save us from many things like inflation and other such things and so that many people will use this as payment method not as an investment that is currently running. And also I was thinking that what will be the bottom of Bitcoin till 2025 as many big investors and also other such big furms will buy at this Dio and so that it might just continue it's positions.
2024 - 2025 is expected to have a market rally and halving, a market cycle that mostly we waited to come. This appears to my mind thinking how this bottom price will come. I'm not sure OP if you're done searching about it but if you could just listen to some experts, you could never talk/ask about the bottom, instead you would talk and ask about "how high is the price of Bitcoin will reach during that time?".
High demand - is a big factor in creating the pump, it doesn't matter if it was been considered an investment or payment option.
2100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Faucet and Bonus Farming on: October 21, 2022, 09:22:43 PM
I have seen more than 2 casinos locking user accounts for this action, and is it really the users fault?

If the users claims tons of faucets or bonus is because the casino engine allows it, and if the casino is losing money with this action they should fix their code to avoid this problem and not steal users money.

The casinos sets the rules of the game, and if a user is smarter enough to find a way to make profit with those rules then they shouldn't block users withdrawals.

So, what do you think about this?
I don't know how a certain user continues receiving bonuses knowing that this is just given only once and mostly during the registration or at your first deposit. Maybe you are talking about creating several accounts just to take advantage of the bonuses and this is also the reason why they got banned. Might not clearly see or read the rules but this is literally against the rules of many casinos. It is not a smart doing, this only means how greedy we are.
