1201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to draw the attention of the market if you're a good project?? on: June 02, 2023, 09:39:12 AM
The only thing I can say is that your company must carry these things;
 - transparency
 - usability
 - needs an aggressive marketing strategy

Well, using influential people to do the market is highly advantageous. But investors will come and invest in your project if they see that it was not a scam and can really be trusted. We don't need to fool people by using the hype but instead, make know by showing them the usefulness of your project.
1202  Economy / Economics / Re: Money is never enough! on: June 02, 2023, 09:05:24 AM
Having 1 million in our hands is not enough if we are greedy people and aiming more is literally what is on their minds. Contentment is somewhat missing if you believe yourselves that you can earn more and this is what happens to the person that you have talked about OP. And this can possibly happen to anyone who is never satisfied or never find themselves contentment. And it was hard for them to find happiness when deep inside they feel emptiness and greediness.
1203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - June 17 on: June 02, 2023, 03:06:14 AM
Crawford is the slight favorite, not surprising though and I think the odds although he is the favorite is still a decent one. Just bet 150 usd to win 100 usd. I would not hesitate betting on that, I'm just waiting for the betting odds to be available on the betting sites I'm using then I'll ride on.

Good odds indeed. We know the capability of Terence Crawford to win this match and might dominate Errol Spence.

As a gambler putting some money on Crawford with that odds is already worth taking. Good thing that the odds between them are not that gap. Even those who want to put money on Spence can take advantage of the odds. Spence might be looked a not-tough opponent for Crawford but he's not an underdog to consider. He's also a big thing in the Welterweight but his camp is just associated with dramas.

Still waiting for other betting options as they might give us more worthy odds to pick.

In my own point of view, I will put my money on betting on the match result which is, the fight will end up in a Decision.

I'm seeing this fight will be a closed one and either none of them will allow a knock out win. Although not sure whom I will pick for now.

Both fighters have never experienced a knockdown in their careers, if I'm not mistaken. That indicates that both are durable, so you might be right that this fight will likely end up in a decision, and the busier boxer is likely to come out on top. Based on the respective performances of both boxers in the past, I believe Crawford is more talented than Spence, as Spence does not move a lot, making him an easier target for Crawford, who, in my opinion, is the quicker boxer.
1204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: June 02, 2023, 01:50:10 AM
After waiting for the line up, I settled for a 3-players props parlay, Caleb Martin Over 14.5 Points + Kyle Lowry Over 3.5 Assists and Nikola Jokic Over 13.5 Rebounds at 7.08

https://prnt.sc/59jQsViFaZKW

Caleb Martin have been red hot for the Heat from their conference and I expect the confidence shouldn't drop tonight, Kyle Lowry off the bench have been very inspirational for Heat too and his experience in the finals would need for Heat here, 4 dimes shouldn't be more off an issue, Jokic have been very dominated off the board in the playoffs and if Miami Heat have let guys like Tatum afford double digits rebound almost all the 7 games of the conference finals, 14 board should be an easy reach for the Joker.

GL everyone.

Good luck! Caleb Martin needs to produce in the second half since he was scoreless in the first half. It's possible that the defense was focused on him, which is why he wasn't able to be productive. Let's see what kind of adjustments Miami will make in the second half after being down by 17 points.
1205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price is always affected by world market news, why ??? on: June 01, 2023, 08:47:55 PM
I have been in the market since 2018. The paradox I find is
The market is always changing according to world news. It has nothing to do with bitcoin
For a small investor like me, this is undesirable
I want to ask experienced investors?? How can you capture this potential market?
This is what we called volatility and it keeps changing and a lot of factors that influence the changes of its trend and this includes news, social media interactions, etc. It is not to wonder why because not all investors and holders have the same decision and mindset, some are panic sellers which really have a huge impact on the market price changes. The moment that there is a sudden up and down in demand, the more it gains volatility. That is why it is too hard nor do we have the chance to see the price of Bitcoin become stable but guess what, this even helps traders and investors to earn a profit.
1206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any advice for invest my first 600$ in altcoins? on: June 01, 2023, 08:21:12 PM
Hi just new to here. I want to know what are the good altcoins that can be invest and forget until 2026. I'm currently thinking to spend around 600$ for altcoins. Right now I'm holding BNB & ETH only as altcoins. Don't say buy BTC cuz already have nice amount since 2010.

Is it good to invest in HOOk, SUI , ARB or ID altcoins? Since they are new just thought to give a try. Thank you
Op you can invest on any altcoin but invest what you can loss. Since you have invested in Bitcoin, BNB and ETH you have to rest and invest on those ones more because the new altcoins have no guarantee at the moment. And they are not decentralized assets which you control your found and rely on. Now everyone who know how to do programming and develop site want to create digital currencies. So we have to be careful in the altcoins investment. These HOOk/SUI/ARB and ID are new altcoins  are new to the system and I have not heard about them before.
I'd change my mind about "only invest the amount that we can afford to lose" but rather thinking about how to grow my money. Because losing money in investing is only an option and I know we can find a way to avoid it. That is why I'd change it to " invest only in potential coins". In this way, we can get at least a bigger chance not to lose any amount but instead, the possibility to earn more. It is encouraged to have deep market research and carefully analyze the trend before investing as this is the way to have a safe investment.
1207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Josh Taylor vs Teofimo Lopez on: June 01, 2023, 11:57:48 AM
And again, Teo with another controversy:

Quote
"And I said it like it is, I wanna kill Josh Taylor.

https://talksport.com/sport/boxing/1441384/complete-helmet-teofimo-lopez-backlash-boxing-josh-taylor/

But I don't think that he means that, perhaps he is hyping their upcoming fight here. No boxer wants to kill his opponent inside the ring. And most deaths happen by accident.

What do you think of Teo's statement though?

Yes, this is obvious to make the fight more hype, we all know that Teo loves controversy himself, even after he lost to Kambosos he continue to attack the system, his manager and anyone in his way.

And now that Josh Taylor is his opponent, so we will trash talk just like what he did on his previous fight. You can even see at one interview I saw in IG that he is mocking Josh Taylor's accent and then Taylor just lost it and try to walk out of the interview. So for now this is going to be a mind games for this two fighters but the real test in inside the ring. Whether Teo has what it takes to win against the very best of 140 lbs.

Teo does want to enjoy significant revenue in this fight, so he'll say anything to capture the attention of the fans. He can hype things up or use various tactics, but there should be limitations on his words. It's important not to say anything too serious that would harm his opponent. While boxing is a combat sport, it is still a sport that should be enjoyed by the fans, and we know that fans would not want to see a boxer die in the ring.
1208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 01, 2023, 11:27:43 AM
However,  Rolando Romero-Ohara Davies Mandatory 140-Pound Title Fight Ordered By WBA.

Initially he said that he doesn't want to face Ohara Davies because he is a no-name fighter. But I guess he would have to follow the mandate of WBA because Davies is their mandatory.

He can't choose an opponent if it's mandatory. He needs to fight the mandatory challenger instead of being greedy and going for big money. Eventually, his time will come. He needs to embark on the right journey and build his name, just like Ryan Garcia and Tank Davis did. The best fighter he'll fight next is Ryan Garcia, and if he wins, he will gain popularity and possibly have a chance to fight Davis if the latter allows it.
1209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your favorite season to trade cryptocurrency? on: June 01, 2023, 10:45:30 AM
If you know how to analyze the market well, then any season will be your favorite.
A good time to invest/accumulate is a bear market. For trade is bull season, cause almost all market will go up significantly. I prefer bull season, but with the right approach, both companies can be profitable
Some traders are still active during the bear season while the majority are quite holding this time due to unbearable losses which is why they are preferred to just relax and accumulate more. And they become active again when the see the market started to recover and this is also what I did. It is very important to know how to analyze the market and have to think also that not all the time trading is good. Just like we have the bear and bull season in the market, consider these two have a huge impact on our trades.
1210  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Factors that's why others are hesitant to start in crypto on: May 31, 2023, 09:48:03 PM
You have that all OP and what is happening around, from what they have heard in the news, rumors spread and reported scam exchanges, the more it influence their mind to think of not embracing crypto into their lives but rather remain on fiat. I would say that crypto is only for risk-takers, and we know that no all people have this kind of behavior, many are preferred to play safe despite knowing that risk-takers win more. No matter how we convince these kind of mindset, it seems not effective as they believe what it right for them.
1211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waiting patiently for the next bull run... on: May 31, 2023, 09:18:19 PM
They only tell of the greatest gains ever made, but hide even greater losses. This is done so they get more followers so that many will start joining him when recommending memecoins that he thinks have potential. Don't trust other people's financial advice or memecoin recommendations before doing your research. Memecoin is indeed risky and a lot of losses will be experienced by someone when they cannot see how potential the memecoin is.
Every trader rarely publishes losses if they intend to attract interest from new traders, they are also part of the influencers who will recommend new projects to invest in, even though they are paid to deceive new traders including recommending new memecoins. So there is no reason to trust other people's coin research but anyone must be knowledgeable to do their own research.
I can't really imagine how it is going to happen but I tend to agree that some traders don't care about others instead, they are also happy seeing others lose their money. Very unfortunate but I see this as a reason why we should have to make our own strategy, build our confidence, and most of all, we know how to analyze the market rather than relying on others. We have to think that choosing coins to invest in should be our decision, not these influencers. For if we invest in meme coins, we are also aware of the possibilities that might happen to us and we know what we gonna do next as it was planned already.
1212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Devin Haney vs Vasiliy Lomachenco - May 20 on: May 31, 2023, 02:04:43 PM
Another thing I dont like about Haney - WBC champion said ‘Fight a white boy 10 times, I’m going to beat him 10 times’ in reference to Vasyl Lomachenko. This is not the first time he is telling how "white boys" are weaker than "black".

It is often assumed that white individuals are the ones who exhibit racism, but in this case, it is the opposite. However, we should not generalize or label people based on their race, as racism has no place in our world. While it is true that black individuals excel in many sports, including the NBA where most superstars are black, it is important to recognize that racism is unacceptable. As a boxer, Haney should consider himself a role model and inspire people rather than causing harm. Criticizing Loma using racist comments not only hurts Loma personally but also reflects negatively on the country he represents, which is highly inappropriate.

Why doesn't he give Loma a chance for a rematch instead of talking so much? If he wins again, then he can speak however he likes. The problem is, his excessive talking doesn't help him sell future fights, especially when he engages in racist criticisms towards white people. This kind of behavior could alienate the millions of fans who are predominantly white. He should be cautious with his words and consider investing in public relations (PR) to manage his image effectively.
1213  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: May 31, 2023, 01:19:47 PM
In general, that may be the case as most gambling sites are regulated and monitored by the government. These sites are mandated by the government to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations for their clients. As a result, we can expect these sites to handle our information confidentially and refrain from misusing it for personal gain.

The first and foremost step is to select a trustworthy gambling site. Once you find one, complying with their requirements becomes easier, as you can have confidence that they adhere to the standards set by regulators.
1214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 31, 2023, 08:00:33 AM
On paper, it may seem obvious that the Nuggets would dominate, but at the moment, there's nothing I can criticize about the Heat as they have reached this level of competition from being the 8th seed in the regular season.

It's a Cinderella story for the Heat. No one expected them to reach this level, yet they have made it to the NBA Finals. It's not just Jimmy Butler; many undrafted players have helped him achieve success. Players like Gabe Vincent and Caleb Martin have been consistently productive on both the defensive and offensive sides.

I have a feeling that what the majority is expecting may not actually happen. They believe it's a mismatch, but we might witness a very interesting series. Who knows, Miami might once again surprise the majority of us.
1215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: May 31, 2023, 07:26:32 AM

ESPN has Miami 11% to win this final, that's understandable because man for man, Nuggets really has the edge but in a championship series, heart and determination matter a lot and that is where Jimmy and the gang had the advantage plus no much pressure on to them because being in the Finals alone is a big accomplishment with a depleted line-up.

Will bet for the Heat here till game 7.  Cool

Going against the public perception is what we are doing here. Personally, I think the chance of the Heat winning the series is lower than that of the Nuggets. However, I don't believe that the Nuggets will sweep them in the NBA Finals. Take the Lakers vs Heat Finals matchup in the bubble, for example. People thought that Miami would not win a single game, but the series ended in 6 games in favor of the Lakers. So, we might see a similar scenario here.
1216  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Diversification of Scam Techniques in Cryptocurrency on: May 30, 2023, 09:49:14 PM
Diversification of Scam Techniques in Cryptocurrency

As the scammers have been informed that people are now being more sensitive about NFTs and the related scams associated to many of the meme tokens in cryptocurrency, they have now shifted concentration from NFTs to memecoins where they think people feels more secured than with tokens, their new target now is on memecoins just as they have been doing before and there's a need to raise this awareness for everyone investing in cryptocurrency.

Whether it was their plan or not, but can't deny that scammer is very smart. They can plan and take advantage based on the situation of the market and taking their opportunity with the NFT and meme coins during their hype is absolutely possible. That is why we should not pull ourselves into an investment that we have never done research. Honestly speaking, the current sentiment that happens to meme coins these days is gaining more attention and increasing demand which this gives a huge opportunity for the scammers to fool people and fall into their trap.
1217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: May 30, 2023, 11:45:17 AM
So we will see again how great Inoue is when he goes up to 122 lbs and then face the 2 belt champion this July. This is going to be a good fight, there is no rematch clause though as Fulton might be going up to 126 lbs after this fight win or lose.

There might not be a rematch clause, but that depends on the outcome of the fight. The winner might change his mind and give the loser a chance for a rematch. You know, it's all about the money. If the fans are entertained and the fight generates significant revenue, then why not make the rematch happen, right?
But there's a slight chance a rematch will happen as most of Inoue's fights do not end in close contests. There was only one instance where, despite winning the fight via unanimous decision, Inoue still had a rematch with Donaire. However, in that rematch, he proved that he could make the necessary adjustments to dominate his opponent. This fight marks Inoue's first bout in a different weight class, so let's see if he can continue his reign of dominance.
1218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 30, 2023, 11:00:40 AM
Their main contributor today is Martin which really give them big momentums and runs that's why heat manage to get big lead which Celtics struggles to catch up. Now that Heat is going to finals their main problem now is how they gonna face Nuggets knowing that this team is so big and fast. Curious to know what adjustment they do since for sure Heat will get a hard time to guard Jokic,Murray,Porter,Brown jr and Gordon.

Don't worry about how the Heat will perform because in the teams they defeated to reach the NBA Finals, they were always considered the underdog. So, while the Nuggets may be a good team, if you compare them to the Celtics and Bucks, I'm sure they are not the better team, at least before the playoffs. Therefore, I am confident that the Heat are prepared for the Nuggets and will make adjustments, just as they did against the top teams they have beaten.
1219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Educating unemployed friends about Bitcoin on: May 29, 2023, 09:26:26 PM
I think OP walks on a knifes edge, as he is trying to teach about investment an opportunities people who dont have money. What people usually tell about Bitcoin? They dont tell about anonymous transactions and transparency of them. They most usually tell about how those who spend dollars in 2011, now became multi millionaires. People with low income, broke or unemployed are always greedy for such easy money. OP, you might spoils some persons lives, if they now take loan or borrow money, and invest in scam altcoins. So be careful and warn them (and better double or triple warn them about that).
I hope that won't bring that situation and it was OP's responsibility to guide them and must not encourage them to commit loans just for they seek to start investing in Bitcoin. Perhaps, OP has the good intention of helping his friend and even though it was illegal in their country, he still did it. Might not be used this time but I still consider this as a sort of preparation for the future because some countries had already supported crypto and this might happen to them as well. They can invest silently, though not really safe but if it is not yet banned or restricted, that's still okay.
1220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Confident Are you With Altcoin In This Time on: May 29, 2023, 08:56:25 PM
I have confidence towards some very specific altcoins. But I see that most of altcoins rally because of Bitcoin only. I tend to not invest in those altcoins. I think Ethereum and bnb (if binance doesn't go bankrupt) are only "very" future proof altcoins. Ethereum has so many use cases its Blockchain became something totally unique. All those nfts or games will never go other chain in my opinion. I also think Doge is very future proof because of its popularity.
Yes, we still find potential altcoins in the market from a thousand shitcoins and scam coins. These ETH, BNB, and some of the top 20 altcoins are still looking good. But as usual, we can still find projects that would never stay long in the market which makes people lose their money after the hype like NFT and probably these meme coins.

Not really I would say that it is getting worse but sad to see that scams/shitcoins are kept added on which is I think was not a good indication as it ruins the market reputation making people think that it was full of scams and are afraid to invest.
