On April 1st and 2nd I sent Roadbet 3 emails with suggestions/questions.
Never got a response, so decided not to deposit there.
Took another look recently, decided to give a 2nd chance. Resent the main email on July 21st and pointed out that it has been over 3 months with no response.
One week later - no response.
One more book with worthless/nonexistent cs.
When a book is this nonresponsive, they are giving valuable information - that if there is ever a problem with one's account, it will be difficult to impossible to get any help.
Another book to avoid.
Good info.

Books- Do you allow open parlays? I want to add this to the chart. I was also asked this at another forum.

Bitcoindistributor- There's a rating's thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.1340 . As stated by PM, I'd appreciate if you would allow me to look into this matter. I need your permission to ask Nitrogen questions. For rating's purposes, it's important to know about unresolved disputes. If true, being banned for giving good tips is regarded as a negative although I've never heard of this before with any book. Thank You.

Brought over from the rating poll thread: Wendigo Do you know some good bitcoin sportsbooks with good first deposit bonuses for the sportsbook section? I know of cloudbet but don't like their loyalty points system. I don't care about casino bonuses though. Thank you. Jetwin

Dealing With a Slow Paying Sportsbook Posted on July 26, 2015 by Angela Burrows
Summer is always a dangerous period for sportsbooks and bettors with funds in those sportsbooks. Basketball is over, and baseball doesn’t supply the volume needed to support a book with large overhead. Many sportsbooks have to dip into their reserve funds to pay players. And many sportsbooks delay those players, hoping to survive until the August football rush replenishes their bank accounts to pay those players. Sportsbookreview.com has come out with some good advice for betters dealing with these slow paying sportsbooks. From this article:
1) Don’t get angry at customer service reps. Live chat employees are the lowest of the low when it comes to a sportsbook’s food chain. They usually make minimum wage and have no input into whether or not you get paid. Behaving badly towards these people may give you a little joy in spreading your misery, but it can only hurt your cause. Treat them respectively and ask to speak to a manager.
2) Don’t say chargeback “Saying the word chargeback to an online sportsbook is a lot like saying the word bomb on an airplane,” says SBR. “If you are waiting to be paid, dealing with any entity other than your online sportsbook, except for dispute mediators, will go nowhere. In fact, threatening online sportsbooks will most likely lead you with a banned account and possibly render you unable to play with certain sportsbooks in the future. This scenario could occur even when you legitimately feel you have a reason to contact your financial institution. The best course is to remain polite, take it to the forums to advise others and raise public awareness, and file a sportsbook complaint with SBR. While a blacklisted online sportsbook may never issue your withdrawal, you will at least help other sports bettors from being scammed.”
3) Catching more flies with honey than vinegar Treat the sportsbook like they are the police who pulled you over after your ran a stop sign. Suck up, be nice, and get the employee on your side. A cop is more likely to help you out if you treat him with respect. The same goes for the employee.
The best way to avoid being slow-paid is to play only at books that pay out quickly. SBR does a good job dealing with postup books, but even the fastest paying sportsbooks take days to make payouts to its American customers.
Bitcoin only sportsbooks, on the other hand, often have automated payouts that take minutes rather than days. While these sportsbooks don’t have the long track record of a 5Dimes.eu, the immediate payouts mitigate much of the risk of playing with newer sportsbooks. If a bitcoin sportsbooks is slow-paying someone, you will quickly find out about it at bitcointalk.org.
However, there are many shady bitcoin books out there and one must be very careful before sending your bitcoin a bitcoin only sportsbook. Peeps Place at bitcointalk.org is the ultimate authority on these newer books, and has organized an outstanding chart detailing the strengths and weaknesses of each major bitcoin sportsbook. His advice is vital and will go a long way towards helping you choose quality bitcoin book.
In the long run, a gambler playing at strong sportsbooks, both fiat and bitcoin, will avoid most payout difficulties. A little due diligence is necessary, however.

still wondering about WeBetCoins and if it's active or again in inactive mode... They sent some pending payments (to me "but just a small pending amount" and to some other players that were complaining from months "with big amounts around ~100 BTC collectively") after months of disappearance, they aren't active in forum now and I don't know if anyone is still playing there. -https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=391763.msg11379080#msg11379080 I foolishly deposited here a few days ago. I realized what I had done minutes afterwards... but bitcoin-qt does not have a double spend feature so there was nothing I could do to reverse the transaction. I am owed 18.725 BTC. My deposits and bets were graded just fine. My receiving address is https://blockchain.info/address/176hbqDJxbzi19Hc2d2Xoi4uG5csiGcshs if I ever get paid you will see it there. The address actually received the payment as can be seen -https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=391763.msg11765404#msg11765404 I sent him an email a few days ago and he didn't reply.

Is anyone using Flutterclub?
I have been disheartened so much after being ripped off by BetVIP I had decided to go back to betting in cash but I visited Flutterclub, liked what I saw and deposited a couple of bitcoin. It's a slick site with a wide range of betting opportunities, especially the soccer. Instigated two withdrawals and both were absolutely instant. Good odds too. First class site.....I highly recommend them. Thanks for the flutterclub information.

Just wanted to share a story of a referral of mine on jetwin:
"Jetwin is the best. I deposited 0.75 BTC and slowly completed the rollover bonus for their 100% deposit. I got really lucky and ran my account all the way up to as much as 5 BTC at one point! Anyways in the end I completed the rollover and made two requests for 3.5 BTC and 0.65 btc, both were sent and seen on blockchain INSTANTLY! Wow!! This book is awesome! Faster withdraws then nitrogen and no hoops to jump through! Top notch!"
Just figured id share their story. Only complaint my referral had was that their lines are not very competitive.
Thanks for sharing.

Sure Peeps.
I had been a customer with BetVIP for around 9/10 months when they folded suddenly. I also had their banner at the top of bitcoinpunter.com and earned aound 3 bitcoin in affiliate payments in that time. Those payments used to go into my betting account and I used to bet quite regularly with them. My single bets (all on soccer) varied between 0.2 and 1.0 btc. I also deposited from time to time. At the time they vanished, I had 1.67 bitcoin showing in my account. A couple of days before they went belly up, I went to withdraw some bitcoin and it said 'amount available to withdraw is 1.67.....If I had bonuses to work through as they now claim, I would NOT have seen that amount available. When I was working my 100% deposit bonus through for the first few months after I first joined, the amount showing in my account was more than I was allowed to withdraw. Once I had turned it over, it caught up and was the same. It was like that for 6 months. Anyway, as I was about to withdraw, a goal went in late in a game for me meaning I didn't need to withdraw as I had won enough elsewhere, so I didn't. What a bad moment that has turned out to be! When they put it on the site on June 30th that the customer base had been transferred over to Cloudbet (where I've been a customer for about a year) I went there expecting to see my 1.67 btc. It wasn't there. I then emailed them and asked why not. I got back this absurd reply:
Hi Tony I have submitted a query to pull all your records. On my end what I can see is that you were issued multiple bonuses during your time with BetVIP. These did not have the requirements for a variety of reasons. One being that withdrawals of the principle amount were not allowed until the bonus funds were released. Once I have all the data and information I will forward this to you and we can take it from there. Regards Admin
A) I have no recollection of ANY other bonuses being issued to me (and we do tend to remember when we're given free bitcoin) B) None of that response makes any sense to me whatsover.
I emailed back and requested they send my records to me so I could scrutinise them and got this back:
Hi Tony Your account has been issued 4 separate bonuses since inception. I will send through the breakdown of betting and balance history shortly. Regards Admin That was 10 days ago and despite sending them an email every day I can no longer get any response from them. Leandro Rossi of Cloudbet was exchanging emails with me up until a week ago saying that they would be contacting BetVIP on my behalf but alas, he no longer responds to my emails any more either. I am at a loss as to what to do next....I am on this thread talking about it, I am on the Cloudbet thread also but nobody says a thing to me.....I have even sent two personal messages to Cloudbet via this forum that have also gone unanswered.
Incidentally....even if I am going senile and BetVIP HAD issued me with bonuses, the way I bet both in terms of stake size and frequency, I would have satisfied any bonus requirements in no time at all. But as I say, I only had my join up bonus. I have never been so pissed off in my life. It's not a huge amount but it is mine and I'd rather have it than someone else steal it from me. How people can just get email after email and totally ignore them for this length of time is also truly beyond me.
Thanks Tony. I'll wait to hear from Cloudbet and PM you on this off board.

But if BetVIP refuse to send me my betting records (which will show I am correct) what can I do other than plead for Cloudbet, who took on their customer base, to request those records on my behalf? They have also gone silent on the issue. It's so frustrating. Even an email from either outfit telling me to piss off would be welcome at this stage! tony- I know that you have posted about this numerous times but I'm still a little confused about what's happened with your account. Can you tell me what happened chronologically? thanks

Cloudbet has taken over responsibility for paying out player accounts, but based on what tonyq has said the issue is with BetVIP saying that he didn't have any available balance to transfer to Cloudbet - this isn't Cloudbet's responsibility at all as the balance clearly hasn't been transferred to them. The issue is with BetVIP, unless you're suggesting that Cloudbet should pay out entirely based on tonyq's word, despite it obviously contradicting the information that BetVIP provided. As I said, he should complain to the licensing authority... that's what they're there for.
It's a sub-license in Curacao that doesn't mean much. Tony could be wrong in his assertions since I'm unsure of the facts.

BetVIP 30 June 2015 Update:
Cloudbet has acquired BetVIP's client account database and player liabilities All withdrawals requested will be honoured by Cloudbet as of immediate effect via Cloudbet login. https://www.betvip.com/

Betcoin is another book with live betting. Nitrogen and Jetwin should have live betting soon.

Day 11 Still not received my betting history from BetVIP. Emails not answered. Cloudbet no longer talking to me. My 1.67 bitcoin still not sent to my Cloudbet account. What a nightmare.
tonyq I'm sorry for your loss, but I'm not sure that there's really much point posting about it on bitcointalk - weren't they claiming to be the first licensed BTC site? Why don't you file a complaint with the licensing authority. I'm not sure who it was, but I'm sure you'll be able to look it up in an archived article somewhere. BetVIP has already shut down, so its not like you're damaging their reputation or exercising any leverage by posting updates about it. I think that tony should check in now and then. Cloudbet took over BetVIP accounts so they are responsible for all money owed.
